What The Bleep is Energy?

As Dain Heer Explains It Part Eight

Hi everybody, this is Dr. Dain.

Here to talk to you about, "What the bleep is energy?"

Installment number like 288 or something, I'm not sure.

Hopefully you've seen some of the other videos.

Hopefully you have an idea what this is that we're talking about.

What happens with energy is it really is within every molecule.

It is everything that we perceive, it's every way that we feel.

It's involved in every emotion, it's involved in every sense of space,

every sense of possibility.

And so let's talk today about your vibe.

Now, I don't usually talk about your vibration

because it's such a metaphysical concept

you talk about that and people just kind of want to vomit on you.

I'm not really interested in having that kind of a conversation

but what I would like you to start looking at is, "What vibe am I choosing?"

Am I vibrating like somebody who's successful?

Am I vibrating like somebody who's happy? Is that the vibe I'm putting off?

Is that the vibe I'm choosing for myself?

Or am I vibrating like a little pile of poo in the corner?

Am I doing my "poo emoji" vibe today?

You want to start looking at this because it's the vibe that you choose

that invites the reality you create.

So, one of the things that's been going on for me for the last several weeks,

which has not happened for me ever, is my body's been having an interesting time with,

yeah, let's just call it sickness of an intestinal nature.

And for me I've never had that before and it's been going on for a while

and normally I can change anything in a heartbeat, right

It's created this place where...

one of the things I noticed the other day was like the joy that I normally am

it's like really up and down.

Now, before Access, this is one of the other things that's made me aware of this.

Before Access, it was usually down, there was so little awareness of the joy.

And I got my Bars run and it changed my life.

Then I started doing these ESB sessions and then facilitating ESB classes

and what started happening was I started having more and more joy.

And yet you know what, I never really fully acknowledged it,

I never really fully acknowledged how joyful I was.

I wonder if maybe you might be doing a little bit of that?

So, everything you're doing to not acknowledge how joyful you actually are,

will you destroy and uncreate it please?

Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts boys and beyonds.

So, what happens is what you acknowledge can grow,

what you don't acknowledge withers and dies.

Especially if it's a capacity, like joy.

So, over the last few weeks having the joy leave and then come back

and leave and then come back and I have got to say every time it left

it was based on my choice and every time it came back it was based on my choice.

But for me I started noticing that as my body was doing this weird stuff

and I was really uncomfortable which is not a place I live with my body.

I started letting the joy go too.

So, one morning I woke up and I was actually facilitating a class in Sydney, Australia

and I was like, "wow, you know what, I am done being pathetic!

Body you can be as sick as you need to or whatever it is you got going on"

Because my senses my body's actually changing something major, really big!

And if you've been having stuff like that in your body,

maybe your body's changing something major too.

What I said to my body is, "body, do whatever you need to to change.

I'm here with you, let's make it as easy as possible!"

I made the demand in my world I am NOT going to be pathetic anymore.

I'm not going to live like the poo emoji anymore.

Why? Because it sucks!

Having that vibe, choosing that sucks!

And we can all acknowledge that it sucks, it fucking sucks!

Especially for somebody who knows they're happy.

What I got out of this this was the acknowledgement of

I've never really truly acknowledged how happy I had become

and how different that is.

So, this vibration of joy thing that I'm talking about...

Think about three or four people when you're around them

you actually get more joyful – not less.

And it just is, it's not even something they do, it's like something they be

that gives you permission to be something and unlock something in you

that is an acknowledgement of your being .

They're acknowledging you and the energy that you be.

And sometimes there being an energy that's more like you

than you're willing to acknowledge but being around them

gives you permission to be it.

So, one of the things that was happening for me when I was doing

"hey blahh!!! cranky pants"

is some of the people in my life were actually happy and joyful

and they would be around and I would starting getting more joyful.

I started looking at this I'm like, isn't this interesting...

This space that we can choose,

by the way there's a beautiful volcano over there...it's just so pretty.

It's one of the things that brings me joy.

But there's a space that we can choose of this joy

where everything around us starts to change.

So, let me just put it like this okay, remember I talked about the poo emoji?

Well, imagine a poo emoji made of stone,

there's no much going on, there's not much swirling of energy,

there's not much movement in that right.

And if you've ever noticed when you're joyful,

there's like this movement meaning things are not solid anymore.

They don't just stick in place anymore, they have a movement to them.

You become like a superhero in one of those movies you know

because where ever it comes at a superhero

because they're like a superhero right.

So, they're not like, "oh my god, somebody's judging me.

Oh my god no, they don't like Superman, oh no!

Oh, Wonder Woman, I'm too hot for you, totally get it, oh my god, oh no!"

No matter what comes at them they're like,

"I'm a fucking superhero, bring it on bitches!"

What if you were more like that in your life?

And you noticed that energy of joy that I'm being?

I know, for some people it's annoying as fuck and I totally get it.

If you're annoyed right now this so applies to you,

I can't even begin to tell you.

You've been hiding this,

you have been shoving it down like with the poo thing.

Probably I should get over the poo thing right now...

I'm like six years old but I'm a happy six, okay good.

I have that joy thing going on right but what happens is

a superhero has this movement of energy

and so anything that comes at them gets involved in that movement

and can't maintain its same solidity.

That's the way you are when you embrace the joy of you, okay.

And that's what you are when you choose the joy of you

and here's the thing nobody on the planet is willing to acknowledge,

okay almost nobody on the planet, that would have been improper English.

Almost nobody on the planet is willing to acknowledge that your joy is your choice

and when you be it, you be a movement of energy

that allows things to come toward you and even if they're really solid,

even if they're like really intense and really yucky.

If you stay being that movement of energy they can't maintain their solidity

at least not in your world.

Now they may in other people's worlds and other people will look at you

and they'll judge you for being too happy

or they'll judge you because you don't get how significant this is

and what a problem this is and you're not making this a big enough problem, young lady

and why are you not and I can't believe it!

I don't know why I sound like Rickard Nixon right now but you'll get the idea.

"I am not an unhappy crook"

I've never done that before, it's like my first time,

you guys are inspiring me, thank you so much!

I don't know what goes on in here, we call it Dain's brain.

Um, in all of Access, we call it Dain's brain.

It's just happens...

So, this thing about being that, is you are this movement

where non of the solidity and the yuckiness can stick to you.

None of it can solidify you, none of it can slow you down.

So, will you choose it now please?

And everything that doesn't allow it, will you destroy and uncreate it?

Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts boys and beyonds.

And what definitions do you have of the necessity of sadness

and suffering and trauma and drama

that keep you from being the joy you know you are?

Everything that is,

right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts boys and beyonds.

One more time.

What definitions of the necessity of sadness, suffering,

trauma and drama do you have,

that keep you from being the joy you know you truly are?

Everything that is

right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts boys and beyonds.

My suggestion to you, my request of you,

my gift to you as a tool and a possibility, every morning when you wake up,

start swirling the energy, start swirling the energy.

This is one of the things you become acquainted with in the ESB class,

you started swirling the energy.

And even if you don't know what I'm talking about about right now,

guess what, I'm being the energy.

That is that swirling of the energy, can you feel it?

Can you feel it? Do you feel your body kind of start to go,

"whoa, I think I get what he's talking about!"

If you don't, don't worry about it, that is totally okay.

It's part of what the ESB class is about opening,

is your energetic capacities.

Your energetic platform for your very being to exist

we're all of these energies, including this swirling energy

that makes it so nothing can solidify in your world

can actually be your living, breathing reality.

So when you wake up in the morning, start swirling the energy and then ask:

"What energy, space and consciousness can I be

to be the most joyful person in my life and on this planet today with total ease?"

Everything that doesn't allow it,

right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts boys and beyonds.

And whether you know it or not,

your joy is a gift to this world my beautiful friends.

Your joy gives possibilities to us all.

Your joy makes it so that the solidity of reality cannot maintain itself

which is why people keep trying to stop you from being it

because if you be that joy, they cannot limit you and stop you

and you don't validate their reality of sadness and trauma and drama anymore.

And you become a source for possibilities and when you do,

the friggin world gets changed and far greater than it was before.

So, thank you very much for listening.

Thank you for putting up with Dain's brain for this particular video.

What if you truly being you are the gift,

the change and the possibility this world requires?

You are and I cannot wait to see you in person someday.

Bye!

What is an Airbnb Superhost? House Cleaners Want to Know - Duration: 7:47.

What is an Airbnb Super Host?

We're going to talk about that today.

Hi, there.

I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now, today's show is brought to us by HouseCleaning360.com

And if you are an Airbnb Host, or you run a vacation rental by owner, and you would

like to find somebody to help you clean your house,

you can find somebody on HouseCleaning360.com

And if you are a house cleaner and you offer services to vacation rentals or Airbnb's,

then you want to list your business on HouseCleaning360.com

so that these people can find you.

All right, on to today's question, which is from a house cleaner who wrote into the show.

And she wanted to know that she just got contacted by an Airbnb Host who wants her to come run

her Airbnb, and she wants her to help her become a Super Host.

And she says, "What does that mean?

What is Airbnb?

And what is Super Host?"

All right, those are great questions.

We're going to go back to the basics.

There are a couple of acronyms, and the VRBO is Vacation Rental By Owner.

That is a house that maybe is an extra house or a second house that somebody is not using

maybe half the year.

So they throw it up on the market, in this marketplace, of vacation rentals, where people

will come rent out the whole home for a couple of days or a week, or whatever, instead of

staying at a hotel.

Now, the Airbnb stands for AIR Bed 'N Breakfast.

And basically what it is, is people renting their homes and they're only renting a room

or two of their homes for somebody to come stay.

Let's say there was a conference going on in town and all the hotels are booked.

An Airbnb is somebody that lives in that town and they would say, "Well, listen.

I have two guest rooms that are open.

Why don't you guys come stay at my house."

There's this whole online community marketplace called Airbnb, and it's a movement.

There are over 400,000 Airbnb's that are listed.

What happens is people then, instead of staying at a hotel, they are looking for a local experience.

They will go room share, like they will go stay at somebody's house, in their private

guest room, or their guest bedroom, or whatever.

And a lot of times they're coming in through the front door of the house.

They're using the person's fridge.

They're sitting on the living room couch of the person.

And then they go to their room.

And they have their own little space where they have their private bathroom and private room.

And they're just staying in what is like a suite environment,

but they're not staying in a hotel.

All right, when you get a job to come clean an Airbnb, and Airbnb are looking for cleaners

all the time, right?

If you are a house cleaner, this is something to consider, as far as another business opportunity

to increase your revenue.

All right, so what you want to consider is the Airbnb Host to become a Super Host.

There's a series of criteria and requirements that you have to meet.

And it's things like on the ratings and reviews, you have to get over 4.8 percent on an ongoing basis.

That is your average, 4.8 percent.

And you get your high ratings and reviews, check this out, by being clean, and having

a wonderful environment and a wonderful experience.

But by having the most clean space.

Airbnb says that the five star reviews that are on their site generate more than 20% more

bookings than lower ratings.

They get the higher ratings and reviews by being easy to work with, by communicating

with the customers.

One of the Super Host requirements is that you have to have a 90% communication rate.

And that is within 24 hours you have to get back in touch with the people over 90% of

the time.

Even if you yourself are on vacation, you're still fielding calls and questions and touching

bases with the people that are staying in your rental.

All right, another requirement is you cannot cancel. At all.

You cannot cancel on a booking.

If somebody books your space, unless it's an act of God, like there's a hurricane, or

a tornado, or a flood, and it is mandated by the government that you evacuate and get

out of the house, you can't leave, right?

And then you'd better have some news clips that says, "We are demanding everybody to

evacuate."

Or if there's a death in the family, you better be prepared to show up with a death certificate.

I mean, they are not messing around.

As a Host, you do not get to cancel on the bookings that you have agreed to.

Now, you can block out your bookings and say, "On this week, I, myself, am going on vacation

and I won't be renting out my home."

It just shows up as your house being blocked.

That doesn't count against you, but if you have a booking, you do not get to cancel on

those people.

All right, another thing that you have to consider with the Airbnb bookings is they

must have more than 10 bookings per year.

This is not just a once a year booking, but it's an ongoing booking where you have ongoing

clients that are coming and staying at your house.

There are requirements that the Super Host has to meet and maintain.

And then every quarter, those are renewed.

Within three months, all that rating could go away.

By having the right house cleaner as part of your team,

that helps you keep your superhost status.

Now, when somebody goes online to book their Airbnb, it pops up with this little banner

that says, "Superhost".

If you want to stay with somebody and you know you're going to get a great place to

stay, you want to stay with the people that are Superhosts.

It's kind of an ego thing, like, "Hey, these people are screened and they've jumped through

all of these hoops to maintain this certain status of excellence."

By having that on their listing, you know you're staying at a great place.

When a person asks you, "Can you come help me clean my Airbnb?"

What they're asking you is this, "Can you, will you, be as reliable as I am to my guests?

Will you show up every day?

Or will you show up every time between cleanings?"

With an Airbnb, usually people will stay for two days, maybe three days,

sometimes five days.

And you don't clean while they're there, you clean between the guest.

If you have three new guests coming in this week, you have three cleanings to do.

You'll be cleaning between each of those guests.

And the cleaning is not just regular house cleaning.

You are resetting the entire space for that amazing five star experience.

And where we teach speed cleaning and we teach things like efficiency and get in and get

out and all these things, you don't have that luxury with an Airbnb.

The minimum requirement for most Airbnb's is that you're there to clean for two hours.

And it takes about, on average, even if it's just one or two rooms, it takes about two

hours to reset everything.

And that is restocking the coffee, and changing the linens, and we'll talk in another episode

about all the things that you do, and the differences between regular maintenance clean

for house cleaning and Airbnb cleaning.

But, the Host is asking you, is what she's saying is, "Will you be my partner?

Can you commit," and there's a commitment.

The Airbnb is not just, "I don't feel like cleaning today, so I think I'm going to skip."

They need you to be there.

And if they bring you on as part of the team, you're part of the team.

You don't get to cancel.

They don't get to cancel.

You don't get to cancel.

And you are expecting to follow the same standards that they themselves are expected to follow.

When you take a job, you need to be aware this is a commitment, this is a long-term

relationship, and if you guys work out well together, it can be a very lucrative source

of income for you.

All right, that's my two cents for today, and until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

Breaking News - Snodgrass reveals mother's ill health was behind his Scotland no shows - Duration: 6:16.

Irene Snodgrass sounds like such a typically brilliant Scottish mammy. The kind who always puts her family first

Come hell, high water or extended stay in the hospital. So, when son Robert was slipping in and out of the Scotland squad to be with her as she recovered from a stroke, mum had just one request for her laddie

'I was going to the hospital and she was saying that I had to be with the boys because we had big games,' said the West Ham attacker

'They are patriotic, my family. She's got a duty as a mum and she's always trying to make sure her boys are all right, even when you are trying to make sure that she is all right

'My mum's patriotic and, when you have people like that behind you, they're always pushing you forward and always wanting the country to do well

That's the way we were brought up. 'Mothers are mothers and she is of the old school, as well

She just wants to make sure everyone is all right.' Mum is on the mend now. Which made her boy's exclusion from the initial squad to face Belgium and Albania, named last week, something of a surprise

Alex McLeish was only trying to protect the privacy of a senior player when he lumped Snodgrass in alongside others who have requested to be left out

'But his talk about 'mentality' inadvertently threw Snodgrass under the team bus, mistakenly giving the impression that he was some sort of international refusenik

The truth is more nuanced, marrying together one major family crisis with a professional blip that saw him cast out on loan to Aston Villa

The former Livingston, Leeds United, Norwich and Hull City player, eventually called up after weekend withdrawals, was one of several established players who missed out on the summer trip to Mexico and Peru

But he insisted: 'I hadn't chucked it. The best way to clear it up is by telling you the truth

The last time I was in the squad, my mum was in the hospital — and I was in and out of the squad to visit her

'I always said to Gordon Strachan that I'd be there. It was a difficult one but I spoke to Alex and he told me he wanted me to be part of it but there were some lads that he was giving a chance to (in the summer)

'He said I had a long, hard season because I was travelling from Birmingham back to London where my family was and had to balance that with making sure my family back home was all right

'To be straight, he was always talking to me and was really good. 'It was a decision for me that was quite easy

I wanted to see what my mum's health was like and I wanted to see what was happening at West Ham, because if I was going to go, then I would have to be travelling again back and forward to my family

'It was always a case of working with him and seeing what the best solution was between my mum and my family going forward

'The hardest thing for me was not being there constantly because I'm plying my trade down south

'I had long discussions with my mum and dad and they said: "Listen, you want to play for Scotland and that's the most important thing"

'I told them I would cross that bridge when I came to it and, when the manager named his team, I wanted to be part of it

'It's quite hard when people ask why I'm not in the squad — and then the manager came out and spoke about mentality

'But it wasn't about mentality. It was the timing more than anything that was quite difficult

'Some things you can keep in-house but, when the manager speaks about mentality, then I think you have to explain it

'He didn't want to say about my family situation, his thinking was that it's up to me to say that, so he's trying to protect all parties

He's got a duty of care as a manager to his players and I appreciate that. 'But I want to clear it up now

It's one of those situations where, if I could have kept it in-house, I would have

But you need to tell the truth because it's the whole reason behind it. 'Watching the last few games, I've missed it

You miss playing for Scotland. I've been playing with Scotland since I was 15 — and I do it because I love it

' Snodgrass brushes aside the idea that his commitment to the cause is something special, declaring: 'Listen, everybody's mentality should always be like that

'I'm the same as you guys. If I'm not involved with Scotland then I'm a fan of Scotland

That will never change. I was a fan before I played with Scotland and I'm a fan when I'm watching them

'I was sitting on holiday and watching the (Peru and Mexico) games and my missus said: "What are you doing?" But I had a party for my 30th and my missus invited all the Scotland staff

She knew I am close with the guys who have been here throughout the years and that hit me

'I've been at it since I was 15 and they have looked after me since then. So, to say I turned my back on them, that's never been the case

Ever.'
