Auto news on Youtube Oct 4 2017

- What's up Evan?

- Sup.

- You like fashion right?

- I do.

- Then why do you always look so bad?

(chuckles) I'm just kidding. - Bad meaning bad,

or bad meaning good?

- It's the one that you want it to be.

- Bad.

- Will you join me on my suit shopping extravaganza?

- Suit.

- We're going New York.

That's not how you get there.

We gotta get on a plane.

It's not that, it's actually that way.

- Nope I'm going.

- Time to shop til we drop.

- Hi.

- Oh.

(laughs)

New York, fashion capital of the United States.

- Yes sir.

- Today on worth the lifestyle, we're gonna try

three different suit experiences that through drastically

different price points and find out which one

is the most worth it at it's price.

Worth it.

- Suits never go out of style.

Every man needs a suit.

- And some women too.

The first place we're going to is a place called Suit Supply

you're gonna help me buy a suit.

- Okay, what about me?

- I mean you can have one too.

- Suit up.

(cool music)

- My name is Nish De Gruiter, I'm the Vice President

of Suit Supply USA, we have jackets, casual pants,

shirts, all the furnishings.

- So what makes a good suit a good suit?

- It should be fit well,

it's all about the interior, if you see people

the name boxy suit, it still look very square

because the interior is glued on the inside.

If you see a proper made suit, breast pocket

has a round shape to it, shoulder is a little slim

it's softer, our fabric are from high end Italian mills,

Zenya, Barberis, Lo Pia, different colors,

show the different price points, so the blue line

is opening price point at 399, Suit Supply

is a vertically integrative company.

A wholesaler or retailer, we cut all those middle men out

that's why we can have a much more attainable price point.

There's always something that we can fit you in

for example Havana fit works I think

for your broad shoulders well.

- Is that, that's for me right?

- Yeah, (laughs)

- [Nish] We have a tailor

who does alterations while you wait.

- We have a tailor in the store?

- [Nish] Yes, like an open kitchen.

- I like that you can walk in and walk out with a suit

the same day.

- To determine your size, chest size 40,

shirt size 15 and 3/4s.

- You have a suit here ready based

on those three measurements.

- From size 30 to regular all the way through 52 long

we have in stock, ready to go.

(groovy music)

- [Steven] Alright come out here Evan, let's see, oh.

- This particular suit, is Havana suit,

works well for your broad shoulders, smaller waist.

This is really business something more formal,

soft shoulder, the sleeve length is perfect here

you show just the right amount of cuff,

we have a high arm hole, that's really Italian style.

Italians like to hug.

- I like to hug.

I like to hug Steven.

- [Steven] You want to do a hug test?

(laughs)

- [Evan] Hug test.

- [Steven] Let's do a hug test.

- Hug approved.

I feel dangerous,

- [Steven] Dangerous?

- Yeah, I feel like I might go somewhere

and spend all my money.

(laughs)

- [Steven] You look pretty fire but it's my turn.

- I think you should go a little more casual,

I would go for charcoal gray.

- Charcoal gray?

- Charcoal gray will be a great color

for your skin complexion, will work well with your hair.

- [Steven] Yes.

- I will take a 36 suit, I will go for a 14 and 3/4s shirt.

- So I'm 36 and you're 40.

- 40 chest and 30 in the waist.

- We need to advertise how much more buff Evan is than I am.

(laughs)

(smooth music)

Oh ho,

- [Nish] This is a great outfit, it should be louder

than your personality.

- Oh wow, this is very breathable.

Even though this is more casual, it's more different

its more unique.

- [Evan] Right.

- [Steven] And I love that about it.

- [Nish] You're still wearing a suit

and it's very casual, you don't go out of your comfort zone.

- This is amazing, it's hard to express

how I feel right now.

I feel like, you need to start treating me serious now.

No more of your dumb hugs.

This is all business.

Pizza time.

I think the crazy thing about that suit

was how comfortable it was.

- The suit jacket Nish gave me,

I don't think I have to alter it.

- You've never had that kind of suit off the rack

fit you so well.

- Yeah.

- Suit fact, the term bespoke, comes from the 1600s

people would go into tailor shops, they'd have the

ask for the fabric that was been spoken for

that's where bespoke came from.

That's what fashion is though,

pretty much copying people that look good.

- Mm-hmm, it's like a little bit of word play there.

- Word play is more like when you say like,

yo my name is Steven and I like to go to.

- I'm Evan I come down from heaven.

(laughs)

- What?

Suit number two, are you ready for this?

- I'm actually most excited about this.

We've been prepping ourselves to get fully suited

- From an e-commerce site.

We used a company called Articles of Style.

Apparently this place is legit.

- I'm Evan, I come from heaven.

- Let's go to 7Eleven, where you actually came from.

(smooth music)

- I'm Dan Trepanier, I'm the CEO and creative director.

- Hi I'm Will Howe, I'm the COO of Articles of Style.

- Articles of style is online luxury men's wear brands

a lot of guys out there are getting very mediocre

frustrating experiences with custom e-commerce.

Meanwhile in bespoke world, guys are thrilled so

can't we offer a service instead of just an algorithm

where you measure yourself.

- How are you making these suits?

- Everything is made from scratch, based on that one client.

We found Southwyck, the oldest tailoring factory in America.

At the factory what you'll see for example

in addition to a lot of other things

is a digital pattern making.

Printing your pattern.

It's laser cutting the fabric, then basting

the garments together for assembly,

so setting sleeves, they're removing the base stitching

when the garments done, they measure it

to make sure it's exactly what we ordered.

And if it's more than an eighth of an inch off,

we have to redo it.

So you fill out your physical profile on our website,

we then figure out your estimated measurements,

cut a custom try on just for you and send you that,

take pictures in the try ons, upload them to your account,

you have an opportunity to write feedback

so you guys write a novel and in there.

- That's gonna be this guy right here.

- [Evan] I'm gonna write a novel in there.

- Right, I mean you gave us specific measurements.

- [Evan] Super detailed feedback.

- That's great, you know what you want, you know.

You want for example, a very small leg hole

which isn't uncommon.

- Gotta be specific right?

- Yeah.

(laughs)

- I don't even know what a leg hole is.

- It's the circumference at the very bottom of the pants.

- It's called the opening.

- Gotcha.

Okay.

- If you're telling us nothing, you're trusting us

for the expertise and if you're telling us a ton

that makes our job easier because we know how

to cut the garment to your preference already.

- This is the moment of truth.

- Should we try 'em on?

- If you guys get this right, I'm coming back to the store,

(laughs)

(smooth music)

alright here we go.

Oh shoot.

I really don't recognize myself right now.

This thing is just, throwing me off right here.

This has never seen the sun.

- This is a luxury fabric,

it's linen and silk, primarily silk actually,

you're a really slim guy right, so you probably often

have really big shoulders on your jackets

and we cut a really high arm hole,

so if you have a slim biceps, that makes a big difference.

- I have toned biceps.

(laughs)

- That's slim.

What's really driving the comfort of the jacket

is the no shoulder pads at all,

so it's really a shirt shoulder.

And it's really lightweight construction

to your chest, so it's really just like something

you can throw on, and the trouser you picked

was a cotton cashmere blend, so it's really, really soft

fabric as well.

- Is there a name I can, an alter ego I can have

when I wear this?

Steven, Steve!

- Steve. - Steve.

- Yo Steve is out.

- Hug test.

(laughs)

hug approved.

- It's your turn.

- Let's go.

- You're not gonna look as good as me.

- Let's go.

(groovy music)

Oh wow.

First of all, got the 12 inches, right length,

shoulder width, everything fits perfectly.

- You're a harder fit than Steven is,

mainly because you're really big in the shoulders,

strong chest, but really narrow waist,

you're wearing like a 31, 32 pant and like a 41, 42 jacket.

Which is a 10 inch drop, that's impressive.

- I work hard for it.

(laughs)

- So you really benefit from the unpadded shoulder

because you already got all this meat up here,

you can't really buy a suit off the rack

so a guy like you is extra blown away.

- What do you think Steven?

What do you think Steve?

(laughs)

- I mean, you look fine.

(laughs)

(fun music)

- Yeah, hug approved.

(smooth music)

- Cut, cut, next place.

(laughs)

what is it with you and the 12 inch leg whole man?

- You gotta know what you want when it comes to suits.

- It's true, from never having met me, to getting a suit

that fit that perfectly, I was pretty amazed.

- That's probably the most impressive part

about Articles of Style.

- Yeah. - Hands down.

Suit fact.

- Oh my god.

Did you know men have buttons on the right side

and women have buttons on the left side.

So the theory goes that men had to go to battle and wars

so they had to be able to suit up very quickly

and most people are right handed.

For women the thought is that women were wealthier

so people would help them put it on, so you'd actually

have it backwards 'cause you know

the person helping you would,

- I see.

- Be right handed and could do the other side.

- But if you're a right handed woman

and you're a left handed man (laughs)

you're in trouble.

- In battle, you're screwed.

We're going to gentlemen by the name of Leonard Logsdail.

We started from a retail store, and then we went down

to a smaller e-commerce site and now we're down

to one man.

- So we're trimming down the number of people we have.

- Interesting yeah.

- It is interesting.

- The more you spend the less people who work on it.

Hmm. - Hmm.

(soft music)

- My name's Leonard Logsdail.

I'm a tailor here in New York City with my son Leonard,

he's been working with me for about four years

and he's learning the trade from me

and today we're going to talk about production

of a handmade suit and measure you for one as well.

- Amazing.

It's me by the way.

- It's all you man.

- If you like we can do a comparison between a good body

and a bad body.

(laughs)

- You hear that.

- From a tailoring point of view, people will look at him

and say well he's got a great body but from my point of view

it's actually quit difficult, the shoulders a 40,

it's about 3/4 of an inch lower on the right hand side,

its understanding the nuances of the body

and then being able to interpret that from a plain piece

of brown paper when I construct the paper pattern.

- What is bespoke, what is a bespoke tailor do.

- When you get buy something off the rack

it's made for everybody and no one in particular.

We do it completely the other way around.

I've got 45 years of experience of understanding

men's bodies, many clients say to me

that I understand their bodies more than their wives do.

Because when you come in three months later

I can tell if you've put on a couple of pounds

or taken a couple of pounds off.

- We make the suites ourselves on site,

garments cut here, our jacket maker makes about two a week.

It takes about 60 or 70 hours of hand work put into it.

- [Leonard] Very labor intensive.

- And how did you guys get to where you are now?

- Well I think it's the heart that goes into it.

I built up a business in London.

I moved out here in 1991.

There were probably about 50 or 60 old Italian

fabulous tailors in the United States have all died off.

- So this suit you made right here.

- I did yeah, I made all those clothes for all the guys

from Wolf of Wall Street.

- No way.

- One of the reasons that I get the movie work

from the tailors here is because if you want something

1970s with a flared pair of trousers

and big pockets I can do that for you.

- How much is a suit that you make

and then what defines the cost of that?

- The skill of moving and stretching and shrinking

and feeling the fabric in your fingers

takes a long time and when you're charging a lot for a suit

I'm not gonna do it until you're ready for it,

a two piece suit starts at 7900 dollars.

Probably the lowest quality we make is a super 120s

with cashmere and then we move on up from there

to a Vicuna suit which probably cost about 30,000 dollars

'cause the cloth is very rare.

- [Evan] They found a way to shear it and they stay alive.

- I want a suit, maybe for my wedding?

- We can do that for you.

- Okay so I have not proposed to her yet,

but I'm thinking about it.

- Well she might hear it now so.

- She will hear it.

- So are you gonna get married on the west coast,

the east coast?

What time of year?

Are you more of a conservative type of person

or do you want something that's got a little bit

of oomph to it?

(laughs)

- I hadn't even thought about that.

- We need to know this because if you're gonna get married

in Alaska in the winter, I can't show you

some of these fabrics.

- Gotcha, I like a little bit of flair yeah.

- So this is a Super 130s and it's beautiful.

- [Steven] That's great.

- And it's beautiful, feel the fabric

so that means it's going to be comfortable to wear,

now we have to decide what style of suit you want.

Do you like more of the modern style, like a shorter jacket

and a tight pair of pants?

- I would love to go with what you're advising.

- So we'll go two buttons on the front.

The pink lapel means you thought about pants,

we're gonna make them with no pleats.

You use your back pockets?

- I do, and I heard it's bad for your back to put a wallet

in your back pocket.

- If you've got a lot of money in it yeah.

(laughs)

and then we'll start the measurements

and the body figurations.

38 and a half.

- 38 and a half yeah that's what I'm talking about Evan,

got some gains.

- And we'll cut the suit out after that.

- How long will it take, you said at least three fittings?

- Depends, sometimes if I do my job correctly,

the first time we could do it in one, sometimes

I need two, sometimes I need three but I will not

let the suit go out the door until I'm happy with it.

My plan is for Ying to look at you on her wedding day

and really decide that you're the one.

(elegant music)

- Alright man.

That.

Wow, dude that looks so good.

I'm not used to this.

This navy color looks really really good on you.

You should start wearing this everyday actually

so I can take you seriously.

(laughs)

- Dude it looks so clean, okay.

And my favorite part of this suit, the back of it

is like perfectly shaped for my back.

I look like a body builder.

- [Evan] Oh wow, yeah.

I see you.

- I see you.

I'm used to feeling fabric pull at me in certain places.

I don't feel that here.

Oh yeah, see that.

The insides transcription, see this phrase,

it's from my mom.

I don't know how to describe this any more man

it's so, it's so perfect.

- [Leo] A perfect suit is when I'm working with a client

and I look in the mirror and I see the look on his face

is when you're happy when you walk out the door.

(playful music)

- Hug approved.

Thank you for taking me shopping,

why did just grab your bicep?

(laughs)

Evan Ghang, which suit is the most worth it

at it's price for you.

- Suit Supply is probably my go to place

when I want to buy suits.

- If you need a suit tomorrow, that will fit you

very nicely, Suit Supply, and it'll look great.

- But I have to say it's the Articles of Style.

They found that middle ground where everything

just meets perfectly and the fact that I've never met

them before and they got the suits down perfectly

that's already a winner for me honestly.

- I thought I was gonna go with Articles of Style,

I guess I'm a fancy boy 'cause I'm going

with Leonard Logsdail.

- [Evan] What?

- He doesn't cut corners, well he does on suits.

Ha ha ha ha.

It's not about the money, it's not about the time,

it's not about anything, it's about getting

the product correct and I look up to people like that.

- You looked really, really good in that suit.

- Alex, who was your Worth It winner?

I must have looked really good in that suit.

- This guy.

- That wraps it up for our season two of Worth it Lifestyle.

Thank you guys for watching, it's like because

of you guys watching now we can make these videos so

we out.

- Peace.

- [Steven] Can I do one more thing?

So in the first location that we did for this video

at Suit Supply, we were told that of this thing called

a hug test, I'm just gonna give you a hug.

- [Leo] Come on in.

- Hug approved

The Try Guys Get Makeovers From High School Girls - Duration: 15:24.

- Am I gonna get a nice mesh thing?

- Um,

you'll have some mesh. - Something.

Oh no!

(upbeat music) - High school fashion, baby!

- I really don't know how high schoolers dress these days.

- What's a septum?

- Aaahhh.

Ahhh! - They're doing things

that I still to this day

am not confident enough to do.

- Are you ready? - Dayum!

We have four amazing diverse high school girls

who sent in their dream vision of how they want

their high school male counterparts to dress.

- And to bring their visions to life,

we've brought in a designer!

Who's gonna make us all hawt.

Oh yeah. - Nothing like a bunch

of 30 year old men

getting dressed up by little girls.

(upbeat pop music)

(cowbell rings) - It's high school

makeover time!

(quirky music) - How do high schoolers

dress now? - I dunno, they dress cool.

Like Jack.

Come here Jack, get over here.

- They just where a lot more patterns

but everything's like tight.

- This is what high schoolers look like.

He's got the cool hair that Ned's tryin' to have.

- It's a lot of like high waisted

hip type short things.

- He's got this like, half tuck.

Every time I try to half tuck my shirt

I look like a moron. (both laugh)

- They do like the button all the way sometimes.

- They put things together that I just don't understand

and I admire it in a lot of ways.

- I don't know, what are these, old VHS tapes?

- [Jack] I don't know.

- You don't have to know what they are

because they're hot!

Explain to me how a cassette works, Jack.

Go sit down!

- Today when a trend happens

you immediately know it happens because of the internet.

We didn't have that in the 2000s.

We had to wait a year.

By the time we wore it, it was not cool anymore.

- Jack is proof that high schoolers dress really well now,

at least the ones that have the hair like that.

- (laughs) The way that I dressed in high school

kind of existed up until like

(upbeat rock music) two years ago.

My jeans were always way too long.

This was coming out of the days where baggy jeans were cool.

I just didn't get the memo that everyone else had moved on.

I wasn't cool enough to skateboard

so I wore the skateboarding clothes

and I then I wasn't funny enough to be funny

so I put jokes on myself.

All the things that I wanted to be but didn't know how to be

because I was an insecure young twat.

- My style in high school was a lot of

(quirky music) baggy polo shirts.

I think it was because I was kinda skinny.

Like if I wore a tight shirt

I would just look like

a plucked chicken. (chicken clucks)

Only recently after I got married,

where Ariel would kind of help me find things

that she found more attractive.

So I wouldn't say I truly became fashionable

until I was a 29 year old. - Just last year?

- Yeah, it was last year.

- Oh, I was a geeky nerd.

I played french horn.

Played Magic: The Gathering.

It wasn't on brand for me to look good.

I dressed real funny.

I just dressed like outfits were meant to be jokes.

It didn't seem like girls liked me

so I didn't wanna give 'em a reason to

(laughs) and it worked.

(crew member laughs) I can say I succeeded

at repealing all women for a long time in my life.

(french horn toots)

(upbeat electronic music) - I was kind of dressing

in whatever I thought was stylish

which was highly dominated by a lot of

Justin Timberlake going solo.

I look back at my photos and I'm like,

"Kill it with fire."

I did not look cool.

I wore a lot of scarves on t-shirt.

A lot of man jewelry, one ring, one bracelet, dog tags.

Dog tags were huge.

We were all nerds in high school

and I think in the end we just wanna look cool.

So I know these girls are gonna wanna get their hands on us.

- Hi, I'm Andrea. - Hi, Andrea.

- What's up Zach?

- This is how she says hello to people.

I'm gonna try and lock that in.

- Leah's glasses match her necklace.

This is great.

- I love her hair color.

Already a good sign.

- I'm gonna look at your high school pictures now.

From the pictures I'm seeing,

baggy pants, baggy shirt, baggy everything.

- Okay, I get it Vina.

I was baggy.

- Baggy, baggy, baggy, baggy, baggy.

- This sizing, these pants, the length.

- Look at these pictures.

Look at them. - She smiling

but she hates it.

- Oh (laughs).

No, I was not ready for this. - (laughs) Oh no!

- [Andrea] I'm not diggin' the shoes.

- I just had one pair of shoes.

- There are shoes for everything

but not one pair for everything.

- I really like the second picture of him

just admiring a glass cup.

- That was Thanksgiving.

- Why (laughs)?

- This is me on a plate.

- Wow Keith, there's so much going on,

like, I really don't know what to say

(Keith laughs) at this point.

- When you walked in, whether it's a good or a bad way,

you left me at a loss for words.

- Your clothes don't fit you well.

I guess they might have been trendy during your time.

- Eh.

- It just looks like you're trying to figure out

who you are but you don't really know.

- She's right.

- Ooh.

Yikes.

Tank top and jeans, flip-flop combo,

a combo that we don't need to bring back into the world.

- Marley is so shady.

I love it.

- The deep V paired with the gray vest.

True icon.

- I always applaud accessorizing and you,

you went there.

- That scarf I would just like,

don't

ever

do that again.

- Sorry Marley. - Yikes.

- I'm sorry.

(upbeat music) - These looks that the

high schoolers brought are gonna be

really, really, really amazing.

- What my style is for you is 80s rock and roll.

- [Roman] Sort of grunge direction.

- That's my style.

And I wanted to portray my style onto yours.

- She wants rock and roll.

I can do this. - Like, Cole Sprouse.

- Wait, Cole Sprouse from Zack and Cody?

I'm gonna live that suite life.

- He's very leather jacket and like messy stuff,

messy hair.

- Zack's a bad boy.

- The style I chose for Ned was pretty spooky

to be honest. - Spooky?

- [Andrea] I really wanted him to look straight out

of a Nylon magazine. - She's gonna make me extra.

- We're gonna do some oversized pieces, high waist,

maybe a belt moment-- - Oversized, high waisted

sounds like pajamas.

Am I gonna be wearing pajamas?

- Um, denim pajamas?

- Still trying to achieve that artsy look for Ned.

- I can definitely stand to be a little more artsy.

- All this hair is gonna be brushed to the front.

I think hair says a lot about how a person wants to look.

- So I guess my hair says that I don't care about anything.

- Keith, the style we have chosen for you

is a more refined, minimalistic

street chic look. - What?

There were seven adjectives in that.

- It still follows the current trend of high school guys

but with a more refined grown up taste.

- You are probably gonna be the most fashion forward

of The Try Guys today.

- Well that is not normal.

- A lot of avant-garde is coming into trend,

brands like JW Anderson,

Ann Demeulemeester,

Rick Owens,

Dries Van Noten. - Sure.

- The style I'm kinda looking for is more

an androgynous queer fashion as we see.

- Rainbow flag, right on.

- I wanted to have possibly more

of a masculine clothing type

but have like makeup and hair.

- With her look we are going all the way.

- Hmm.

- I don't know how open

Eugene is-- - I'm open.

- To dying his hair. - Oh well, not that open.

(laughs)

Dayum.

- Are you ready?

I think I wanna have you try this on.

(quirky music) - Wow, a plastic jacket.

- [Ned] Whoa, whoa,

whoa, easy. - Yeah, a little wool moment.

- I'm gonna start describing my clothes as moments.

- Everything is a moment. - Oh my God.

I'm having a moment.

- [Zach] What's on the back?

- [Roman] More scorpions,

more scorpions. - Wow, I'm a bad boy.

- (laughs) Kinda makes my stupid outfit look like,

"Oh he's got a point here he's trying to make."

- Yeah, it's pretty cool.

- Get the will of the asian ancestors before you.

- I can help-- - We're good with little feet.

- Why do I feel like I'm about to invade Normandy?

- This is cooler than anything I own.

- And this is not because I need the glasses.

- No, this is strictly fashion.

- It's cause I want the glasses.

- [Roman] Exactly.

- [Zach] Oh, I'm into this.

- A little fundo tee.

- It has crosses on it.

- It has crosses on it. - You know I'm Jewish, right?

- But we might not go with this one.

And I mean if we removed all of this...

- Dumbledore!

- I think I'm just a traffic cone

that tried to dress like a human.

This is what people wear.

- I've seen things like this in the store

but I'm just always afraid that my

(laughs) hairy body's gonna poke out of it in weird ways.

- Some people like hair.

- Some people.

- It's a choice.

It's a moment. - It is a moment.

Vina wants you to look badass.

- She wants everyone to look badass.

I just happen to be her palette that she stuck with.

- Exactly.

- I'm excited for her vision.

Because I think any vision is better than this.

- You need some help?

- No I'm good.

I'm just gonna

walk on outta here.

(laughs)

(bell rings) Ned.

- [Ned] What?

- What'd you get on number 5? - I'm not telling.

- Keith what'd you get on number 5?

- Danesha.

- This is a math class.

- Oh, shit.

(upbeat rock music) - We're losing this?

- We're losing that.

- Old Zach

is dead!

- I hope you don't completely hate it.

He's bad boy but he doesn't seem bad

and I have no doubt about you pulling it off.

(upbeat pop music)

- Welcome to The Suite Life.

(everyone laughs)

(upbeat rock music)

- Yeah. - Wow.

You look like a bad boy who lost 70 pounds.

- I'd give him my lunch money.

- Like old Zach is me versus

the guy she told you not to worry about.

- Nice meme reference.

- I love the jacket.

I love the shirt.

The rings are overwhelming to me.

- Is that a thing that I can start doing?

Cause I like this.

- I think Vina's version of you rocks this jewelry.

- I'm still handling the length of the pants.

- [Zach] I got hot ankles.

- You really Cole Sproused up.

Did Dylan die?

- No he didn't die.

- Who are these people?

- There are pieces in this outfit

that I either own or tried to own.

So like I'm on the right track.

- To being a high schooler.

- I look like the guy

that would make out with your prom date

which is a nice role reversal

cause someone else made out with my prom date

in front of me!

- Wow.

Wait, I didn't know that about you.

- (laughs) Yeah. - Why'd he do that?

- That's horrible. - Let's talk about this.

- This is a very realistic version

of a cool guy in high school today.

- I'm a bad boy.

Bad boy.

I'm a bad boy.

Bad boy.

- Uh, we need to stop this now.

(bell rings)

- Hey Keith. - Yeah.

- You wanna join the pen 15 club?

- Yeah, I love the penis club.

Have you ever been to like pen island?

Penis land?

(everyone laughs)

- I think Ned is gonna be horrified

in this look.

(Ned groans) - Oh God.

Ah!

- We can nix the nose ring. - No, no, no.

(Roman laughs)

(upbeat music) Nose ring's essential.

- And he's gonna have black nails

because his style has a lot of angst but

I know he can pull it off.

(upbeat electronic music)

- School is meaningless.

(everyone laughs)

- Oh!

Wow! - Oh

my

God!

- What? (upbeat tango music)

You look great.

- From behind-- - Thank you.

- I don't know who you are.

I just know I want to sleep with you.

- [Ned] Get in line.

(Zach giggles)

- (laughs) What is this attitude you've taken on?

- [Eugene] Hair is great.

The septum piercing actually looks

really good. - Yeah, the coat is gorgeous

and like just the colors across the outfit are

amazing.

- [Eugene] You look like a really hot artistic lesbian mom.

- Snaps to that.

- If you went to high school with me though

I wouldn't know what to do with myself.

- Let me be clear Zach, I would definitely

not be your friend. - You do kinda suck now too.

- Oh yeah. (everyone laughs)

- This is such a look I've never seen

matched with nail polish on a guy and it's incredible.

- [Eugene] Every item you're wearing your wife could borrow.

- I'm a trendsetter.

I certainly would never have chosen this for myself but

now that I see it, I really like it.

I just can't wait to get into Oxford and start my real life.

- (laughs) Oh God, you suck so much.

I've learned that you suck so much.

- I bless you and I respect you.

Class dismissed.

- [Zach] Nope, we've still go two makeovers.

(bell rings)

- (sighs) Are you done yet Eugene?

- Done doing what?

- Breathing?

(laughs) "Are you done yet?"

"Done with what?"

"Breathing."

(Zach and Ned snicker)

- Alright, you ready to get dressed up for school.

(upbeat music) - I'm so ready.

- Honestly, you should feel badass

and cool.

- What?

The other guys are gonna be so jealous.

- I think you can totally pull it off

as long as you got the confidence

and you feel great in it.

- I think this look deserves some extra credit.

(Ned laughs)

- Oh my God!

- Look at the custom belt!

- Wow!

- How is there Try Guys on that?

Was that you Roman?

- Of course. - Roman!

- You are having an orange moment.

- [Keith] Do I look like a sexy traffic cone?

- Yes! - Yeah.

- You don't look like a traffic cone

but you would stop traffic.

- That was good. - I've never seen

you wear boots.

Those pants are beautiful! - Yeah, these pants

are amazing.

No, I definitely didn't think I would like it.

- [Eugene] And do you?

- Yeah, everything about this is pretty stunning.

- You look like a very fashionable Japanese person.

(upbeat Japanese music) - Yes!

That's what it is.

- Wow. - Right?

It makes sense because this is the most fashion forward

and Japan is always like three and a half

seasons ahead of us.

- This is just the coolest version of yourself.

- Jack will you come back

to the stage please? - Jack!

- How do I look?

- Honestly, you do pull it off.

- Yeah?

Fuckin' lit as shit.

(everyone laughs)

Is lit as shit a thing?

Cause that's great.

- This is a beautiful moment

and I just want us to all appreciate

that all three of us look way better than Eugene.

- Yeah, Eugene looks terrible.

(bell rings) - You know,

I know some really great ramen spots

if you ever want me

to show you sometime. - Oh, I know ramen spots.

- Zachary have you ever read Hemingway?

- I don't read. - Don't.

- First thing we're gonna do is take off

all these accessories.

Actually, those first.

Put those over there. - Dressing androgynous

is such a beautiful thing.

- Pull the fishnets up over your shirt.

- [Eugene] Over the shirt?

- Having men wear things

that a typically feminine person would wear

hopefully it will open a new avenue of style

for him because he does seem very confident.

(upbeat music)

- [Eugene] 'Cuse me?

Is this the nurses office?

- What? - Because this look

is sickening.

(upbeat electronic music) - Wow!

(Ned laughs) What?

Huh?

What?

What?

Huh?

Very like

entrancing.

I find it very beautiful and I don't understand it.

- [Ned] Oh my God, you have double ear piercings.

- [Zach] Now you're wearing makeup but it works.

- [Ned] Also you have the giant boots on

and then your hair just goes straight up.

It's like your seven feet tall.

- Wow, look at that.

(laughs) Look at that!

- I can't be a bad boy when I'm this little.

This is a cool jacket.

It's got some really great details on it, the hood.

I'm torn on the fishnets on the leg.

- [Keith] Yeah, they're high waisted fishnets.

- Do I look like

Tilda Swinton and Rihanna had an asian baby?

- I feel the Tilda. - I see a Tilda.

- You're having a Tilda moment.

- [Zach] You said it was gonna be an androgynous look.

I expected it to be more foreign to me.

I think anyone could wear that and pull it off.

- Uh, yeah.

In high school you try to stand out.

You're trying to define who you are

and you're trying to use your fashion.

You're developing your personality.

To have this strong of a look

is such a statement.

- For all those high school boys out there

ready to experiment.

You got four new looks to play with.

- And they only cost $30,000.

(everyone laughs) - Shh.

Style is so individual

and is such a deep expression of oneself

that many times a lot people say they don't have style

but I think it's just that they haven't found it yet.

We were lucky enough to find four young girls

who have found their style and shared it with us.

- Throughout my life there have been things

I wasn't confident enough to wear.

And that's not a high school Zach thing

that's just an always me thing.

And today has shown me that that is a restriction

that I put on myself.

- Do it for how it makes you feel

and like how it affects your personality

cause maybe when you do think outside of the box

you could be rewarded for it.

- I think it's all about just surprising people

with how you look.

I was doing it with a negative way

but you could surprise people by looking cool.

It's still just as effective.

- There's a lot of things that we might be wearing

that you might not be personally comfortable with

but someone out there is

and I think that's what's important.

- (laughs) If you're not cool in high school,

if you don't dress like this,

that is okay.

But the fact that some high schoolers think like this,

is amazing.

- Grab some of your friend's clothes.

Put 'em on.

See if you look hotter than them.

Jack, give me some of your clothes.

(everyone laughs)

- Schools out for summer boys.

- [Keith] Alright, I hate school.

- At the end of the summer I realized

the world hadn't changed.

I'd changed.

Freeze frame!

Shoe-Lovers Design Their Own Shoes - Duration: 4:28.

- I don't know, I'm so nervous.

I also don't like opening things.

I'm scared.

(gasping)

Yo. (laughing)

(upbeat hip hop music)

- Today, we're gonna take some old sneakers

and make 'em cool again.

Give 'em back some life.

- I love sneakers.

I probably wear them at least 75% of my week.

- I've never had a pair of shoes of mine customized

to specifically what I want.

I'm a little nervous but I think

they're gonna be really cool.

- Alright, I'm excited, and let's go customize

these shoes.

(upbeat hip hop music)

- Hey what's up guys?

My name is Mike, you guys are in BYN Customs.

I started designing shoes by just being

part of the 90s sneaker culture.

We started off the store with being just a total

customizing store, jackets and other apparel,

but we specialize in shoes.

Doing celebrities like Madonna and Tom Cruise

and a lot of Elton John's shoes.

- Who's been your favorite client to work with?

- I liked working Tom Cruise.

We did 16 pairs of shoes for him.

- Damn. - That's a lot of shoes.

- [Mike] Yeah.

- I'm excited, this is gonna be dope.

- Yeah.

- Okay.

Let's check out the shoes.

- I brought these Air Maxes.

All white,

that light up purple when I walk.

- Perforated leather.

Yeah, these are real customizable.

Can add a lot of color to it.

- I like color.

I'm into letting artists do whatever the hell

they wanna do.

- Definitely.

Well take a look at some options

of some past orders that we've done,

and maybe that can inspire you to get creative.

- Since they light up, I'm super into the 90s vibe.

It doesn't have to be the same, either.

- Oh, each shoe?

- Yeah, I don't care.

- Oh okay, cool.

- I kind of actually like that.

- You know what?

You're the first customer that has said that.

- Alright, well you run wild, honey.

- Alright, Tristan, let's take a look at yours.

- I brought these Shadow 1's.

1's are my favorite Jordan.

These are kind of beat up so I felt like,

let's give 'em a new life.

Some of the things I'm into right now

are kind of like the Supreme LV collab.

I too don't think that they have to be the same.

You can do whatever kind of street wear, street fashion

thing that you wanna do on 'em.

- Yeah, so Supreme meets BBC-- - Yeah, do your thing.

- All the other hype beasts here--

- Oh BBC would be dope, I love Pharrell.

- Yeah.

Okay, got you.

- So about how long would this take before we get the shoes?

- Well each shoe would be dedicated maybe three

or four days, so I would say about a week and a half,

maybe two weeks for both pair.

- Okay.

I'm really excited that my shoes are gonna

be cuter than yours.

- They aren't.

- And that we're getting these.

- They aren't.

Mine are gonna be fire.

Yours will be cool, too. - I know.

- Today is the day we get our shoes

and I'm so excited, slash nervous.

- I feel a little nervous.

I've never had anything customized specifically for me.

- I am hoping that I'll like them.

I'm pretty open to a lot of style, so,

I feel like it would be hard for me not to like them.

- Got you.

That's a beautiful box.

- Ooo, this box is pretty.

- Alright, let's do it.

Oh, shit.

These are fucking fire.

I can see like the vape in there,

the Supreme on there.

The laces are a nice color.

No, these are awesome.

Like, I definitely can wear these.

This came out way better than I fucking expected.

This is really dope.

(gasping)

- Yo. (laughing)

These,

these are fucking dope.

Holy shit.

With the little print.

And you know what?

He said at first that he was thinking

about doing tiger stripes and I wasn't even

down for tiger stripes, but I was like,

whatever, I won't say anything.

And now it's cheetah print and I love cheetah print.

There's not one part that I'm looking at right now

that I hate.

- I was like, kind of scared,

because I do love the shoes that I gave him,

and I still wear them a lot.

That's really fire.

- I don't think people realize that you

can like take old things and make them new.

It's always just like, what's the freshest

type of sneaker?

This is a dream.

No one will own these sneakers, except for me.

- Yeah, I think if you have some sneakers

that are like dead and you wanna give them life again,

you should definitely hit this guy up.

This is amazing.

- Customized sneakers are seriously bomb.

This is fucking amazing.

I Dressed Like Store Mannequins For A Week - Duration: 14:56.

Hello friends and welcome to another video

This week, I'm going to be dressing like seven different store mannequins. Now I'm a bit of an adult mall rat

I'm a big fan of food courts and Teavana samples

And I also worked retail in high school so needless to say I've spent a lot of time in malls

And I've done a lot of window shopping. Now even though I've seen quite a few mannequins in my time

I've never wanted to buy the entire outfit a mannequin is wearing or even most of it

I find that mannequin outfits can be pretty over-the-top they tend to have a lot of elements

And they seem kind of hard to wear

But I've always been interested by them because beyond showing you the newest stuff that a store has

Mannequins are supposed to display some idea of a store's brand

identity and their interpretation of the newest fashion trends

So I'm curious to see how mannequin outfits from different stores all generally marketed to my demographic will compare to each other

What are different stores doing to get me to stop and have me go inside? Okay! Let's bring on the mannequins

It's a classic mannequin challenge. So our first mannequin outfit was from Forever 21

I just looked at myself in the car window,

I look like Lizzie McGuire. Like straight up is this not the Lizzie McGuire movie plus 14 years?

I picked this particular

Mannequin because of the amount of things she was wearing and also because of this hat. It looks like your hat has a lip piercing

My hat has three lip piercings

Thank you very much. This outfit was like medium difficult to find in the store the jacket and the skirt required some help

I'm not sure if it was like from the back or just like in some strange corner

But we needed help from some sales associates to find them and then the sweater was a little bit disguised

Because on the mannequin it looks like a cropped sweater, but in person, It's actually a full-length sweater

They just like rolled it up

Okay we've been out here for like five minutes

And I'm already *very* hot. I feel like Forever 21 dove straight into fall and it's not quite fall yet

There's very little exposed skin. [Tyler: If the mannequin was wearing it you have to be wearing it]. The mannequin was wearing it, I'm wearing it.

So from Forever 21's website

Part of their mission statement is to be always changing and always in style and the fall trends

They say that they're keeping up with are denim vintage vibes and jewel tones. Which are all pretty well represented here

I'm not sure if it's all cohesive together, but it's all here, but I'm just you know walking straight ahead

Thinking about put one foot in front of the other. I don't actually think that Forever 21

Intends people to wear all the stuff together and in fact

I'm not even sure that Forever 21 intends for this all to be an outfit together

I feel like they're just putting a lot of eye catching things on one

Mannequin in the hopes that you'll see one thing you like and then walk into the store and try to find it. I skinned Elmo

How many times have you almost fallen?

75. So this next mannequin outfit is from Urban Outfitters. It's like you're almost wearing pajamas

I definitely feel very comfortable like I'm wearing pajamas kind of like a silk, piamma

I chose this mannequin because there were no other mannequins at the store that we went to this was literally the only

Mannequin in the window of the store. [Tyler: Your flannel is almost a cape. You're like the hipster, Cape Crusader].

I used to save people, but then I became cool. I stopped doing it.

In the store it was quite easy to find the pants, the necklace and the flannel which were all like not really together

But like nearby the mannequin and then the bra, and the shoes were a little more hidden

So maybe they're assuming that like not everyone wants to bare their midriff with like an open bralette

But they make the rest of the outfit pretty readily available

I am a little bit aware of the fact that like my you know Taylor Swift belly is showing

Just an interesting choice for fall just to be like

Stop spreading the news. On the Urban Outfitters website,

They described their fall trends as that 70s look and get cozy

I don't see anything 70s about this, but I do feel pretty cozy. It's kind of like slightly risque pjs. [Tyler: You look so comfortable]

Yes, this is like my desired aesthetic. Hahaha

It is a little bit like I am so comfortable that I am wearing pajamas and the world is my bedroom

And you're all just in it so take your shoes off

So the day three mannequin outfit was from Zara. Not this outfit needed anything more

But I brought my own sunglasses that I feel like go with the look. It's kind of like an

psychedelic acid tripping eighties

Skiing dream. I picked this mannequin because she was pretty much front and center in the window display and also because of these

Yellow poofs. They're a very bright color, and they're very hard to miss. Bright cheerful sunny yellow happy

Happiness. This outfit was very scattered in the store. The top and the bottom were together in like a back corner

But the jacket and the shoes were not even on the sales floor like we had to have someone help us to get them from

The back. And the socks were not sold by Zara

Apparently there's actually someone who comes in and styles the mannequins for Zara

And she brought her own personal socks. As an outfit on my body

It is like kind of fun to wear just because there's so much happening

but at the same time like it's a little impractical and like a little uncomfortable

I just I feel like a Christmas tree almost like I'm like really decked out. So from their website they describe their fall aesthetic as

Retro fiction. This outfit at first glance is kind of retro, but it's very hard to place

Um It is a little bit like a fever dream from the 60s 70s and 80s.

In a way it's kind of like oh so outlandish and crazy. It kind of all goes together

It'd be hard to argue if this were fashionable or not. It's just kind of like well I say it is. It's like oh well .. maybe

I don't know. [Tyler: I don't know]. I would maybe wear it all together again though

Because there is something fun about the effect even though I look like a giant

LSD taking friend of a muppet

How you handling up the going uphill

So my day four mannequin outfit was from Francesca's. [Tyler: you bought this outfit recently?]

Yeah! [Tyler: It looks like something you wear usually]. Yes it does. It's kind of like a

yuppie Morticia

I picked this mannequin mostly because of the sleeves on this top and also because this outfit was one of the more

Styled mannequins in the window. I did add these boots though because the mannequin didn't have any shoes. [Tyler: it's kinda like a date night outfit].

Tyler: We're on a date right now!

In the store these items were actually pretty easy to find. They were not close to each other or all together

So I don't know that they were like actually trying to sell them as an entire look together in the store

But they were at least in the store. [Tyler: You're joking now, but I'm not jumping into their to get you].

[Tyler: The outfit is too normal so now you have to actually ... did you just drop that in?! Did you drop that in?] I dropped my bag in the water

So Francesca's really tries to present all their stores like mini boutiques even though they are like a pretty big retailer

I feel like the mannequins that other stores are a little more wild

And then once you walk into the actual store the clothes are even if they're trendy like more normal or wearable and I feel like

at Francesca's it's a little more like what you see is what you get. Like the mannequins are pretty normal and wearable and

Inside the clothes are pretty normal and wearable

I think that's like their intent. Just be like are you afraid of crazy mannequins come in here

We'll shelter you. For me my favorite part of the outfit has to be the tiered bell sleeve

But I did actually like the whole outfit, and I think I would wear this all together again in a normal situation

I felt like this outfit was like so like kind of cute and normal that I actually

Instagrammed it. Not for the video. [Tyler: Do people think it's for the video?] People are just fine with it

You know no one's super suspicious about it so. So my day five mannequin outfit was from H&M

[Tyler: It looks like a bow on you.] Yeah, like a little present

I picked this mannequin mostly because this shirt seemed very interesting and also because I had seen this mannequin at other H&M stores

So when I saw it again

I was like they're really trying to sell me this outfit like let's see what it's like. My perception of H&M is that they have

More work appropriate clothing more like basics a little more subtle stuff than somewhere like forever 21

But they do have trendy stuff as well and often times

I feel like they fuse the two together, so you get like this type of shirt

Which is like a twist on office wear. The outfit itself was very easy to find in the store

I think it was one of the

Only stores where the first thing when you walk in was this. So they do kind of have this like

interesting strange bustier thing

You might have never seen before

But they do actually want you to buy it and wear it except for the shoes which are display only

Which is interesting because they were like the most normal

Part of the outfit, so they were just like the shoes you probably already have

But this is what you want.

So on H&M's website, they describe their Fall

Collection as power glam sass which makes sense with this outfit because it's kind of like working lady

Office woman, I'm decently comfortable. I love the pants actually to be honest the shirt is fine

It's a little bit

Strange around the boob area

And I wonder what someone with larger boobs would do because I've got pretty small boobs and it's even a little tight across

It's kind of a cool effect, but I almost wish they were separate pieces you know

Oh I didn't see you there! I can let it fly to fly in the wind

Tyler: They're almost like bat wings

So my Day 6 mannequin outfit was from Hollister

We're down at the beach today because Hollister is supposed to be kind of like a beachy company like beach wear

So we're here even though I don't necessarily feel super beachy in this outfit. Now. I actually didn't anticipate on getting anything from Hollister

I actually used to work there from 2010 to 2011

But when I walked by I was so surprised by the mannequins mostly because they didn't look like anything

I would think that Hollister would sell that I had to get something

Tyler: I mean this kind of lovingly, but it looks like a pimp costume

I picked this outfit mostly because of the fuzzy jacket like everyone else, Hollister is going with shearling for fall 2017

We're all just gonna look like very colorful sheep.

I feel you would look very much like Macklemore in this. Can I try it on?

Yeah

It's truly a transformative jacket

How's it working with the rest of my outfit? Safiya: Not bad

From what I remember Hollister's brand was distinctly focused on California style Beach wear, but this outfit feels like they're going in a different direction

I feel like the theme of this outfit is like they're kind of pretending that it's not Hollister. There's no like brand name

No graphics. No logos

Just like you could be wearing anything from anywhere

They don't say anything super specific about their fall trends

But they are kind of pushing this narrative that the co in Hollister

Co stands for comfort which kind of makes sense because it seems like with this outfit

We're veering away from the beach and into the bedroom

Do you think it might get dirty fast?

It looks like something that would actually like turn gray a little bit.

Like it's very comfortable

But I would not recommend putting this in the sand

This is perfect for like doing grocery shopping and that type of stuff cause it's like indoor will shield you from the refrigeration

Aspect [Tyler: good point] no dirt. No sand just groceries. I found my people

Nailed it.

So my final mannequin outfit was from Topshop.

[Tyler: Where you going?] Nowhere ... just ... hanging around

I picked this mannequin mostly because of the pants. The pants really stood out to me because of their impressive height and

Length and width

This is where my bra ends and this is my crotch

So you know it's full abdomen.

When I saw them. I was like no way in heck and now that I'm wearing them, I'm like

I'm having a grand old time!

Tyler: They're like wearable clown pants

Don't make me dance, don't make me do it

This outfit was not super easy to find in the store

Nothing was really close together. The shoes

I had to get from online, but everything else was kind of scattered throughout the like multiple floors

So I feel like with top shop's mannequins

They're not really trying to show you like a super wearable or like everyday look, but they're trying to show you some like

cohesive

Stylish look that they've like put together

They're not just like throwing a bunch of things at the wall and hoping that you'll want to buy one thing

They're kind of just like

Marketing like their taste. So from top shop's website

They say that they try and stay ahead of the style game

And they designate coats fuzzy stuff, denim modern utility, and jeans as fall trends

Which I actually see in some of the other outfits that I wore this week

I feel like actually this is one of the only outfits without something fuzzy. Oh, I was thinking about it for a while

How am I gonna turn around in these long pants

And like stiletto boots. [Tyler: Not bad watch yourself].

My only complaint with the outfit is that they put this kind of like interesting top

underneath all of these other items

I think they're kind of just trying to like throw like maybe another

Expensive item into the mix. Where like you could have probably just put like a plain shirt under there

And it would have been a similar effect. [Tyler: you're gonna fall over in those things]. You know I'm really testing my limits here

I don't know about that. I would say that my favorite part of the outfit was the pants

I also liked the denim jacket and the non prescription glasses

I've never worn any before and they actually make my vision worse, but I like the look

So that was my week dressing like a store mannequin given that it is the turn of the season

It is fun to see what some of these big

retailers think that the fall trends are but I was definitely surprised by a couple of things.

Firstly by how much faux far and

Shearling there was everywhere

I feel fluffy

Oh so fluffy

And also how difficult it was to find all of the individual items because a lot of them were very scattered and

Some of them were not even available on the store floor

I figured that the outfits weren't that wearable

But I was actually surprised by how unwearable the stores seemed to also think they were. There are some exceptions to this like H&M

Kind of Francesca's maybe kind of Hollister even but for the most part

It's just an attention game.

All in all it was a fun week dressing like store mannequins

But I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to other people.

There were some uncomfortable moments

You know mannequins don't have to walk on cobblestones or sit in cars

And you also end up with a lot of

Accessories that you don't really know what to do with but at the end of the day

I think it's usually more fun to have agency and dress like you want to dress versus

Dressing like a beacon for window shoppers at the mall

We Wore School Uniforms For A Week - Duration: 8:38.

- That's good.

Hi, I'm Chloe, and as you might be able to tell,

I'm British, not Australian.

As a lot of Brits do, I grew up wearing school uniform.

I personally hated wearing it, because I got

so bored wearing the same thing every single day.

And the uniforms were never, ever cute.

(screams)

I was always so jealous watching

American movies and TV shows.

The kids never seemed to have to wear a uniform.

Because many students around the world wear a uniform,

but relatively few American students do,

I decided to do an experiment.

Luckily, three of my very stylish coworkers

were down to help.

And they're probably gonna want to kill me.

- So we're Style and Beauty producers on Boldly,

so we all really take pride in what we wear every day.

- I personally have never worn school uniforms,

and I was always so thankful that I didn't have to.

- Junior High and High School,

you know how you have superlatives?

- Yeah. - I was best dressed

in all of my superlatives, and I feel like

that wouldn't have been a category for you,

if you wore uniforms all the time.

- I did have friends that went to charter school,

and there did come a time, where I was like,

I kinda wish I had uniforms.

- [Jazz] Oh God.

- What?

- I'm gonna cry.

- This is probably worse than I thought it was going to be.

I just had really big hopes.

- We look like we're in Gryffindor.

- We look like we're going to

a primary school, or something.

- Primary colors school.

- I'm gonna be a child. - Wait, there's socks,

look at these socks.

Do we wear the sweater vest every day?

- I don't know how to tie a tie.

- Every day?

- This needs to be like,

- This vest, is supposed to go here,

which is like, where's my shape?

- This is a lot of clothing.

- Good morning ladies.

- I can't.

- Well, I'm your headmistress for the week.

Got some rules for you here.

- Ohhhh.

- We already have a problem.

- Jazz. - That's a personal jab.

- You're lucky I didn't make you take

your facial jewelry out.

Both of you girls, right now.

- Bright bold? This is my nude.

- Alright, off to class with you, adjourned.

- [Lindsay] Cissy, the rule follower,

just hiked up her skirt already.

- We haven't even been out here for 10 minutes.

- Did you just walk out of Hogwarts?

What's happened?

Oh my God, eeew.

- Wow, rule breaker.

- [Jazz] Cissy's not supposed to hike up her skirt,

- You look like such a fucking clique,

like I'm going through like PTSD through middle school.

I feel like I'm gonna end up in someone's burn book.

- So I heard that Cissy has hiked her skirt up,

and also tied up the back of her sweatshirt.

- My skirts aren't rolled up, I don't know

what you're talkin' about. - Let me see,

- [Cissy] This is the regular length.

- I see it. Stand up.

- You are such a snitch.

- [Chloe] This is--

- [Cissy] Lindsay's still wearing her lip

and Jazz-- - [Chloe] I do see that,

- Was wearing her glasses inside.

- She's also still got black lipstick on.

I'm disappointed in you all.

- Day one of school is done.

Today was not bad, and I think we're all

having a really fun time, wearing these.

School uniforms man, they're really comfortable.

- It got hot, a lot of times of the day,

but I was trying to my best to stay

in my outfit all day, and I did,

but I really wanted to text Headmistress Chloe,

that I was going to take off this vest.

- So far, it's been alright.

I can already tell this is gonna be a week.

- This does not, take a couple seconds to put on.

It is layers on layers, you gotta do the tie.

- I think you guys look like a cute group.

I'm waiting for your single to drop.

I wore a school uniform.

- You did? - Yeah, but I definitely

wore it like Jasmine.

Where I just was like, I'm gonna find any

crack in the rules, to be able to do whatever I want.

- First time going out in the world, with our uniforms on.

- It's really hot. - It's really hot,

but I'm not mad about this skirt, it's so easy breezy.

- You guys look cute.

And I used to go to a uniform school, and I hated it.

But then now, I was kinda lookin' at them,

and I'm like oh, they're kinda cute.

- So I just got out of my first meeting wearing this.

To be honest, felt kind of insecure,

just because I feel younger, in this.

I feel like you can't really be taken seriously

when you're wearing something like this.

- Tomorrow, I'm gonna wear fishnets.

I'm not wearing this.

I'm wearing a lacy bra.

- Don't let Chloe hear you.

- You know what, this school, isn't the right fit for me.

Fuck it.

- Who do I sit next to?

- So done.

- This is like, you like break all the rules,

and here I am.

Being a great kid. - Being a good kid.

- You look like the girl my mom told me

to stay away from in High School.

- So, I'm breakin' all the rules today.

Hopefully Chloe doesn't notice.

She's gonna notice.

- I put on every top of my clothing this morning.

- [Cissy] So did I.

- And I took the time to make sure I did.

- [Cissy] So did I. - The only reason,

I have my skirt rolled up one, is because it's big.

- [Cissy] I'm not mad at Lindsay...

- And see here, the thing is.

The thing is, I come in, clearly showing

that I don't give a fuck about the rules,

and Lindsay, and Cissy both roll their skirts,

and then cover it, so no one can notice that they're lying.

- No, you are breaking the rules,

I'm breaking one rule.

- [Cissy] The one rule.

- So you guys can break one rule,

but I can't break more than one?

- The point of this week, is to wear a fucking uniform.

- [Jazz] I am. - You are not wearing

a fucking uniform, you're wearing an outfit.

- [Chloe] Yeah, you've made it into an outfit.

- I'm sorry that I'm creative.

- Today was heated, man.

Cissy and I took it, a lot more offensively than I thought.

- Cissy and Lindsay were so mad at me.

I don't know, I guess their point

and everything like that, but they were also

really, really, really quick to rat me out to Chloe,

when they were rolling their skirts, and I didn't say shit.

- This is me now, I'm a cartoon character,

I just wear the same thing every day.

- I'm trying to be good for them,

because Lindsay and Cissy are like,

Meh, meh, meh, meh.

I will say one thing though, about my outfit today.

I am wearing shoes that I'm probably not supposed to wear.

- So it's time for a uniform check.

These ladies have not been good at doing this.

Definitely need to give them a bit of a shock.

- [ Chloe] Oh, hello.

- Oh no.

- Your tie, well, you haven't got your thing on.

Oh, you haven't rolled your skirt up.

Well done. - No.

See, I'm not that bad today.

- Okay, no roll up, yep, you're perfect.

- You have a good tie on, good top button.

But rolled up? Yes.

- [Jazz] What?

- Yes, you have dunce caps.

Because you're the biggest dunce, you get Dunce 1.

That's good.

- [Jazz] Give it to Lindsay.

- No!

- [Jazz] Let her suffer.

- I thought wearing a choker was bad,

but this is just like...

- So, it's Friday.

And all I wanna do, is look cute on a Friday.

- It's the last day.

- When you have, you know, dirty clothes

during the week, normally, it's like,

oh, okay, I'll just wear something else.

This is the only thing I have to wear.

I miss these.

I also miss patterns.

I miss denim.

Chrissy, you've sat next to us this entire week,

what have been your thoughts?

- I feel like more drama has ensued,

while you guys have worn these.

- Something that I didn't really think about,

is like, the fact I guess,

of me being insecure in this outfit.

So I've had kind of a rough time,

with being in public alone.

- I enjoyed it for the first couple days,

and then the last few days, I was like, no.

In meetings, I didn't feel as confident, that sucked.

- They're great, for the people that are cool with them,

but, I don't know, I feel for those people

that clearly like want to be themselves

and feel restricted.

- I totally understand, why school uniforms are in place.

There was a sense of like, unity, when it came with it,

I felt like a lot of school pride,

also I just felt like we look like a squad.
