In this project we are using dominoes which are taped on the top side.

This special tape is glowing in the dark so that we can create awesome light effects ...

... by turning on and off the light so you can see some dominoes, but the other ones not because of the light effect.

This project is planned as a screenlink which means that we have ...

... one line going into the camera shot on the left side and another line going out again on the right side.

So we can cut all scenes togehter in the post production and create the effect of a big setup.

The idea of 'experimenting with light effects' made this project really interesting for me ...

... and we planned a couple of ideas where we can use this glowing effect perfectly.

So I am really glad that I can coordinate this project.

Right next to me 3 builders are building a 3d pyramid ....

... and here we only used the glowing domines in every other row.

I am really excited how it will look in the dark but I think it will be an awsome effect :)

Sonic Theory: Tails' DARK Secret!? How Does he Fly? | Gnoggin - Duration: 7:39.

Hello hello Last time we went over why knuckles can fly

so it's only natural that we go over Sonic's other flying companion Tails.

But I can already tell ya, This ones is gonna be a bit more convoluted.

Today we will be explaining why tails can, and more so can't, fly

When Sega was creating sonic 2 they wanted a sonic to have a new cute sidekick, to help

attract new people to the franchise.

So Sega held an internal contest on what the new character should be.

from this contest Yasushi Yamaguchi created a flying squirrel character, which would later

appear in Sega sonic arcade, thus Ray the squirrel was born but unfortunately Sega didn't

really like the characters design as Sonics main sidekick.

So Yasushi Yamaguchi created tails who originally was a tanooki, but again Sega shot the idea

down claiming that it was to similar to Mario's new costume in super Mario bros 3.

On the third try he created the tails we know a love today.

a twin tailed fox or a kitsune.

And he could fly by spinning his tails around like a helicopter… but that shouldn't be

possible… wouldn't his tails just get twisted up? … and thats where the mystery begins.

There must be something...twisted going on here.

For this to be possible, Tails would need to break the very laws of physics… perhaps

there is something dark and supernatural going on… so what is tails dark secret?

Well lets start solving it by looking more into his origin, So tails is a kitsune, that

may already be a possible reason why he can fly.

Let's look into the myth of the kitsune and see if there is any connection with flying.

Kitsune the Japanese word for fox is also the name of a yokai or demon.

Kitsune are known for being tricksters but are also known to be quite loyal to the ones

they care about, in this case sonic, sometimes he does get a little too close...

Although there isn't really any indication that kitsune can fly.

There is one depiction of a kitsune flying while carrying boddhisattva but thats it,

the normally don't, so is tails secretly a dark yokai?

Or is there something else we could look at…

Hmm this is harder than I thought...

Maybe we should start with why tails shouldn't be able to fly or be able to even hover.

Miles Prower aka tails was born with a genetic mutation that gave him two tails.

This defect is also known as polydactyly (poly = many, caudal = tailed) According to sonic

lore and mythos, Tails was often bullied about his two tails.

But During his youth he had trained his tails to be quite dexterous, enough to pull a lever

(sonic boomclip), he's like a little spider monkey.

And Somewhere along the lines he learned how to use his tails for flight.

After all, Miles is a aeronautical genius, being who he is I'm sure he saw two tails

and immediately thought of a helicopter like rotor.

And just like a helicopter, Tails flies in the games and comics by rotating his tails.

In some instances he must first wind his tails prior to flight.

Though In most games he is only able to achieve flight for about 8-10 seconds before he appears

to get exhausted, and slowly descends back to the ground.

This could be based off of miles not being quite athletic enough or possibly it is due

to him having to wind up his tail and after 8 seconds it is fully unwound.

But no no, that wind up gag was only used a few times in the old comics, there is something

more twisted going on.

I mean, after all! *inhale* let me explain why he shouldn't be able to fly at all.

Animals don't have wheels.

Yep, that's it, that's the reason tails shouldn't fly.

What I mean is, in order to spin the way his tails do you would need a rotor, and an axle.

Just think about it.

If he were to twist his tails this way, they would simple get all tangled, or if his tails

rotated that fast, wouldn't the skin and blood vessels have to be not connected?

How can a living organism not be connected to itself.

A spinning wheel on an axle is connected to the axle mechanically, gears rub up against

each other, but if they had to be connected to veins to live, well the veins would get

all twisted up.

Mechanical motions like spinning simply DO NOT work on living beings.

Its just not logically possible.

Though there is one exception to this.

The one axle in nature belongs to bacterial flagellum.

The flagellum is a small corkscrew structure that rotates using motor proteins and

Funny enough, the "wheel" more like a corkscrew, is used like a propeller for propulsion.

Unfortunately though this is the only type of spinning object in a living being, and

it can only function on a microscopic level, And even then its not really on an axle…

Long story short THE SCIENCE JUST ISNT THERE, Tails Tails should not be able to rotate...

organically….

unless….

Unless..

That may be it.

Tails's true dark secret is that… hehe….

tails might be a cyborg.

Think about it he's a mechanically inclined, super genius, has a great workshop.

The only way he is able to keep up with the one he adores, Sonic, is by hovering.

So Tails may have taken on his greatest challenge, and surgically replaced his tails with robotic

versions of them.

Thus allowing him the ability to rotate his mecha-tails at high enough speeds to attain

flight, He gets "tired" because they run out of power, or perhaps overheat.

After all, because they aren't big enough or the proper shape to efficiently achieve

lift, they would need to spin at beyond comprehensible speeds to make up for that.

And these speeds would take a lot of power, and overheat.

Its not so far fetched of an idea either, Mobius is home to many odd creatures of nature

and science, There are even a few cyborgs among the freedom fighters like Bunnie Rabbot.

So this world is not foreign to the idea of man made flesh.

This could also explain the immense dexterity in his tails along with his increased power.

tails is able to use his tails at weapons using them for attacking as seen in sonic

adventure and other games in the series.

This also could be why the tails do not rotate when he uses his spin ball or spin-dash attack.

Here we see him spinning his body super fast, like sonic does, but while Sonic's tail spins

with him, curiously tails tails trail behind.

Which again, should be impossible naturally.

Perhaps the way he can spin up so fast like sonic is by reversing what the motor spins.

basically, he uses his rotor to rotate his main body rapidly, while keeping his tails

stationary.

After all, Tails loves sonic, they are best buds!

And tails would do anything to be able to keep up with the fastest thing alive.

Even go through some drastic measures, like shoving a rotor up his butt.

But y'know that's just speculation, it would explain a lot!

But there's nothing quite in the canon that suggests that.

But what do you think?

Dark Secrets The Cyrus Family Tried To Hide - Duration: 6:55.

The Cyruses have become one of the most successful families in Hollywood, but their path to fame

and glory has been plagued by scandal.

From start-and-stop divorces, to the truth about that Disney show, here are the secrets

the family tried to hide.

Long lost sibling

Miley Cyrus was born the same year Billy Ray Cyrus' smash hit "Achy Breaky Heart" went

platinum.

But something else happened in '92 as well.

Christopher Cody Cyrus, Miley's half-brother, was born eight months earlier than his famous

sibling.

His mother is Kristin Luckey, who according to the Mirror, had a "brief relationship"

with Billy Ray "when she was a waitress in South Carolina."

Though Billy Ray never tried to hide Christopher, he allegedly didn't have much of a role in

the boy's life.

Luckey says, "Chris reaches out to have a relationship but it's been months since they

engaged."

And Christopher has nothin' but love for his half-sis, Miley, saying, "She's the same now

as she was before all this fame.

She's still my goofy sister."

Marital troubles

To say that Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus' marriage has been filled with ups and downs would be

an understatement.

The first cracks appeared in 2010 when Billy Ray filed for divorce after 17 years of marriage.

But then, Billy Ray called off the divorce just five months later.

And three years after the almost-divorce, the couple called it quits again.

One month after filing the second time, the couple announced on Instagram that they had,

again, reconciled.

According to People, they said, "We both woke up and realized we love each other and decided

we want to stay together.

We both went into couples therapy something we haven't done in 22 years of being together,

and it's brought us closer together and really opened up our communication in amazing ways."

So what was going on?

In 2010, Us Weekly published a bombshell report alleging that Billy Ray had filed for divorce

after learning that Tish had an affair with Poison frontman Bret Michaels.

But Michaels flat-out denied the report on Fox & Friends, saying, "It started out with

me and Miley simply working on a song together.

Her mom, Tish, likes 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn,' the first concert Miley ever saw was Poison,

and so they wanted to remake it for the new record."

According to Michaels, case closed.

Disney downer

About a month or so before he revealed that he was calling off his divorce, Billy Ray

slammed Hannah Montana, the Disney Channel series that made Miley a superstar, in GQ,

saying, "I'll tell you right now — the damn show destroyed my family."

Billy Ray added that the show's fourth and final season was an all-out disaster.

He said, "I was going to work every single day knowing that my family had fallen apart,

but yet I had to sit in front of that camera."

Billy Ray later clarified those remarks on Good Morning America, admitting that his messy

divorce had gotten the best of him, and saying, "I love Hannah Montana.

I love Disney.

I wouldn't change anything."

Two faced

During her Hannah Montana days, Miley seemed to fit the squeaky-clean Disney brand, but

behind the scenes, she was growing up like a lot of American teenagers: trying everything

from underage drinking to hitting a bong.

She expressed remorse over the bong incident, telling Marie Claire, "For me, it was a bad

decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for," but there were times when

Miley said her public image was a blatant misrepresentation of her true self.

She once claimed on Total Request Live that she wasn't sure if she'd ever get a tattoo.

She later told MTV:

"I was lying.

I always knew I was gonna get tattoos."

And she sure did.

Underage affair

Miley's teenage years garnered a ton of press coverage, but there's one item that often

gets overlooked: her relationship with underwear model and country musician Justin Gaston.

At the time, Gaston was 20 and Miley was just 15.

At one point, Billy Ray attempted to downplay the relationship rumors, telling Us Weekly,

"They are great friends, and they make a good team.

They write a lot of songs together, and they sing — it's incredible."

But Miley had already spilled the beans in a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest.

When asked if they were dating, she didn't say no.

"So are you going out with Justin?"

"Maybe, maybe not"

"He's a really great Christian guy which is really awesome.

I'm really gushing right now!"

Fame game

In his interview with Good Morning America Billy Ray clarified comments in which he seemingly

expressed concern that Miley might follow the same tragic path as Kurt Cobain.

Billy Ray had previously told GQ, "Kurt was one of those guys.

That's why I'm concerned about Miley.

I think that his world was just spinning so fast and he had so many people around him

that didn't help him."

He then told GMA:

"What I meant to say, and what I hope I said, was fame can be a dangerous animal.

And it's a delicate thing."

The dark side

Miley has admitted that the grueling process of filming Hannah Montana, as well as growing

up in the spotlight, had a negative impact on her mind and body.

She told Marie Claire, "From the time I was 11, it was, 'You're a pop star!

That means you have to be blonde, and you have to have long hair, and you have to put

on some glittery tight thing.

Meanwhile, I'm this fragile little girl playing a 16-year-old in a wig and a ton of makeup...I

was made to look like someone that I wasn't, which probably caused some body dysmorphia

because I had been made pretty every day for so long, and then when I wasn't on that show,

it was like, Who the f**k am I?"

Miley also admitted that she experienced anxiety, saying, "I would have anxiety attacks.

I'd get hot flashes, feel like I was about to pass out or throw up.

It would happen a lot before shows, and I'd have to cancel."

Mini Miley

As if one Cyrus daughter-celeb wasn't enough, it now appears that Miley's younger sister

Noah, who turned 17 in 2017, is poised to create some controversy of her own.

According to the Mirror, she's releasing music about smoking cigarettes and getting drunk,

wearing scandalous outfits on the red carpet, and naming her album NC-17.

Those might be just a few reasons Miley has recently expressed some big-sister concerns

as Noah prepares to enter Hollywood.

Miley told ABC News, "I hope people continue to be really sweet to her, and compassionate

and respectful of her.

And just don't judge her and don't be too harsh on her.

Because I'm not worried about her, it's everyone else that can be really hateful and harsh

towards her."

Noah's big sis added, "I want her to grow up and be able to really feel confident and

not feel insecure about how anyone's ever made her feel."

Darkness.

The Void.

All That is Not.

When you're a being of ultimate darkness, whose very existence is the antithesis of

life and color, there aren't many people who want anything to do with you.

Well, there's the crazies.

Aren't there always the crazies?

Teens who listen to a little too much death metal sacrificing chickens while listening

to Korn, or entire civilizations who built pyramids all around blood sacrifice to keep

him appeased.

As if the contents of a George Ramero movie was of interest to him.

He's Darkness, for fuck's sake, he doesn't need your blood.

Give it a rest.

But there was always someone who assumed that because nothing could survive in the vacuum

of space, that he enjoyed killing and blood.

Idiots.

Another opinion that didn't make him incredibly popular.

And then there were those who assumed he was evil and would take up noble quests to destroy

him.

As if.

He had to shake his heads at Knights of the Eternal Flame of Enoch.

One of that order had set himself on fire to "keep out the darkness," which pretty much

summed up his thoughts on the matter.

Morons.

All told, he was fine with never interacting with anyone, gods or mortals.

Which was all the more surprising when he got her voicemail, asking him out for waffles.

He'd never had waffles.

He'd long since given up texting, since he always screwed it up.

But Google's voice-to-text had come a long way.

"Ok, Google." he said, his voice was soft, but his phone chirped to life.

"What time should I pick you up?" he asked, and then hit SEND.

He felt foolish, almost giddy.

He tried not to look in the direction of his phone, and just focused on existing.

Spreading the vast nothingness as far as he -

-DING-

I'll pick YOU up, darlin'.

See you at 10 ;)

Google read the text for him, and he played it back a few times.

Sounds good.

He sent back.

And it did.

And now all there was to do was wait.

Which was something he was really good at.

He had waited for millennia before creation and would be waiting long after everything

had ended.

But suddenly it was harder.

Much harder.

He wanted to do something that wasn't simply existing.

He wanted waffles.

Waffles with her.

Time passed, and for the first time in eternity it seemed to take forever.

And he knew what forever felt like.

He was forever.

He was the cold dark of eternity.

And then he saw her pulling up.

Rays of light piercing the veil of his realm, and colors he'd never known existed melted

all over the landscape he'd never seen.

He put on his sunglasses.

But it didn't stop the warmth spreading through him - it felt so alien, but also... lovely.

She stepped out of her car and smiled at him.

He had to shield his eyes.

"You look radiant," he said.

"But everyone tells you that."

She leaned forward and kissed him on the cheek, and his heart fluttered in his chest.

"I always love to hear it," she said.

"You ready to go?"

He hesitated, but only for a moment.

"I can't wait."

Jay Browns life looks set to change forever on EastEnders tonight (August 18) as he finally gets an explanation for Phil Mitchells strange behaviour.

Phil (Steve McFadden) has stubbornly kept quiet all week after causing confusion and anger with his decision to give Jay the car lot land.

Last night, Phil even threw Jay out of the Mitchell house for coming over and daring to question why he favoured him over Ben, who received the much-less-valuable Arches.

In tonights episode, Phil maintains his vow of silence as his family continue to question his bizarre decisions, but he has clearly underestimated Jays desire to know the truth.

As Jay goes head-to-head with Phil again and demands answers, he gets much more than he bargained for, with tormented Phil admitting that his motivation is guilt as he killed Jays father.

News of Phils dark secret has caused some confusion among EastEnders fans this week, as weve always known that Jays dad Jase Dyer was killed by gang leader Terry Bates.

Theres clearly another twist about to be revealed here which will help it to all make sense – and it wont be long until you find out what it is, with EastEnders building up to a must-see two-hander episode for Phil and Jay on Monday.
