U.S. officials looking into reports of American detainees' release from North Korean labor camps - Duration: 2:54.

Multiple reports are emerging that the three American detainees in North Korea have been

freed from labor camps and moved to a hotel near Pyongyang ahead of their possible release.

The Trump administration says it's looking into the details and the president himself

seems to be telegraphing a big announcement.

With a breakthrough looking likely,... a son of one of the American detainees says he's

feeling calm.

Shin Se-min reports.

President Trump taking to Twitter late Wednesday, local time:

"As everybody is aware, the past Administration has long been asking for three hostages to

be released from a North Korean Labor camp, but to no avail...

Stay tuned " His tweet was posted moments after U.S. officials

confirmed they were looking into reports the three remaining American detainees in North

Korea have been relocated from a labor camp to a hotel near Pyongyang.

The Financial Times quoted campaigners that said North Korea has freed the prisoners as

a 'goodwill gesture.'

AFP, citing South Korean activists with contacts in the North, reports that North Korea and

the U.S. are extremely close to reaching a deal on the detainees' release.

North Korea's human rights abuses are likely to make up a significant bulk of the agenda

during the upcoming summit between President Trump and Kim Jong-un that should happen sometime

in May or early June.

The Trump administration has long been demanding the North free the detainees -- Kim Hak-song,

Tony Kim and Kim Dong-chul.

It was reportedly brought up during a one-on-one between then-CIA Director Mike Pompeo and

Kim Jong-un when Pompeo -- now Secretary of State -- made a secret visit to Pyongyang

in early April.

Watching this unfold before the upcoming Kim-Trump summit is surreal to a relative of one of

the detained Americans.

Sol Kim says he's hopeful North Korea will take steps toward peace and release his father

Tony Kim unharmed.

"It's exciting, and it is hopeful that North Korea is engaging in any form of communication

with other countries,... and that they are not closed anymore."

Sol has not heard from his father since he was arrested in North Korea in April 2017.

To this day he checks in with the State Department on a weekly basis for updates.

With the latest developments that seem to be suggest his father could be home soon,...

Sol says he's calm.

"Although it is exciting news,... all I can do is to be patient."

DC Should Be a State - Duration: 5:09.

About a year ago, I posted something on Facebook asking people to contact their Senators.

I got one comment - from my grandparents.

They told me they would love to contact their own Senator, but they don't have one because

they live in Washington D.C. which is not a state not really represented in our representative democracy.

(intro).

Almost 700,000 people live in the District of Columbia - our nation's capital, but the

people who live there lack the representation given to the rest of the country.

Citizens of Washington D.C. do not have senators, they have a representative in the house who

is not allowed to vote on the house floor, and have only been able to vote for president since 1961.

The license plates in D.C. have the slogan "taxation without representation" and that

is accurate - we became a country because we were subject to laws and taxes that we

didn't have a voice in creating, but we do that to people who live in D.C.

And, like a lot of things don't make sense in the United States, this was a problem that

was built by a handful of white guys in the late 18th century.

In 1783, there was a mutiny in Pennsylvania.

Soldiers from the American Revolution went to Congress and asked, "Hey, could we get

paid for all the work we did - you know, since we won the war and didn't get paid while we

were fighting it?"

Congress ignored these soldiers and a few days later the soldiers marched on Congress

- which at the time, was meeting in Philadelphia.

Hundreds of soldiers surrounded the place where Congress was meeting and refused to

let them leave until someone talked to them and paid them.

This is when everyone learned not to ignore the requests of Veterans because that is a

political move that does not end well in our country.

Congress eventually left, and met somewhere else, and tried to figure out where they could

meet permanently and where the capital should be.

In 1790, they passed the Residence Act, establishing a home on land ceded by Virginia and Maryland

- a federal land protected by federal security.

This protects them from mutiny, but also stopped individual states from having too much power

in the new union.

For more background information, you can read about the residence act on the Library of

Congress' website or listen to The Room Where It Happens from Hamilton.

The song doesn't offer very much background information, but it does sound phenomenal.

The actions of these men from over 200 years ago created a problem that we are still dealing

with today: there are people living in the United Staes who are being disenfranchised

and live without the full rights of citizenship because of where they happen to live and that's

not right.

This isn't a problem that only happens in DC, although I will continue to only discuss

DC in this video.

Washington DC has a larger population than Wyoming and Virginia, but they have to have

every law they pass for their citizens approved by Congress.

As of 2017, Washington DC has a larger GDP than Arkansas, Nebraska, Mississippi, New

Mexico, Hawaii, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Delaware, Idaho, Maine, Rhode Island, North

Dakota, Alaska, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and Vermont, but the budget they pass needs

to be approved by the federal government before they can implement it.

Washington DC is home to key institutions of all three branches of government, but aren't

fully represented in them.

Over the years, there have been several bills to grant DC Statehood - the last one was introduced

in March of 2017 with 18 co-sponsors in the Senate, which is kind of amazing because DC

has no representative in the Senate.

On a surface level, this isn't an issue that impacts most Americans, because most Americans

live in a state and have full representation int heir federal government.

But we should strive to ensure that every American has full rights, has full representation,

and has the full ability to determine their future and the future of our country.

It is the most American thing to fight for representation and for the rights of our neighbors.

You can contact your representatives about granting Washinton DC statehood, you can talk

to people who live in DC about what they think, and maybe every so often let your friends

know that the fact that the people living in Washington DC don't have full representation

in our country and therefore do not have the full rights of citizens and that isn't right.

If you want to see more from me you can subscribe, watch another video of mine, or support me

on Patreon.

And, hey, I love you.

Seattle Gives Millions for Illegals Gives Boot to Homeless as US Senate Candidate Speaks Out - Duration: 13:10.

Hello everybody I Matthew Heines and I'm running for the United States Senate.

Now the reason I'm running for the United States Senate, actually one of the many reasons

I'm running is behind me up on this hill.

Now, on this film there is a huge homeless camp and the people in Seattle have just directed

this is the Seattle city Council have just directed the people who have no place to live,

they have to vacate this hill.

They got no place to go.

The fact is, in the last budget session they gave $1.5 million to help illegal refugees

have lawyers and have a place to live.

And what's here for American citizens?

Actually in 2017 when the Trump government told the city of Seattle they would lose up

to $250 million in funding if they didn't close down the sanctuary city, they sued.

Right?

So, these people could have had funding and shelter and everything else, but because of

Seattle's politics, they sacrificed these people.

Were going to go up on the hill and were going to talk to some of these human sacrifices

that people like Maria Cantwell and Patty Murray who want to have all this high cost

high density housing in the city.

Well, now there's no place for these people to live.\

In order for me to get where I need to go, it was necessary for me to climb a long flight

of stairs and follow a line of refuse and the strong and pungent smell of urine.

When I got close to the encampment, I found a shopping cart where I took a left and began

walking down this trail.

And, as you can see there is a lot of cover here and it's probably not.

the safest place because I'm sure at night it's probably not lit.

So I made my way along this trail, and I noticed that as we went along remember the city of

Seattle is kicking these people out of these homeless camps and so you can see these empty

campsites.

They've been cleaned out and so I was almost fearful that I wouldn't be able to find anybody,

but luckily I did.\ Okay, so actually made it to the homeless

camp.

It's right behind me.

And as you can see to my left of the hustle and bustle of Interstate 5 is right here.

And so all these people who live here they probably don't have a lot of room to complain

about the noise but as you can see, a lot of these places have already been cleared

out.

So I guess these are just the holdovers.

So I'm going to go and ask him what these people think about this and try to get somebody

on video.\ \

Okay so were standing at one of the encampments and I have a gentleman who has been living

here but they are kicking him out.\ \

Now, sir do you have any place to go?\ \

Anywhere I go there is a place.\ \

All right.

There is a place waiting for me.\ \

Good.

So you have a little bit of hope.\ \

Do you have any\ \

What do you mean I have a little bit of hope?

There is 100% hope there is no such thing as a little bit of hope.

You must not be a Christian.

A pagan probably.\ \

I am a Christian.

I'm a Mormon\ \

whom?\ \

Mormon Latter Day Saints next.\ \

That's great.

That's good.\ \

So what we want to do is to make sure because Jesus said, no poor people.

So can I just ask you\ \

What did you say again\ \

There should be no poor people among you Jesus said that it's in the book of Mormon read

it.\ \

Why are you pointing at me?

I am not poor.\ \

I'm sorry.

So you are not poor.

So what will you do now?

Where will you go now?\ \

Anywhere I feel like it I think I'm going to go to the food bank.\

\ To where?\

\ The food bank!\

\ But what about your house?

Where will you live?\ \

I'm taking my house with me.\ \

Okay.

And do you own an automobile?\ \

I am not a rich people like you\ \

So all the stuff you'll just leave here?\ \

Can I ask you how long you've been here?\ \

One year\ \

You been here for over one year?

Can I ask you what you do for an income?\ \

Carpenter drywall or remodeling homes\ \

Okay because of my microphone it might not pick you up.

So this gentleman he is a carpenter he does drywall.

Do you work a lot in Seattle?\ \

I built 30 or 40 houses.\ \

He built 30 or 40 houses so why do you live here then?

Obviously you can make money.

Why do you live here?

I\ \

Obviously, you don't understand anything and you're just asking questions because you are

outside\ \

Exactly.

Just so you know, I am poor.

My wife and I, were one paycheck away from being here with you.

We are poor just like all of America and trying to do something about that.

But it looks to me like this is the life you like right?

Do you enjoy this?

You have no responsibility?\ \

I enjoy being here even talking to you because you are not very bright.

You are asking dumb questions.\ \

What questions should I ask?\ \

Let me tell you something.

You have to come one more time I will educate you about what this is all about.

I will give you a little hint about what homelessness is all about.\

Okay so in case you can't hear this I've been invited to come back and this gentleman is

going to tell me what it is like to be homeless because he thinks I come from a different

world and I don't understand what it is to be poor and he thinks that I'm not very bright

person and I certainly want to be educated these are the people I represent.\

\ Oh shut up we came from the same world but

somehow when God sent you here to do your mission and do your work, you forgot what

he told you.

And now you're wondering around with the homeless people who are.

First of all, they don't vote.

They hate politicians.

They don't vote because they think you are crooked greedy bastards!\

\ Exactly.

I agree.\ \

And you won't help us.

Because you hate us.

Look at you!

Hate!\ \

No no.

I would be one of you.

So, as a politician what can I do?\ \

\ \

You've got another agenda I know what it is.You're not an FBI agent because your dressing like

clown.

You look like you want to be governor.\ \

Okay so let me give you some statistics.

In 2017 Seattle said that they're going to have a sanctuary city.

So they're going to bring in all these illegal refugees.

So we lost $15 million scheduled for people like you for outreach shelters hygiene in

healthcare for the homeless.

The federal government cut off $15 million because Seattle keeps allowing refugees that

come here to prey on Americans.

So people who are hardly working like this gentleman well, who cares about him?

Will I care about them now here are some more statistics a block grant of $4 million was

cut off.

$4 million for the homeless in Seattle.

The city of Seattle last year gave $1.5 million to illegal immigrants for their legal aid.\

\ So does anybody give you any legal aid?\

\ I don't know what legal aid is?\

\ Will assume he's kicking out of your house

you need an attorney.

You have access to an attorney?\ \

I don't need any attorney.

Because I don't have any problems with law.\ \

Well the fact is you don't have access because they spent 1.5 million on immigration.

On people that are here illegally.

I assume you are a legal resident.\ \

Well you're going to guess you're going to go home and guess if I'm legal or not.\

\ Okay if you're not legal.\

\ Do you want to see my green card?\

\ No no\

\ Sorry!

We don't have it.\ \

No no no I don't care if your legal I don't want to show you on TV.\

\ No no no show on TV everything I said\

\ Okay.

Well I'm going to bother you that much something to shut this off.\

\ So I'm actually outside of the camp who can

actually go down and talk to some of the people here what I would like to do is at some point

in time is have a town hall meeting what these people and have a little feedback on my 12

item agenda.

So right now are just can walk down and talk to some of the people in the camp and see

how they like being kicked out.\ \

This is Greg.

This is my new friend.

Down at the homeless camp I guess this is off of Spokane Street that yeah we came down

to talk to Greg.

He's got to go to a meeting right now.

Anyway, these are great people and were going to do something for them.\

\ Thanks Matt I appreciate that.\

\ Watch those hands.\

\ When I finished talking to Greg it became

more than apparent I had made him go to and microphone off late for an appointment he

needed to leave for so I give them a ride down to downtown Seattle.

And along the way, he educated me about things that you would never think about being homeless.

And the first thing I noticed is that he took everything he owned with them.

He says he moved from camp to camp.

And so, that was his lifestyle.

It was very shocking that these people live like this and are completely forgotten by

the rest of society.

But with somebody like Greg, who had spent time in Alaska and had worked on some of the

boat signing from Dutch Harbor, it was just amazing that a few mistakes or a few breaks

the other way and he would be back making money and supporting himself.

But now, I think it's a question of substances and lifestyle choices for a lot of these people,

and if we could to show them a little bit of hope, maybe there wouldn't be the lifestyle

choices is an option that they choose.

I Matthew Heines I'm running for the first Congressional District in Washington state.

Please watch for the next video.\ \

Innovation in the US Patent System [Fourth Branch] - Duration: 3:15.

Over the last few decades, the Patent and Trademark Office

has dramatically increased the number of patents it has issued.

At the same time, patent litigation has increased dramatically.

Alex Blumberg of our Planet Money team and NPR's Laura Sydell have this report on

a patent system that's been turned on its head.

When you talk about the patent system among techies in Silicon Valley, there's usually an audible groan.

If I say patent system what do you say?

I think it's just a way for lawyers to make money.

Josh Malone, inventor of Bunch O Balloons — a device that allows you to fill one hundred

water balloons in a minute — had some trouble enforcing a patent for his invention.

Josh invented the product and ran a very successful Kickstarter campaign in 2014.

It was very easy to copy and it was quickly copied by a company named Telebrands,

who started immediately selling a copycat product and,

within the first year of them selling the copycat product they made 40 million dollars,

just off of their own infringing product.

Even though the Patent Office gave Josh a patent for the invention,

he found himself having to defend the patent again and again in the PTAB — a court within the Patent Office.

Josh Malone actually has six issued patents that I'm aware of and they all relate to the Bunch O Balloons,

and Telebrands has filed eight petitions for what's called post-grant review at the PTAB.

If your product's worth tens of millions of dollars, you have to have the resources to fight it

because the patent's just not straightforward to enforce.

Josh ended up in the middle of a broader public debate about what patents should be granted

and how those patents are to be enforced.

Innovators like Josh need patents.

They need them in the way that everyone sees every week on the show Shark Tank —

where the venture capitalist asks the inventor, the very first question: "Do you have a patent?"

And sometimes they say, "No." And the response is, "Are you insane?

You just went on national television and gave away your idea.

There's no way we're going to invest now in you thousands if not millions of dollars."

There are huge problems when patents get issued by mistake because it prevents the entire public

from exercising their knowledge over the invention or using their knowledge over the invention.

So, this is a big debate that's currently going on in patent law, in patent economics, and patent policy,

of how do we tailor property rights in patents that actually do promote innovation?

70 percent of my revenue is going to litigation.

Why has Josh encountered so many problems with enforcing a patent for Bunch O Balloons

and how has that affected his work?

S. Korea and U.S. complete annual Key Resolve military exercise Thursday morning - Duration: 0:34.

Seoul and Washington wrapped up their annual Key Resolve exercise this morning.

The two-week long combined drill began on April 23rd.

According to a South Korean military official... all operations have been completed.

Come Friday, the after-action-review of the exercise will be carried out.

On the day of the inter-Korean summit,... the computer-simulated training was halted

in line with the rare peace momentum between the two Koreas.

Considering the changing dynamics on the peninsula,... this year's Key Resolve didn't open its session

to the media,... and U.S. strategic assets like aircraft carriers.... were not mobilized.

U.S. Federal Reserve holds interest rates steady - Duration: 1:47.

In a widely expected move,... the U.S. Federal Reserve has left rates unchanged.

Releasing a statement after its latest policy meeting,... the Fed said inflation is finally

climbing... after years of being stuck below its two-percent target level.

Lee Seung-jae reports.

Wrapping up a two-day meeting,... the Federal Open Market Committee held U.S. interest rates

steady on Wednesday,... expressing confidence that a recent rise in inflation would be sustained,...

putting it on track to raise borrowing costs in June.

The Fed's decision to leave its benchmark overnight lending rate in a target range of

between one-point-five percent and one-point-seven-five-percent was unanimous.

The Fed said inflation had "moved close" to its target,... and the "price stability" part

of its dual mandate from Congress had almost reached its two-percent target.

Experts say the two-percent target is symmetric,... meaning it would be equally problematic if

inflation lingers too far above or below that level.

The Fed's comments on the U.S. labor market were also of interest.

It downplayed a recent slowdown in economic and job growth,... saying the activity had

been expanding at a moderate rate and job gains, on average, had been strong in recent

months.

Last month,... the Bank of Korea left its key interest rate unchanged,... deciding to

hold the rate at one-and-a-half percent.

U.S. interest rates are now higher than South Korea's lending rates.

Prior to that, they had been on par with each other since December of last year.

Back in the U.S.,... the Federal Reserve currently forecasts two more rate hikes this year,...

while an increasing number of policymakers see three as possible.

All eyes turn to the Fed's next meeting in June,... when rates are set to go up.

U.S. Federal Reserve holds interest rates steady - Duration: 1:52.

In a widely expected move,... the U.S. Federal Reserve has left rates unchanged.

Releasing a statement after its latest policy meeting,... the Fed said inflation is climbing

after years of being stuck below its two-percent target level.

The South Korean economy is on track to grow three percent this year,... but inflation

is projected to be one-point-six percent,... slightly below the central bank's previous

forecast.

Back in the U.S.,... the Federal Reserve currently forecasts two more rate hikes this year,...

while an increasing number of policymakers see three as possible.

All eyes turn to the Fed's next meeting in June,... when rates are set to go up.

'America's Newsroom.'Rep. Taylor on 'historic opportunity' between US-North Korea - Duration: 3:41.

now 17 pass is their new hope now for three Americans detained in North Korea

three men shown here may have been moved recently to the capital city and the

president tweeting this in the last 12 hours is everybody's aware the past

administration has long been asking for three hostages to be released from a

North Korean labor camp but to no avail stay tuned former Navy Seal Virginia

congressman Scott Taylor with me now and sir good morning to you do you have

insight as what about these men are coming home soon or even today I'm not

privy to that inside information but this is shaping up to be a gesture of

goodwill by the North Koreans and kudos to the president for working diligently

to get them released so you see each side moving a little more toward one

another how would you I think how would you size

that up yeah I do I mean I think there's a historic opportunity here you know the

this administration obviously is working diligently with diplomatic efforts but

backed up by military efforts they've had strong sanctions they've had you

know obviously continuing to do military exercises with our allies in the region

the president has been very good quite frankly at shepherding not just our

allies in the region but also China and Russia and the UN to take action so you

know one of the things I'm writing an op-ed I think that could happen and

could be useful in the summit as well as you very well know about the Marshall

Plan with the United States finance of course the rebuilding of Europe after

World War two you could the president has an opportunity here to have a not a

Marshall Plan but a Trump plan to not the United States to pay for it but our

allies who of course if there was war it would be much more costly in treasure

and lives and they could come together to create a fund to bring North Korea

into this century quite frankly in exchange for denuclearization which is

something that he seems to be very serious about doing yeah so you would

help North Korea rebuild its country I just think this is a good shepherd I

don't see this leader going for that I mean he lives in the most closed society

on the planet today and with the exception of Cuba perhaps he's the last

holdout for that type of life that's very true but as you saw when Kim was

meeting his car part in South Korea he was making

remarks on the infrastructure and how their infrastructure was much better so

I think that this could be a carrot if you will

via our allies in the region like Taiwan South Korea Japan who would stand to

lose a tremendous amount if there's not peace on the Korean Peninsula and I

think that this president president Trump could be the one to have a trump

plan and Shepherd them and doing so for them to finance that it would be much

more costly there was a look for your op-ed final question Mike Pompeo was

just there it seems upon his visit it wasn't she was gonna meet with Kim Jong

Anand and he was called across the street to have that meeting and we now

have the evidence here in pictures do you mediate the DMZ president Trump

seems to favor that I guess that would be the logical location final thought on

that well I think it was good that Secretary Pompeo went there number one

and number two it would be very historically symbolic to do it right

there in the DMZ and I think what you know why not know let's get these

Americans home I don't know what Kim's calculation is here but he's taken

people hostage in the past accused them of hostile acts always the same

allegation you're trying to overthrow our government when of the past there's

been no evidence of that let's get these men home sir thank you Scott Taylor with

your time today thank you for being here thank you

you

U.S. officials looking into reports of American detainees' release from North Korean labor camps - Duration: 2:44.

Multiple reports say the three Americans still detained in North Korea have been released

from the regime's labor camps and moved to a hotel near Pyongyang ahead of their possible

release.

The Trump administration says it's looking into the details and the president himself

seems to be preparing for a big announcement.

Why China's Big Brother Got Worse? And Is Already Here In U.S - Duration: 13:06.

Welcome back beautiful and amazing human beings to the ...

we are changes new show that specifically caters to the ...

people who distrust make a corporation technocrats ...

banksters and of course government this show ...

specifically made for you because it's sponsored by ...

you because it's totally way even exist as an independent ...

news organization since you know obviously the people ...

we real again so I'm pretty much screwed out of the ...

bottom line and only thing keeping us going to make ...

sure we can continue to do this job what the.

Family-friendly tarnation is going on here and what are ...

the biggest talking about the economic trade Wars that we ...

have been covering very heavily on this YouTube ...

channel but on China's social credit ratings that actually ...

has the government watching every single one of your ...

moves and then deciding what kind of good citizen you ...

are. This is not just a story from ...

1984 but it is actually real life of course this was sold to the ...

Chinese people by their government saying that they ...

would only use this against really bad people in society in ...

ostracized them for their bad behavior and everyone else ...

but also people who question authority of the state are ...

being caught up in this social credit score and are being ...

targeted for questioning the government even this ...

journalist Lee who was a Chinese journalist that ...

worked on an anti-corruption campaign of the Communist ...

Party of China. Who was just listed as ...

untrustworthy into this new Chinese social rating system ...

who now can't even book a flight can't buy any property ...

and his children are not even allowed to go to private ...

school now Lou was actually asked by a court in China to ...

apologize for some of his work which he did and the ...

court even deemed it but he wasn't sincere enough in his ...

apology to the Chinese communist state and ...

henceforth he is still on this untrustworthy list in the social ...

reading program in China right now what's the list is ...

growing over time because of facial recognition surveillance ...

cameras in China expanding as well as AI artificial ...

intelligence companies that are helping participate in this ...

program that judge people if they do community service by ...

Chinese made products or even if they smoke in a ...

non-smoking area which would result in you being ...

punished by the state Banning you from flying or ...

getting on train. Slowing down your internet ...

speeds Fanning your kids from the best school stopping ...

you from getting the best jobs keeping you out of the ...

best hotels and having your reputation tarnished as your ...

name would be publicly announced as a bad citizen ...

which According to some estimates already 9 million ...

people are on that list with low scores in this rating ...

system which still hasn't gone into full effect and ...

according to the Chinese by 2020 every citizen would be ...

getting wrecked of course this is very serious ...

implications since this is a statist and of course the ...

ultimate tool that governments will use 2x store ...

power and pressure on its own citizenry from ...

questioning its actions which would slowly could ...

reverberate to a similar us system which I'm going to be ...

talking about in just a moment but it's not just ...

questioning corruption that gets you in trouble in China ...

it's also rolling your eyes like this reporter who during a ...

government press conference rolled her eyes when a fellow.

Reporter asked a softball question which automatically ...

made her a meme and go viral which the Chinese state ...

in mediately band all mentions of which the ...

Chinese government sent down an urgent notice to all ...

the media out there telling them that anything posted ...

must be deleted without exceptions and there must be ...

no mention of this episode and who we if that wasn't ...

enough for the orwellian nightmare we have the next ...

article about Chinese Factory employees who not have to ...

have brain scanners in order to stop the workers for ...

making mistakes before they happen are now being ...

encouraged to deploy a new brain scanners for factory ...

workers that of course monitor abnormalities and ...

emotions and thought patterns that would monitor ...

workers brainwave send a text spikes in Anger anxiety or ...

even depression and then therefore be dealt with ...

management and I poop you not this is already in use but ...

only expanding all throughout.

Right now which is pretty much at the tip of the spear ...

when it comes to the technological enslavement of ...

humanity but don't worry that far behind which states is ...

now proposing that Visa applicants to the United ...

States have to hand over 5 years worth of social media ...

history in the United Kingdom right now the police could ...

download all of the private contents on your phone ...

within minutes without even a warrant and they probably ...

have their own Chinese journalist who's on a no-fly ...

list but his name is actually Julian Assange Wikileaks ...

who now for over 36 days has been gagged and isolated ...

from visitors and any form of communications cutting off ...

his internet after the United States state department ...

pressured Ecuador to make this move in the Ecuadorian ...

Embassy and he has been in for over two thousand seven ...

hundred and three days the Tain there without any ...

charges because of the possibility of extradition to the ...

United. States from unknown crimes ...

that he has not yet been officially charged with there's ...

a lot of similarities to the story and even if you add the fact ...

that private Corporation and technocrats like Mark ...

Zuckerberg of Facebook as well as Twitter Google ...

YouTube Amazon and all these other technocrats that ...

literally give over every piece of information about you to ...

the US government if it's not dead by the NSA data bulk ...

collection that literally is there just to get as much ...

information on you as they can not even processing it ...

correctly or even going after actual terrorist attacks that ...

are supposed to be happening totally making that ...

the second primary objective here while I'm essay agents ...

work literally caught masturbating to people's ...

private photos that they legally collected from ...

everyone yet actually haven't we have to understand hear ...

that there's another form of soft censorship which is very ...

different from the hard censorship that happens ...

here in China what is also is very effective to closing down ...

any dissenting voices. Bring them isolating them ...

and also making sure that their message doesn't get out ...

to the larger public like we have seen the big ...

technocrats do especially with Independent Media.

And even ask Facebook that announced just yesterday ...

that quote today news outlets by their quote trustworthiness ...

which is the same metric that the Chinese are using with ...

their social credit score whether someone is quote ...

trustworthy or not which now Facebook will use to ...

determine what you see in your newsfeed features as we ...

have seen before with Facebook demoting ...

censoring isolating content specifically that is ...

contradictory to the status quo or against them or any ...

big government institution or even just being anti-war ...

those post those pages those individuals like myself and ...

others have been hit dramatically with our reach is ...

not sometimes just being blatantly totally censored so ...

even though this soft censorship is not as blatant ...

and in-your-face as the Chinese it is definitely a lot ...

more effective with the same desired effects and without ...

people having to act. Face it and see it and they're ...

being less controversy behind it and it's not just ass ...

off censorship that people here in the United States ...

have to worry about but also the expanding powers of the ...

executive which if you didn't know can you legally ...

assassinate someone without the due process of law and ...

without even a court date just a personal mandate by.

Present and of course those programs are expanding ...

which Donald Trump is even ignoring important deadlines ...

for even just reporting the civilians killed by the specific ...

us drone program which he did today because the ...

numbers are dramatically going up which even as of ...

today we're hearing in that 23 civilians were killed in a ...

Syrian airstrike which is suspected to be by the u.s.

Coalition with Donald Trump of course expanding US ...

military operations all around the world and dropping ...

record number of bums on the Middle East right now as ...

we speaking with an estimated 40000 bombs ...

already dropped by this current u.s.

president which sadly he's facing barely any criticisms ...

from whether it's the left obsessing about issues that ...

are totally irrelevant or the right adoring him and the ...

mainstream media just being completely silent on these ...

issues the few people who do criticize it sadly have to face ...

the brunt of. Are the censorship efforts ...

that happen against them to prove my case even more ...

these are some other important news updates that ...

happened within the last few moments that you should ...

know about one is a new bipartisan bill that could give ...

us president Donald Trump the power to imprison US ...

citizens in military detention forever under a new aumf law ...

that is being introduced to the US Senate which of ...

course would set another dangerous precedent for the ...

executive office here in the United States which already ...

has an incredible amount of power but it specifically ...

unchecked especially when it comes to us foreign-policy ...

what should be checked into new lawn and more what in ...

the tarnation news is going on we also found out ...

yesterday that the United States quiet lately released ...

Afghanistan the biggest drug kingpin from prison one of ...

the biggest US Ally Saudi Arabia had to apologize after ...

an image came on during a wrestling WWE match in their ...

country of a woman dressed in.

Scantily clad clothing which of course they have to ...

publicly apologize for meanwhile R Us judge ...

ordered Iran to pay six billion dollars to the victims of 9/11 ...

even though Declassified US Government documents a ...

Saudi Arabia played a major role in the 9/11 attacks with ...

15 up the 19 hijackers coming in from there and I ...

could keep rambling on about Saudi Arabia Israel in ...

the United States involvement would not 11 but that's a ...

whole nother topic is nuclear agency also ruled that there ...

was no credible indications of Iran's nuclear activity being ...

fired up after 2009 which directly contradicts Israeli ...

Prime Minister. Of course that Europeans are ...

casting doubt on ever since of course has major push for ...

the United States involvement with and Israel Iranian War at ...

the same time Israel was testing their anti-missile ...

systems in Alaska for some reason Israel also announced ...

that they would retaliate and act forcefully against the ...

Russia if they give them the ES300 anti-aircraft missile ...

defense systems to Syria. Quarter planning on still ...

doing and in some not so bad news WWE star Kane is set ...

to actually win the Republican nomination in ...

Tennessee for mayor which I think is actually great news ...

because I actually met Cain and they actually knew about ...

we are changing life course knew about him he was at ...

the libertarian convention Ron Paul was there and he's ...

pretty cool appreciated this program this Saturday ...

actually we lose our Dash sponsorship which ends this ...

Saturday and I kind of wanted to ask you guys were ...

looking for more sponsorships were thinking ...

about possibly doing another proposal asking them for ...

sponsorship or maybe a pivik sponsorship for me maybe ...

even just going with third-party advertisers what ...

are you guys think is the right way for us to independently ...

sustain this media operation since it's been extremely ...

difficult with our viewerships being suppressed and also ...

being completely demonetize by YouTube your donations ...

of course are great and are sustaining us.

With this continued to Trend it will be virtually impossible ...

just to survive off donation so I'm asking you guys where ...

should we go next what cryptocurrency should we ...

should we Finance this Independent Media operation ...

I would love to hear your feedback which of course I'm ...

going to be answering and following back very closely ...

here on this YouTube channel again thank you so ...

much for being a part of.

Send it media because if it wasn't for you watching and ...

sharing and being here with us I want to be.

That's why I love you guys thank you again so much water.
