Hello my name is Steve Large and hello to all um paths out there living large in

the matrix I hope you're all still shining I know you are I want to do this

video today on the importance of staying true to ourselves so what I mean by this

is we know where we are on our divine path our unique path so whatever we're

heading towards we have to achieve that and we'll get there when we already

everything that's happening right now regardless of if we perceive it to be

good or bad is prepared and us to be where we've asked to be what we focus on

what works fine and manifest we have to become that character so if we've said

okay I want to manifest being a doctor you're not going to wake up tomorrow

being a doctor but what you can do your wake up tomorrow may be changing the way

you speak your word and the things you may go out and look for the course or to

get a qualification to be a doctor and you'll start on this path and then

you'll start meeting other doctors and then your mindset will start changing to

behave and act like a doctor now you might feel uncomfortable in these

situations you might learn stuff by people's behavior that's negative that

will teach you how to conduct yourself in future and be a word of this type of

behavior it's all in a line to teach you how to get where you need to be and to

be the person you need to be when you reach your destination of what you're

manifesting so we have to embrace these paths but we also have to stay true to

our path now what happens a lot of the time with people especially with the

mind you're on your path trying to get to where you want to be

and you'll see someone come with and passed it on the upside laid and you got

away where are you going he's getting there quicker and then you

may panic and think oh how am I going to catch him

what am I going to do quick he's doing that I'm gonna do this or she's doing

this I'm gonna do that and what am I going to do to catch them and you stop

being true to your path you start competing with someone now their path

might be leading them into a major crash and they're going to fall down and

that's what they need to learn on their path to slow down and make sure they

build a proper foundation to get where they need to be so when the day to do

things properly we don't know because we've done all their passes so we don't

jump on their path we accept that they may go with and passed but we stay

focused and grounded in ourselves so even though they're going boom straight

past us we stay here because we keep moving at our speed no in that we will

get to where we need to be when we're ready to be there so we don't get

distracted by what's going on externally as I've mentioned before everything

external is fluid as long as we stay true and solid in our self we will get

to where we need to be and it's important that we remember this because

there's many distractions out of there and everyone seems to be getting ahead

and you'll feel like many times are everyone else is getting ahead and I'm

not we're all traveling as fast as we need to travel so we already so

that's all that is to this message be you embrace your path don't worry about

what's going on outside outside the view let them zoom past your only learning

and competing with yourself you're not competing with everyone else unless you

in a race or some other competitive sport and then you compete but in life

we compete with ourselves and we travel at our unique speed Lin

and what we need to learn so we're ready

so stay true to who you are because you're beautiful you're amazed and

you're awesome and that's what's important

that you know this you look at yourself eating every day in the mirror and you

say you are awesome not a mind based way or an ego based way of how great am i

but a spiritual connected way of the magic of of being the magic of of life

the magic of connected and the awesomeness of of life itself without

labeling just to know you're a miracle anyway love and lights keep shining keep

shining bright be the light for others here we have a great morning evening

noon night whatever you doing whatever you may be thank you for listening bye

Mateusz Gola, What is addiction? - Duration: 4:20.

Addiction is a very persistent behavior which leads to the loss of control over

one's life. The biggest problem is that it's also a very rigid strategy to

cope with stress, with anxiety, with difficult emotions. So people who are

addicted don't develop other more adaptive strategies to cope with their

life problems, different issues and they stick to this very one problematic

behavior which overwhelms all other significant life areas, destroys their

families, destroys their significant relations, friendships, professional life,

education, and passions. Every year there is about 11 percent of population

who suffer from different addictions: substance addictions, behavioral

addictions like gambling, so we can say that one of every ten people has a

problem with substances. And the big problem we are struggling with is

efficiency of addiction treatments right now. Because with the current methods of

treatments, like psychotherapy, only about 50% of people are able to finish the

treatment and among those who complete the treatment majority relapse. So in

case of heroin or other opioids for example the relapse rate within the next

two years is about 80%, so if there is 10 people who completed the addiction

treatment eight of them will relapse (come back to addictions) and 20 percent

of them will die during the next year after completing the treatment. So this

is very serious issue. In case of alcohol it is about 65 to 70 percent. Why is

it like that we can say okay it's like that because addiction is so persistent

and so severe and we just can not do anything else or maybe we just don't

understand what addiction is. And if we would understand it better then maybe we

would be able to provide a better treatment, more effective, so what we are

trying to do is to look into the brain using all the new technologies and

figure out how the addiction works. We already know that addiction is not a

one problem. There may be a few different brain circuits involved in addiction

development and we need to be able to recognize which circuits are problematic

are causing those problematic behaviors in the particular cases and then if we

are able to identify that we can provide a very personalized targeted treatment.

Right now we are about launching a new studies where we would like to test

new treatment methods like transcranial magnetic stimulation, so with a magnetic

field we can try to alter the brain functions in some brain areas and for

example help to quit the substance of abuse, but also we are using new

technologies like smartwatches to support the maintenance of abstinence.

If someone already completed the treatment it's important to be able to

maintain sober and one of the way to do that is to recognize the everyday

patterns of behavior and for example if those patters are changing in some

alerting way then we can warn the person that something wrong is going on and

help to for example change the behavior before the relapse happens. So

those are the common, the most modern ways to to study addictions right

now.

Did you hear what Roger Federer was caught saying to Team Europe team-mates at Laver Cup? - Duration: 4:25.

Did you hear what Roger Federer was caught saying to Team Europe team-mates at Laver Cup?

The 20-time Grand Slam champion, 37, was courtside with his team-mates watching the opening day's play on Friday.

While Federer and his Team Europe team-mates were encouraging but not over-the-top, Team World were a different story.

Every big point was met by huge whoops and cheers with Nick Kyrgios, Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe taking up the role of chief cheerleaders.

After one particularly over-exuberant celebration of a point from Sock, Federer was left a little bit miffed.

He turned to his team-mates and was caught saying: "We will be celebrating eventually.

We will be happy to sit and fist pump when required.".

Federer later took to the court with Novak Djokovic but they went down to a 6-7 6-3 10-6 defeat to Sock and Kevin Anderson.

Tennis pundit Mark Petchey now thinks it's unlikely the all-star pair will play with one another again.

"Roger won the gold medal at the Olympics.

Novak has won just won doubles title - he doesn't play a lot of doubles," Petchey said.

"He's played with Kevin Anderson this year in Canada but he's quality when he steps out there.

"I'm sure from both players' point of view, this is something very different.

"They've been there, done that, on everything.

Now this is a very unique occasion.

"I'm not sure if it'll ever happen on the ATP Tour.

It obviously hasn't happened for Rafa and Roger since last year.

"This maybe the only time they step on court unless we get a deciding doubles.
