what I'm going to do there was green hard to get rid of carbon dioxide carbon

dioxide is that you're driving to please we got rid of co2 so you should be able

to hold your breath for a lot longer than before

that's the game so the up strongest a lot is feeding into that senselessly not

yet for somebody to desaturate 65% I would suspect new game is kicking in

here that the individual stops created a full stomach bleeding the hyperventilate

so much to get rid of so our co2 that neither has stopped waiting for such a

long time because their price increase depletions another is stronger hypoxic

effects so if you're it's naturally to 65% we've got a minor game but you've

also possibly have done to keep receptors we will speak try to help you

check occupation did I think you know these saturation and when you can be

saturated this time let's these programs okay what to treat or utility centric

but the last time you really wanted is naturalism

so we have been able to force that caused you to desaturate there by virtue

of the hyperventilation post-op diem which is feeding into the degree of

summary of my box give you context this during wakefulness to get an idea of

what's happening during sleep so Lou came a sign of anatomical arguably the

strongest deterrent our provost about here is a

hypersensitive ventilatory control system or elevation began if your

ornamentation to make sure you see the polysomnography you have to check how

many central apneas are enough if they have a high degree of central idea and

central obviously the brain isn't sending the signals brief but the

primary stimulus greediest carbon dioxide if they have a

lot of sex asleep out there you could suspect that they don't even

get during sleep directly through control awkward when during the day is

dominated by the lack of co2 oxygen laser let alone carbon dioxide is the

brightness stiffness degree in regular everyday with your body breathe be able

to access your food arterial co2 is the greatest it feels good increased co2

stimulation and increased immensely we drive people would I do games have

exaggerated that's waiting for responses to MIT what changes in carbon dioxide

how do you react to the build-up of co2 the first test that I gave you is to

twelve bones if you've got a little control course of less than 25 seconds

you've got a strong ventilate response to see or to any patient who is coming

at you and as they show you if you asked her to do a simple gradual time the

lower her record time the greenest the greater exaggerated ventilator response

of our blacksmith some exams generally that I'm curious about is that

their head between your control course a comfortable cause the germ acts compose

so we proximately 1/3 of our say patients have a loop gain so 33 percent

of their patients will have exaggerated ventilator responses in response to

carbon dioxide I can change or reduce the ventilator

response to be able to do yes how do we do breathing exercises we checked their

breathing during the day to reduce loop gain journal let's let me drive

determines not only the activity of the traffic muscles but also the upper air

metallic muscles we spoke about we need these muscles of the throat working our

turn you don't want these muscles being lazy if there's a severely that's how

you get work other you need to have normal co2 if you have

an individual who stops breathing and after they stop within the

hyperventilate you get rid of too much carbon dioxide the drive the open of the

upper area muscles is diseased so but your breathing is all over the place

stop it hyperventilate stop Hydra mentally started hyperventilating

these muscles aren't going to do the job that this goes the other areas flexible

sorry every race exact Botox and co2 therefore the herbal drive to be covered

airway muscles is low and what does not really do clear co2 levels it will tend

to producers so an individual who wakes up for a drive at morning they were at

firstly not only because of the increased risk of obstructive sleep

apnea how much is it once that is shown that we any trial next

juice by 33% just by entering my post and by the way fifty percent of patients

with arthritis about acquisitions Department their armies will double when

asleep in the background so 50 percent of their patient population community

when they sleep on the back is will double their they may try why because of

course the twelfth was not fall into the airway now back to Kentucky was point I

had we their perfect decision when communism wherever sure from town

do all of you have your own improvement a very simple way that we do it in terms

of is do the pockets a quick story short already gone in order to make that

happen sound where did you get your common when is an occupation zone you

have to place your trunk in the lip of the match and that's where the terms of

your time you get it from the room max there's one is important back in spirit

so when the center was hard reactor waxes and wanes the activity of your

everyday life muscles very supportive Lee so the periods of low sexual

reservoir to drive are associated with low error it was the activity I heard

was essence include this position collapse if you are outside and these

muscles are things after arousal most people recommend briefly and this

basically is the diagram second a supplemental instruction about our by

the stop women nuclear plants at the other than this inquiry that there's a

period of cultural time but the facts are either gets rid of too much co2

which feeds into the next time camp which is essentially higher lubricate

defines less stable control as a disproportionately large translate

immune response will result in a greater degree of time so we recently that kind

of measurement so I just gonna move on just when a couple dare I spoke about

that metric as a couple times anti the co2 significantly higher Drake knows

that my twitter it suggested that the loss of nasal function such as during

days obstruction may result in lower Ignacio truth quantum optics balance

rain stick I remember a perfect ox that not just the result of loop day not just

a result of the hybridization but in terms of the rapid interesting how does

not quit has such a negative impact and in this possibly due to the drive

throwing is reduced and also in the drive to be a prayer at night was

introduced when it increases the dryness of their prayer every postal service

increased bought stickiness made that make the upper area more difference to

be open after voting nobody should wake up the drive back to

the market drive back to the morning the trauma to the appearance and also you

will find that people from this virtual those predicted you're not developments

the box was what you're missing if you're not really generously you're

more likely to be the licensing super rather than speak earlier we don't

necessarily Huckabay in trying to get sleep in the morning if you have a lot

of paralysis variously due to even the slightest pressure a lower concentration

it's all for what increase our volume we have to be using

the diagram I'd like you to look down at your breathing your abdomen your chest

look down at your coming apart are they breathing are you using are you using

the other chester are you using your life interpret if you use your diet

creatures you're improving your not volume you're using your chest

you will not reduce not money increase the body stabilizes this is published in

the master in 2014 the respire to probably stabilizes the rest part

resources process by christmas worth of ultimen co2 and the spa from the blood

asks from changes in methylation and this is what we're trying to do in terms

of addressing new game so rocky exercises how can we reduce the next

lengthy response to co2 how many reduce to gain thirty percent of people what

our strategy map and i became that feeds into the rosette I like it for 100 and

test 100 above your neighbor I liked it when I go to relax and I would likely to

feel the air pollutants in your notes I would like to feel this light

programming into your notes and it's like more mirrors addictiveness

be the spot progress since we know something slightly worker earnestly

vehicles as you feel your breathing I would like you to start softening and

slow down the breath I would like you to slow down the speed of hairs and since

your nose and at the top of the branch in the true feeling of relaxation

starting to allow relaxed I really need you to slow down the speed

of variance in your notes so that you're breathing that was less than what it was

before you started I want you to pay attention bring your attention back to

the rest I'm really slow down the speed of air coming into your body to the

point you can feel the air cover

I'm not going to incorporate I cannot agree to because it would be too much of

the moment little I want you to practice this for about two to three minutes

a few things I need you to pay attention to what does a - live in the house

number two is your body temperature or the temperature of your - I'm number

three is your state of the Arts so again your father the air closer comes in

three roots under frontier close of leaves your house I really need you to

reduce the speed of air that comes in out of your notes to slow down your

breaths by about 20% if you're doing it correctly you should be a 1 or a hunger

for air some of you would have ran out Bree gently to maintain that with her

prayer degree gently to maintain them on the prayer I'm deliberately how to be

reduce your breathing to increase carbon dioxide a little in the glove you don't

have carbon dioxide as increased because you feel the need to breathe The Hunger

prayer is determined by the accumulation of carbon dioxide in the blood I want

you to slow down your breathing to wipe your best to calm your breath and feel

there for her take the rest of us take rest

there's nothing funny how many of you hear what they're up to what life is

really changing the slide of the mountains that's more saying

or a change of body temperature for the world war decided so what's happened

there you just have to pay that some of you would get a ceiling let me do a

strong record that activates the sympathetic response

it's a stretcher but what we do slope with this gentle breathing is activating

the our sympathetic response but amusing that exercise there for us to reduce

eventually in response to our classes they're deliberately increasing co2 in

the blood and better material Europe resisting our veterans their reset and

essentially we're suckers supports five hundred sincerity we don't know the

theory but we know that we are reducing the best in response to co2 if you've

got a strong response to the accumulation of carbon dioxide you will

have independent region now witness we also want to get

diaphragmatic movements if you're not a medic nice light down Ventura knees and

start breathing gently using your driver it's true

as dr. Patricia you know he says that people with our embassies not make they

don't talk to Russell for the driver of course they don't we must are doing

strong breath polls during their sleep and the brain is sending continuous

messages to desire to bridge the difference between the obstructive sleep

apnea and a central sleep apnea no duelist will be taking home a rather to

your notes Norma mentally and almost pinching those ultra rosensweig

autographs unlimited young to keep working and keep feeling the air my

muscles die little air they're trying to interfere your diaphragm is trying to

move down to some tracks that's enough struggle sleep on it

you're waiting muscles are trying to bring their in do you feel the

involuntary contractions of you stop dreaming there so people would

always say without fighting about doctors but they don't use them because

most of them will be greater to the eyes so we need to restore it so just

naturally the diaphragm strength is not going to be enough because I would

expect these people to have a high inspire trans exposure muscle strength

but they produce now I'm gonna have you do that once more and I want you to

check your nostrils because we said when you eat yes to those by going into

breath so whenever you're ready to take you gagging over by that tree rose and

norm about nitrogen or some pinching those foods are those pants way more

than the breath and wait for the right food and see how long does it take how

long can you keep working your record but I also want you to check how is your

second Rex after you resume breathing so hold your record as long as you can

whatever some creative powers of the second practice integrity just check

your nostrils there by the way check of that muscle check right nostril

after you did not exercise it is there any change to your notes there's a field

here your mental state by the way is really changed for America's Health

leaders from carbon oxide has a protective mechanism German struggle see

pop in when you stop reading trigger speak yes it's true thruster that was

rough we were co2 levels increase I need peace of heart action because the right

shift of the other human vocal association perfect that hemoglobin

would release more oxygen but also ridiculous from records the

forever blood type from the strips and you live in Crystal's brain so carbon

dioxide is very protective during who is there this paper is very

exciting if you have just a month ago but it's based on what we would have

been sick for about 18 years it's the first time that's ever been studied it's

currently not possible to recognize elevated lubricating patients we test

the hypothesis the little bit of you dangerously could be recognized during

the voluntary breath world glucose during rivers this is exactly what I had

to do they had 20 individuals half an hour saying 10 controls they

participated in the sickle overnight study with voluntary breath warning

maneuvers performed friend witness they assessed two things one was the maximum

record generation people would I knew cane have a low rate for time so any of

you that had a retro fragment and sax I would really encourage you to do some

research if you have a little retro time and if you suspected property but again

I think if you're breathing also that needs to be addressed and I don't want

to give you 101 that different things to do but start those breathing and start

slowing down your breathing to feel back slightly longer to reset breathing

centered towards a reduced heads may be responsible for the bags later the

second thing that the rock was the met many responses in the first two breaths

follow the 20 seconds of reference so they have individual stop waiting for 27

and they are the question under second Brett's other deliveries individuals who

read our Ironman Ironman patron sleep was associated with a shorter maximum

breath for the duration we invested with retro climb as an index

of your breathing after disorders if you're less than 25

seconds you're more likely to get processed with it you're more likely to

be breathing through your mouth you're more likely to have irregular breathing

you're more likely to breach our posture so 25 second is the cutoff points honey

patient or try to convince me I want to get the breathing exercises just as we

did gently slow it down the rest getting means of breathing motor and weightless

and during sleep to approve their breath work on that their breathing is electric

heart breathing is not a good sign in in which work with walking and are feeling

excessively breakfast are disproportionately breathless that

individual is going to be breathing harder drinks thing and it ties back in

what is obstructive sleep apnea it's when the negative pressure created

during inspiration exceeds the dilated force of the upper areas keep down their

way over and that's the father we want to reduce the negative pressure and I'm

happy to go that way that again and I have to put 100 your chest 100 above

your name I want you to really pay attention to your breath and I want you

to feel slightly boogers in your nose and slightly forward there other things

your nose if you find that your mind wanders a lot to forget so much other

this because a football attention theaters like the quota are

coming in on fears like before we're live in your house as he OCD agreement I

would like to pretend this off from the right to quite some time so you make

attention to the select order coming in on the select operator needed and just

reduce the speed of air as it enters and leaves your mushrooms just reduced to

speeder debris just reduce try and breathe so they can see the carbon under

sensational arrows try great almost if we have nowhere to the materials so that

the breaths to the point of being arrogant work and try projecting to

maintain that interpreter this exercise would improve your blood circulation you

slow down your breathing you pre likely and look those whom you're good

influence of the reclassify from blood vessels by slowing down the breath by

breathing lightly you practice this exercise a bracelet will exercise their

gradual time increases your breathlessness during the physical

exercise decreases due to take rest so also when you break likely your

notice it's more likely to be mortal so we practiced operating exercise it

improves with the Cochran's orders after a few weeks we recognize our rhythm we

need to die from signaling to the corporate without any muscles you always

have to think of these as limits but you have a patient in your dental chair

even when they're not paying attention to you and asked the question are they

equated using the chest or are they breathing using your driver they're not

you will find the die cut locator device for what was strong in shorter seeing

what would you feel it but it's like a tip sheet of better yours lucky truth

auger it's very strong it's right in and it's shaped like the door I think the

could be separate supports from the optimum so the two hints that we love a

good name retro time message the retro final generation singing but how often

the corner bucks give you good feedback how hard to breathe and the he will

respect sensitivity he determined to do get coming estimated simply by measuring

how long participants and property for the record this signal is the first that

is because into what we've been saying for almost 20 years

we also believe that we can determine that our people receptors of roads are

not so by virtue of your preference under your control costs should be half

your max loss so I asked you to write down two biggest over 12 oz one of your

buffers or gradual time I want to see are you able to feel the slight

accumulation of carbon dioxide in your love can you feel the air hunger but

easily Argos doesn't take a huge from record where you'd feel the mental

barrier in other review theater progressively increasing their hunger

are you only theater when is extreme so your maximum for them if your maximum

horses face the controls should be about them but if

we find the control part of their maximum causes the same because

sensitivity to the increase of co2 is not as hypothesize we found strugglin

significant inverse correlation between the maximum retroland

and Luca equipment hood horizon thresholds how easy is equivalent to

horizon stick

What Is Your Biggest Frustration in Learning To Dance? MBC [Part 5]★ #TheDay1Journey Ep. 24 ★ - Duration: 6:37.

we are live. welcome to day one journey. episode 24. this is the 5th part of my

story about my second ridiculous dream "Marcus body coding" the second empire.

last episode we talked about the frustrations I shared with you my

frustrations in the workshop era. the era when I went to workshops and

learn salsa and shines and footwork and body movement. so let me tell you that

again. the first 2 frustrations and then we jump into the 3rd one. are you

ready? Stacey are you ready? Michael joins us

waving at Michael and Stacey so Michael maybe you can relate. the first 2

frustrations I had going to workshops first one the workshops would

either basic super basic or advanced..... so I couldn't find

myself I wasn't a super beginner I wasn't Advanced I couldn't find myself. the

2nd frustration was a little deeper than that. every time they were teaching

they were mixing up the body movement with the steps. teaching them all

together. so I was focusing on my body movement I was mixed up my feet and

vice-versa. so I just decided to ignore completely all

the body movement which proved to be very smart and very helpful for me. so I

was focusing on the sequence and that gets me straight to the 3rd and might

be the biggest frustration. THE LONG SEQUENCES the the sequences of

footwork and shines were so long I just.. I was always struggling

I was always struggling to know what comes next

it's just I had this on my mind: "just let me get the sequence right so I can focus

on the steps" you know the steps, the technique - isn't it the most

important thing? the technique that you want to learn. I knew I was making

mistakes because I was struggling with the sequence and not really even

thinking about the steps. I knew I was making mistakes. that's the frustration.

it was like a game of mental memory not learning new dance movements. like I was

learning Taekwondo and they had names for everything every stance

and every part they had names for everything you could write that and it

was short easy to remember... so the next thing long sequences and

nothing had a name no moves had a proper universal names. the only names I heard

were Suzi Q and Triple Tap. only names I heard was Suzy Q in Triple Tap and after

a few years I learned that Suzy was a swing dancer a swing

dancer. you know, I was just wishing someone could break these long

sequences that were like 20 seconds long 30 seconds long like

mini choreographies. so I was just wishing someone could break these

long sequences into small digestible chunks. like 1 bar 2 bars which is one

eight count two eight counts that's it. so you can easily remember them. so you

can come to the party and you have some short sequences in mind in memory and

you can just do them on the dance floor. because when it's that short it's easy

to do the dance floor. because it's short so you can add it to anything.

a small Lego piece.

right? meanwhile you can enjoy the sunrise yeah the Sun is just above me

with a small sort of "lake" here. I will end with one question for you: how come no

matter.. like you're in a festival and you went to a workshop 2 workshops or 3

workshops and learned few shines, long sequences and you know them you know

them, and then you go to the party and then there's this song.. there's a very

short sequence... short part of the music.. that you do your shines part... and

then you end up...how come every time you end up doing a Suzie Q? that's my

question to you. because Suzie Q has the name it's short it's easy for you to put

it anywhere. that's my answer for that. comment below if you have another answer.

people are joining but we are soon out of time. so back to you we are already

out of time. but back to you. so I shared with you my frustrations think about your

frustrations. do you have any solutions? any ideas? how to work with them. and

either way either way I wanted you to remember that no matter how many

mistakes you make, how many frustrations you might have, how slow your progress you

are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying. remember that. so how can you

try today? how can you try today again treat this day is day one. see the

amazing sunrise behind us. how can you treat today is day one and try again?

back to you. have a great day one!

What Is Type 1 And Type 2 Diabetes | How To Cure Diabetes Naturally - Duration: 2:55.

what is type 1 and type 2 diabetes diabetes mellitus is a lifelong

condition that affects your body's ability to use the energy found in food

there are two major types of diabetes type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes both

types of diabetes are chronic diseases that affect the way your body regulates

blood sugar or glucose glucose is the fuel that needs your body cells but to

enter yourself it needs a key called insulin both types of diabetes can lead

a chronically high blood sugar levels that increases the risk of diabetes

complications type 1 diabetes is also called insulin dependent diabetes it

used to be called juvenile onset diabetes because it often begins in

childhood type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune condition it's caused by the

body attacking its own pancreas with antibodies and people with type 1

diabetes the damaged pancreas does not make insulin this type of diabetes may

be caused by a genetic predisposition it could also be the result of faulty

little cells in the pancreas that normally produce insulin a number of

medical risks are associated with the type 1 diabetes many of them stem from

damage to the tiny blood vessels in your eyes nerves and kidneys even more

serious is the increased risk of heart disease and stroke treatment for type 1

diabetes involves taking insulin which needs to be injected through the skin

into the fatty tissue below type-2 diabetes the most common form of

diabetes is type 2 diabetes accounting for 95% of diabetes cases in adults type

2 diabetes was also called non insulin-dependent diabetes type 2

diabetes is often a milder form of diabetes than type 1 nevertheless

type 2 diabetes can still cause major health complications particularly in the

smallest blood vessels in the body that nourish the kidneys nerves and eyes type

2 diabetes also increases your risk of heart disease and stroke with type 2

diabetes the pancreas usually produces some insulin

but either the amount produced is not enough for the body's need for the body

cells or resistant trait people who are or based more than 20% over their idle

body weight for their height or at particularly high risk of developing

type 2 diabetes and it's related medical problems there is no cure for diabetes

Khabib Nurmagomedov's Hat: What Is a Papakha? | Heavy.com - Duration: 3:52.

Khabib Nurmagomedov's Hat: What Is a Papakha? | Heavy.com

Khabib Nurmagomedov is set to take on Conor McGregor in UFC 229 on Saturday, October 6.

In the days leading up to the fight, Nurmagomedov was spotted wearing an interesting hat.

The accessory, which is called a papakha, has become a staple in Nurmagomedov's wardrobe.

The hats are popular in many cultures.

The papakha, sometimes spelled "papaha," is described as a tall fur hat that is usually made of sheepskin.

Nurmagomedov wears his papakha as a nod to his upbringing.

He was raised in Dagestan, Russia.

The papakha is often worn by Dagestanis and other tribes of the Caucasus region.

Men and male children wear the papakha year-round, according to the Encyclopedia of National Dress: Traditional Clothing Around the World.

"[My] Papakha represents where I am from.

My small hometown in Dagestan," he previously told Russia Today, according to the Mirror.

As for why Nurmagomedov wears the hat up until he fights, there seems to be a deeper meaning there.

"There are all kinds of superstitions around papakha, like you never take it off unless you fight the enemy.

It's like baring the blade of your sabre.

If you take off the papakha, you don't put it on again until you have completed the fight," Vice reported back in 2014.

After UFC 205, Nurmagomedov put his papakha on Joe Rogan's head while doing his post-match interview.

You can check that out in the video below.

According to the Mirror, Nurmagomedov gifted a papakha to Cristiano Ronaldo after meeting the soccer star earlier this year.

Ronaldo gave Nurmagomedov a t-shirt in return.

Nurmagomedov's hat is so popular, in fact, that the hats are sold on Amazon with his name in the descriptions.

For example, this one is selling for about $70.

"Famous MMA UFC fighter Habib Nurmagomedov's headgear.

Real papakha hats have a specific smell, which is normal for sheep fur NOT affected by industrial chemicals.

Papakha is a symbol of pride and courage of Caucasian nations," reads the item's description.

Sodom and Gomorrah – What Was Their Sin? - Duration: 5:01.

One piece on our website gets more attention than anything else.

What Was the Sin of Sodom and Gomorrah? Here's the answer.

So here's a big question and a tough issue:

What was the sin of Sodom and Gomorrah?

Before I answer, I just want to make a couple of comments. First of all, my goal

here is not to bash anybody, to make anybody feel bad.

My goal is simply to figure out what the text intends to teach us. What does the

biblical material tell us about the reason God destroyed the cities of Sodom

and Gomorrah? Not just those two, but all the cities around them according to Jude.

So what's the setting here? In Genesis 19 you have two men that come into town,

they're gonna stay in the square. Lot sees them, he talks with them, he says

don't stay in the square. Urge them strongly. So they come under the

protection of Lot's home, and all of the men of the city, both young and old, the

text says, gathered around Lot's house and are banging on the door, and they want

Lot to release the two men so that they can have sexual relationships with them.

Pretty straightforward, okay. In fact, they are so intent that they disregard the

available women that are offered to them that Lot offers. They want the men, and

the angels pull lot in. They blind the men who are banging on the door. The

angels then take them up out of the hills, drop the bomb on Sodom and

Gomorrah, and that's the end of that. So why did God bring that judgment?

Now there are a couple of possible explanations that people have offered.

Okay, for one, and this was a standard for a long time,

God was mad at the residents of Sodom and

Gomorrah because they were inhospitable. Well they were. But it kind of misses the

point, doesn't it? Because it's kind of like saying that a man who murdered his

wife was an insensitive husband. I mean yeah, sexual assault on visitors,

that's not good manners. But having bad manners is not a crime according to God.

Well maybe it's the sexual assault itself. So, the rape. People say that, but

there was no rape as it turned out, there was just an attempted rape. So we just

understand that God delivered the most powerful and devastating judgment in the

entire Old Testament, save for the flood, on the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah

because they had bad manners and because they tried to do something that they

weren't able to do? It doesn't make sense to me, okay? One other option. Jude says

that they went after strange flesh, that is, they left their proper abode and went

after strange flesh. And so maybe the crime was trying to have sex with angels.

The problem with that explanation is there is no indication whatsoever that

the men of the city, or even Lot, knew that the men that were visiting were

angels, okay? So that's not going to work either.

We get a little bit more information, though, from another part of Scripture

that I think really zeroes it down. First of all, notice that we're running out of

options. And Peter says in 2 Peter 2:7-8, he tells us

that Lot – what's the words – oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled

men that tormented him day after day by what he saw and what he heard.

Doesn't sound like inhospitality to me. Doesn't sound like attempted rape.

Doesn't sound like having sex with angels.

In fact, there is not a single thing that happened on that day that is the reason

that God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because in chapter 18, when God was

talking with Abraham at the Oaks of Mamre and sent the Angels down into the

valley, that's when God decided to destroy those cities. There was something

else that was going on on a regular basis in those cities that was

characterized by Peter as sensual conduct done by unprincipled men that

Lot saw and heard, and it tormented him as he watched day, after day, after day.

Let's be honest. Let's be fair with the text. That is homosexuality.

Man Utd news: Ed Woodward was 'horrified' at what happened during Newcastle match - Duration: 2:55.

Manchester United saved Jose Mourinho from the sack with a stirring comeback against Newcastle at Old Trafford last night

Early goals from Kenedy and Yoshinori Muto had Rafa Benitez's side in dreamland, before a triple substitution turned the tide

Manchester United mounted a comeback via Juan Mata and Anthony Martial, before Alexis Sanchez bagged his first goal of the season with a header in the 90th minute

Woodward was watching from the stands as the game went on. But the Manchester Evening News say he was 'horrified' at what he saw early into the match

United went into the match knowing they had to win. The doom and gloom mood around the club has peaked in recent times with defeats to Derby and West Ham, coupled with drab draws against Valencia and Wolves, doing little to relieve it

The MEN say Woodward was also horrified at the chants aimed at him from the United fans

While Jose Mourinho has been made the scapegoat, nobody can escape the failings of the board

Woodward was wrong to block United's attempts to strengthen their defence. That looked particularly evident early on when Eric Bailly was hooked after just 19 minutes

Yet, because of Mata, Martial and Sanchez, United got the result they needed. Speaking after the game, meanwhile, Mourinho opened up on reports he would be sacked

"The fans that read the papers, that are connected with social media, they thought maybe I had gone," Mourinho said

"If I hadn't had an SMS from my board not to read, I would have been convinced too

"They gave me [a] contract until July 2020. I have a contract to 2020, "I didn't point a pistol at them

They give me the contract because they wanted to give it [to] me. "If you look to history of AC Milan, you don't think it is normal that they are where they are [now]

"In the biggest clubs in the world, there are periods with a lot of meat and periods with a lot of bones

What Paul Pogba did in dressing room at half-time v Newcastle United is impressive - Duration: 3:39.

Manchester United looked dead and buried at half-time against Newcastle United on Saturday evening after an embarrassing opening 45 minutes at Old Trafford

The Red Devils found themselves 2-0 down after just 10 minutes, prompting boos from the home supporters and chants of "You're getting sacked in the morning!" aimed at the under-fire Jose Mourinho from the visiting fans

However, you can never write off Man Utd - even in the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era - and they were level by the 76th minute thanks to two goals in quick succession from Juan Mata and Anthony Martial

Alexis Sanchez, who has been dreadful since joining United from Arsenal back in January, then popped up with the winning goal with just minutes left on the clock

It was a remarkable comeback and a victory which may well have saved Mourinho's job

Reports on Friday claimed the Portuguese coach would be sacked regardless of the result against Rafael Benitez's side - but the manner of the victory has made it virtually impossible for the United board to get rid of him right now

It could be a case of delaying the inevitable, of course, but Mourinho is expected to be in charge for the visit to Chelsea after the international break

What made United's victory all the more surprising was the fact Paul Pogba spent the second half playing just in front of the defence

He did an excellent job in that position, too.His passing, in particular, was superb

However, it turns out the decision to deploy Pogba just in front of the back four was not a Mourinho masterstroke

In fact, it was the Frenchman himself who decided he should play deeper to try and get United back into the game

The Sun have revealed that Mourinho consulted the World Cup winner on tactics, as he listened to the players' thoughts on what was going wrong

Mourinho is understood to have asked Pogba what he thought should happen during the second half - and the £89

3million star responded by suggesting a deeper role for himself, with Marouane Fellaini coming off the bench and into midfield

This is precisely what happened.Pogba went into a defensive position while Fellaini entered the fray in place of Scott McTominay

Pogba dictated the tempo of the match from deep and United soon found themselves right back in the contest

This report will surely surprise fans, who felt the relationship between Mourinho and Pogba was beyond repair two weeks ago

Mourinho stripped Pogba of the vice-captaincy after the Frenchman told reporters United need to attack more at Old Trafford, while training ground footage of the pair suggested the situation was close to turning nasty

But The Sun's information clearly shows the two men can indeed still work together, even if they don't particularly like each other
