Hey this is Simon Chan and my purpose driven life is to have a positive impact on as

on as many lives as possible and you are watching Simon Says

Hey Simon Chan and welcome to Simon Says

The Online Duplication show where you

get to build a successful MLM business online.

Hey you got the questions and I've got your answers.

Each show I'm gonna help you attract online, recruit online, and duplicate online

as we go through the ten stages of online duplication

So welcome to this show and let's start off with the joke of the day

So there was a businessman

he needed millions of dollars for his business project

He decided to go to church to pray

So when he went down there

he knelt down, it just happened the guy next to him was also praying but this

guy needed a hundred dollars to pay for urgent debt

So that while the guy was praying

The businessman secretly took out his wallet and put the hundred

dollars in the guy's hands.

The guy felt the $100, opened up

He was overjoyed, he felt God answered his prayers

He's excited, he ran out of the church

Then the businessman knelt down and start praying

He said- Lord now that I have your undivided attention...

*Fake audience laugh

I was gonna call you MLM Nation by the way because

Hey, you all part of MLM Nation, just loud and proud, you know

Talk about MLM Nation, we have a 90 million distributors and reason we started

Simon Says was because not only I use three three major things I did online to

help me build a million dollar business, I got started in Network Marketing in 2003

But also what the top leader now, really crushing it, are all doing online

And the the things you do may be different but the principles, the principles and values

Those never change, so even though creating online, duplicating online

The principles never change

So let's go to today's question of the day

Bryan from Minneapolis Minnesota asks-

Do I really need a Facebook business page?

No one is seeing my post on my Facebook page

So I'm not sure how much time I should spend on my Facebook business page

versus personal page

Should I boost my posts or just focus on my personal page?

Excellent question and this is something that's constantly changing

Facebook personal page versus business page

You know one of the things that helped me grow it I just mentioned

I did three things online, I've been doing online since 2004

I got started in Network Marketing in 2003, been doing online since 2004

One of my big breaks was in, you know in 2004, helped me expand the different markets in the US

And then use the online duplication strategies to expand in Malaysia and

also the Philippines

Back then a big part was a business page

And there was a lot of free traffic going to the business page where you'd didn't have to pay.

But things have changed.

So if you're starting out or what, depending

I'll give you a couple examples

Because depends where you're at Bryan

Give you example of the pros and cons of business and personal pages what you should be using

So just right off the bat Imma share, you should use, spend your time on a personal page

okay so personal page instead of a business page because that's the

quickest way you can start creating online duplication. Now let, there are

pros and cons to each and I figure the best way to do it be talking about

So let's do Facebook page personal page

okay so you have the personal page of the pros and then you have the cons so

the pros for a Facebook page is definitely it has more reach okay and

I'm gonna make this no neither for you

take more reach meaning that when you first start out if you make a post more

people gonna see it in the business page okay you need to pay to play meaning

unless you are willing to boost and spend money no one is gonna see those

posts how are people gonna like your page

it also is paid to play right so you have more reach

you could add friends it's free you can add friends okay without and it's free

up to 5,000 friends more reach meeting more people see it you can add friends

those have some disadvantages and then so talk about a pro and con actually for

a business page I actually look confused of colors here

my markers okay so for a business page

pros cons okay um at the beginning you have no reach

unless you pay no reach unless you spend money okay oh she add friends you have

to spend money to add get likes it's the money to get likes okay

now another benefit of a personal page is this is duplicatable if you want your

team and we know for all i duplication for simon says we're talking about a

track online recruit online and duplicate online this is not

duplicatable this is a lot of these are crushing it doing this because it's

duplicatable and that is one of the reasons why this is the way to go

duplicatable now if you want to create your own online brand do something else

yeah the business page is better but that's not duplicate but most people

joining your business do they want to create an online brand they're not that

you just want to make some money right and think about if the average

distributor out there makes it extra three to five dollars a month it changes

lives this is duplicatable this is not again

that's the reason why i encourage you to get with the personal patient work on

that now it's also easy to get started right while here you have to so this is

not duplicatable and this is nice work because most people almost everyone

has a Facebook page already but they don't have a business page so it's

another thing they gotta do right another thing to do and everything that

they do is another what it's another thing that takes them away from the

income producing activities okay so you want them to spending time on the DML by

the way the DMR I think we've covered that in Episode two I want what the what

are the three five five three those five items that they should be doing every

day you want to be spending time right so not another time to upload more

pictures after per video content up right spend on your personal page doing

one one thing um another thing is easy to get started it takes time to manage

to write another conda's takes time to manage to most distributors at part-time

you want Python you want to maximize it focus on one go and crush this first

before you even go out there here okay I would even go as far as earn until you

make a make like a full-time income until start thinking about a business

page most people they spend too much time and they don't do the most

important to income producing activities okay so oh that's it let's talk about

there are advantages to a business page definitely why do you know there are

advantages now you want to create a personal brand we talked about that

advantage but in the long run let's talk about reach first right

the con is the long term is the limited reach long term limited reach meaning

that you can get five thousand friends and afterwards you get followers but

you're not gonna get the follows as quickly as the business page if you have

money you've got money you can get unlimited reach right if I wanna have a

post I want to spend I want to spend a million dollars I can get a million

millions of people to look at my facebook post and you can only do that

from the business page but you can't do that from a personal page so

you want to launch your online brand get everyone to look at it great you

launched a business page right if that's what you want to do with the personal

pages limited your friends and to your followers here

it's unlimited you're gonna talk of whatever you want to reach so personal

page it's easy to add friends right now the disadvantage is you're gonna have

5,000 friends well in the business page you can get unlimited likes it unlimited

likes here if you have the budget you want to spend a million dollars you can

get tons of people to like your page right another benefit of the business

pages we want to be personal brand for you people to really just see you

eventually you want to do something differently you want to write a book you

wanna do quote you do them coaching training come up with a product in terms

of people building credibility wise you have much more credibility with the

business page so pro is long-term branding

especially if you want to do other income streams right so all through a

book doing coaching products or coaching yourself much better to do a business

page one other advantage and there's a couple of those small little things one

little advantage for the business page is the active a pretty cool kind like a

CRM the business CRM meaning like customer relationships management so

when people message you you can or you lead to messaging you can actually sort

them you can tag them and sort them so if people message you on the business

page and they're a hot prospect and you can tag them hot prospect well maybe

they want their energy product tag them energy product if you want a weight loss

product tag danboy loss one skin can't tag you you do different tags and then

you can filter them out so it's very mitt it's very good for following

following up okay you can actually even throw it around like three months

follow-up put that in there and then pull it pull it up so that's the serum

is very cool you can also build a messenger list messaging list in there

where you can't have people instead of you know if you have a website to create

a leaked mag didn't even send people to message you right using message chats

messaging bots where you can build up a huge list cause most people

people don't read emails but they do read messengers so I'm just a computer

so for example emulation we build a huge message list where we send one message

and our thousands of people will get that message G of ever running a product

special or incentive that's something else you can do right but this is more

like a I would say more advanced than the high level to get started to really

create do booth and there's a lot of these things I'm not never walking base

what I just share with you messenger definitely helps if you're a full-time

leader it definitely will help you but for most people you know start with a

personal page and put a hundred percent of your time in there think of us every

second you're spending here on the business page your personal page is

suffering because you can always make it better have more engagement reach out to

more people so I guess one last thing or empty on the on the business pages you

can really advertise and your content can stay forever right you have you can

make evergreen content meaning if I do a great video just I do a great video on

my personal page after the first couple days you'll be do well but after we lose

traction people never remember it well here if I have a great video I can put

it on my business page and advertise set a budget and make sure every day people

see that video but I mean you have to pay to play though still have money

every day friends people see that great video I've done that one Facebook mind

I've done or one post that day so that's another advantage of the business page

but from ninety percent of y'all start out with a personal page make this kick

butt on it I will focus on the content create great content gets shared for

your personal page instead of spending your time on the business page focus on

one okay I know entrepreneurs you like to do tons of things but a really key to

success let's focus on one thing and do it really really really really good and

hope no no one out there who's doing two or three pages because that is a huge

nightmare that even more just I wouldn't call it this fraction or split of your

focus and it just gets a lot of stuff but none of them really good focus on

one so there you go Brian that's the message and that's wraps up for this

show so there you go the difference being Facebook personal and Facebook

business again you should be doing focus on a personal page while the

benefits here more things easy to get started and it is duplicatable for

online duplication hey thank you for watching this assignment says that's the

end of us show this is where you learn online duplication we get attract repeat

and duplicate and now it's over to you if you've got a question but online

duplication if anything I can help you with go to mo nation calm and before

Simon Says and hit the submit button submit your question there look forward

to helping you on the upcoming episode hey thank you for watching Simon Says I

appreciate your when remember when the profession to help others so go out

there have a positive impact and someone's life today god bless you

Boston Celtics EXCLUSIVE: Wyc Grousbeck wants Kyrie Irving to build a new NBA dynasty - Duration: 6:31.

Boston Celtics EXCLUSIVE: Wyc Grousbeck wants Kyrie Irving to build a new NBA dynasty

Millionaire co-owner Grousbeck rowed for Princeton University as a student and twice came to the UK to compete for them in the Henley Royal Regatta.

While Larry Bird was leading the Celtics to glory against the Houston Rockets in the 1981 NBA finals, Grousbeck was busy dipping his oar in the River Thames.

But unlike Boston, who won the first of three championships in the 1980s that year, he and his lightweight crew were knocked out of the Visitors Challenge Cup in the first heat! Massachusetts native Grousbeck, 56, said: "I did row at Henley twice in the 80s.

Did I win? Not exactly. Not like the Celtics. But it was an honour to compete. "I rowed at Henley in 81.

I didn't attend any finals games. I didn't attend any when we won in 84 and 86 either. I was in college and then graduate school. "But you're a part of it in Boston.

I felt like I owned part of the team even before I bought control. I was born and raised here.

We're all owners in this team." Grousbeck returns to the banks of the Thames this week with his team facing the Philadelphia 76ers at London's O2 Arena in the NBA's eighth regular season game in the UK.

Boston have won more championships than anyone but it's been ten years since their last, when Paul Pierce and co led them to glory over bitter rivals the LA Lakers.

That team were only crowned champions once, losing in the finals to Kobe Bryant's Lakers two years later.

But after a painfully slow rebuild, they now have a young, exciting roster led by superstar Irving which Grousbeck insists can be even more successful. He said: "Back then we were one of the oldest teams in the league.

Now we're third youngest. So we're set up for a more sustained chance at being good.

"For the next four years we've got seven first round picks so we feel we have the chance to continue to grow the team and improve the roster or change it around.

"With such young players and such a great coach and fans and an ownership who are willing to do what it takes, I don't think it's a window of opportunity, I think it's a way of life." Grousbeck, who has English blood in his family and drums part-time in rock band French Lick, was part of a consortium which bought the Celtics in 2002.

It took him six years to win his first championship, the team's 17th.

But this team, which boasts rising stars Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, a wily old veteran in Al Horford and a bunch of role players, has been even longer in the making.

Grousbeck said: "We took that patience approach and it worked. It doesn't make any sense to go for band-aids. You can't short-cut it. We've built through the draft, through trades and by adding free agents.

It took us a few years, but we're back." Some wrote the Celtics off after big free agent signing Gordon Hayward suffered a horror injury in his regular season debut.

But under coach Brad Stevens, Boston bounced back by going on a 16-game winning streak, beginning ironically against the Sixers, and they currently sit top of the Eastern Conference.

President Rich Gotham said: "Even with the best expectations we didn't think we'd be where we are. We have 11 new players on the roster.

"It's not what usually happens when you make it to a Conference finals like we did last season.

"Then overnight we lose one of our big off-season acquisitions in Gordon Hayward, so of course you think at that point in time that things might be a little difficult for a while.

"To come out and show the resiliency to win 16 straight was really exciting. We were all in shock after the injury. Nobody thought we'd win 16 straight in our league. "But this team is tough and they work hard.

It's a hallmark of a Brad Stevens team." Grousbeck adds: "It was literally going to be a historic year, potentially. And then we lost a major guy and we're off to a historic start in a bad way.

"But we have this post-season concept over here.

It all resets in the post-season, and there are no prizes for regular season wins.  Back in their 80s heyday it was the Sixers of Dr J that Bird's Celtics always had to go through to reach the NBA finals, and those series were legendary.

But Grousbeck says fans in London will see a glimpse of just how fierce the rivalry still is when the two teams take the floor at the O2. He said: "It's a real rivalry.

We've been rivals for decades. There's no love lost. This means something to us. "Our winning run this season started against them. It was very gutsy to win that game, on Philadelphia's court. Now we have to do it in London.  .
