BREAKING: California Just Made SICK New Law Of What Teachers Are FORCED To Do If Attacked
America is unraveling the mystery behind the Florida school shooter, recovering from injuries,
searching for answers and mourning the loss of 17 lives.
The rest of the country remains resilient in their recovery and suffering, but there
was one sick state who jumped into action and created the worst law you could imagine.
This is a law that makes your kids become sitting ducks in the line of fire of a crazed
school shooter who will pick them off like they're at target practice.
This terrible Democrat law from the state of California makes it so that everyone in
the school a possible victim with almost no chance of fighting back.
California's Democrat Assemblyman, Kevin McCarty, introduced bill AB 424, which makes
it so that teachers who were previously permitted to carry firearms in schools were no longer
permitted to carry guns in schools.
Five school districts in California allow teachers and staff to carry their firearm
if they have a concealed carry permit.
As of yet, this has not been a problem in any of the school districts, nor do many people
in America realize that this was already a thing.
Having a few armed staff members would quickly eliminate any school shooter, and it would
also prevent school shooters from entering a building that is protected.
Most school shooters don't attack schools with armed guards.
Armed policemen who are designated to work inside and around the school would be a better
option than a few staff members who may not have full proper firearm training, but at
least people are willing to fight back and protect our wonderful children.
McCarty's bill makes it so that teachers and staff members cannot carry, nor fight
back if they are under attack from a crazed school shooter.
McCarty's bill was signed by Governor Jerry Brown, the same person who believes it's
not a felony to purposely give someone HIV.
Breitbart reported more on the incident: "California Gov. Jerry Brown signed a bill
on Saturday that guarantees that teachers cannot shoot back if they come under attack
at school.
The bill, AB 424, was introduced by Assemblyman Kevin McCarty's (D-Sacramento).
McCarty introduced his bill after five California school districts chose to allow teachers and/or
staff with concealed carry permits to be armed on campus to defend themselves and their students.
The five districts were Kern High School District, Kingsburg Joint Union High School District,
Folsom Cordova Unified School District, Anderson Union High School District, and Palo Cedro's
North Cow Creek School District.Breitbart News reported that McCarty justified his push
to disarm teachers by saying, "A safe learning environment is essential for our children
to be successful in the classroom.
That's not possible if a school district allows armed civilians to roam California
school campuses."
The Los Angeles Times reports that the Firearm Policy Coalition (FPC) opposed the bill and
the idea of rendering teachers defenseless.
The FPC said: "The constitutional right to bear arms is based on the fundamental human
right to self-defense.
AB 424 undermines these very important principles based on little more than a whim."
McCarty's bill, signed by CA Governor Brown, fails to mention that students are not able
to be in a safe learning environment if there's a school shooter situation causing chaos,
people are sheltering in place or lockdowns, or even evacuating buildings.
It's impossible for students to learn when they're ducking from bullets and running
from a mass murderer.
McCarty and Brown appear to be part of the Democrat movement to disarm everyone in California
which includes people who have committed no crimes and people who have vowed to help protect
the innocent.
It's honorable when a teacher or school staff member pledges to protect the children
that they teach.
It's not a teacher's job, but they would prefer to keep their students alive, and teachers
often treat their students as if the kids were their own.
Of course, that doesn't include the far left liberal teachers who had meltdowns when
Donald Trump won the election in 2016.
Those teachers are often part of the problem.
Governor Brown was previously criticized for his ruling that took away the felony status
if people purposely transmitted HIV to another person.
People are fleeing California as fast as they can because the Democrat politics have continuously
ruined the state.
Cities like San Francisco waste millions cleaning feces and drug needles as people flock to
other cities to live and raise their families.
