well what's up guys welcome back to today's video where I'm gonna share with
you how to use a derma roller to reduce the appearance of wrinkles get rid of
acne scars and stretch marks micro needling is the process of using a
hundred tiny needles to puncture little holes in the skin don't worry it doesn't
hurt too much what this does this helps the skin start to produce more elastin
and collagen giving you a more youthful appearance derma rolling can help to
reduce wrinkles tighten and tone the skin treat scars and stretch marks as
well as improve skin thickness as well as texture our guys so this is my derma
roller it's one millimeter I'll have everything like in the description box
down below let's just open the little case here
that it comes in now you want to make sure that this is always clean so of
course before we use this today I'm gonna let it soak in some rubbing
alcohol you want to do this for about 15 minutes to get rid of any bacteria just
before you roll it on the skin let's just pop this out alright let's jump
right into this tutorial part of how to use a derma roller first step I have a
bowl filled here with a rubbing alcohol I was gonna go ahead and put this back
in here I've already had it sitting in here before I started filming for you
guys all right guys I'm gonna zoom you in a little bit closer and let's get to
rolling all right guys before we start I have to let you know it is very
important when using a derma roller to not drag or scratch it across the skin
you will scrape the skin and you will break it so just be very careful that
when you move it in a direction you lift it back up and then change directions
I'm just gonna start by going slowly and in upwards direction ooh this feels so
good at first this used to really hurt my skin has gotten used to it so far but
just going up you can go down as well just make sure you're not dragging it
that you're lifting it up as you go you want to change directions and go in the
horizontal direction as well you want to go horizontal vertically and then you
want to go on a diagonal as well just be careful don't get too close to the eye
you can see that my skin is starting to turn a little bit pink this doesn't last
very long I really like to use this around the chin and the dry areas
because it helps the serum get so much a deeper and here's another trick guys you
can actually use your derma roller on your lips to get those plump Kylie
Jenner lips oh it hurts a little bit more oh and on the face oh but I want to
look like Kylie this is actually clinically proven you guys not making
this up
after a while it actually becomes kind of therapeutic and you just get in the
zone and it's kind of like a nice massage only a massage with needles so
like I said this is great for hyperpigmentation acne scarring sunspots
there are so many things you guys this even works on hair loss it helps to
stimulate the hair follicle so you could go all along your hairline here and it's
actually gonna help to regrow your hair this is clinically proven and it
actually works now after you're done derma rolling you do want to make sure
that you clean this again in rubbing alcohol cleanliness is the most
important part of the derma rolling process so make sure you go ahead and
give us a clean now at this point you wanna make sure you're using a really
good quality serum I'm using this hyaluronic acid by timeless this is one
of my favorite simple serums I love to use this after I derma roll to really
get deep into the skin hyaluronic acid can absorb up to a thousand times its
own weight in water giving you a really plumped up youthful appearance you just
want to go ahead and press this into the skin really lightly your skin has been
slightly irritated so you just want to take it easy after this this is
something that I recommend doing at night you could follow this with a
really luxurious and night mask or a really nice night cream and you will
wake up with the most supple skin you guys take my word for it now other than
a little bit of redness here you guys you can't even tell that I derma rolled
it's really not as scary as it sounds all of those little needles are so small
you can barely feel them but the benefits of far away that little
scratchy feeling because you will get the most youthful anti-aging skin ever
now that my skin is full eight thousand tiny holes it's gonna start to produce
more elastin and collagen giving me a more youthful appearance
