Can we settle on how Crosby, Stills and Nash started?
No.
There's no agreement?
No.
Great!
Why do it?
I love it.
If one and looked up sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll...
there would probably be a picture of Led Zeppelin
That's very kind of you.

Kentucky Hot Brown Sandwich ~ Kentucky Derby Classic ~ Retro Recipe ~ Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 6:09.
Hi everyone and welcome back to my kitchen Kentucky Derby is usually run the first Saturday in May and we are anticipating that
Very soon we're focusing on Kentucky Derby favorite
We're starting off with Kentucky hot brown sandwich, which is a delicious, Kentucky classic. Let's go see how this all comes together
It is almost Kentucky Derby time and the week that I'll be uploading
This is the week before the Kentucky Derby which is always the first Saturday in May
in honor of that today
We are making a remake of a video. I made a very long time ago about six years ago for a Kentucky hot brown sandwich
This is a Kentucky classic. It is an open-faced sandwich with bacon
Turkey tomato and a mornay sauce that I have made with Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese
It's super easy to make I also have a video for this that I made about the same length of time ago
I will leave a link to this down below
I will be including
what you need to make the sauce in this recipe that I will post on my website so no worries there and
What you need to start off with is I have two pieces of sourdough?
Bread that I have toasted this was too big to put in my toaster
So I had to put it in long ways and then flip it over and toast the other side. I have some sliced
tomatoes
some cooked bacon
some
Roasted turkey breast and my Monterey Jack mornay, sauce this is just a basic bechamel
which you start with a roux so butter and flour and
Then add milk and then add Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese until it's nice and thick and delicious
And that's what you get when you're all done
It's perfect and what we're gonna do is build this on a sheet pan
And then we're gonna go ahead and pop this under the broiler
So it gets nice and bubbly and toasty now when you order this in a restaurant you actually get it in a little like
Ramekin, and it popped under the broiler, and we're gonna serve it with some cranberry sauce and this is just a really easy
Quick meal that you can make any time of year, but it's super delicious
And this here is just this is just jennie-o turkey that I bought in the meat case
This is also an excellent use for leftover turkey after you roast a turkey like at Thanksgiving or at the holidays
And maybe you roasted a turkey for Eastern you have some leftover in your freezer
This is a great way to use it
So there are a couple ways you can make this
You can put the turkey and then the tomatoes on top of your toast
and then you can
put the bacon on top and then cover everything in the sauce or you can put the sauce on pop it into the broil and
Then put the bacon on top, but I like to put the bacon on top
Here and make sure you put plenty of bacon or your husband will complain
And I think I'll move these around
Just so it's a little bit easier to deal with now you can just drizzle on this cheese sauce
You don't have to like cover it you're not you're not gonna want to drown it
But you're gonna want to give it enough, so I'm gonna say about three of these ladles
Which isn't very much at all this sauce will make enough for four to six
Sandwiches depending on how large you make them and some it's gonna drip off onto the pan now
I'm gonna pop these under the broiler for just a few minutes until they get browned and bubbly and then I'll bring you back and
I'll show you what they look like when they're all finished all right there. You have it
there is our, Kentucky hot brown fresh out of the oven I gave it a little sprinkle of
Paprika, and I'm just gonna cut this in half for you. So you can see what looks like there
We go
absolutely beautiful
The best part about this sandwich is really it's already ready if you don't want to stick it under the broiler
Guess what you don't have to you can just pour that sauce on top and eat and have dinner
It's ready already. It's already ready already. I'm gonna have Rick give this a taste because you know
I know you guys love it when he gives that a taste
Good oh yeah
It's like I said. This is a really great way to put dinner on the table. It's a nice substantial
Open-faced sandwich you can have this any time of year. It's really simple to put together and
You can use whatever kind of bread you have you can make this with roasted chicken you can make this with leftover roast turkey
You can do it. Whatever you want. I bought a jennie-o roasted turkey
Breast at the grocery store, and it works out just perfect
The sauce is really fast to throw together and you're gonna love it
You can also use this mourn a sauce on on fish you can use it on chicken
It's just really good. You can make macaroni and cheese with it
It'll be delicious
So that is how you make a beautiful?
Kentucky hot brown sandwich in honor of the Kentucky Derby which is coming up here pretty soon
Why not just enjoy it you know sometimes we have to have a reason to have a celebration
No, you really don't this is a celebration any time you put it on the table
I hope you give it a try if you liked today's video, please consider giving me any thumbs up

Where's Classic World of Warcraft | Bless Emissaries + - Duration: 12:14.
What's good.
It's Fevir.
Today we're going to talk a bit about the official World of Warcraft classic servers
plus.. a couple of other gaming related topics.
OK.
So I've actually not even made a peep about classic World of Warcraft at all on my channel..
for a few reasons.
Talking about it in a way that isn't...
I can't wait.. hype hype hype... gets you a very weird type of backlash and I 100% think
that it's announcement at last year's Blizzcon was almost certainly a means to make sure
they had something big for people to latch onto from it.
Don't get me wrong, Blizzcons are always pretty cool if you're a fan of Blizzard games.. but
last year's con even with the announcement that they're moving forward with this.. still
ranked pretty low comparatively to past cons.. with the highlight being.. for the horde.
For me what's going to be interesting is seeing how the expectations from the community form
up and then the reaction when it does launch or to any pre-release information since getting
the mmorpg community to agree on anything is nearly impossible let alone think it's
good and a while back there was even that survey passed around asking what people would
want from a classic server and even on simple things the community at large was pretty split..
and I'll link off to one of my favorite mmorpg videos based around this in the description..
but
What I
wanted to touch on today is where is vanilla or classic World of Warcraft - it was announced..
mentioned in a couple of interviews and.. that's it, silence.
And aside from Ashes of Creation - this is the thing I get asked about non-stop as if
I'd know.. which ok most of this channel is mmorpg focused and it's in people's minds
as recently some of the bigger wow private server streamers or content creators quit
or are moving away from it - or certain community run challenge modes being run on the live
servers - or soda just casually saying the word vanilla.. and people seem to be getting
impatient... and to you guys I would say.. we'll probably hear something about it at
the upcoming Blizzcon - but don't hold your breathe for more concrete information until
Ashes of Creation, Pantheon, Camelot Unchained..
FFXIV's next expansion etc... until those games start looking to release in a real way..
with the release of classic WoW timed to undercut them.
There is no reason not to wait.. and in the past..
World of Warcraft expansions have generally released curiously close to competitors.
It's just the nature of beast.
So if you really want to speed up development for classic WoW.. go fund Pantheon.. just
kidding.
Of course.. if and when more information comes out for it - I'll be excited to hear about
it.
This next bit - I wanted to talk about an evolving trend in the youtuber.. streamer..
influencer gaming space.
The partnership or connection with different companies.. and specifically this time round..
with Bless Online and it's emissary program.
So many online, ongoing games have systems where us content creators can apply and be
accepted and be recognized or given some perks in some way.
Depending on the company.. this can be formal recognition for the content creator as a valued
member of the community.. or it can be using the content creator's reach for unpaid advertising..
and every shade in between.
Now more recently.. we've seen the community push forth and remind us.. or to be honest
since most of us have no idea what we're doing.. inform us on regulations and rules for disclosure
and all this stuff - typically it's seen right now around sponsorship.. namely someone being
paid to create something.. but I think with the Bless Emissary program we're seeing a
code of conduct that is more formal and recognizing that even these more casual connections are
something that should be disclosed.
As in this unpaid connection to Bless.. there are lines in there that amount to.. only speak
good of the product and even on your channel.. anything you make is ours and is subject to
review, editting or removal at their discretion, requirement on weekly content quotas.. they
are flying people down to San Fran for am exclusive events .. and most importantly to
us here .. it includes the need to disclose the relationship.
And a whole bunch of other interesting things if you're thinking of applying.. read it.
The entire idea of disclosure is less about money changing hands and more about .. taken
right from the FTC.
The question you need to ask is whether knowing about that gift or incentive or free flight
or exclusive access would affect the weight or credibility for your watchers or readers
towards your recommendation/content/coverage.
If it could, then it should be disclosed.
So Emissaries to Bless or anywhere - where the connection may affect credibility .. you
should be seeing that disclosure at the start of every video or made known throughout a
stream - now content creation is weird because it's not like you can make a video saying..
hey I'm partnered in one video as your disclosure.. then never mention it again because you covered
it.. and it's not like ignoring this is going to have the FTC at your door to punish you
... but the FTC is slowly catching up to digital stuff so it's important to stay on top of
this and the idea is to not mislead, either intentionally or unintentionally.. your audience.
It's one of the reasons I've followed ACG's philosophy of even when I receive a game for
free and cover it - I always spend the money at release and buy a copy myself.
Sometimes so it looks sexy in it's untouched packaging as I tend to only play games I think
I'll like, sometimes given away.. sometimes destroyed in a fit of rage.. and early access
copies are always digital and I tend to actually want a physical thing myself.
This also
is the case with affiliate links and referral links as something that should require the
same sort of accepted disclosure you see for sponsored videos - if they pertain to the
topic or content.. not a quick 5 second, hey use that link if you sign up placed conveniently
at the end of a 10 minute video/ad that most people don't get to anyways.
Some of those affiliate links start generating some serious, serious cash on a per click
rate.. and a cute little trick if you want to see some potential here.. is on a bit.ly
link - which is a common way to hide affiliate links .. if you put a plus behind it .. you'll
get a read out of how many clicks that link got .. in a lot of cases this amounts to a
hell of a lot more money than a typical #sponsored video would make .. and you can bet your bum
.. that's influencing the way people present stuff .. this was really at what was at the
core of the Ashes of Creation referral madness from last year.
The digital space is really changing quickly and there is a larger and larger focus on
influencer marketing and while I don't want to participate and become a marketing arm
for Bless - I do like that they are formalizing what generally is just a casual understanding
with other companies.. and I imagine, and hope, this is going to be an ongoing trend.
There is nothing wrong with selling out or being a spokesperson for something - you just
have to let it be known.
Let's end on a bit of a lighter note -
This week I dug into the snow, with Frostpunk - a city builder that ended up being really
good.
Atmospheric, dark - quite challenging comparatively to other games I've played like it.. and you
guys know I love a good snow level.
It has you take control of a settlement trying to survive after some bad stuff went down
against the harsh elements .. and making choices like should we put the kids to work, do we
turn to faith or martial law, do we preserve what it was to be human.. or do what we must
to survive.
I've just been having so much fun with this game.. and just when I thought I couldn't
like it anymore.. they have robots.
Perfect.
State of Decay 2 went into it's technical alpha a couple days ago and there is now tons
of footage of the game- with a release planned later this month, the 22nd.
State of Decay 2 is a 3rd person, action, survival, zombie shooter.. it's not anything
we haven't heard before but I know a lot of people really enjoyed the first one.. so figure
out if they made enough changes to get you excited for this one..
I am just over zombie games so I'll pass, but I'm just mentioning it.
A week or so back in a video I let on that this year I am going to be revisiting a bunch
of different established MMORPGs and give them an almost updated review.. kind of revisit
them in current year after playing them for some time and not basing an overview video
on reddit posts.. well after more hours and months than I expected - I'm finishing up
the video for Guild Wars 2 .. and man.
I hope you guys like it.. the plan is to mess around in Bless this next month - and take
on Black Desert in meantime and afterwards between now and Battle for Azeroth which I
always go back and play with wifey.. as well as Elder Scrolls Online - luckily for me a
lot of BDO is done afk.
After those I'm not sure .. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.. maybe Mabinogi..
maybe EVE.
I'm going to put one of those surveys in the top - because I want to know if people would
be interested in just the main video .. or a suite .. like, a guide to my class - a closer
look at pvp, a closer look at pve etc.. and while those are just rough ideas - in the
comments .. keeping in mind I'll take the same approach with all the MMORPGs I play
this year - what would you like touched on in more detail.
Not hella specific, but more than just a few sentences... with it's own gameplay footage
etc.
Well.. we did it.
We broke 10 minutes.
Getting better at youtubing.. but, that will do it for me guys.
Until next time, this is Fevir.
Peace.
