Let's Spiel Dark Souls Remastered (Blind) Ep.17 - The lost Parts - Duration: 31:11.

yo hi and welcome my name's Daniel and I

work with you back let's play Dark Souls

remastered yeah look at me look like my

new smart my new armor well not new

armor but look at my swag look at it

look at it um yeah you're probably

wondering why I'm at this new bonfire

right here and yeah something really

stupid happened which ya kinda didn't

want me to continue this game for why

now but now I'm here again and I'm just

gonna explain a few minutes what just

happened the short version is I

accidentally deleted my recordings the

last free which is like one and a half

hour of progress and yeah what happened

is I have this program on my computer in

which I put my RAW files in it then it

quits like an mp3 file that I can edit

and where I can edit out I don't know

what you call that in English actually

when it's like it's in the background

and yeah it's terribly loud and I have

to edit it out every time because of my

mic and yeah then I just put them both

together and then this the end product

what you listen to

and yeah um but this one program was

bothering me all this time with like

yeah you need to update this every

single time when I started that up and

it kind of was annoying so I started to

actually update it and I had to download

the newest version of this and there was

an option checked that says delete the

files that you put into this program the

raw files and yeah as usual I put those

free files in there got an mp3 file free

mp3 files out of it and

yeah then on the next day when I wanted

to I usually just do that right after

recording because it doesn't take up

takes up too much time but yeah and the

next day I was trying to find two free

recordings and they were gone and yeah

God nothing that so you basically lost

like one and a half of progress what I

found here and all that

we're actually an intense fortress you

remember this area here probably and

this is one guy that I'm just gonna

quickly kill look at how much damage I

do

boom I'm level 50 by the way those are

my steps put some things in strength and

endurance because most seminar I I don't

see any difference actually but whatever

I'm about to sneeze you should excuse me

you should recognize this place

this is why I was already I think you

should see that in the last recording

and yeah I was coming here with like no

Estus flask and all that and then I

realized if you drop down here there's a

bonfire which is why styrofoam right now

and yeah I'm gonna go through sense

fortress one more time for that I have

to go through here and yeah I'm gonna

just show you what is up here and all

that first of all that's just giant and

now if I make it that would be awesome

all right over here there's a guy when I

shop boom he says a bunch of items like

this some upgrade items I actually

bought some of those to upgrade my club

but right now I'm walking around with us

what I bought this what

and yet I think two rings to sell one

it's like gives me a lightning defense

one gives me magical defense and did he

just hit me from over there yeah there's

a guy up there but first of all I wanna

try to do something I wanna try to get

this giant killed for that I need this

how do i for that I need to like okay

that's not what I wanted to do kind of

like it was I like sniper balls and I

just know how to how to aim that would

be really helpful

strong attack

yeah I don't know how to do that anyway

I want to equip sniper bolts and I want

to hit this guy because he's the guy

that always uses those stupid Falls why

can't I why can't I use those I am

confused how do I change my okay yeah I

really want to kill this guy so how do I

do that I just hit him I don't think

this will be enough he's just like bro I

also don't know how I can get over there

damn it well whatever I don't think I

can hit him with that I can try episode

totally hit him but it doesn't okay

whatever

alright let's just go through here there

was a lot of things going on yeah the

first time I went up here there was like

this I don't know there was an item over

here and there was another giant that

threw like stuff at me so that was

pretty annoying and yeah you flew like

giant bottles at me or something and

they hurt pretty bad and there was fire

everywhere and it was not good and yeah

you actually missed out on one boss

fight which is really sad it was

actually pretty fun and yeah I have to

go through yeah this brings me back to

the beginning of stands for press I'm

just gonna go through the fortress one

more time just to show you yeah like I

said you missed one boss it was like a

giant where's the enemy did I kill him

what

there was like it was a giant iron golem

or something and I'm gonna show you

where we fought and yeah what's pretty

hard did some damage but in the end I

managed to beat him and out I'm also

wearing like the fakest armor I can find

so far okay hopefully I can go through

here without any problems because I

should know everything by now boom and

I'm still gonna die if this continues

some reason those guys are really strong

still you know I have like a brutal

spire now with me this is the thing that

I'm wearing right now of course I'm

German so I have to wield a weapon

there's a German name right and yeah

kind of sad I really want to show

everything when I found here and when I

collected through this place some

weapons some Souls and all that but what

can you do I say that the audio but that

wouldn't do anything

so I mean nothing anyone is interested

by just the audio

yeah one of those chests actually was

alive and I had to fight again so it

looked really creepy and yeah almost

killed me when I opened it so that was

kind of fun you know anyway I figured

out that you can shoot those platforms

it was pretty nice alright - its and

those guys are gone which is really good

I really hope I don't die yeah cuz I

just want to show what's in here you

know like dying too much as long as I

reach the top everything should be

alright alright that's where the boys I

don't know if this giant stopped now

because I shot him or something but it

kind of seems like it

I know there's still some stuff left

somewhere but I don't know what who how

to get to that it has this thing here is

just a letter to leaks down I don't

think there was even something down

there or as a ball that wasn't there

before

okay

this was empty before so I don't know

what's up with that now there's one item

in the beginning of this fortress and I

don't know how to get to that that kinda

I think that's whether where the thing

was where the chest was oh yeah as I

left here which is also pretty nice oh

yeah I remember and I think there was a

guy here somewhere

I just tried to reconnect

what was here and what you missed and

all that so yeah I think I found this

one but I didn't open it does not open

from this side damn it yeah I didn't

want to open it but apparently I can't

so doesn't matter

alright what do we have here that's what

a giant ball is

but usually froze stuff boom awesome I

think I wasn't here before so let's go

and watch where am I

how did I miss that

and one more time

babe yeah I think that's where I found

this one ring and I'm wearing right now

that doesn't make any sound when I move

damn it I didn't want to go up here

that's not where I wanted to be yeah

there's that item how do I get to this

item no no no we have to jump over that

looks kind of dangerous but yeah yeah I

probably waste a lot of time by walking

through earbuds I want to make sure that

you saw everything that I found and

where I went and all that so please

excuse that you have to imagine I'm like

three parts ahead

so I somehow have to make you catch up

to that I think at least I believe

that's the right thing to do here as you

can see I have a lot easier time going

through here because I know some stuff

that's happening and all that and those

things activate it again seriously and

the balls moving now I saw something

moving there and I win oh okay

apparently not

mm that's what we have for that - I

think I was I lot over there

I don't know I have to open this from

some side so that's why I came from this

is one area that I never found again I

don't know how do i how I got there

that's like look like a bridge or

something if you could look out then you

could see like a building that I

originally came from but I have no idea

how to get there and how I found this

place maybe it's here nope

so yeah even though I walked all the way

through here I still don't have a clue

where to go

I believe this exit somewhere and we

just look out and yep thanks

oh I think I know how to get there maybe

I don't know anyway I just taught you

like why was I'm gonna pick up those

items someday Elena maybe because I

don't want to waste waste all this time

going for this place and I can actually

go down here make this a little bit

easier and get my souls back right away

boom because I really want to have my

souls back if I still have a chance I

don't know where this one leads to I

think it's deaf but ya need to get down

there it's the first time I actually got

hit by those things I mean at all yeah

we're just gonna go this way back boom

boom and that there's another guy yes

this is viola actually is pretty

powerful after I upgrades it I can like

two or three short like everything ready

and II and yeah I mean I need like five

thousand souls to get like one green

shot which I need for my club so yeah

that's a lot and I only need it like

normal titanite shards to upgrade this

thing and yeah it does like one 195

damage rhythm yeah I still wanna know

how I get to this one area it was still

one item left what do I get there and

now this thing is active again

and we have to destroy something I don't

know

I mean this one pits that you saw head

like a bunch of balls maybe I have to

fill up something I don't know I'm just

gonna go and do this

a few times see if I can like feel

something no no that's not - damn it

that's not where I want to go damn it

what are you buying

hmm forgot Oh

Ida I have an arrow my shoulder makes

that

wait I I turned that thing around or did

you see that that's beautiful

I think I am gonna die okay who turned

that thing around

okay that's not where I want to go

that's why I wanted to shoot right no I

think that's no yes I don't know

let me just shoot it towards here

I don't know how to go to this how to

get to this one place and he did ya see

that that's what I meant

now how do I survive this test someone

how yes thank you

okay now I know how to get there

but that still sucked we have to turn

this off I think I really need to kill

this one giant over there because I

really want him to just stop throwing

stuff because that's pretty annoying oh

I should have cooked this guy bold and

boom I see how much easier it is now

once I to shot everything boom

you did now if I get experience and I

know there's something that kills this

guy's didn't what okay he's still alive

what okay

at least I know how to get to this one

area and there was one guy some

somewhere inside so what's that about

okay now there should be an opening now

right

actually shot over there if I turn that

thing okay this guy's still alive of

course I don't trust this game okay

still shoot over there okay thank you

used cage key oh yeah I remember I found

a cage key somewhere I don't know where

but I can use it they don't seem to be

any lifts or something that means I can

free this one guy awesome and there's an

item over there it's a giant ball

running me over you ever really biquette

I will return to farming shrine now can

i buy like spells from you or something

okay okay I really want to collect this

item because I had to walk away from it

but I couldn't even pick it up because I

didn't get the cage key so yeah

so whatever hero awesomes okay yeah I

think that's all I don't know how to get

to this one area maybe I have to jump

over there I don't I don't know I don't

want to risk it

we should just go ahead and continue

or maybe enter spot because it's been

like a while yeah nothing really

exciting happen in this part we will

continue or like story adventure in the

next part hopefully there will be more

to see that was not good good old

articles

boom I know stuff by the way I need like

15,000 souls to level up so yeah eight

thousand souls not that for this ball

what's on the other side before what is

here who is turning around those things

seriously stupid thing go out there

there's nothing over there

alright now let's just make it to the to

the bonfire from before where I started

then I'll can continue my journey

hopefully oh god I got some enemies over

there so what oh yeah pushed him down

where is he right now he just vanished

I think he's gone forever no one ever

heard for me okay now only this one Oh

God

okay now that just go down to the filing

filing to the bonfire and ant is part

right and then we can't continue when I

show you what's up here and all that and

why I know waster here no way I could

buy some things but I'm not so yeah like

I said I just wanted to like go through

this area again so that you can see how

it looks like and all that next time

we're gonna go up to this area and yeah

you missed one boss battle so yeah

listen this game saves automatically so

I couldn't even have done anything if I

wanted to so except like replay the

whole game but no so yeah nothing I can

do about it so yeah just have to go

along with this I don't think it's gonna

happen again and yeah thanks for

watching leave a like a comment

subscribe that would be really nice of

you and then let's say I see you in the

next part bye bye

5 Creepiest Dark Tales Of Disney Films - Duration: 6:10.

Disney movies hold a very special spot in the hearts of millions.

The stories they produce are world renown, and children and adults alike have found themselves

compelled by their endearing narratives over the years.

But the funny thing is, many of Disney's classics come from really dark tales that

a lot of people aren't aware of.

Some of them are disturbing, some are eerie, and others are flat out outrageous.

So today, we're counting down the top 5 creepiest dark tales of Disney Films.

We actually touched a little on some of things in some of our other top 5 lists, so don't

be surprised if some of these sound

a tad familiar!

With that

in mind, let's jump in!

5 Beauty and the Beast Beauty and the Beast is one of Disney's

tales that was recently retold via a live action adaptation.

While it had its differences, much of the story still sung the same tune.

But the original story its based off of isn't as joyful.

Written by Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve, Belle, after being taken in by the Beast,

convinces him to let her visit her sisters for a week.

The sisters, who now have a luxurious lifestyle, sway Belle into staying with them longer.

This doesn't bode well with the Beast.

He goes mad, hunts her down and devours her.

So yeah, not quite the love story we all know the Disney classic to be.

4 Mulan There's been a lot of excitement, and criticism,

concerning the upcoming live action Mulan film.

A lot is changing from the original animated version, which has some fans a tad irked.

Regardless of how you feel about it, its undeniable that it's a movie that will attract a large

audience when its released.

But did you know that the story behind Mulan is actually much more tragic than what appears

in the animated film?

So Disney's version follows Mulan, a girl who is pals with a small dragon and a cricket

who ends up pretending to be a man in order to fight in the Chinese army facing off against

the Huns.

She wins the war and goes back home, happy ending.

But the Hua Mulan poem its based on, China loses the war.

The Khan then encounters Mulan and tells her that he'll let her live if she lives with

him.

She plays along but eventually escapes, returning home, only to discover her beloved father

is now dead and that he mom has remarried.

She then kills herself to be with her father.

Dark stuff.

3 Little Mermaid The Little Mermaid tells the tale of Ariel,

the daughter of the king of the sea, who just wants to walk where the people walk.

After falling in love with Prince Eric, she strikes up a deal with Ursula and after a

hefty amount of conflict, she does live happily ever after.

Hans Christian Andersen chose a different fate for Ariel in his version of the story

though.

In Ariel's deal in this tale, part of the agreement is that her legs will hurt all the

time, which feels as if she's walking on knives.

Because of her constant pain, things don't go as she hoped, and the Prince ends up with

another lady.

Ariel, utterly heart broken, throws herself into the sea, and transforms into sea foam.

2 Cinderella The Disney Cinderella film was released in

1950.

But the Cinderella story is much older than that.

There is actually a whole history of variations of the story throughout the centuries, with

over 500 from Europe alone.

The one with the most similiarities to the Disney one though originated in the 17th century

in Italy.

60 years later, that story was retold in a French tale, and THEN after that, the Brothers

Grimm retold it yet again in the 19th century.

In this one, rather than glass, Cinderella's slippers are made of gold.

When the Prince comes round to test out women's feet to see who the slippers fit, Cindy's

step mom orders her step sisters to cut off their toes so that their feet will slide into

the slipper seamlessly.

That plan doesn't work though.

And when Cinderella marries the prince, the stepsisters are forced to attend the wedding,

where they are further mutilated by pigeons who pick out their eyes.

1 Snow White The Brothers Grimm have told many a grim tale,

including Snow White.

And just like Cinderella, Snow White has been retold countless times, including in animated

short by the Fleischer Brothers starring Snow White, in which the whole tale acts as a metaphor

for female empowerment.

And cocaine.

It was the early 30s, people.

Anywho, the Brothers Grimm tale has a few stark differences, one being that the Evil

Queen is a whole lot more sinister.

She regularly feasts on the innards of women who are fair; guts that the Huntsman actually

collects for her.

When Snow White is rescued by the Prince, she's actually still unconscious, and when

he takes her back home with him, its only because her casing hits a rock and she's

jolted awake.

Then, when the two are married, the evil Queen is forced to dance in hot iron shoes at their

wedding, until she dies of exhaustion.

Not really the kind of entertainment you'd want at your wedding now though, is it?

There we have it friends!

The Long Dark and Don't Starve: Turning Time into a Resource - Duration: 10:42.

At first glance, The Long Dark and Don't Starve are two very different kinds of survival

games.

One attempts to offer an authentic and unforgiving survival experience, while the other is more

focused on being a videogame first and foremost.

One takes place from a grounded first-person perspective, the other is in 3rd-person and

features a much more playful art style.

The two developers — Hinterland and Klei — clearly had very different priorities

and intentions while designing each game.

And yet what might surprise you is how similar they are in one particular way: both games

turn time into a resource.

Not only does the player's survival depend on how well they can scavenge for food and

other supplies, but it's also determined by how effectively they use the hours in each

day.

The player is required to be thoughtful about how they spend their time and what activities

they should prioritize in order to survive — something that I think sets both games

apart from many of their contemporaries in the genre.

In this video I'll be comparing how The Long Dark and Don't Starve achieve this

in both similar and different ways.

In order for time to be valuable and therefore worth managing in the first place, a number

of factors need to be in place.

First off, time needs to be limited in some way.

The Long Dark accomplishes this mostly through its day-and-night cycle, which is split between

13 in-game hours of light, and 11 in-game hours of darkness.

Each night brings with it a number of changes that severely limit how productive the player

can be.

When the sun goes down, so does the temperature, meaning you freeze to death far more quickly

and need to stay indoors longer to keep warm.

Exploration also becomes more of a challenge, not only due to a lack of visibility, but

because generating light uses up precious resources, whether it be fuel for a lantern

or wood and cloth for a torch.

On top of all that, wolves become more alert and aggressive after sundown.

Overall, these mechanics work together to make every night harsh, and to restrict the

players ability to collect food and other crucial supplies, which in turn makes every

hour of daylight matter.

By comparison, Don't Starve takes a more rigid approach to limiting your time.

The game also has a day-and-night cycle, but it's a lot more restrictive than in The

Long Dark.

Here, the darkness of night doesn't just make it harder to explore or perform certain

actions, but it will literally kill you if you stay in it for too long, forcing the player

to keep a light source with them at all times — usually that of a nearby campfire.

So once again, exploration is more difficult and resource-intensive than it is when the

sun is out, which makes daytime valuable and something that shouldn't go to waste.

The clockwork nature of these cycles places an immediate restriction on your time, but

where Don't Starve differs from The Long Dark is in the addition of seasons.

Unlike the perpetual winter of The Long Dark, the world of Don't Starve is constantly

shifting from summer to winter, and back to summer again.

The Reign of Giants DLC throws spring and autumn into the mix too, for a grand total

of 4 seasons, each with their own weather conditions and changes that they bring to

the world.

This acts as an additional layer of limitation because certain activities only occur at specific

times of the year.

For example, bees don't leave their hives during the winter and therefore stop producing

honey, thus cutting off a valuable source of food for the player.

On the other hand, some important items can only be obtained from creatures that spawn

during particular seasons.

That brings us to the second factor in how both games encourage you to be careful with

your time: by having high stakes that punish you for not using your time effectively.

In both The Long Dark and Don't Starve, death is permanent in most cases, and succumbing

to its sweet embrace means losing everything and starting over with a new character.

So any mistake the player makes — whether it be due to complacency or carelessness — could

potentially lead to their demise.

And more often than not, deaths in both games happen due to lack of preparation, which of

course you're given a limited amount of time to do.

In the case of Don't Starve, the most obvious example of this is winter, which by default

begins on day 21 after the start of a new world.

When I played Don't Starve for the first time, I celebrated making it to my first winter,

and then promptly starved to death when my farms stopped yielding food because of the

cold temperature.

It took me several more attempts to learn how to brace against the harshness of this

season, and how to get the most out of what limited time I was given to prepare for it.

Crops and other important resources stop growing, bees stop producing honey, and fishing ponds

freeze over, meaning I needed to stockpile enough food and materials to last me until

summer.

The threat of hypothermia meant I needed to craft warm clothing and other items to prevent

myself from freezing to death, and the shorter days caused my sanity to drain more rapidly.

All of these dangers required me to carefully manage what limited time I had in the summer

in order to prepare for them, as any one of them could potentially be my downfall.

The two seasons added by the Reign of Giants DLC also introduce their own unique changes

and hazards, such as the scorching heat of summer or the torrential downpour of spring.

All this, plus I haven't even mentioned the hounds that hunt down the player at regular

intervals, which is yet another periodic danger the player needs to stay vigilant of.

Going back to The Long Dark, the consequences of not managing your time are much more subtle

and gradual than they are in Don't Starve.

It's always winter in the desolate Canadian wilderness the game is set in, and outside

the games story and challenge modes, there's no obvious event the player needs to ready

themselves for.

Instead, the challenge comes from being prepared for the inevitable depletion of non-renewable

resources.

At the start of a new game, players can usually get by off of whatever supplies they scavenge

from abandoned houses or elsewhere in the world.

This is especially true in the Coastal Highway and Mountain Town regions, which feature many

buildings stocked with food and resources for starting fires.

But as time marches on, survival gradually becomes more and more difficult, as the canned

soup and granola bars begin to run out and the player is faced with starvation.

The only renewable food source available is the local wildlife population, which the player

will eventually need to hunt or fish for in order to stay alive, which once again takes

a lot of time and preparation.

For instance, the player can hunt down wild deer for their meat, but they need a ranged

weapon in order to do so.

The most sustainable option is to craft a bow and arrows, which takes a long time because

the materials used to make one need to be cured indoors for several days before they

become useable.

So if you wait too long to make one, there's a good chance you'll starve to death before

you can even finish it, because you didn't make effective use of what little time you

had.

So while Don't Starve is cyclical in the way the player must always be bracing themselves

for whatever the next season will bring, The Long Dark is more like a constant uphill slope,

where survival is forgiving at first but steadily becomes tougher the longer you're alive,

as the player is required to live off the land and invest their time wisely in order

to develop the means to do so.

The final piece of what makes time-management interesting in both games is how each of these

factors — limited time and high stakes for wasting it — drive player choice, and create

tangible consequences for those choices.

In this regard, the biggest way The Long Dark differs from Don't Starve is that many important

actions take a significant amount of time to complete.

Breaking down furniture for raw materials, reading skill books to increase your stats,

gutting an animal, cooking various foods, repairing clothes, and creating a map of an

area can all take hours of ingame time to complete.

Even actions that don't take long to do — such as collecting water, starting fires,

or even just eating food — all take a small amount of time that can quickly add up over

the course of a day.

The player has to be mindful about which activities they choose to prioritize, because — much

like in the real world — everything you do takes up precious time.

Additionally, certain actions can put the player in potential danger while doing them,

such as surveying an area or harvesting meat from a corpse, which temporarily leaves the

player vulnerable both to predators and to hypothermia.

This adds an additional risk-reward dynamic to the gameplay, with the player constantly

weighing the pros and cons of completing certain tasks that put them in harms way.

Contrast this with Don't Starve, where most actions take only a second or two to complete,

and even longer tasks such as growing crops or drying meat usually takes no more than

a couple days, versus the weeks it can take to cure pelts and hides in The Long Dark.

Here, where it could take hours to cook a fish or harvest a resource, in Don't Starve

you can do it pretty much instantaneously.

The game compensates for this by having a much shorter day-and-night cycle lasting only

8 minutes a pop, and by having tighter deadlines by which to prepare for the various seasons,

usually 20 days at the most.

The player is also given a lot more options for dealing with these seasons, both in terms

of available food sources and items they can craft.

So in The Long Dark, choice comes more from how the player decides to divide their time

between a small number of activities that are all very time-consuming, versus Don't

Starve where the player has to juggle many different tasks and decide which ones are

most suitable to their playstyle and offer them the best chance of survival.

All these differences may seem like minor observations when viewed on their own, but

together they have a significant impact on how each game feels to play, and reflect the

intentions of their respective developers.

For this reason, I think judging each system out of context to determine which one is quote-on-quote

"better" would be missing the point, because their success is ultimately dependant on the

focus of their respective games.

The time mechanics in The Long Dark work because they compliment the patient, slow-burning

survival experience the game sets out to be, while Don't Starve's implementation affirms

its focus as a game centered around more traditional mechanics and systems.

Having said that, I do think the way The Long Dark handles time is a bit more interesting

than in Don't Starve because of its subtlety.

Most games that treat time as a resource put these mechanics front-and-center for the player

to see, such as the 3-day cycle of Majora's Mask or the 60-second lives used in Minit.

So it's compelling to see a game like The Long Dark take a more understated approach

to making you manage your time, and it stands as another example of how many ideas remain

to be explored when it comes to using time as a game mechanic.

As for what exactly those ideas might be, I guess only time will tell.

Thanks for watching.

Dark Souls 2 True Pacifist Run [14] - Looking Glass Knight - Duration: 16:00.

My friends, fellow black phantoms, my name is Sol also known as SolTheCleric and welcome

back to yet another episode of my True Pacifist Run of Dark Souls 2 Vanilla.

In this episode we'll finally meet Benhart of Jugo here in Drangleic Castle.

The problem is that our supposedly Caledonian friend is stuck in a room that is normally

reachable only after defeating the Dragonriders.

And here's another problem: in this version of the game, there aren't any summons available

for that fight: so, yep, no Pilgrim Bellclaire this time...

So we have two options here: we either have to try to defeat the Dragonriders with the

Old Sun Ring and waste an enormous amount of time farming for souls to buy Repair Powder

and then hope not to die (so that we don't have farm over and over again) or we can just

skip the next bossfight entirely with this special parry-walking skip that I had to come

up with exclusively for this run.

And remember: this is all just to be able to speak to Benhart.

So let's see... here I have get to get past this rock... and then try to reach those stairs

over there.

Hopefully dodging all of these invisible walls around here...

Aaaand here we go.

Goodbye Dragonriders!

And hello there, my friend.

So right now, Benhart can be summoned for the Looking Glass Knight bossfight but, before

jumping into the fight, let's retrieve another Estus Flask Shard here in the Castle as we're

really gonna need all the help that we can get especially in the next area of the game

and you known what I'm talking about right?

Yeah.

That one.

So normally, in order to proceed here, we're supposed to kill yet another Stone Soldier

to activate yet another Golem in order to activate an elevator to obtain a certain key

required to open a certain door, but luckily enough, thanks to the magic of parry-walking,

we won't have to do any of this.

The hell with that: you'll see it in a bit.

Also as little fun fact here: contrary to Royal Guards, Cyan Soldiers cannot open doors

apparently.

So if I close this one, they just won't be able to follow me anymore.

Goodbye.

Ok, Benhart has moved so let's upgrade our Estus Flask once again and finish our preparations

for the next bossfight: the Looking Glass Knight.

Very good.

Now let's pay a visit to Mr. Mirror Shield.

This boss is, as expected, gonna be the strongest of the ones that we faced up until now so

we really gonna have to use every trick up our sleeve for this one.

Let's go summon Benhart first...

So get through this wall...

get on top of this corridor to load the room,

and *plup* we're past the door.

Ok guys, wish me luck.

Phew...

That was messier than I thought: Gower's Ring definitely saved my life at least once here.

Ok and here we are.

Every new player's favorite area.

Let's see... well, let's at least light up the first bonfire, shall we?

Homeward... can I?

Please?

Thank you.

And there we go.

In the next episode, the Shrine of Amana ladies of gentlemen.

Pretty sure it's gonna be fun.

This is SolTheCleric and peace out.
