Auto news on Youtube Nov 4 2017

Okay, so I may or may not be doing this video because we just launched a new

t-shirt company. Which is amazing by far what are the best t-shirts in the world.

If you guys want to check it out... okay, I need to control myself. I'm gonna try to

not make this into a huge ad, but I'm super excited because today we just

launched our essentials company. Started with the essential T, which if you want

to check it out, it's going to linked down below. But to the point of this video, for

today's video we're going to be talking about 5 ways to look amazing in a

Numero uno, it's about working out. This is the biggest problem with

guys wearing tees or why they think they don't look good in t-shirts is because

the soft thin fabric that most t-shirts have, tend to just contour the body. This

means that a t-shirt will just follow your body's natural lines, highlighting

both your attributes and your negative features that you might not like as much.

The best way to fight against this is to work out regularly and build a physique

that's a bit more balanced, you know you get the broad shoulders, a fuller chest,

bigger arms, that way when you do throw on a t-shirt it looks amazing. But I get

it, you won't build that physique overnight.

There are other tips you can still implement in the process as you're going

to the gym to look better like, for example, you need to get the right fit.

One of the biggest things you want to look at is your shoulder seams, you want

to make sure that your shoulder seams actually end right where your shoulders

end. This is gonna make sure it does give you that broad shoulder shape, you also

want to make sure the t-shirt fits nice and snug in the chest region. This

is what's gonna highlight your chest and make it look bigger, even if you're

flat-chested like me. On top of that, one key feature you want to look for is, you

don't want your t-shirt to be super tight from the midsection. This will give

you more mobility and also hide some of your love handles and finally the area

that most guys get wrong, the sleeves. Here is an area you really don't want

any extra fabric. When you do have extra fabric even if you have muscular arms

it's gonna make them look like twigs, what you want is a nice and snug fit

that sits right on top of your triceps. You see your tricep pet is the biggest

muscle of your arm exposing this makes your arm overall look bigger. This is why

we focus so much on fit on our essential tees. The whole point is that all men

need that essential basic t-shirt that fits well and can literally be worn with

everything. So we made sure that the fit on our t-shirts was

phenomenal. Better than anything you'll buy in your store or online and to be

able to achieve that versatility of being able to wear it casually, sporty or

even dressed up, that fit area is super important. On top of that we tried

several blends when it came to shirts and our perfect mixture of cotton and

bamboo will give you a soft, comfortable, perfect fit, straight out of the bag. And

more importantly, it won't shrink after three washes like your regular cheap

t-shirts do. The great thing with the bamboo is that it acts like a natural

antibacterial agent, meaning that it's gonna help suppress some of those odors

and keep you refreshed all day. If you guys want to check out the world's best

t-shirt from, it at least in my opinion, I'm gonna have the essential tee link

down below, so you guys can check them out. Now this is a limited run that we

did order, kind of to get the feel for things, see what you guys think, get some

feedback. But I'm telling you guys when you try these t-shirts, you're gonna be

blown away by just how soft,, luxurious they feel and how amazing they fit. So it

is first-come first-serve, so go now check them out there's gonna be a link

down below and let me know what you think in the comment section. The third

thing you want to do to look amazing in a t-shirt is to get the right color.

First of all, you want to focus on your basic. So your white, this is a neutral

color that looks great with almost any skin type, so this is a must in every

guy's closet. You want to nail down the black tee, this is probably the second

tee you're gonna want to get once you got your white one. Black is great

because I feel it just brings out the sexiest parts of men. When you throw on a

black t-shirt I've said it before that's like the little black dress for women,

when you wear that women go crazy. And finally to cover basics you have your

gray. This is your in-between between your white and black and it's kind of

that neutral area. I feel this is perfect because it just looks great with

anything and the color gray does a great job of accentuating our guys frame.

Number four, it's all about quality and getting the right fabrics. I would

suggest against polyester or anything that's like a hundred percent synthetic.

These don't tend to breathe as well, fit as nice, or lasts as long. Cotton is

usually always recommended, especially a hundred percent cotton. It's always gonna

be more breathable. The only downside to cotton, as you probably already know ,after

one wash it shrinks about three sizes. This is why we made our own a balanced

blend, between cotton and bamboo. It still remains naturally breathable

but it does a better job of fighting against shrinking as opposed to just

cotton alone. I also recommend that in your t-shirts you do find something that

has around 5% elastane or spandex. Now this is synthetic but since it's such a

small percentage it won't really affect the t-shirt as much and actually

provided some benefit to you. Like I said, in the beginning a t-shirt is all about

fit and if you want that snug fit across your chest and your arms something with

spandex or elastane is gonna do a great job of contouring your body and

enhancing your muscles. Finally the fifth tip it's all about styling. Remember when

you have that perfect t-shirt that fits amazing looks quality, the possibilities

are endless. Most guys think I'll just wear this with jeans and some sneakers,

but you can think outside the box. Layer your tee, add outer pieces on top

of your tees to dress up a look. There are so many ways you can wear your

t-shirt once it fits right, like I said the possibilities are endless. Alright

boys and that's it for this week's video I hope you enjoyed it. Those are five

ways to look amazing in a t-shirt. If you guys liked this video and found it

informative don't forget to drop us a like down below also let me know what

you guys think about the Esntls t-shirts, I'm going to have them linked

below. Pick one up, check it out and give me some feedback. It's really gonna be helpful.

That's it for me today, see you next time!

HUGE Fall Plus Size Fashion Try On Haul : Kimonos and Velvet | Gwynnie Bee Review - Duration: 16:25.

hey guys & dolls! welcome back to vintage or tacky today we're gonna be doing my

VOTxgb30 video every month I show you guys everything I rented from GwynnieBee from

the previous month and I'm really excited because we're starting to get

back on track them the videos are trying to creep into like the middle of each

month which I kind of had that cut off before but now we're like literally

going month to month that's so much better now I'm also really excited

because last month I had so many great questions about the quantity membership

and I'm gonna use this opportunity to do a little bit more of a deep dive and

explain the membership a little bit more in depth because normally I just kind of

do the overview of like how you sign up how you closet how is it clothing right

- a subscription service it's for plus sizes you have the option to buy yada

yada yada and the free monthly trial and hope that nice neat stuff but I want to

actually take my camera pointed at my computer screen and show you my closet

show you how you closet things different things like priorities and whatnot so

today we are going to actually go through all of that right now and I've

got some some questions from you guys that I'm gonna answer along the way so

let's go ahead and get started unfortunately I don't have cool like

screen capture software so we're doing this old-school with my camera pointing

at my computer so if it's a little shaky Kim I do apologize so the first thing

that you're gonna do when you click the link of the description bar down below

it's gonna take you to the glennyb site so this will show you how to create an

account I already have an account so I'm gonna go ahead and log in this is my

information I actually know her I actually met her when I did the

commercial so hi once we are logged into the website this is the whole site here

they will have some curated collections like the pants guide autumn ease you

know little things like that I want to start out by showing you guys my closet

which is in the upper right hand corner right here it'll also show things like

points you get points for doing things like closet things or returning multiple

items at bag and you guys can see me in my mirror so what you're seeing here is

my closet I currently have three things in my closet so I have the three items

at a time membership and you can see how much it would cost to purchase these

things these were all a little bit more on the pricier side so I don't think I'm

going to be buying anything this time but that's okay you can totally use the

membership however you want to use it you can use it as a way to try and buy

things you can just use it as a rental subscription service it's totally up to

you the other option that they have you can see here at the bottom they have

this new thing called by returned favorites and I

really like this feature because you're able to actually get things that you've

returned that maybe you've rated highly so here I have a couple of things that

I've rented this is from additionnal I really like that skirt this Lucky Brand

jacket I really enjoyed so I might actually get that one for 36 bucks you

guys remember I love that toga top it's 18 bucks I'm thinking I might have to

pick it up so it's a really a great thing there's a slider here there's like

tons and tons of stuff so I think that is really cool it's one of the features

I really love about the membership the items that I actually have at home but

of course you have a virtual closet where you have tons of things that you

have liked so let me show you guys how you do that I'm going to go to the new

arrivals and I think I've already actually closeted a bunch of stuff well

let's go ahead and closet this Ellen Tracy dress the first thing that I'm

going to do especially when I'm not sure about a brand is I will go to the size

chart and figure out like okay what size do I actually wear so this one's

actually highlighted this is a suggested size for me based on my measurements my

waist is actually a 44 but my hips are bigger so sometimes I'll get things a

little bit bigger and then belt it so I'm going to go ahead and add the size

22 to my closet so here's what's in my closet you can see we have the dress I

just added and a bunch of other stuff you can see some things are highlighted

with priorities so if you really like something and that something you would

prefer to get before something else you can go ahead and highlight the

prioritize and then that one's going to be note that that's something you want

more than something else and then you can actually click to just see your

priorities and see okay these are all the things that I've said I really

really really want you can see some of the sweaters that I've printed before I

have a habit of reak Laza ting things if I really enjoyed something but maybe I

don't want to own it but I just like to wear it again I will absolutely reclose

it and if it's something new you will have a higher chance of getting it again

this month alone I had two things that I actually rented twice so we'll get to

that when we get to it dandy Kay asked me if there was a way to

look for things just by a designer and there is there's this great little thing

where you can find things by brand so let's say you only wanted to see things

from Adriana PayPal you can go ahead and click that you're gonna see all the

Adriana papel you could also search for things by color and by size because not

every designer carries every size so you can just find the things that are

actually gonna fit you there's another function as well I love

on hold so what I like to do is a couple times a year I will put some items on

hold that are more seasonal so here I have a lot of things that I either just

don't want at the moment or they're like short sleeve or very spring or something

like that where I just I don't think that I'm gonna wear them right now so I

went ahead and put them in my on hold another question about the membership

was can you pick specific items like you know let's say I wanted to rent this

loft dress like could I actually say I want this and only just get that dress

that's not really how it works you feel you're all set up with things you'd like

to rent so things that you that you're interested in and you know there's gonna

be a wide variety and for me not knowing that's part of the fun it makes it a

little bit more of an adventure to see what you will in fact get I've really

enjoyed the fact that it's like not knowable and then it's a little bit

randomized and it's like kind of like a surprise when you get it in the mail but

they are all things that I selected all things that I like and I use that

function to put things that are not seasonally appropriate into my on hold

but here's how you can kind of sort of rig the system essentially if you do

have an event coming up so let's say that you have a bunch of stuff in your

closet that's casual and workwear and everything else if you have an event

that you're going to that you just really need a great couple of dresses

for put everything in your on hold so you're not losing it you still have it

and you're on hold and it's really easy to just put things in the on hold and

then simply fill your closet up with things that are appropriate they

actually have a dressing up category where you can like pick cocktail dresses

or things for weddings and things like that so it's a really great way to kind

of game the system but you're still using the membership in the same way

you're still closet you'd like you're still gonna get something somewhat

randomly and in that case it can be really nice especially you have a

membership where have a few items at a time you'll get a couple of options in

you can send back what's not going to work and continue to rent it so it's

there's a lot of different ways that you can use it and once you actually member

it becomes more clear how you can actually use the tools of the membership

to work for you think that's most of what I wanted to cover today I without

going making this video run much too long so I started this month it was this

amazing kimono from Melissa McCarthy you guys know Melissa McCarthy is kind of

one of my favorites I love this kimono I've had this prioritize for quite some

time and when it finally came I was like it's a beautiful black background with

mustard colored flowers as you could tell I really love mustard it's just so

pretty I wore this with a dress from universal standard which is a brand

that I had only found out about because of quantity unfortunately I wore it with

some really unfortunate underwear so under undergarments are important people

I don't wear shapewear but these underwear did me no favors it was

laundry day okay like shit happens I also paired it with this great floppy

hat that I recently got it Target my beaded bag that I got from thread up so

just kind of pulling all those little elements together and some sandals I

love my Birkenstocks the next piece that I rented this month is from Gabby Skye

and this dress was so amazing you guys it's a sweater dress and this is

something I found really interesting so I have a lot of other sweater dresses

and most the most part there might be a little bit curved but they're mostly

just kind of straight up and down in your body does the work to make it look

curvy dress was actually kind of like curved in the way that it was like like

knit and the way that it was cut and everything was totally curved so this is

by far the most flattering sweater dress I have ever worn it was so beautiful I

was a little bit sad to send it back because I mean look at it it's so

perfect but in the end I realized I probably don't need donut I'm probably

gonna reclose it it though it's so pretty

I have this dress paired with my favorite array boots which I talked

about my wide width shoe video so be sure to watch that video if you haven't

already I know in my last going to be video a ton of you requested that so I

will have that linked in the description bar down below the next piece that I

rented is from a brand called Liotta now Liotta is a brand where I sometimes were

three and some knows were four and in this one I definitely could have worn a

four I was just a little bit too tight and a little too short so it was cute it

was fun I wore doubt I returned it that's that's the story of that aired I

love the color the color was so pretty just it wasn't for me and this is one of

those things where like if you're shorter than me that dress would

probably work better for you I'm five six so if you're shorter than that that

might be a better length for you this top is from American Rag and I believe

this is in a size 3x it's a really great like transitional season piece where

like it's starting to get a little bit cooler but it wasn't at this point

actually cool now it's actually starting to called like cold down cool down here

in Northern California I'm like oh thank gosh it's like finally fall it's a

really great transitional like longer sleeve so it's like it's nice and a

little bit warmer but like not super hot and sweaty and gross it's a great

transitional piece they have it paired with a pair of pants from torrid and the

shoe are also from torrid I'm gonna take this

opportunity to talk about something else one of the questions I got last month

was where I got the ripped up jeans this is one of the pairs of jeans I think I

wore so that is it's from torrid there was another pair that I wore with the

sweater and those are from rwn and I'm working on a review video for rwn so

that will be coming up soon this next top is from a brand called

skies or blue and you guys have seen me wear this in a couple of videos it was

so cute and comfortable I love the cold shoulder detailing and a little detail

here the print on it was so so cute it was a little shorter than what I

probably would like in the top I like my tops would be just a little bit longer

they either need to be like tight and tuckable or like longer and flowy

that's just my personal preference this was really cute that I enjoyed the crap

out of renting it and I paired that with a pair of jeans also from rwy this next

dress is from a brand called Park in Pierce and has such a cool interesting

texture to it it's not quite velvet it's more like woven than velvet is I don't

know if you guys can see the texture there but it's super cool

I'm renting this dress in a size 22 W and it is it just fits me so perfectly

it has zipper pockets and zips all the way down so there's different things

that you can do with that um obviously just have you can just wear as a dress

like that but the other thing you can do is use it as a layering piece so I have

this dress right here from curvy cents which online look like it was just gonna

be kind of a short dress in person it's like barely even a t-shirt like it's

super super short in fact like my butt hangs out of it it's just it's kind of

crazy I could never wear this just by itself but with this layered over it

covers my butt so I can wear it as a dress if I'd like so it's a really great

way to kind of try things out you can have it zipped up like I have it zipped

up right now kind of like a cute little you know or you can have it unzipped

it's really kind of up to you there's lots of different styling options that

you can go with this I also paired this curvy sense t-shirt with a skirt from

Tracy Reese this is a plenty by tracy release this dress I got the earth skirt

I kind of like need to like have a little conversation about so I

originally had for some reason closet of this and a 4x and it was like entirely

way too big like they're like I couldn't even try it on because we just fall off

like it was ridiculous so I immediately sent it back and reclose

and miracle of miracles the 3x came which I'm so excited about and that

again when something's new you have a little bit of a better chance just

because they have more of them in rotation so um the even the 3x was kind

of big for this one so with this skirt I would definitely recommend sizing down

again I have this shown here in the 3x but can we just talk about the huge full

skirt that this is it is so fun so beautiful the color is gorgeous

if this wasn't $91 I would consider actually purchasing it it is so so

beautiful the pleats in it and everything just make it's so lovely it's

just one of the best skirts I've ever borrowed and that's what I love about

glennyb is being able to read you know some things are a little more accessible

like American brag and things like that were I you know it's just trying a it's

just getting more clothes to wear but then there's stuff like this we're like

I can't afford this $90 skirt just on the rag Oh kind of out of my price range

for this skirt at this time but it's beautiful and it's definitely something

that I will reclose it and wear again because it's so beautiful and fun and

look at that flow it's just one of the most fun things I've ever worn I'll also

have some bonus footage of this at the end when I freaked my husband out doing

something you'll see last couple things I've rented this month you guys have

already seen so the loft dress that I showed in last month's video was

technically for this month because if I've rented it during the month of

October I ended up purchasing this and using it for my olena costume so if you

haven't already seen my oblivion video I know Halloween's over but you still

might get a kick out of it oh the final thing that I rented this month is from

Tiana B it's the same dress I rented last month and just to prove it to you

guys that I'm not just like showing it again here it is I filmed this outfit

just now when I filmed this one as well so yeah I definitely am currently

renting it again it's a great dress I love the accordion pleating and I one

thing that I do kind of wish that Gwennie of you would do is when you

return something give you the option to immediately read clause that it would be

really really helpful or even do like a hold on it or something we're like you

rent it you return it you're like I want to reclassed this in three weeks and

where it would like automatically reclose it it's just an idea

it's just something I'd like to throw out there so now we get to the part of

the video where I shout out all of our new community community members and I

have to start out actually by showing you an apology

jeetu Ashley Newell and dot bow bot I think it's how you say your username I

actually look for dot bow bot on Instagram to kind of find her photo to

reshare it and her account was private so I can't but I'm so sorry that I

skipped your I talked about you last month but I didn't show your photo so

I'm sorry about that Ashley Newell had actually a new

submission you are so cute honestly you're a dull and I'm so

thankful that you were very gracious about me apologizing to you so I wanted

to start out by apologizing to you again and as I feel bad the next person that I

want to share is Miss Ashley McNeill she would this really cute plaid and like

floral top rented from going to be you look so so cute you also rented this

really not sure if it's the jacket or the dress but I think it's the dress and

you look so so darling in that as well of course I want to shout out groomer 9

3 1 you are so adorable I love this the stripe boyfriend blazer that you're

renting I am totally gonna closet that I also wanted to shout out this really

great dress that you're wearing it has great fall colors in it you are so like

those shoes like oh I see you I see you with your shoes vegan bombshell we're

into these really great Art Deco leggings from quani B where's my bestie

rented this dress which is in my closet actually and I'm so jealous that you got

this dude I'm just like seething with jealousy but natural selector went to

this really great palm print dress and that's it for this video thank you guys

so much for watching let me know if you have any additional questions about

quani B I have been a member for a couple of years now so I have a really

good idea of how the membership works and I'm really passionate about it

clearly I think it's such a great way to get a lot of clothes injected into your

wardrobe to try new things try new brands try new shapes try try try try

try and you can try it for free so go ahead and click the link of the

description bar down below to sign up for your first 30 days for free there

was one other question which has really nothing to do with glennyb specifically

but it was asked in last month's video so I wanted to go ahead and address it

here and somebody asked me if I knew of a great crossbody dress or dress cross

body purse that would fit a plus-sized so this is my Britt stitch bag which I

got from ModCloth I don't think ModCloth carries Britt such anymore I'm not 100%

sure about that but this is a company I definitely recommend it's a little on

the pricier side but the strap is very long I'm gonna go

ahead and stand up and show you guys so you can see it's very long it definitely

hits below my waist and I don't even have it on the loosest little bob thing

here so this is a great bag it's held up two years of use and abuse and it's what

I definitely recommend so that is this month's video thank you guys so much for

watching and with that let me show you guys this clip of me freaking my husband

out when I pulled down my skirt to reveal that I was still wearing another

dress I'm integer tacky just remember to be

your own kind of beautiful bite all I didn't know that I was like honey we're

in the courtyard this was sold as a dress on her recently too short to be a

dress

6 Unusual Models In Fashion!

6.

Daphne Groeneveld Hailing from the Netherlands, 21 year old

Daphne Groeneveld draws looks wherever she goes.

In 2010, at the age of just 15, Daphne was discovered, and her unconventional looks sent

her veering straight for the top of the modeling industry.

She's known to break stereotypes about what beauty should look like, as well as to make

people say things like "I think she's attractive, but I'm not quite sure why."

For her part, Daphne is loving life, and has worked with designers such as Gucci, Louis

Vuitton, Jason Wu, Prada, and many more.

5.

Lindsey Wixson Unconventional beauty and downright ugliness

can sometimes be separated by a very thin line, and Lindsey Wixson is a model who happens

to just barely skate past either side of that line, depending on who you ask.

The 22 year old model from Wichita, Kansas has a unique set of facial characteristics

which seem to divide people - some insist that she's starkly beautiful and others

insist that she's ugly as sin.

The main characteristics which seem to start the arguments are her teeth, which feature

a very pronounced gap.

In any case, we're sure that Lindsey herself isn't too self conscious, considering that

her looks have netted her a career in the high fashion industry, and some very nice

paychecks to go along with it.

4.

Issa Lish Being equal parts Mexican and Japanese and

standing just under 6 feet tall, Issa Lish is a strikingly unique looking person.

Her looks are so unique, in fact, that those who see her have actually called her "Jolie

Laide", which is a french term which literally means "beautifully ugly", and is meant

to describe a person who is unconventionally beautiful.

Born in Mexico City in 1995, Issa was discovered at just 14 years old while working in her

father's restaurant.

Since then, she has gone on to be only the third Mexican model to be featured on the

cover of Vogue Italia, and has walked dozens of catwalks.

3.

Winnie Harlow Vitiligo is an ultra-rare skin condition which

can cause those born with it to have patches of different colored skin all over their body.

It's a disease famously had by Michael Jackson, but one which in most cases leaves the person

looking quite a bit different than those around them.

It's certainly not something you'd expect to see on a high fashion model, but Winnie

Harlow, a 23 year old born in Toronto, has decided she won't let her condition stop

her.

After being teased by schoolchildren - called everything from cow to zebra and even leper

- Winnie decided that she would not only come to love herself, but put her body in front

of as many people as possible.

She was discovered on Instagram by Tyra Banks, and after appearing on America's Next Top

Model, her career has taken off quite nicely.

2.

Liza Ostanina - Growing up in Izhevsk , the capital city of the Udmurt Republic in Russia,

Liza Ostanina never thought of herself as beautiful.

Although she was interested in modeling and fashion from a young age, she didn't think

that she had what it takes to make it herself in the world of high fashion.

However, a trip to Japan at the age of 15 changed all that.

She took on a modeling job there, and her somewhat unconventional looks only ensured

that all eyes were on her.

Today, she continues to rise through the ranks of the fashion industry, making a name for

herself where ever she goes.

1.

Molly Bair People often disagree on which adjectives

to use to describe a model.

She's beautiful!

No, she's lovely.

She's gorgeous!

No, she's ravishing.

This is the case for Molly Bair, as well, but...not in quite the same way.

People seem to gravitate more towards words like "alien", "goblin", "gremlin",

and "rat demon" when they describe her.

And yet, they simply can't get enough of her.

As for Molly herself, she's decided to embrace the weirdness.

Standing 6'1" and describing herself as "slightly evil and slightly funny", the

19 year old model is certainly turning heads as she walks down the runway.

How Real Fashion Fans Are Already Wearing Spring 2018's Double-Coat Trend - Duration: 3:13.

How Real Fashion Fans Are Already Wearing Spring 2018's Double-Coat Trend

These days a coat is a lot more than just your outermost layer.

In an age of street style mania and selfie culture, your coat isn't only the first thing people see IRL; it's the first thing they notice in a photograph, too—so it'd better be good!.

This fall you have your pick of classic trench coats, oversized denim jackets, plaid blazers, and cushiony puffers—but what if you just can't choose?. Maybe you don't have to.

For Spring 2018, several designers riffed on the idea of wearing two coats at once: Demna Gvasalia spliced a denim jacket with a trench at Balenciaga, and Phoebe Philo threw loopy topcoats over suits at Céline.

Elsewhere, "hybrids" were trending in other ways, like the sculptural corsets nipped over button-downs at Maison Margiela. The takeaway seemed to be: Why make one statement when you can make two?.

Flipping through our recent street style coverage - we don't just shoot at the "major" shows, but also in Moscow, Seoul, Tbilisi, and more!,.

we noticed that the most experimental dressers are already test-driving the trend. We saw a handful of twofer moments in Russia,.

where one woman layered a trench over a trench—one in camel, one in beige—and another belted a fuzzy topcoat over a charcoal denim jacket, letting one half fall off her shoulder.

Guys are getting into it, too: In Russia, we witnessed one wearing a trench knotted over his blazer, leaving one arm free for a side-by-side effect. In Tokyo, another showgoer layered his trench with an army-green vest.

The required styling tweaks might seem complicated at first, but there are practical benefits:. By the time the first blizzard hits, you'll be well-versed in the art of doubling up with the bonus of a little extra warmth.

Get a few ideas on how to pull it off in the slideshow above, and check back this week for even more street style.

Meet Fashion's New It Girl

All eyes on Yoyo Cao. With her chic clothing label Exhibit and expanding lifestyle site YOYOKULALA, the Singapore-based style star continues to captivate the fashion scene.

1. Your greatest source of inspiration?

It's cheesy, but inspiration can come from anywhere for me. I'd say travelling is a big source of inspiration for me.

2. Favorite style icons?

My mother was the first person to introduce me to fashion so I'm going to pick her. She's a really chic lady.

3. How do you see yourself fitting in the fashion scene?

This industry can get really rough and chaotic. I want to be someone who is able to spread positive vibes.

4. Favorite off-duty pastimes?

I love to just chill at the couch with good friends, good food, and good conversations. An occasional karaoke session never hurts too.

5. Most memorable fashion moment?

I'm going to cheat and say my very first fashion season almost four years ago. Everything was so new and overwhelming to me, but every day was one of those "pinch me" days. Style philosophy? Less is more.

6. Who are your heroes and why?

They work hard and they're driven, but they're also the kind of people who aren't afraid to try.

7. What's the biggest change you want to see in the industry?

It is always so heartening to see female designers making a name for themselves and getting the recognition that they deserve both as designers and businesswomen. We need to continue supporting our women!.

8. If you could own one outfit from any time and place, what would it be?

I've been re-watching some of my favourite fashion documentaries and I think anyone would be lucky to own any one of the couture pieces featured in it, whether it is couture today or from the fifties or sixties.

It is like owning a piece of fashion history.

9. Your go-to uniform?

I'm definitely a t-shirt and vintage cropped jeans kind of girl on an off-duty day. I love a white shirt, too. For dressed up events, a pantsuit never fails.

10. What does Singapore mean to you and how has it affected your style?

It's my second home and where all my closest friends are. I think the weather in Singapore really teaches you to find way to go around trends.

We can't wear coats or shearling boots, but what can we do in place of it?.

11. What's the most powerful advice you received?

To simply work hard and remember to count your blessings.
