Answering your performance engine building and tuning questions

Daniel Trot has asked what would be the best way

to setup a run-in map for fuel and ignition

for the startup of a new motor?

Same as a full power, or pull the ignition out

and bump the fuel up?

Look, really that's a common question,

but really the answer is that if I'm doing a run in tune

for a car, I'm not really dealing with it

too much differently than if I was tuning

an engine that already been broken in.

Definately you wanna be a little bit careful

about trying to run too rich.

This is gonna be counterproductive

and there's really no need and no advantage to it.

I may however choose to be a little bit more conservative

with my ignition timing,

and definitely if the engine is turbo charged,

I'm gonna be running a lower boost target

during that run-in portion of the engine's life.

Probably really a good point to make here as well though

is I think a lot of people believe that you need to go

and put four or 5,000 kilometres

on a freshly built engine in order to run it in,

and it's just simply not the case.

With modern ring technology,

modern boring and honing processes,

the break-in process is accomplished

within no more than about 200 kilometres.

And in fact, probably the majority of that break-in

occurs in about the 20 or 30 minutes of running.

So really it's not a case of needing to put thousands

of kilometres of running on your engine.

Do I Need Drains After A Breast Reduction-Dr.Hourglass - Duration: 6:03.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Wonder Breasts.

Today we are going to discuss: Do I need drains after a breast reductions?

In this channel we discuss everything related to breast surgery.

Welcome back!

There are many patients who want to know whether they would need drains after a breast reduction surgery.

While the use of drains is normal in plastic surgery, there are some plastic surgeons who use them

after a breast reduction and then there are those who think it is not necessary after the intervention.

Drain cannulas are used to help drain away any excess fluids that may be discharged by your body

and get trapped under the skin after any surgery.

Some surgeries are more probable than others to trigger fluid discharge from the body.

The fluids may accumulate under the skin at the surgical site, creating complications.

The drain cannulas are used to remove the fluid.

When it comes to the use of drains after a breast reduction, it basically indicates the

surgeon's comfort zone, the procedure's intensity, and the amount of trauma your body

might have received during the procedure.

Some plastic surgeons always use drains, no matter what.

There are also others who would never use them.

In my practice, I don't use drains for breast reductions.

Also, I have observed that most breast reduction patients do not require drains.

As a result of the improvements in technologies and surgical processes and techniques over the years,

the need for drains after breast reduction has drastically decreased.

For example, the use of electrocautery has reduced the need for drains by considerably cutting the volume

of fluid excretion by the body after the surgery.

Due to technological improvements, most plastic surgeons are no longer using drains

after breast reduction on a regular basis.

Instead, they are evaluating the patients to decide if they actually need drains.

There is no doubt that majority of patients hate drains because they feel uncomfortable with it.

If your surgeon thinks the drain tube is necessary for you after breast reduction surgery, you must obey.

The drains will remain in place until the fluids discharge from your body decrease below 30cc per day.

It would take a few days for this to happen.

In this video, we discussed: Do I need drains after a breast reductions?

Next week we will discuss: Swollen breasts after breast reduction.

James DeGale: I need £30million to live my lifestyle - Duration: 3:46.

James DeGale: I need £30million to live my lifestyle

But despite being wild for women, it is his mum Diane and sister Eloise who keep him from joining fellow Brit Lewis Hamilton in moving to Switzerland to save on tax.

DeGale, 31, returns to the ring after 11 months out with a shoulder injury against American Caleb Truax. It is the IBF super-middleweight champion's first fight in Britain since he beat Marco Antonio Periban in Liverpool in 2014.

DeGale has had four fights in the US since – including the one where he won the world title in Boston – and has pocketed about £6m in earnings thanks to a lucrative arrangement with boxing advisor Al Haymon.

But the taxman has been getting his fair share, much to the Londoner's frustration. That's why I have to earn at least another £30m to live the way I want to live James DeGale.

"I know it is sick me saying it but £10m is not a lot of money," said DeGale, who has lost just one of his 25 professional fights.

"By the time I'm taxed and paid people, I would probably be picking up about £400,000. "That's why I have to earn at least another £30m to live the way I want to live.

"I remember being a lot younger and my dad telling me about the taxman and I never really understood him. "But now that I'm earning my own living, getting good money, I can see what he was talking about.

"Forty-seven per cent of my money goes to the taxman but I have never thought about going to live in somewhere like Monaco.

"I can remember someone telling me about the Beatles way back in the 70's and they were getting taxed as something like 98 per cent. That is stupid taking so much money off people in tax.

"I've never been tempted to live in somewhere like Switzerland but I was tempted to go and live in America where there is much less tax. I thought about going to Miami, I like it a lot there.

"I don't know if I could leave London, I love London. I don't think I could leave my family either, they look after me.

I'm a baby and rely on my mum and sister Eloise to do everything for me. I'm like if my tyre is flat, 'Hello mum, what shall I do'?".

What is in a Lipsense Kit, and why do I need it? - Duration: 3:06.

Hey Queens, Jen Jorgenson here proud Senegence distributor currently ranked

Maiden and I'm the owner of Camera Ready Queens.

Today I wanted to talk about what is in a LipSense kit,

and why do I have to purchase a kit whenever I just want to try the LipSense.

So every time I'm throwing a party, or at any time I'm

introducing the product to people I always like to say, "if this is your first

time purchase, I highly recommend purchasing a kit" and then I say it like this:

"I highly recommend purchasing a kit. A kit is $55 which includes

a gloss, a color of your choice, and an oops remover.

You have the color of your choice, obviously whatever color that you have,

you want the gloss to help keep your lips

hydrated, as well as to seal in the color. And then you will need the oops remover

to also keep your lips hydrated, as well as to remove the product at the end of

the day."

So that's kind of my pitch right there. A lot of people will say well, I

just want the color, I don't need the gloss.

Okay, so you need the gloss to work with the color.

If you don't have the gloss, the product is not going to work

very well and you will be disappointed in it.

It is possible to use the product, really without the oops remover--

other people use other things like witch hazel,

or coconut oil, or Neutrogena bar that's fine, but what those ultimately will do

is they will dry out your lips and they will actually go backwards for what the

products actually working hard for, it's building up your lips and making it

super moist so if you're using the product and you're not using the oops remover --

there's another video about this about the oops remover--

if you're not using the oops remover, that's fine,

you're just going to dry your lips and

your lips will not be up to shape as best as possible with using the the lip product.

And I also would think is pretty cool too, is say that your try LipSense

for the first time and you buy a kit okay $55.

In order to sign on to become a distributor it's $55.

So it's essentially like buying a kit what I think is really

kind of cool that it's merging that two together, and really I don't think it's

that much of a huge purchase because your LipSense will last you anywhere

between 4 and 8 months if you're wearing it every

single-day. The shelf-life of your LipSense closed, without ever opening it

is 7 years. When you finally break that seal and you open to use

it, your shelf-life is 3 years.

And, for your gloss that will last you

anywhere between 1 and 3 months and then your oops remover will last you

about 6 months. So again it's a lot of bang for your buck.

There's .25 ounces in each little lipstick container that's the oops remover, the gloss,

as well as the color, so lots of bang for your buck -- and it's actually a lot more

product than other products out there in the line so it's a pretty good deal.

So that's always the pitch I use, that's why it's always really important to

purchase a kit, and it's always important to tell your customers and to educate

them why it's important to try a kit.

So hopefully that helped Queens.

I hope you have a fantastic rest of your day, and remember:

"From a Selfie to the Silver Screen, Queens are always ready,

are you Camera Ready today, Queen?"

Bye
