BREAKING: CALIFORNIA DEMOCRAT MAXINE WATERS CHARGED ON 3 COUNTS

Congresswoman Maxine Waters gets a brutal wake up call as the House Ethics Committee

finally presses charges against her.

After a long history is suspicious behavior, she is finally charged with corruption.

Back in 2008, Maxine arranged a meeting between the Treasury Department and representatives

from the same back in which her husband was a shareholder – OneUnited bank, reports

World News.

While being a member of the House Financial Committee, she spoke to then- Treasury Secretary

Henry Paulson about his minority-owned banks.

Despite her efforts, OneUnited back obtained $12 million in federal bailout funding to

help cover the loss from the collapse of Fannie and Freddie Mac.

After hiring her grandson to work as her chief of staff, she managed to save her husband

from losing as much as $350,000.

Melanie Sloan, the Executive Director of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington,

argued:

"By contacting then-Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson to request a meeting, allegedly for

a group of minority-owned banks, but then arranging for only one back – OneUnited,

in which she had a financial interest – to attend, Rep. Waters violated House conflict

of interest rules."

She broke the following rules:

A House rule requiring members to act in ways that reflect "credibly" on the chamber.

A House rule prohibiting lawmakers from suing their positions for financial gain.

A government ethics statute banning the dispensing of "special favors."

The Common Sense Show's Dave Hodges said that Maxine is something like a "poster

child" for "the congressional group who vehemently opposes Donald Trump, refuses to

work with him even though he's extended his hand across the aisle, even though he's

a man that has set up apprentice programs in Maxine Waters' district…this country

is on a collision course with civil war because of people

like

Maxine Waters."

these questions that have been leaked again inappropriately leaked by mower or

somebody around him these are questions in some cases appropriate to hand to

Rudy Giuliani as a president's lawyer to have the appropriate ones answered and

it would be reasonable from the answer it

that also minimizes the president's distraction from the North Korean summit

and from other duties that we the American people elected him to do okay

so that's one of the more brilliant moves that I've heard in the past 24

hours this idea that he can't even focus on this issue until he's done

you know solving a nuclear crisis and you know basically working on behalf of

world peace when he's done with that he can come and work on this that seems

pretty clever and not only that it's it's pretty reasonable and then it in

the wake of that if there is some big agreement on North Korea it's kind of

isn't it hard to then turn back to this it seems petty well you know the the

fact is you have a special prosecutor who's looking for a crime and hasn't

been able to find one in over a year and I think Rudy Giuliani made that case

even the president has articulate that dated that time and time again but if

he's going to continue fishing then as somebody who fished for a living if you

will as as lead investigator for Congress there were right ways to do it

you send letters of inquiry you send interrogatories you depose lessor people

who have more available information and you go to the top only if appropriate

and by the way when you go to the top you'd better darn well have your very

tight questions not these loose ones we saw leaked

BREAKING: Extreme Crisis In California And It's NOT From The Border - Duration: 4:04.

BREAKING: Extreme Crisis In California And It's NOT From The Border

Workers in California, who are desperately trying to clean up the state because of the

skyrocketing homeless population, are facing grotesque conditions.

Some workers even fear for their health after being faced with buckets of fecal matter and

dirty needles.

In a democrat's paradise, such as California, you would think all those taxes and numerous

regulations would be able to house some people.

But as the taxes and regulations increaseso does the homeless rate, and state workers

tasked with cleaning up the mess caused by democrat's policies are facing dire situations.

The taxes will have to continue to rise too in order to cover the cost of cleaning up

the shanty towns.

According to Fox News, the cost of cleaning up the state's numerous shanty towns is

also hitting record highs, and that price tag is likely to keep rising as workers tasked

with tossing the vagrants' syringes, feces, used feminine hygiene products, and buckets

of urine demand safer work conditions; but that doesn't seem possible considering their

job.

The Golden State's homeless population of more than 130,000 people is now about 25 percent

of the nationwide total, and cleaning up after the surging group is getting costly — topping

$10 million in 2016-17.

But the human cost is getting equally untenable, a workers' advocate says.

In an official grievance filed last week, the union representing California's maintenance

workers accused the state of subjecting its members to hazardous conditions without proper

training or equipment.

California will likely provide necessary equipment, and it will all fall onto the backs of the

already poverty-stricken taxpayers of the state.

As more are flung into homelessness, instead of easing up on the oppressive government

policies that led to this crisis, most politicians in the Golden State will buckle down and pour

gasoline on the bonfire.

"It is the Union's contention that Caltrans is not ensuring that our members are being

provided the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), necessary training, necessary

vaccinations and proper compensation for the dangerous hazmat duties they are performing

when cleaning up homeless encampments on State Caltrans property," International Union

of Operating Engineers director Steve Crouch said in the complaint.

Crouch said that the workers face slippery and muddy conditions in areas riddled with

sharp objects, such as used needles, and that could present a health concern.

Considering many of California's big cities are dealing with Hepatitis A outbreaks because

of the homeless problem, Crouch definitely should be concerned.

"Feces and urine and feminine products and all kinds of things on the ground; needles,

syringes, you know they use buckets, five-gallon buckets for toilets and it gets really disgusting,"

he said.

Workers also fear confrontations with residents of the shanty towns the state has tasked them

with cleaning up.

Sometimes they have pit bulls in there.

They'll, you know, let the dogs loose to chase the Caltrans workers out," Crouch

said.

"Sometimes they'll throw rocks at the Caltrans workers."

A worker who chose to omit his name out of fear of state retaliation said he's seen

it all.

"I've been exposed to blood, needles, women's feminine products… five-gallon

buckets of human feces," he told The Sacramento Bee.

CALIFORNIA SANCTUARY CITIES' FUNDS FROZEN – CRIMINAL ILLEGALS IN TROUBLE! - Duration: 15:03.

CALIFORNIA SANCTUARY CITIES' FUNDS FROZEN – CRIMINAL ILLEGALS IN TROUBLE!

The fact that California's liberals would have to deal with Donald Trump as president

sent snowflakes from San Diego to Sacramento into conniptions.

There was even talk of secession, which seems to have quieted down once the geniuses behind

it looked at just how much debt their state was in.

And now, one law backed by President Trump which has passed by the House of Representatives

might force California to do away with one of their most cherished recent institutions,

the sanctuary cities.

As reported by Fox News, the "No Sanctuary for Criminals Act" is about to freeze federal

grants to sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with the federal immigration authorities

concerning the deportation of criminal illegal aliens.

"The word 'sanctuary' calls to mind someplace safe, but too often for families

and victims affected by illegal immigrant crime, sanctuary cities are anything but safe,"

Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said in a news conference before

the vote.

"It is beyond my comprehension why federal state and local officials … would actively

discourage or outright prevent law enforcement agencies from upholding the laws of the United

States."

Such similar action by the DOJ was blocked by California judge earlier in April.

If the legislation passes Senate successfully and is signed by President Trump, which is

highly likely as it has passed the lower chamber by a 228-195 vote, it would put cash-strapped

California in a dire position.

The White House released a statement, praising the passage of the "No Sanctuary for Criminal

Act" as well as "Kate's Law," which is similar bill named for the San Francisco

murder victim Kate Steinle which will impose additional penalties on illegal aliens who

re-enter the nation.

"Sanctuary cities are releasing violent criminals, including members of the bloodthirsty

MS-13 gang, back onto our streets every single day," Trump's statement said.

"Innocent Americans are suffering unthinkable violence as a result of these cities' reckless

actions … The implementation of these policies will make our communities safer.

Opposing these bills, and allowing dangerous criminals back into our communities, our schools,

and the neighborhoods where our children play, puts all of us at risk."

Sadly for liberals, federal judges won't be able to stop this one, which is terrible

news for the sanctuary

city public.
