NEW FASHION TRAITS FOR PLUS SIZE SWIMWEAR

Previously, swimwear for #PlusSizedWomen was considered as a retarded idea, as swimming

costume was identified with only shaped and skinny women.

No one can dare to think that #PlusSizeWomen can also opt for swimwear.

Their wishes were always suppressed on the basis of their physique.

But, the fashion trends are taking a turn in order to explore their boundaries in adding

those unventured hues.

Plus sized women do not have to go searching for their swimsuits in malls or online.

As ample boutiques have come up where renowned fashion designers are actually bringing forth

new style statement for those with #PlusSize complexities.

Now, the overweight ones can also choose their clothing from the latest collection of readymade

wears.

Bathing Suits Plus SizePlus size clothing is becoming very popular for women of all

age groups.

The most important thing that all the plus sized women should take care of before opting

for swimwear is the shape and structure of their body.

Mostly overweight women are of pear shape i.e., with large waistline, for them A-line

#SwimmingDress would be a thumbs up, as that would enhance their upper part and would conceal

the broader lower portion.

This idea would help them to gain preference from everyone and would also make them feel

good about themselves.

The other body type is those with apple like shape, they have an overall round figure with

broad shoulders, arms and belly but their lower portion appears to be slim and flat.

So, they should go for swimwear that will defocus their middle portion and would try

to emphasize the attention on their bust and legs.

It is all about projecting the best portions of the body.

It is all about striking a balance.

So, while selecting swimwear, the plus-sized women should be cautious about their size

and should go for swimming costumes that are in terms with the shape of their body.

And of course colors do matter, you should go for colors that suits you the best instead

of copying what's there in the trend.

The even more important aspect than color is the pattern as the correct designs accentuates

#PlusSizeFigures.

The patterns have the capability to transform your entire look.

Select fabrics that you are most comfortable and move according to the size as cutting

down your size will lead to negative consequences.

Be confident and proud to explore the new fashion dimensions of #PlusSizeClothing and

Plus Size Swimwear.

Spring Fashion Trends YOU Must Try 2018 + Girl Talk! - Duration: 12:48.

hey guys so today I'm going to be

talking all about my favorite spring trends and also wanted to do a little

girl chat video with you guys it's been a while since I've just sat down hung

out with you had real talk made me because I'm on going period or something

or because it's Wednesday I just feel extra chatty today and also just answer

some of your most frequently asked questions you guys have been asking me a

ton of things and I want to just answer it all in this one video

I love getting back to my subscribers so be sure to subscribe to my channel to

join this month's giveaway I'm giving you away a Polaroid camera and all I

have to do is to be subscribed to my channel if you want to shop anything in

this video just open up the description box it will be all down below including

my sign saying and the price be sure to give this video a big thumbs up if you

like my girl chat videos so without further ado let's get a

well I can't believe I was able to score a dress for $12 I can barely buy lunch

for that price raise your hand if you're a dressed kind of girl because I am so

lazy when it comes to getting dressed but you know your girl wants to look

good about this dress for $12.99 which is such a steal honestly one of my queen

of discount moments I love the smock detail and the ruffly sleeves it makes

it so flirty and fun and perfect first summer what's great is since there's

this little tie here you can actually scrunch up the sleeve to transform the

sleeve into a short sleeve this dress also has two slits in the front which is

nice and airy and breezy oh my latest obsession has been midi

style dresses with this tie fret detail I love the little cutout here in the

front and I also love the jumpsuit style as well this jumpsuit is from Target it

was quite a good deal I believe this was twenty two dollars and this dress was

$40 from Urban Outfitters I love the kind of mustard a bright yellow canary

color and the is perfect for spring and summer I see myself wearing it to

weddings and picnics and a lot of nice like French hair

I wanted to talk about this gorgeous white leather jacket from t.j.maxx

I loved the studded detail on it and what really stood out to me is the

embroidered detailing on the jacket usually when I think of a leather jacket

I think of something really tough and edgy but I find out this one is quite

bohemian and really fun even though it has these silver studs on it it still

matches my style and I think it's a nice modern tank on the other jacket I got a

lot of questions about how to style mom jeans mom jeans tend to have a more

looser silhouette so I would definitely recommend wearing it with something more

fitted on the top like a crop top something like a white t-shirt tucked

into your mom jeans so these ones are my first ever pair from made while her

super comfortable really loose kind of baggy the perfect sub regime

as a petite girl I love this mini striped dress it's super cute from Urban

Outfitters I love how these stripes kind of elongate my body it also makes me

feel a lot slimmer the cross-back detail is unexpected but very fun and whimsical

it's like a party in the front and then business in the back so another trend

I've been loving has been romantic white blouses something similar to this so

this blouse was a little bit boxy when I picked it up so I decided to wear it

backwards you know I got a hack my own clothes so I love the ruffle details and

I tucked in the collar to create this v-neck line already for those of you who

are wondering what does the top actually look like on here it is that's my blouse

is a great base for overalls denim skirts anything more plain and simple I

just love the look of a crisp white top nothing beats it

next up I have these jeans from Target I've been really into experimenting with

new styles of bottoms I picked up these wide leg crop jeans it has this cute

little waist tie to cinch in your waist so I actually featured this outfit and

my nothing to wear spring video and I really loved it because it kind of gave

me that retro vibe and it's ultra comfortable kind of conservative and

minimalist

bottom I'm wearing this denim skirt from Madewell and I love the button details

and this patch here on the side this denim skirt is so incredibly comfortable

and it's really nice and stretchy

and then I also picked up these pink suede mules I love how comfortable they

are these styles of shoes are definitely

geared towards they comfy mom really comfortable and they're so cute in this

millennial pink color if you're still a skinny jean lover like I am that you

will fall in love with these jeans that I have from made while I love the light

distressing here on the thigh knee and also on the ankle skinny jeans are a

great way to balance out oversized voluminous tops and it keeps everything

nice and streamlined and sucks everything

oh man everybody stay in this hop with something that kind of looks like

chocolate I'm not really sure or maybe some cake this time as far as maybe to

go outside makes me wanna have a barbecue or to

hang out with my friends it's so freakin cute I love that's a little bit more on

the looser side so I could tuck it into my skinny jeans or mom jeans it's just

so fun and whimsical and so San Francisco so now let's move on to the

Q&A portion of this video the first question is how do I meet my boyfriend

Scott so I've been dating him for about a year and a half and we actually met

online we used the app coffee meets bagel I am

definitely the bagel and he is the coffee I'm an everything bagel by the

way we met online we really hadn't opted and I actually didn't tell him what I

did at all he had no idea that I was you know a youtuber I told him I worked in

marketing and advertising and I loved photography and videography and that was

pretty much it we went to a museum and the girl at the ticketing death she

actually recognized me and she's like oh my gosh I knew fashion bialya

oh I love your YouTube videos I'm like girl you totally gave me away but it was

a great icebreaker and I could finally talk about my passion which is making

YouTube videos and I could finally share that part of me with him question number

two how do you deal with toxic friendships I feel that there are two

types of people people who talk about other people and people who talk about

ideas I definitely prefer people who talk about ideas people who talk about

other people cause a lot of drama you want people to inspire you to pursue

your dreams motivate you to become a better person so if you feel like you

have a toxic friend in your life I think you should not feel bad to let them go

you there can be different types of toxic

people it can be people in your family it could be people at school that you

can't really escape from co-workers etc communicate that what they're saying or

their actions are not acceptable and you're hoping that they can change this

one's got a funny and kind of juicy how do you feel if someone likes you never

hurts to be straightforward and just say hey do you like me or are you interested

in me you know if you like them back and it's a mutual feeling I don't see why it

would hurt to ask okay do you like me this next question is so funny okay are

you Asian I think when I was younger I used to get offended by this question to

think how do you not know what I am if you care yes and you really want to know

it's okay to ask those questions yes I'm Asian I'm chinese-american I was

born here in San Francisco born and raised I've never lived

anywhere else except for Davis and San Luis Obispo for a short period time for

college the reason why some people question the fact that I'm Asian or not

is because of my hair color it's a slightly brown through neck color so it

kind of confuses people every now and then so yeah to answer your question

100% Chinese how do you get paid on Instagram well as a social-media

influencer you can do brand partnerships and you work with brands that you truly

love and support and you create images or videos for them and you share it on

your platform that reaches thousands of people another alternative is to use

affiliate links so things like like to no reward style shop style

collective those are really simple ways where you can earn money simply by

referring products to your followers or viewers where is my favorite place to

shop my favorite place to shop right now has to be Nordstrom I'm obsessed with

Topshop I love Asus I loved forever 21 Zara love shopping at Target or Target

Urban Outfitters oh my gosh I can go on if you're ever curious to know where

any of my clothing is from usually I have it linked in the description box of

my video or you can check out my blog fashion by alikom last but not least how

is YouTube now compared to when you started well I started youtube over

eight years ago and way back then I used to film all of my videos on a webcam so

I feel that the production value has definitely changed over the years go

with the flow and film videos on the spot whatever it felt like I did a lot

more DIYs and sewing videos whereas nowadays is more like clothing hacks and

more like lookbook style videos so the production value of that has definitely

changed I have more of a game plan when it comes to filming and editing what

hasn't changed really is I love sharing with you outfit ideas and I love just

the community aspect of YouTube put a face to a user name is so important to

me it seriously makes my day and it's my highlight to meet you guys ok I'm going

to be completely honest with you guys I've been struggling for a while because

I've built this YouTube channel for over eight years I've been consistently

uploading videos and hopes to inspire you to be the most creative self and to

empower you to be confident in the clothing that you wear in the past year

of going viral I've kind of lost touch with my viewers you guys so I would love

to know about you comment down below and let me know where are you from how long

have you been watching my youtube channel tell me something about yourself

and I feel like I've shared my entire journey with you guys all the way from

when I was in high school struggling with bullying through college when I did

know what I wanted to do with my career post graduate when I was just kind of

having fun and making DIY videos and look books and sharing with you guys my

personal style here today's sitting here just really excited

about life so happy to see what's next with my youtube channel tell me where

you're from tell me a little bit about yourself how

long have you been watching my youtube channel what do you like to do on the

weekends you know I hope you guys enjoyed this quick little Q&A about

relationships and friendships and you have any other questions be sure to

comment them down below you never know I might in my next video or live chat

video be sure to follow me on Instagram we use our newest fashion by Ali I love

you guys so so much and I will see you guys in the next video

Fashion Is | A Film by Sam Fazz and Dalton Belew - Duration: 4:08.

As a little girl I always loved dressing up.

I felt like it gave me a type of confidence that I couldn't access otherwise.

You believe whoever you are dressing up as, and as I got older I realized that

how I felt would influence how I dress myself every day.

When I discovered Lady Gaga and saw how she used clothes to further her artistic vision

I was so inspired by that.

She was my first real introduction in to the world of fashion.

And I thought, This is the world I want to live in.

I want to exist in this world forever.

That's when I became so fascinated with designers and the history of fashion.

I started researching so much, and it made me realize you could exist in that world.

It's not just a fantasy.

I grew up in a small town in Georgia where nobody really follows fashion.

I remember my first trip to New York when I was sixteen.

It was the first time I was exposed to authentic personal style.

When I went to the city, I felt people possessed a certain freedom there

to dress the way the way they wanted to.

And when I started channeling that freedom it was like a liberation for me

because I was dressing solely for myself.

I started to use fashion as a way to show who I am or how I'm feeling on the inside.

I always try to access that same type of feeling I got dressing up as a child when I dress myself now.

The kind of euphoria you get when you put on an outfit and you see yourself the way you want to be perceived.

I didn't feel scared of peoples opinions anymore.

I realized there was a shift in how people treated me as well

because I was finally showing you that this is me.

It's hard to describe my personal style.

I just wear things that I want to wear, things that make me feel the way that I want to be seen that day.

I always feel like I'm dressing up as a character.

The character that I want to portray isn't necessarily a film character or anyone specific.

It's just a representation of the different versions of myself.

Whatever version of myself I want to convey visually that day.

Where I pull inspiration from transcends far past fashion runways and instagram.

I love referencing things from the past, I love the forties and the fifties.

I love characters in movies, especially villainous women.

I think they're always misunderstood but the way they dress really asserts the type of

power that I've always admired.

They look stronger and fiercer.

I love clothing that makes me feel powerful.

Alexander Mcqueen once said

"I design clothes because I don't want women to look innocent and naive.

I want women to look stronger.

I know what misogyny is and I want people to be afraid of the women I dress."

It's one of my favorite quotes.

I always try to evoke that type of attitude.

To be empowered by what I wear.

It doesn't matter if it's designer or vintage or something I made

because it's not about a price tag or a label for me.

Fashion to me is not just about picking out what I'm going to wear for the day.

It's not about impressing anybody else.

Fashion Is about the feeling I get.

Fashion is about my own creative expression.

How to dress for uni | Practical fashion at UON - Duration: 3:08.

Ok, oh my gosh, Layla.

I need your help with this presentation.

I don't know what to wear.

What if it's too hot, or too cold, and all I've ever known is a uniform, and

Hey, hey Gabe it's ok.

Yak has got your back.

Here's what you, and you can wear to UON to be practical and comfy all day long.

Let's start with the skin, because in this harsh environment you need to make sure you're

protecting yourself against the elements.

The harshest of all of course being…

The mosquitos!

The sun!

I dunno have you seen the mosquitos here.

One word people, Aeroguard.

Go to the student hub to get some if you don't have any.

Oh, seriously, even on overcast days, the UV index can still be high enough to damage

your skin.

So sunscreen is a must while you're out and about on campus.

Keeping some in your bag is also a good idea just in case you need to reapply during the

day, or maybe help out a bud, who may have forgotten to slip slop slap.

Thank you.

Now that we're protected against the sun, and the mosquito infestation, lets go check

out the…

What?

No, nope, you have to change those shoes.

Why, what's wrong with them, I love these.

They're beautiful, but they're a death trap, there is absolutely no way you can wear

those in any lab or studio space, they're completely against WH&S.

Alright then, what do you suggest I wear?

Flat sensible shoes, that are enclosed.

Really it's for your own good.

Would you rather wear these, or fall face first into a petri dish full of bacteria.

What kind of bacteria?

Gabe!

Fine!

I'd rather be safe.

Making sure you've got the right shoes also comes in handy when trying to conquer the

many steep inclines of UON's campuses.

This, is my Everest.

Well Gabe, making sure you've got some comfy shoes, like sneakers or boots, with some stretchy

clothing will make the climb easier.

At least on your feet.

Uni means classes, and classes mean long periods of time sitting in chairs.

Oh thank god.

So wearing a tight pencil skirt or pair of pants is not going to be the most comfortable

thing when you've got six hours of classes to sit through.

A stretchy pair of jeans, short, or a skater skirt are going to be your best friends in

those long three hour lectures.

This is Australia, meaning that the weather can turn at the drop of a hat.

How's this for the presentation?

No!

Did it get colder?

So, like an ogre, you should have some layers just in case the weather turns.

And get in the habit of checking the forecast for your campus before you leave home, that

way you can dress accordingly and maybe take an umbrella, just in case.

Above all, dress for comfort, and comfort is subjective, so if what makes you confident

and comfortable is loud and out there, then absolutely rock it.

I'm gonna rock this presentation.

I'm Gabe.

And I'm Layla.

And you're watching Yak TV.
