BUSTED!

Another Liberal State Department Employee Charged With TREASON!

On their official website, U.S State Department of Justice has released a federal complaint

with which Candace Marie Claiborne, 60, of Washington, D.C, is charged with making false

statements to the FBI, disrupting federal proceedings and handing over government info

to several foreign bits of intelligence.

These crimes are punishable by 20 years of prison time, so she better be prepared to

punch some time there.

"Candace Marie Claiborne is a U.S. State Department employee who possesses a Top Secret

security clearance and allegedly failed to report her contacts with Chinese foreign intelligence

agents who provided her with thousands of dollars of gifts and benefits," stated Acting

Assistant Attorney General McCord.

"Claiborne used her position and her access to sensitive diplomatic data for personal

profit.

Pursuing those who imperil our national security for personal gain will remain a key priority

of the National Security Division."

"Candace Claiborne is charged with obstructing an official proceeding and making false statements

in connection with her alleged concealment and failure to report her improper connections

to foreign contacts along with the tens of thousands of dollars in gifts and benefits

they provided," stated U.S. Attorney Phillips.

"As a State Department employee with a Top Secret clearance, she received training and

briefing about the need for caution and transparency.

This case demonstrates that U.S. government employees will be held accountable for failing

to honor the trust placed in them when they take on such sensitive assignments"

"Candace Claiborne is accused of violating her oath of office as a State Department employee,

who was entrusted with Top Secret information when she purposefully misleads federal investigators

about her significant and repeated interactions with foreign contacts," said Assistant Director

in Charge Vale.

"The FBI will continue to investigate individuals who, though required by law, fail to report

foreign contacts, which is a key indicator of potential insider threats posed by those

in positions of public trust."

This is just an indicator that the day when we catch Obama and his closest group will

come soon enough.

10 U.S. citizens, 2 locals killed in Costa Rica plane crash - Duration: 1:15.

A plane carrying 10 U.S. citizens and two local crewmembers crashed in a wooded area,

killing all aboard Sunday, Costa Rica's government said.

The Public Safety Ministry posted photographs and video of the crash site showing burning

wreckage of the plane in Guanacaste, northwest Costa Rica.

Authorities said that so far they had only a list of passengers provided by the airline

and were awaiting official confirmation of their identities.

At a news conference, Enio Cubillo, director of Costa Rica Civil Aviation, said the Nature

Air charter flight took off just after noon Sunday from Punta Islita and was headed for

the capital of San Jose when it crashed.

Cubillo said the cause was under investigation.

He identified the pilot as Juan Manuel Retana and described him as very experienced.

Former Costa Rican President Laura Chinchilla said via Twitter that Retana was her cousin.

The same plane had arrived in Punta Islita on Sunday morning from San Jose and was delayed

in landing by strong winds, Cubillo said.

Costa Rica plane crash horror: Ten US tourists including a family of five killed

According to local authorities, the single-engine plane carrying 10 Americans and two Costa Rican pilots crashed into a mountain shortly after takeoff on Sunday afternoon, killing everyone on board.

The Nature Air single-propeller Cessna 208 Caravan is understood to have been travelling from the capital San José to the resort of Punta Islita but it is unclear what caused the crash.

The incident happened in a mountainous area near Bejuco in Guanacaste province. The plane had passed a safety inspection about a month ago and was authorised to fly, Cubillo said.

Although strong winds in the morning had forced the pilots to alter their itinerary, they had flown safely to Punto Islita to pick up passengers headed to San Jose.

Nature Air said the flight was part of a special charter service for 20 people, relying on two planes. The first plane, carrying 10 passengers, arrived safely in San Jose at 11a40 a.m.

The second, with 10 passengers and two pilots, departed 20 minutes later.

It added: "Regrettably this plane crashed a few minutes after taking off."  A video of the crash site obtained from Costa Ricas Security Ministry shows orange flames consuming a pile of blackened ruins, with plane parts scattered in an area thick with trees.

Costa Ricas President Luis Guillermo Solís confirmed the deaths in a statement published online, saying his government deeply regrets the fatalities. His predecessor, former president Laura Chinchilla, tweeted that one of the crew members, Juan Manuel Retana, was her cousin.

She said: "A death has interrupted our family celebration. Our beloved cousin died as part of the crew of the plane that crashed in Guanacaste. Courage to his children and siblings and may he rest in peace.

You will stay in our hearts dear Juan Manuel Retana." A US State Department official also confirmed that multiple American citizens had died, but said the agency would not provide further details out of respect for the affected families.

Happy NUKE Year! North Korea and US 'doomed for NUCLEAR showdown in 2018' - Duration: 5:48.

Happy NUKE Year! North Korea and US 'doomed for NUCLEAR showdown in 2018'

Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un are on a path of "spiralling escalation" after a year of intense rhetoric and military muscle flexing, with Kim threatening the nuclear button is on his desk to kick off the new year.

Over the past 12 months, North Korea has tested dozens of a missiles and their most powerful nuclear bomb ever, while the US held unprecedented war games flexing its military muscles.

And both sides have threatened to annihilate the other, with the US President warning of "fire and fury" and promising to "totally destroy" the rogue state at the UN.

Nuclear expert Dr Bruce Blair gave the grim assessment that this descent towards war is only going to continue in 2018.

He told Daily Star Online: "I think we are on a trajectory of spiraling escalation that is going to lead to a showdown.".

"That could be the last straw that causes Trump to escalate to the use of nuclear weapons" Dr Bruce Blair Dr Blair, a former nuclear launch officer, added the "odds are increasing we will come to blows" as he gave a grim evaluation of the New Year.

Co-founder of nuclear disarmament group Global Zero, he said: "The two sides will be brought closer to the brink of conflict in 2018. "There are a number of paths to the outbreak of hot conflict, both through intentional and inadvertent escalation.".

North Korea has fired 23 missiles in 2017 as Kim works to perfect his missile technology to get the US in range. The rogue state believes nuclear will protect the regime from any attempt by the West to depose Kim.

Pyongyang's ruling elite fears a situation such as those involving Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein or Libyan warlord Muammar Gaddafi where the US spearheaded efforts to remove them.

Kim's last missile test on November 28 was his most advanced nuclear missile yet, but questions still remain over the technology's viability for nuclear war.

However, Dr Blair says any conflict between the US and North Korea would inevitably lead to the use of nukes.

The expert said: "Little outbreaks of hostilities have been escalating and I think they could escalate much faster than people realise. "It could lead very quickly to in a large scale nuclear conflict.

"In a conventional conflict, the North Koreans would lose, and they would be put into a position with having to resort of nuclear weapons. "That could be the last straw that causes Trump to escalate to the use of nuclear weapons.".

Nuclear war could even be triggered by a particularly provocative missile test if the US decide to intervene, Dr Blair added.

He explained a scenario where the US detects North Korea to be loading a nuclear warhead into a missile for a live test. The US President would be briefed, and Trump would be given options to act.

Dr Blair said: "Maybe Trump rides out a missile launch, or maybe he doesn't – and then we go into emergency consultation and he opts to retaliate.".

Despite the course for war being clear, the expert warned "I don't think we have any answers" – saying "deterrence is all we have", but adding he had little faith in it.

He urged the US to try and get North Korea back to the negotiating table, predicting we would see the rogue state "isolated to the maximum extent possible".

The next phase of North Korea's missile test is believed to be a live nuclear weapon launched in the Pacific – known as the Juche Bird test.

This would be the ultimate provocation and test of the US's military patience with Kim. Dr Blair previously described this test as Trump's "red line" on North Korea when speaking to Daily Star Online.

North Korea THREAT US General warns China is FIGHTING a PROXY war with US amid WW3 fears - Duration: 2:06.

North Korea THREAT: US General warns China is FIGHTING a PROXY war with US amid WW3 fears.

North Korea is being used as a buffer by China between the West and their border, Brigadier

General Anthony Tata warned.

His comments to Fox News come after US satellite images claim to show Chinese tankers transferring

fuel to North Korean ships 30 times in just three months despite UN sanctions preventing

countries from trading with Kim Jong-uns regime.

Tata said: Well China, normally when they agree with us, they abstain from a UN vote

and now they are trying to put a good face forward on this.

I think but about a year ago they had a 28 percent increase in trade with North Korea

and I think theyre probably feeling a little bit of a sting. The former general added

that China are using North Korea as a proxy war with the United States.

He said: Theyre probably funnelling things to North Korea that they shouldnt

and theyre fighting a proxy war with us through North Korea.

They dont want to lose that North Korea buffer between the West and their border.

Shocking photos released by the US Treasury show vessels tied together in the West Sea,

using hoses to transfer the oil.

The US Treasury said: "North Korea is known to employ deceptive shipping practices, including

ship-to-ship transfers, a practice prohibited by the UNSC.

Ship-to-ship trades with North Korea are banned under a UN Security Council (UNSC) resolution

adopted in September.

The revelations have sparked anger in South Korea, which has repeatedly urged China to

cut ties with Kim's hermit kingdom.

Tensions in the region have soared this year, leading to fears Kim's provocative nuclear

and missile tests could spark World War 3.

Robert Kelly, professor of political science at South Korea's Pusan National University,

said the claims were plausible.

He said: "There is a lot of under-the-radar on the Chinese side.

"Beijing does not police the border strictly or enforce the sanctions toughly.

This could be that."

China's Defence Ministry insisted China strictly enforces UN resolutions on North Korea, including

trade embargoes.

North Korea SHOCK warning: US military action only option to DESTROY Kim's nuclear arsenal - Duration: 3:03.

North Korea SHOCK warning: US military action only option to DESTROY Kim's nuclear arsenal

NORTH KOREA will not give up its nuclear arsenal unless the United States military intervenes

to "pre-emptively destroy" it, former US UN Ambassador John Bolton said.

North Korea has refused to heed calls to stop its nuclear development programme and continues

to fuel fears of World War 3 within the international community.

Mr Bolton warned that military action from the US would be the only possibility to ultimately

end Kim Jong-un's threat campaign.

He said: "I think we are going to come down to a binary choice.

That is the use of military force is one possibility to pre-emptively destroy North Korea's nuclear

and ballistic missile capabilities.

Or we allow North Korea to have nuclear weapons."

Mr Bolton warned Pyongyang would not give up its weapons as it nears full nuclear capability.

The former US ambassador told Fox News: "There's zero chance that after 25 years of pressure,

this close to the finish line, they are going to give it up.

"It's not going to happen."

North Korea was hit with a swathe of new sanctions after defying orders to terminate its nuclear

development programme and conducting several missile tests – threatening both Japan and

the US overseas territory of Guam.

According to senior US officials, "preliminary signs" of a missile test were shown by Kim

Jong-un, making the US believe that the rogue state could be preparing to launch a new missile

soon.

The US has conducted many military exercises with South Korea and Japan throughout 2017,

in an attempt to prepare against a military strike by the hands of North Korea.

Kim Jong-un's state media mouthpiece KCNA announced North Korea will continue to enhance

its nuclear capabilities next year in a report titled "No Force Can Prevail over Independence

and Justice".

The chilling report said: "The DPRK, an undeniable new strategic state and nuclear

power, declares: Do not expect any change in its policy.

"The DPRK, as a responsible nuclear weapons state, will lead the trend of history to the

only road of independence and justice, weathering all tempests on this planet."

Theresa May's name 'noted' by the US as UK votes against Trump's Jerusalem decision - Duration: 3:01.

Theresa Mays name 'noted' by the US as UK votes against Trumps Jerusalem decision.

Prior to the vote that saw 128 countries, including Britain, oppose the Republican firebrand,

Nikki Haley warned nations that the US would be taking names of those who stood in

its way.

She tweeted: At the UN we're always asked to do more and give more.

So, when we make a decision, at the will of the American people, about where to locate

OUR embassy, we don't expect those we've helped to target us.

On Thursday there'll be a vote criticising our choice.

The US will be taking names.

After 35 countries abstained from the vote, nine voting against and 21 failing to turn

up, Ms Haley send out a message of appreciation to the nations that refused to condemn

the United States.

She tweeted: The vote is in 65 countries refused to condemn the United States and 128

voted against us.

A follow-up post featured an image with all 65 nations written down that included major

US recipients such as Uganda, Honduras and South Sudan.

But the UK was notably absent from the list following Theresa Mays decision to vote

against the Trump administration.

Prior to the vote the US had been vocal about pulling funding from the UN if its recent

decision in the Middle East was not supported.

Ms Haley declared: "The United States will remember this day in which it was singled

out for attack in this assembly.

"We will remember it when we are called upon to once again make the world's largest contribution"

to the UN and when other member nations ask Washington "to pay even more and to use our

influence for their benefit."

Canada, Mexico and Australia were among the nations who refused to condemn Donald Trump

as they abstained from voting.

Ms Haley reiterated that the US would move its embassy to Jerusalem even there was opposition

to it.

The Republican firebrand had also been vocal prior to the vote, stating Were watching

those votes.

He went on: "Let them vote against us, we'll save a lot.

We don't care."

Theresa Mays defiance of the US President meant she was not a recipient of an invite

to join Ms Haley at a reception in January.

The invitation stated the event was meant to thank countries for their friendship

to the United States.

Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu heaped praise on Donald Trump and all those

that bowed to the US demands following the result yesterday.

He stated: "Israel rejects the decision of the United Nations and, at the same time,

we show gratitude to the high number of countries that abstained from this resolution.

"Israel thanks President Trump on his unequivocal position in favour of Jerusalem and thanks

other countries that voted together with Israel, together with the truth."A spokesman for the

US mission described the move by Theresa May and others that voted against its decision

as conducting an unproductive attempt to isolate us.

They claimed: "While the resolution passed, the vote breakdown tells a different story.

"It's clear that many countries prioritised their relationship with the United States

over an unproductive attempt to isolate us for a decision that was our sovereign right

to make."

"It's clear that many countries prioritised their relationship with the United States

over an unproductive attempt to isolate us for a decision that was our sovereign right

to make."
