Rachael Finch walked the runway at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia on Thursday and her ripped abs stole the show
The 29-year-old Myer ambassador looked super-fit and toned as she modelled activewear from her Body by Finch line
With her flawless torso on display, the mother-of-two oozed confidence in a blue and purple sports bra paired with matching leggings and pink sneakers
She completed her look with a navy sweater wrapped around her waist, styled her brunette hair loosely and opted for elegant makeup
On Wednesday, Rachael reflected on her changing body and how she once struggled with body confidence
'Over 10 years ago when I used to model full time and walk on runways regularly I was 5kg lighter than this photo!' she wrote on Instagram
'It may not sound like a lot but with my height and frame, believe me, it was a lot
She added: 'I was 52-53kg and would aim to sit around that weight permanently. Every meal felt like I was cheating and my periods were irregular
'The Queensland native said it took her a long time to finally accept her changing body
'I'm 58-59kg, strong, fit, happy and have two amazing children who are also healthy and happy,' she wrote
'It's taken me years to learn to appreciate and understand how my body works and I'm thankful for everything it's taken me through
'Rachael is married to her former Dancing With The Stars partner Michael Miziner and they share two children: Violet, four, and 14-month-old Dominic
