Humble Monthly January | Quantum Break, The Long Dark, Dawn of War III - Duration: 3:57.

hello and welcome to low budget gaming and welcome to another quick sales and

deals type video and today I wanted to look at the humble monthly bundle as

well as there is a sale on indie games on Humble so I wanted to just go over

that now Humble monthly is a subscription service from Humble and for

$12 a month you get about eight to ten games every month so right now if you

subscribe you will get access to these three games you have the long dark

quantum break dawn of war and the subscription is only twelve dollars so

for $12 you get these three plus you also unlock some more games after

January the fifth these are the early unlocks as the same

you know the humble monthly is basically a collection of about eight to ten games

so if these are the games that came out in the past few months so December they

had h1z1 rivals of ether next machina sexy brute also about six eight ten

games here and other ten games in November you had Elder Scrolls online

emily's away to quake champions shadow tactics Resident Evil terrorizing to

silence etcetera so on and in October you had rise of the Tomb Raider fury or

well seasons after fall so there are only eight games here but as you can see

the total MSRP is usually around one hundred and fifty to two hundred dollars

they say over a hundred but as you see this over 150 200 now even if we go for

the lowest sale prices quantum break has been on sale for as low as $20 for has

been as low as twenty and the long dark has been as low as six something I

believe but this was during the early access period so I'm not sure if it is

as cheap now so even just these three games combined at the lowest prices

would be about 50 so you're already saving a lot of money by doing that the

subscription can be cancelled any time you want and if you do subscribe you'll

also get 10% of the humble store five percent of your money goes to charity

and these are your games you are yours to keep forever and like I said you can

cancel anytime you also get access to a Humboldt row which is a treasure trove

of games DRM free games a lot of them that you can play you got overlord you

got amnesia you've got a land make some a nightmare gone home limbo and a few

others if you choose a plan you can buy monthly or you can buy three months six

most well obviously if you buy more you'll get more discounts and yeah and

if you do at the buying you'll also be helping me out because I am a humble

partner and I get a small cut as well for every new subscriber so if you do

thank you very much and so you can check it out if you are interested and in any

of these games my recommendation is if you are really interested in one of

these games or at least you have an interest in two of these three games

then this would be worth it because the prices are unmatched and you won't get

these on Steam or anywhere else for this low the other thing I wanted to cover

was the indie mega week sale so I believe Humble also has a winter sale so

it might start next week or something but for now they have a indie mega week

and they've got quite a few good games here as well let's check out page 1 post

you have helped later you have cuphead holo night car mechanic simulator and

I've checked these prices they have matched these prices with the lowest

they have been on Steam so good prices now what you could do is basically wait

for a few days for the steam summer sale to start and if you are interested in

any of these games compare the prices and see which is cheaper and then get it

wherever it's cheaper so yes that's a quick look at the humble sale in d mega

week and the Humble Bundle Humble monthly but no sorry and this is going

to run out on the 5th of January so you have a lot of time don't need to rush

but I wanted to mention it because obviously once the sales team sales

start people are not going to pay attention to anything else so yeah check

it out and yeah thank you for watching see you in the next one

20 Dark Facts You Didn't Know About Naruto part 2 - Duration: 9:44.

ten I don't envy these guys while not all of a jinchuriki were treated

terribly many of them did face a lot of persecution and ostracization the two

that stand out the most are narrow and Gaara of course both were considered

dangerous by the people in their village and both were feared as a result both

had very lonely childhoods and practically grew up alone what's messed

up is that these are kids kids that didn't ask to be jinchuriki kids that

just wanted someone to understand and love them and they didn't get that at

least not initially they were treated like the enemy and many people even

wanted to kill them Naruto was ignored most of the time while Gaara was

attacked by multiple people it makes sense why these two were rather messed

up in the beginning nine Choji has questionable tastes Choji is a member of

Team ten of Konoha and is known for his expanding jutsu don't let his softness

fool you this guy actually packs quite a punch especially when he's mad just

don't ever call him fat what sets Choji apart is his obsession with food he's

almost always seen munching on chips for some other snack and he loves a good

meal it actually makes sense when we learned that much of his jutsu

techniques rely on his master so it's crucial for him to keep up a certain

weight and mass that being said Choji at one point apparently wanted to eat

kiba's dog akamaru is kiba's companion and often

helps him out in a fight when we first meet a komaru he's just a little puppy

but when Choji first met akamaru he commented that he'll look pretty tasty

I don't know wanting to eat a fellow ninjas companion is a little creepy

Choji ate Jiraiya really has a problem the toad sage Jiraiya is rather infamous

with his obsession with the ladies in his peeping tom tendencies to put it

mildly the guy's a pervert interestingly enough he ends up training Naruto for a

long time in the to form a bit of a mentor parental relationship but how

they meet is a little weird initially Naruto wanted Jeremiah to train him but

Jiraiya refused Naruto tries all sorts of tactics at one

point Naruto performs his infamous sexy jutsu

where he transforms into a feminine version of himself and the weird part is

Jiraiya likes it now I'm not saying that this is the sole reason that Jiraiya

decides to train Naruto but the fact that he was into Naruto's sexy jutsu is

a little creepy if you ask me seven dead children everywhere ill Chi is a very

interesting character he goes from villain to antihero throughout the

series and becomes a rather complicated character he's the focus of sass exhale

and later his love say what you will about it a chi at the very least he was

a devoted brother as he spared suzuki and helped him become stronger but this

doesn't change the fact that oh that she killed a lot of people as part of a

cover-up to stop the you chula clan from rising up against kana Heihachi is

instructed to take out his entire clan this likely includes a lot of kids while

we know about it at she killing the entire clan I don't think many of us

realized that meant kids and infants too which makes this whole scenario even

darker than it already is 6 these exams seemed unnecessarily deadly we find out

that one part of the Chunin exams genin are to go through a dense forest to find

and bring back certain Scrolls this forest is aptly named the forest of

death and is filled with some dangerous creatures such as giant centipedes and

even deadly giant leeches so the students are going up against each other

in a forest that is trying to kill them while they gloss over a bit the nature

of this exam it doesn't change the fact that many genin students have likely

died in this for and these are the just the Chunin exams

often taken by kids in their early teams I don't know about you but that's a

little messed up I'll never complain about finals again five these wars are

real you may not know that Kishimoto actually grew up in a town near nagasaki

he often listened to his grandparents tell stories of their lives during ww2

in an interview Kishimoto said that many of the wars and

great battles that are shown in nervo are inspired by these stories he heard

from his grandparents this is actually interesting since Noda doesn't have any

kind of artillery weapons like guns and tanks there are types of bombs though

and many of the grand scale attacks caused a lot of damage you would see in

real life that being said it is a little disturbing to realize that many of the

great battles in Neruda were inspired by actual war stories it gives it a more

real connection for that's one demonic child we are familiar with nodos origin

story that how Kalama the nine tailed fox demon was sealed away in his body

when he was a baby we know that because of this Naruto has a large amount of

chakra at his disposal and he eventually works with Kurama to fight and become a

very powerful ninja what you might not know is that kisi Moto's original plan

for Naruto's origin was a little different in his first idea Naruto was

actually going to be a fox demon that took the form of a young boy and the

nine tailed fox demon was going to be his father this is a little creepy since

Naruto was originally going to be a demon I have to admit though Naruto as a

fox demon would be pretty interesting especially if they kept up with him

becoming a ninja 3 they're not quite human

have you noticed how the Akatsuki members look a little off well

apparently that was done on purpose Kishimoto said that he designed the

members of the Akatsuki organization to all look not quite human while they all

do look human for the most part each member has some characteristics that

give them that inhuman vibe it does make sense whether it's something subtle like

it achieves red eyes to something more overt like key same skills and

shark-like teeth this little Tibbett is surprisingly dark

since it shows that these characters could be seen as so evil that they

aren't even human and the visual impact of their designs is rather effective

since you tend to feel uneasy whenever you see them it's actually pretty clever

too how do you beat this guy here's a slightly disturbing fact about the

villain Madara for a long time Kishimoto wasn't sure how to have my

daughter defeated he basically had created a villain that was so powerful

in this world that he wasn't sure how to actually stop him talk about letting

your creation get away from you now we know that madonna was eventually

defeated after an intensely long battle essentially his body gave out after

having both the tailed beasts and demonic statue removed from him but it

took the efforts from practically every character we've met to take him down the

fact that the Creator himself didn't know how to defeat the main villain of

his series is a little disconcerting showing just how powell he made Madara

one a completely different Huck äj-- from the beginning the focus of Naruto

was often on Naruto's goal to become hukka of Konoha

and protect his village that's been his dream and why he refused to give up in

any battle he was in this was also we admired Naruto no matter how much he was

beaten down he refused to give up and while the story often shifted to

different people and issues it always came back to Naruto's main goal but

apparently Kishimoto played around with the idea of

having Sasaki become the hawkish instead he had thought about this idea from the

very beginning this is likely why toward the end of the series

Sasa K says that he'll tried to become hawkish but can you imagine him as the

leader of the Konoha village I don't think that would have ended well

Bharti Kher. Dark Matter (MM) - Duration: 3:31.

For Bharti Kher's first solo exhibition in Germany

we chose to show work from the past five years,

as well as a large installation

specifically conceived for Salon Berlin.

It's in direct dialogue with Gerard Richter's 'Grau-Bild'

from the Collection Frieder Burda.

That's what creates the charge in the room.

One is deeply masculine and one is

sort of quite overtly feminine.

There's no way to enter that grey

and on the other side of the room you have

this vortex, which is saying "Come in".

'Virus VIII', it's a time-based work,

so it's a 30-year project

and it marks historical moments,

but it also marks my life and the life of my family.

You see this variation in color

constantly changing itself.

A lot of my practice is about using ready-made objects

you know in the very old and

grand tradition of modernism.

The bindi works started in about 1998.

I like this idea that a small marker

placed between the eyes somehow represented

what they term in Hinduism is your third eye,

so this is the way of seeing.

They're not sort of passive.

They also look back at you.

In some ways when you think about it,

the bindi is a very psychoanalytic way

of me looking at the rest of the world.

I'm sticking thousands and thousands and thousands of

eyes every single day

and asking myself "What do you see?",

"How is it that what you're seeing will change

the way that you are?".

The way that I was looking at my body,

my sense of space, my sense of individuality

as a woman in India changed quite a lot.

I'd never been aware of my sexuality in such a

very obtuse and obvious manner.

I was looking for a way to understand self, my own self,

and the many different types of identities

that we have as women.

You know, smashing the mirror became

a bit of a punk statement.

It was kind of a radical gesture to say,

"Actually, you know what? I'm gonna break like

300 mirrors this year and I don't care really."

The very feminine reaction to that was also

to repair what you destroy.

Bindis have gum on them

and by sticking many, many, many, suddenly

I create this adhesion of surface and material

and the mirror holds itself together.

When you make the sculpture, there's a point

where the work sits.

I do believe that every object has its center of gravity

and it's this perfect state of equilibrium.

It's the culmination of this beautiful

positive negative charge.

'The Intermediaries', they are clay objects

that have been made for religious festivals in India.

What I'm doing is I'm sort of cutting them up

and breaking them and moving them together

to allow them to become something else.

As an artist, I think our role is to

transform or to create magic from material.

This show has been really an interesting way of pulling

all the different ideas that I have in the studio

and bringing them together.

There's still repercussions from everything that's happened and there are going to be some sort of dark things that will happen - the backlash of everything that's happened Bethany Platt actress Lucy Fallon.

"There's still going to be a bit of research that we're going to have to do." Lucy's first-ever job was on the popular ITV soap, leaving the actress nervous but excited to initially take on the role.

She said: "It's been amazing actually. Obviously harrowing at times but as an actress it's been really, really good.

"I think that we've raised a lot of awareness and we've done the storyline justice for all the survivors and the charities so I feel really positive about everything.

"I didn't realise how big it was going to get. It kind of got really big.

We found out in September last year how the story was going to pan out." She added: "Obviously I was nervous about it because this is the first job I've ever had, but I was also really excited to do it as well and to get really stuck into it.

I think it's always better if you just get thrown into something and you just have to go for it. It's easier that way I think sometimes."  .

It's Not Yet Dark Trailer - Duration: 2:34.

Simon: My life has changed forever

I've been in love before but never like this

Ruth... my whole body is on fire.

I mean this whole ceremony's about love, but...

I know what it is, and I feel like the luckiest man on earth.

Ruth: Creatively we were on fire as well.

He was really into the idea of making films.

Simon: Thank you very much.

Ruth: Literally on the cusp of when he was beginning to do well,

MND came along at the same time.

You are in a room in Dublin...

A man walks in, whom you've never met...

He tells you not to go home tonight

The journey he is asking you to take

is death.

See I could just give you the stock answers, but...

if you already want to hear the truth, it's harder.

I looked into his eyes...

I knew he didn't want to die

and so we fought with everything.

Ruth: I don't think anybody would make a different choice to Simon

It's how you cope after that really that counts.

Simon: I start to write full-time again with my eyes using my new computer.

The film I desire to make is "My name is Emily"

Robert: This is who we are!

Come on!

Assistant: Moving on, close up on Stella face.

Simon: We'll talk to actors.

I was just blown away that he could do that

to be back, directing his movie is a dream come true.

That's a really powerful thing because you begin to really believe in yourself

And you begin to believe in each other, and

it hasn't broken you, I think, is the thing.

MND is defined by loss...

by what is takes away

but this was me taking something back.
