want they will want more from you at any

something the more they will run away

from you the further away they want from

need and nobody is clean in that area

out of that and for next five to ten

years you be the only one play in that

zone okay so let's look at the whole

marketplace right so you have the Guru's

the cash buyers put on cash buyers good

to think after them RBS by the way not

after private 70% somebody say my cash

buyer is BS most of the time okay so you

have that person cash buyers right let's

at least say the real ones right you

have the whole sales every most people

in the game are full sellers right oh

yeah I buy you have everybody have

business card I buy houses but what's

gonna happen is they're gonna take your

house and try to flip it right at least

if they have buyers that would be a good

thing right but most of them don't even

wanna buy it's ready to go right and

then you have the end of this freshman

which is the people that need to sell

their house they sell us the motivated

sellers right so do we have motivated

sellers in this market yes we do right

but we have too much letters going to

them and attention from everywhere that

kind of drowns that fact so there's no

need on that end right I'm telling you

I'm giving you a secret right now right

it's no need to man

period point like okay it's more than

enough real estate home sellers burgers

to find deals you don't have to be the

person finding the deals okay

so in my opinion where something is

missing right now you look at some of

the Guru's in the marketplace that keep

sending you email of the same property

over and over and over again you body is

buying those houses

pay attention to what I just said nobody

are buying those houses right you are on

their list you don't have the cash to

buy the house you're not gonna buy it

you don't have the skillset to come up

with buyers that's a cue right there the

skill set to come on buyers to buy these

houses they keep looking for cash buyers

no one is looking using creative mind to

come up with what the market needs which

is buyers now I feel like a lot of those

houses are priced

clearly already like if you go to Newark

a house that's on a $200,000 at least

not much work it's priced fairly already

okay but the reason why I'm sitting on

the market because you know there's no

body like what you're gonna become once

you go through this right here okay what

won't you go through I'm about to share

with you there's nobody like that in the

marketplace and if you become that

person you will be ahead of the curve

you'll be like me back in 2005 okay if

you're realistic osela in 2017 and

that's all you do you're losing money

you're wasting money you're twenty money

away that's what you're doing

essentially especially be following the

gooc any from forever right

that's what you're doing and you can

testify to that because if you send any

meals you know is that what I'm talking

about some people go to say oh just meal

out-of-state owners just listen

the train is out there for everybody so

a lot of people are doing the same thing

key to a seven-figure business okay is

to find a loophole in the marketplace

find a place where they said meet in my

where there's a need for you where you

can capitalize on is finding buyers for

this gurus that can find buyer for their

property if you bring buyers to the

table consistently right what do you

think is gonna be the guard who's the

boss if you bring buyers to the table

consistently for Lingala chief or any of

the groups right you become the boss

right now what's stopping you from

bringing buyers to the table will stop

you skills right skills but the truth is

that how do you find buyers do you mail

to them where are their addresses

you don't mail to them so people tell

you they have a database they have a

database of backers in a particular

County you go look at the records you

see who's buying houses there that's how

you find them that's the worst thing

I've ever heard in my life in the

digital age

that's the worst ever as I heard in my

life there's not only a you know wasted

money on that kind of activities you're

gonna waste energy and time the most

valuable thing that you have as an

entrepreneur so I gotta fingers on a box

just hold on okay so that's number one

secret I wanna share with you

how do you be the person to bring back

to the table all the time

list building yes you've heard that

before but it's a little bit different

it's different okay

I'm talking about targeted list building

okay I'm talking about cost-effective

list building I'm not talking about yeah

list is obviously go to the meetups and

collect cards and put them on your list

but I'm not talking about that because

those before wholesalers - just like you

they're not gonna buy anything what

something I'm gonna buy anything

personally most of them don't have the

skills to partner with each other to buy

stuff either they don't even have the

confidence and the reason why they don't

have the confidence is but they don't

have the education because confidence

comes from education okay

that's when it comes up you educated

enough especially true experience you

have confidence okay so let's do the

list building of potential buyers let me

tell you something fortune builders and

many of these other real estate

investing economy all over the place

they're building and list all ready for

you how can you attract those people to

your list

I hope those people are gonna turn out

to be a real estate who sell on the

street and never do anything either

right but the truth that some of those a

good number of those people they just

need the right education they need the

right type of people to educate them on

how they can invest in property really

actually spend money use their credit

use their cash use their resources

partner with other people what I need

people like you to educate them on how

they can make that happen

Fender Japan Exclusive Classic Series 70s Telecaster Review & Demo - Duration: 7:04.

From the Land of the Rising Sun comes the Fender Classic Series 70s Telecaster

[intro playing]

Welcome everyone thanks very much for

tuning in to another video from 2tu

Guitars and this week we're gonna feature

a Fender Japan Exclusive Classic

Series 70s Telecaster.

The Classic Series series has been the mainstay of Fenders

catalogue for a long time now but one of

the models they don't produce is a Classic Series 70s natural Telecaster

when Fender took sole control of the

Japanese operation back in 2015

one of the models made by Fender Japan was

a Classic Series 70s Telecaster

these guitars are today released around the world as Fender Japan Exclusives series guitars

they are usually designated as FSR's because they are a limited edition release from Fender Japan

It has an Ash body

it has a three play white pickguard

it has has two vintage style

Japanese Telecaster single coil pickups

and it has an American vintage style

bridge with three chrome barrel saddles

the usual Telecaster controls master volume

master tone and a 3-way selector switch

the jack input is side mounted

the strings are the through body type and

there is a four bolt F engraved neck plate

the neck is made of maple it has a maple fingerboard

with 21 medium jumbo frets

it has a slim C neck profile and a 7.25 fingerboard radius

it has a synthetic bone nut

and the headstock has one string tree

and 70s style Fender Telecaster logo

the tuning machines are

Gotoh cast sealed type

we'll give you a little introduction to the pickups

and we'll do each position in turn on the selector switch

and we'll start off with a neck pickup

and the amp gonna use again today is the Vox Mini Super Beetle

[guitar playing]

so that was the neck position

and now we'll go to the middle position with is the neck and bridge pickups together

[guitar playing]

so that was the middle position which was a combination of the bridge and neck pickups together

and now we'll go to the bridge position which is the bridge pickup on its own

[guitar playing]

so that was the bridge position

so that was just a quick introduction to the pickups and its position on the 3-way selector switch

so that's the Japanese made Fender Classic series 70s Telecaster

Ash body, three ply white pickguard

American Vintage bridge with three barrel saddles

master volume master tone and 3-way selector switch

two vintage style Fender Japan Telecaster single coil pickups

side mounted Jack input

through body stringing with Fender F engraved neckplate

maple neck maple fingerboard
