US Congressman: The FBI Tried to Stop Donald Trump from Becoming President

Speculation has run rampant for months that the FBI was working against a Donald Trump

presidency, and now a United States congressman has given credit to that theory and what it

would mean.

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, told conservative radio host Todd Starnes he is convinced the

FBI was working against Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.

"The whole pretext is wrong.

Think about this, you had — I'm convinced now — the FBI actively seeking with intent,

actively trying to stop Donald Trump from being president of the United States," Jordan

said on the Todd Starnes Show.Jordan pointed to text messages written by investigator Peter

Strzok that referred to an "insurance" policy.

"I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office — that

there's no way he gets elected — but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.

It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40," Strzok

wrote.

The reference was meant to convey that the bureau needed to aggressively investigate

allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, people familiar with

the situation told The Wall Street Journal.

Jordan was concerned the "insurance policy" might have included dressing up the infamous

Trump-Russia dossier, turning it into an intelligence document and using it to obtain warrants in

the FISA court that allowed them to spy on Americans. In the same text messages, Strzok

and FBI lawyer Lisa Page disparaged Trump, calling him an "idiot" and "loathsome

human," showing their obvious bias against the then-candidate.

To make matters worse, Strzok was the lead agent on the FBI investigation into Hillary

Clinton's use of a private email server during her time as secretary of state.

He was also the top investigator for special counsel Robert Mueller, who has been in charge

of looking into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Strzok was removed from that position after the problematic texts surfaced.

But lawmakers like Jordan have remained concerned over how his bias may have influenced his

role.

In fact, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley wrote to the Justice Department about the issue, saying

Strzok's texts appeared to "go beyond merely expressing a private political opinion."

They "appear to cross the line into taking some official action to create an 'insurance

policy' against a Trump presidency," Grassley wrote.Jordan called the situation "as wrong

as it gets."

"If that happened, and it sure looks like it did – if that happened it is wrong as

it can possibly be in this great country for the FBI to actively be trying to make sure

one individual, one major party's nominee does not become the next president is as wrong

as it gets," Jordan told Starnes. He's right.

The FBI should never be involved in trying to sway the outcome of an election — especially

the U.S. presidential election.

It certainly appears they crossed that line, however, and something must be done to ensure

they're dealt with appropriately and that this never happens ever again.

How the United States has been preparing for North Korea nuclear war since the Forties - Duration: 3:51.

How the United States has been preparing for North Korea nuclear war since the Forties

Dramatic footage reveals the US Army preparing an arsenal of formidable weapons, military land vehicles and helicopters in the lead up to the Korean War.

Scenes showing how intercontinental missiles of the type used for nuclear warfare were provocatively tested during the height of tensions between the US and China, then a staunch ally of communist Korea.

Other sections include a voiceover of a soldier reassuringly listing the many ways the US Army was prepared for a nuclear attack.  According to the narrator, this conflict was key in modernising US military might and shaping it into the force it later became.

He said: "We have built our army into a new, streamlined force; new in concept, new in mobility, new in powerful atomic weapons and other modern equipment.

"With a new dual capability, an army prepared to cope with the possibility of unlimited nuclear warfare, as well as with the more likely contingency of limited, local aggression.

"Korea was called many names - Brush Fire, Police Action and War." The video, The Big Picture – Brush Fire, was created by the US Department of Defence documenting the war which began in 1950.

Hundreds of thousands of US soldiers fought to prevent the takeover of South Korea by the communist regime. The Korean War lasted for three years from June 25, 1950, to July 27, 1953.

And the newly-emerged footage comes as the fears grow of another conflict between the US and . Donald Trump is thought to be considering military action against the hermit kingdom over its missiles programme.

Yesterday, the UN Security Council unanimously imposed new sanctions on North Korea, seeking to limit its access to refined petroleum products alongside crude oil and its earnings from workers abroad.

The UN resolution seeks to ban nearly 90 percent of refined petroleum exports to North Korea by capping them at 500,000 barrels a year. It also demands the repatriation of North Koreans working abroad within 24 months.

And the US-drafted resolution caps crude oil supplies to North Korea at 4 million barrels a year and commits the Council to further reductions if it were to conduct another nuclear test or launch a missile.

North Korea on November 29 said it successfully tested a new ballistic missile that put the US mainland within range of its nuclear weapons.

10 Cheapest Places to Rent in the United States - Duration: 14:24.

10 Cheapest Places to Rent in the United States.

The cities of New York and San Francisco are famous for their costly rental prices and

high cost of living.

This raises the question of where the most affordable places to rent a home are located.

The website GOBankingRates.com compiled data from 2017.

Using rental prices on Zillow, the site ranked the 150 most populated cities to find the

least expensive ones for renters.

Ranking is based on the median prices of one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as single-family

residences.

These 10 cities are worth checking out if you are a senior living on a fixed income,

a fresh graduate, or someone who just wants find a cheaper place to rent or retire early.

1: Toledo, Ohio.

Toledo took the top spot for cheapest rent.

The median rental price of a one-bedroom was $442.50, a two-bedroom was $650.

A single-family home was $750.

The price of the one-bedroom was the cheapest of all the cities considered.

Prices have risen slightly since 2014, but are still some of the most reasonable in the

nation.

Some of the more affordable neighborhoods are Franklin Park, Birmingham, and Scott Park.

Some positives to living in Toledo include the opera, art and science museums, arboretum,

zoo, and park system.

On the downside, the city struggles with the crime rate, the downtown area is not a huge

draw, and winters are pretty bleak.

Glass is a major industry.

It was once a major automobile manufacturer, but it has struggled in recent years, so the

city is now focused on attracting the solar research industry.

2: Detroit, Michigan.

Detroit took the top spot for single-family rentals with a median price of $750 per month.

One-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments had median rental rates of $625 and $650 respectively.

Rental costs vary widely amongst neighborhoods, however.

Barton-McFarland was less than $500 per month, while downtown could run as much as $1,800.

Detroit has gone through some notoriously difficult times with the decline of the local

auto industry.

Countless homes still sit empty and the city declared bankruptcy in 2013.

There are parts of town seeing a resurgence, the return of small business, and an artsy,

urban crowd is migrating to the downtown area.

The poverty level is high and mass transit is limited.

The current unemployment rate is the best it has been in 15 years, but is still higher

than the national average.

The crime rate is also high, though there are pockets where it is significantly lower.

3: Wichita, Kansas.

Wichita's median rental rates were $547.50 for a one-bedroom, $700 for a two-bedroom,

and $895 for a single-family residence.

Wichita also came in at number 68 on U.S. News & World Report's "Best Places to

Live."

The cost of living is below the national average as far as housing, food, and utilities, though

they do pay hefty sales taxes.

There are four seasons, all of which are windy.

Winters can be icy and spring can deliver tornados.

Residents need a car to get around, but Wichita has reasonable average commute times under

20 minutes.

The city has a good reputation for raising a family, though the cost of living is also

a draw for single working professionals.

Entertainment options include the theater, opera, and ballet, as well as monster truck

rallies, country music venues, a zoo, and science museum.

4: Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The median rental cost of a one-bedroom in Fayetteville was $585 and a two-bedroom was

$697.

A single-family residence was the best deal at $900 per month.

Fayetteville is 90 miles from Raleigh-Durham and has a cost of living lower than the national

average.

The unemployment rate is higher than the national average, as is the average commute time.

There is a considerable military presence here since both Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force

Base are nearby.

In fact, in 2008, the city and Cumberland County declared that they were "Sanctuaries

for Soldiers," meaning they go out of their way to provide services for members and their

families.

Unfortunately, large-scale entertainment options are lacking.

The Department of Defense, school system, and health care system are the biggest employers.

It has won the All-America City Award three times.

5: Augusta, Georgia.

While Atlanta rental prices continue to skyrocket, Augusta remains much more affordable.

The median rental for a one-bedroom came in at $614 and a two-bedroom for $775 per month.

A single-family home was $895.

U.S. News & World Report ranked the city the 72nd "Best Place to Live."

Cost of living is lower than the national average, though groceries tend to be a little

higher.

Augusta is famous for hosting the annual Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club.

The Savannah River is a huge draw for residents with the Riverwalk running alongside it, and

the nearby farmers' markets and outdoor concerts.

The unemployment rate is slightly higher than the national average, but there are increasing

opportunities in healthcare and education.

There is also a strong military presence due to nearby Fort Gordon and the U.S. Cyber Center

of Excellence.

6: Columbus, Georgia.

Columbus was a bit of an oddity in that the median rental price of a one-bedroom was higher

than a two-bedroom apartment, at $725 and $673.50 respectively.

A single-family residence was $900.

The city, which is the second largest in Georgia, has a strong military presence due to Fort

Benning and the United States Army Infantry School.

Columbus developed along the Chattahoochee River and is home to the longest urban whitewater

rafting course in the world, a major draw for tourists.

The army base, Muscogee County School District, credit card company TSYS, and Aflac are the

biggest employers.

Movoto.com compiled a list of reasons to love Columbus and included the farmers' market,

the large number of fountains around the city, the river-walk, the Dragon Boat Festival races,

and the Space-Science Center.

Columbus is right on the Alabama border.

7: Knoxville, Tennessee.

The one-bedroom apartment was a particularly good deal in Knoxville, with a median rental

cost of $600 per month.

A two-bedroom was substantially more at $800.

A single-family home, however, was a reasonable $950.

The city ranked 61st on U.S. News & World Report's "Best Places to Live," with

affordability and proximity to many appealing destinations.

Highways connect it directly to Atlanta and Chattanooga, and both the Great Smoky Mountains

National Park and Cumberland Gap National Historical Park are within 90 minutes.

Downtown is full of eclectic shops and the University of Tennessee gives the city a young

vibe and a strong love of college football.

The average annual salary is lower than the national average, but so is the unemployment

rate.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory is a major employer, as is the healthcare industry.

8: Memphis, Tennessee.

Tennessee makes the list again with the musical city of Memphis.

A median one-bedroom was $683 and a two-bed was $750.

A single-family home runs $900.

U.S. News & World Report ranked it 93rd on its "Best Places to Live" list and it

has one of the cheapest costs of living of any large metro area in the country.

Residents have a lot to do, too.

There are tons of restaurants, bars, and unique shops.

Live music shows can be found every night of the week.

The city is also home to museums, a zoo, and a professional basketball team.

The low cost of living compensates for an average salary below the national average,

but Memphis also has an unemployment rate slightly above the national average.

Three Fortune 500 companies are headquartered here and are major employers: FedEx, International

Paper, and AutoZone.

9: Greensboro, North Carolina.

Though Greensboro isn't as cheap as Fayetteville, it is significantly cheaper than Charlotte.

The median rental cost of a one-bedroom was $655, a two-bedroom was $740, and a single-family

home was $962.50.

Greensboro is also another inexpensive city to make the "Best Places to Live" list

by U.S. News & World Report in the 51st spot.

Grocery and transportation costs are on par with the rest of the country, but housing

offers great savings.

The last few years have seen the downtown undergoing a revitalization as breweries,

art galleries, and nightclubs were built.

Winters are mild and give ample time to enjoy local golf courses and 90 miles of walking

trails.

The average salary is lower than the national average and the unemployment rate is a bit

higher.

Major industries include education, healthcare, and technology.

10: Tucson, Arizona.

The median one-bedroom in Tucson came in at an incredibly low $575, while the two-bedroom

was $750.

A single-family home was a bit pricier at $1,100.

Tucson is yet another city on this list to also make the "Best Places to Live" ranking.

It's the perfect place for those seeking warm weather, mountain views, and desert landscapes.

People of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds blend here, with its reputation as a retirement

destination drawing older folk and the University of Arizona drawing younger.

Nearby national parks, hiking trails, skiing, ample Mexican restaurants, and nightclubs

keep locals entertained.

The unemployment rate has improved but is still higher than the national average.

The average salary is lower than the national average.

The university, defense-contractor Raytheon, and the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base are the

biggest employers.

Hospitality and tourism are also major industries.

Nikki Haley DESTROYS 128 Countries That Voted AGAINST US! – President Trump Is PROUD! - Duration: 2:08.

Nikki Haley DESTROYS 128 Countries That Voted AGAINST US!

– President Trump Is PROUD!

As Liberal propaganda became more and more popular in our country as well as the world,

more and more people are starting to see the US as some kind of bully towards the United

Nations.

So, they went so far to turn their backs on America and our politics with passing a shameful

resolution in an attempt to somehow undermine Trump's decision about our recognition of

Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Just before the resolution voting, United States Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki

Haley took to Twitter to warn them.

"At the UN we're always asked to do more & give more.

So, when we make a decision, at the will of the American ppl, abt where to locate OUR

embassy, we don't expect those we've helped to target us.

On Thurs there'll be a vote criticizing our choice.

The US will be taking names."

– she stated Unfortunately, 128 countries decided that they would put a thumb in the

eye of the United States, and voted for the resolution's passage with only 9 countries

against."

(h/t)

Haley highlighted that these 128 countries didn't listen to her warnings and that they

are clearly wrong.

"The United States will remember this day in which it was singled out for an attack

in the General Assembly for the very act of exercising our right as a sovereign nation."

– she explained.

Haley continued, "We will remember it when we are called upon to once again make the

world's largest contribution to the United Nations.

And we will remember it when so many countries come calling on us, as they so often do, to

pay even more and to use our influence for their benefit."

Haley clearly stood up for Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem, so, she makes us proud

to slam the whole UN and make clear our position in this World, on the top!

North Korea issues chilling WW3 threat: 'We will make the US bitterly regret its strategy' - Duration: 6:45.

North Korea issues chilling WW3 threat: 'We will make the US bitterly regret its strategy'

A foreign ministry spokesman for Kim Jong-un claimed that the Trump administration's "arrogant" National Security Strategy report was "nothing but the proclamation of aggression aimed at holding sway over the world".

The spokesman added: "The international society should remain vigilant against the manoeuvres of the gang of Trump to invade and control the DPRK by igniting a nuclear war at any cost in the Korean peninsula.

"And see through the ulterior motive behind the US' repeated talk of dialogue, designed to cover up its evil intention and mock the world.

As the US set its diplomatic and security policy at crushing us militarily and is publicly aiming a sword at us, we will make the US bitterly regret its strategy with our cannons."  .

On Monday the which detailed the challenge posed by North Korea's nuclear missile programme to the US. The report said: "North Korea is ruled as a ruthless dictatorship without regard for human dignity.

For more than 25 years, it has pursued nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles in defiance of every commitment it has made.  "Today, these missiles and weapons threaten the United States and our allies.

The longer we ignore threats from countries determined to proliferate and develop weapons of mass destruction, the worse such threats become, and the fewer defensive options we have." In a foreword written by the US President, Donald Trump added: "We are rallying the world against the rogue regime in North Korea." Following the report's release, Pyongyang on Friday hit back claiming "peace and stability on the Korean peninsula" had been jeopardised by previous US administrations throwing out all agreements.

The official said: "Out of our will to safeguard the peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and put an end to the nuclear threat and blackmail and the hostile policy of the US, we held bilateral talks with the U.S.

and various forms of multilateral talks such as the Four Party Talks and the Six Party Talks over the last two decades and during the course we had reached some agreements.

However, the previous US administrations threw all the agreements reached with us into a garbage can like waste paper under the absurd assumption that the DPRK would 'collapse'… even branding it as a 'rogue state', 'axis of evil', 'outpost of tyranny' and 'target of preemptive nuclear strike'.

"We chose the road of possessing the nuclear weapons to defend our sovereignty and rights to existence and development in the face of ever increased hostile moves and nuclear threats and blackmail of the US.

"We are convinced that the only way to ensuring a lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula is to have the deterrence that ensures a practical balance of force with the US.   "The gang of Trump likes to pose itself as if its country is a world superpower.

However, the US is nothing but a corpse going to the grave.". The news comes amid fears  as tensions escalate with the US.

The despotic leader's mouthpiece reported that Kim Jong-un had visited the active volcano Mt Paektu on Friday – a site which has repeatedly been used by North Korean leaders before making significant decisions.

The 'ominous' visit comes as satellites images reveal fresh activity at Kim Jong-uns nuclear test site. In November 2013, Kim visited the mountain with his aides a month before he executed top officials including Jang Song-thaek, his uncle, and political guardian.

Then in April 2015, he visited the volcano again just before executing Hyon Yong-chol, a former defence chief.

Kim has reportedly visited Mt Paektu five times during his six-year rule, but this is the first time he is making a visit in December – suggesting a potential Christmas or New Years Day launch.

Welcoming in the 2017 New Year on January 1, Kim Jong-un made a chilling announcement that North Korea was "close" to testing an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

North Korea has since test launched three ICBMs, the first was in July and the latest one Kim Jong-un claimed was capable of reaching "all the US mainland".

A South Korea government insider warned: "Kim Jong-un is following in his father's footsteps in visiting the mountain at times of important decisions regarding the state.

"Kim Jong-il did the same, he visited the mountain right before announcing in 1974 his list of 10 social decorum [which includes the commandment that the people remain completely loyal to the head of the state]," said a South Korean government insider.

"Kim Jong-il also visited the mountain just before executing Kim Tong-kyu, then-senior official for international affairs, in 1977.".

US Preps "Bloody Nose Attack on North Korean Nuclear Site - Duration: 3:23.

US Preps Bloody Nose Attack on North Korean Nuclear Site

America wants to give North Korea a bloody nose, and its would require more than

a tissue for Kim Jong Un to fix it.

According to the U.K. Telegraph, the United States is currently preparing an attack plan

to deliver a bloody nose military strike to put an end to North Koreas nuclear program.

Sources close to preparations say that plans for such a strike have been ramped up dramatically

in recent months under the Trump administration.

One option is destroying a launch site before it is used by the regime for a new

missile test. Stockpiles of weapons could also be targeted, the Telegraph reported.

The hope is that military force would show Kim Jong-un that America is serious

about stopping further nuclear development and trigger negotiations.

The article cited three sources, one within the administration and two former officials

who are familiar with the White Houses thinking on the matter.

The Pentagon is trying to find options that would allow them to punch the North Koreans

in the nose, get their attention and show that were serious, said a former security

official briefed on the current preparations.

The report comes just days after National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster said that a

military plan was being put in place to deal with North Korea.

The president asked us to continue to refine a military option should we have to use it,

McMaster said.

As this regime continues to perfect its long-range nuclear capabilities, its just

a risk that the world cannot tolerate.

News of the bloody nose plan also comes as some in Congress have begun to speculate

that military action against North Korea could be a distinct possibility.

I would say theres a three in 10 chance we use the military option, South Carolina

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham told The Atlantic earlier this month.

However, if Kim Jong Un tests another nuclear weapon, Graham responded that he would

say 70 percent.

Given the recent spate of missile firings and nuclear tests, one wonders whether a bloody

nose would do it. In fact, it could already be too late, thanks to the fact that a) were

dealing with a madman and b) Kim Jong Un already has a miniaturized nuke and ballistic missile

to deliver it, all thanks to strategic patience.

However, perhaps such a plan even just its existence could be what the Trump

administration needs to do to show the Kim regime how serious it is about putting a stop

to North Koreas nuclear ambitions.

Mahmoud Abbas calls on France to step up as he rejects US as peace broker - Duration: 2:06.

Mahmoud Abbas calls on France to step up as he rejects US as peace broker.

The Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, has said that he would no longer accept

any peace plan proposed by the United States, instead calling on France and Europe to play

a stronger role in peace efforts between Israel and the Palestinians.

His comments on Friday came after the UN general assembly voted overwhelmingly to denounce

Trumps recognition of Jerusalem as Israels capital, largely ignoring Trumps threats

to cut off aid to any country that went against him.

One Palestinian man was killed and another four were wounded on Friday, during renewed

protests over Trumps Jerusalem announcement.

Washingtons unilateral change of policy on Jerusalem continues to reverberate in the

Middle East and European diplomats are pessimistic about the Trump administrations peace plan

which is being prepared behind closed doors and will be presented to both sides in 2018.

The United States has proven to be a dishonest mediator in the peace process and we will

no longer accept any plan from it, Abbas told a joint press conference with the French

president, Emmanuel Macron.

Macron repeated his earlier condemnations of the US decision on Jerusalem, but he also

ruled out recognising Palestine as a state unilaterally, which France has mooted previously.

The Americans have marginalised themselves and I am trying to not do the same thing,

Macron said, conscious that any move to recognise Palestine would antagonise the Israelis.

On Thursday the 193-member general assembly adopted a resolution by 128 to nine with 35

abstentions that rejected the US decision on Jerusalem.

The defeat for the US came despite threats from Trump and the US ambassador, Nikki Haley.

Abbas hit out at efforts by the US to intimidate countries ahead of the vote.

I hope that the others will learn the lesson and understand that you cannot impose solutions

by using money and trying to buy off countries, he added in Paris.

Abbass visit to Paris less than a fortnight after a trip here by the Israeli prime minister,

Benjamin Netanyahu, has raised speculation about whether Macron might be tempted to mediate

in the worlds most intractable conflict.

He and French diplomats have ruled out any fresh French initiative, insisting that the

American effort must run its course first.

Vice-President Mike Pence postponed a trip he was due to make to the region this week,

after Palestinian and Arab Christian leaders expressed reluctance to meet him.

The 40-year-old Macron has emerged as a dynamic international figure since his election in

May but his team insists he is focused on reforming the European Union, avoiding instability

in Lebanon, and anti-terror efforts in Syria and west Africa.

But Abbas, like Netanyahu before him, praised the young centrist at the Paris news conference,

notable for the warmth of the exchanges and the relaxed body language.

We have trust in you.

We respect the efforts made by you and we count heavily on your efforts, Abbas told

him.

Macron replied that he had committed myself very clearly to doing everything to further

the peace process and would visit the Palestinian territories in 2018 and intensify contacts

between the French and Palestinian governments.

Palestinians have been clashing with Israeli troops since Trumps Jerusalem announcement

on 6 December.

Nine Palestinians have been killed and dozens more wounded so far.

In Bethlehem on Friday, some Palestinian protesters held anti-Trump banners reading Mr. Trump,

its not your land to decide to whom it belongs, Jerusalem is ours and it belongs

to us and Jerusalem is the capital of Palestine.

Netanyahu several countries considering following us lead and moving embassies to Jerusalem

Jerusalem CNN Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said several countries are considering moving their embassies to

Jerusalem in the wake of US President Donald Trump's decision to recognize the city as the capital of Israel

Speaking exclusively to CNN a day after the United Nations Assembly voted against Trump's move Netanyahu said the u.s.

Decision to move its embassy to Jerusalem could lead the way for others to follow. We're now talking to several countries

Who are seriously considering saying exactly the same thing as the United States and moving their embassies to Jerusalem Netanyahu told CNN on?

Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital Netanyahu added. I think what it does is finally recognize that historical truth

Jerusalem has been the capital of Israel for

3,000 years from the time of King David it has been the capital of Israel for 70 years

And it's about time that the US said and I'm glad they said this is the capital and we recognize it

And I think that's going to be followed by other countries

Trump recognized that Jerusalem as the capital of Israel breaking with the international

Consensus that the final status of the holy city should be decided as part of the peace process

multiple United Nations Security Council resolutions have called for a Palestinian capital in East Jerusalem if

Other nations follow Trump's lead exactly as Netanyahu suggested

It would be a diplomatic victory for the Israelis and a blow to the Palestinians

Netanyahu would not specify which countries were in contact with Israel about moving their embassies because I wanted to succeed

Indicating that the announcement isn't set in stone

Trump's decision to declare Jerusalem the capital of Israel was widely criticised by the international community

in response leaders from the 57 member Organization of Islamic Cooperation

recognized East Jerusalem as the occupied capital of a Palestinian state

Palestinian leaders also condemned the USS stance

We're just about the only ones that guarantee this freedom of worship for Jews Christians and Muslims alike

That's my vision of Jerusalem

Palestinians may have a different vision. They should come in negotiate. They say they won't negotiate

They're walking away from the negotiation table

Again, you want peace go to negotiate peace

Pressed on whether he would openly commit to a two-state solution which remains the international consensus for the region Netanyahu demurred

Committing to a situation where the Palestinians can govern themselves?

Netanyahu insists that Israel must remain in charge of security in the entire West Bank the most important condition that we need for an effective

Sustainable peace for both Palestinians and Israelis and for the region is for a situation where Israel has overriding security control of this tiny area

Netanyahu said referring to the entirety of Israel in the West Bank

North Korea issues chilling WW3 threat: 'We will make the US bitterly regret its strategy. - Duration: 4:32.

North Korea issues chilling WW3 threat: 'We will make the US bitterly regret its strategy.

A foreign ministry spokesman for Kim Jong-un claimed that the Trump administrations

arrogant National Security Strategy report was nothing but the proclamation

of aggression aimed at holding sway over the world.

The spokesman added: The international society should remain vigilant against the

manoeuvres of the gang of Trump to invade and control the DPRK by igniting a nuclear

war at any cost in the Korean peninsula.

And see through the ulterior motive behind the US repeated talk of dialogue, designed

to cover up its evil intention and mock the world.

"As the US set its diplomatic and security policy at crushing us militarily and is publicly

aiming a sword at us, we will make the US bitterly regret its strategy with our cannons. On

Monday the Trump administration unveiled its National Security Strategy which detailed

the challenge posed by North Koreas nuclear missile programme to the US.

The report said: North Korea is ruled as a ruthless dictatorship without regard for

human dignity.

For more than 25 years, it has pursued nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles in defiance

of every commitment it has made.

Today, these missiles and weapons threaten the United States and our allies.

The longer we ignore threats from countries determined to proliferate and develop weapons

of mass destruction, the worse such threats become, and the fewer defensive options we

have.

In a foreword written by the US President, Donald Trump added: We are rallying the

world against the rogue regime in North Korea.

Following the reports release, Pyongyang on Friday hit back claiming peace and stability

on the Korean peninsula had been jeopardised by previous US administrations throwing out

all agreements.

The official said: Out of our will to safeguard the peace and stability on the Korean peninsula

and put an end to the nuclear threat and blackmail and the hostile policy of the US, we held

bilateral talks with the U.S. and various forms of multilateral talks such as the Four

Party Talks and the Six Party Talks over the last two decades and during the course we

had reached some agreements.

However, the previous US administrations threw all the agreements reached with us into a

garbage can like waste paper under the absurd assumption that the DPRK would collapse

even branding it as a rogue state, axis of evil, outpost of tyranny and target

of preemptive nuclear strike.

We chose the road of possessing the nuclear weapons to defend our sovereignty and rights

to existence and development in the face of ever increased hostile moves and nuclear threats

and blackmail of the US.

We are convinced that the only way to ensuring a lasting peace on the Korean Peninsula is

to have the deterrence that ensures a practical balance of force with the US.

The gang of Trump likes to pose itself as if its country is a world superpower.

However, the US is nothing but a corpse going to the grave. The news comes amid fears

Kim Jong-un could be plotting another missile launch as tensions escalate with the US.

The despotic leaders mouthpiece reported that Kim Jong-un had visited the active volcano

Mt Paektu on Friday a site which has repeatedly been used by North Korean leaders before making

significant decisions.

The ominous visit comes as satellites images reveal fresh activity at Kim Jong-un's

nuclear test site.

In November 2013, Kim visited the mountain with his aides a month before he executed

top officials including Jang Song-thaek, his uncle, and political guardian.

Then in April 2015, he visited the volcano again just before executing Hyon Yong-chol,

a former defence chief.

Kim has reportedly visited Mt Paektu five times during his six-year rule, but this is

the first time he is making a visit in December suggesting a potential Christmas or New

Year's Day launch.

Welcoming in the 2017 New Year on January 1, Kim Jong-un made a chilling announcement

that North Korea was close to testing an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

North Korea has since test launched three ICBMs, the first was in July and the latest

one Kim Jong-un claimed was capable of reaching all the US mainland.

A South Korea government insider warned: Kim Jong-un is following in his fathers footsteps

in visiting the mountain at times of important decisions regarding the state.

Kim Jong-il did the same, he visited the mountain right before announcing in 1974 his

list of 10 social decorum [which includes the commandment that the people remain completely

loyal to the head of the state], said a South Korean government insider.

Kim Jong-il also visited the mountain just before executing Kim Tong-kyu, then-senior

official for international affairs, in 1977.
