So I want to make a quick disclaimer before I start sin video

I may stutter or pretty much just mess up during it

This is a pretty long video, pretty vast topic to discuss about, so cut me some slack

I'm gonna try to just do it all in this time

And I hope you guys enjoy, so what is going on everybody

My name is Sal otherwise known as Wizard101 Nostalgia and welcome to my first video on this channel

I'm going to give you guys just a brief overview of myself, my channe,l and this video regarding wizard101

So I've been playing wizard101 ever since it launched back in 2008

I was very young at the time, and I just saw a mere commercial of the game

And I went over to my computer, and I downloaded it

I instantly really liked the game and it basically went on from there. This game has stuck on me for over nine years

So far, and its a sense of my childhood

I've created this channel to highlight some of the best moments of the game and pretty much to show everyone its golden days

The game has changed so much over the years

And I think everyone could see that

While this change is not bad at all as I love him pretty much do not regret anything

They have implemented into the game

I feel like the golden days are over and that the community is slowly dying in a way

That leads me to the topic of this video

And it was very vast topic to discuss about as I can go on forever about it with endless information

digging into every slight detail

I Want the classic wizard101 back and I believe all the longtime players could see it the same.

I was inspired to put this video together by a channel called BlazePlays

as he is probably the first one to really speak out about it on YouTube

I also attempted to put this video out ages ago

But I changed computers and never got around to finishing the video or editing it

I want to spread awareness of this idea to bring the old game back

And I prepared some things and some videos here showing off the good days of the game during 2008 and 2009

2008 and 2009

was an amazing time for the game

New players are joining in, the game was beginning to blow up as I saw hundreds of new players join each day

Many commercials were played on TV, and the game was pretty much in its full prime

Level 50 was the max level, dragonspyre was the last world after Mooshu from the January

2009 update, pets were only cosmetic, the arena was

open, Malistaire was the final boss I mean that could go on and on about it with all these details and all these little things

So many little things I really missed such as the old imp animation may seem very silly and unwanted

But I can all remember it vividly in my mind

I presented this idea to KingsIsle back in 2015 and they said it would be very unlikely that this would ever happen

I Feel like I had to do something about that to show them that not only do I care about it

But their whole fanbase cares about it

The game is turning 10 soon and all of this could really happen if we gather up and help spread it

The fanbase has been slowly dying away from what I've seen I haven't really seen that many players on every day

The new updates do bring around many players not gonna lie all the updates they implement I do see an increase in people

Playing each day, but then after that it just goes right you know right back down

And that wasn't really the case a few years ago this game was very very popular a few years ago

I still think it's pretty popular

Not as popular as it used to be but in some ways I can still see a lot of people playing it

I Haven't really been with this game

Throughout all the years I played it

You know I started in 2008, but to be honest I took a lot of breaks throughout the years

Um just the games became boring to me, and I went back to it, You know came back to it all the stuff

Finally got back to it a lot this month

Other than that I've been playing it pretty much every year just non-stop

Well I guess you could say I stopped and then I come back you know what I mean

So I know I'm gonna be saying like the same you know like same things throughout this last part of the video

I just really don't have anything prepared for this last part

So I'm just trying to you know think of a lot of things here that I could talk about

So like I was talking about little details that I really miss you know all of the, ya know, all of the nostalgic things you know the

Damn there's a few others. I really can't remember right now. (I don't know how I forgot to say Imp)

A lot of Sounds for the spells of change like fire cat that changed that you know that sound and throughout the years

You know you know sounds of the blades have changed especially like the dragon blade (From the pet) and balance blade to be exact, The Feint

All those spells just you know really changed and every time I think about it

You know they're just like little things. I just fantasize over, but still

Makes me really remember the old days of the game

So again, I have to pay homage to BlazePlays for pretty much putting the first video I've seen out on youtube

These two schools produced a pair of highly entertaining games last season, but things change quickly in the college basketball world, and neither team looks anything like last year's version.

UCLA, in particular, has taken a significant step back after last year's Sweet 16 run.

The Bruins began the season ranked 21st, but as Steve Alford has adjusted to life without Lonzo Ball, Isaac Hamilton, TJ Leaf and Bryce Alford, they've gotten off to a bumpy start.

The season began with narrow victories over Georgia Tech and Central Arkansas and a loss to Creighton, and after the Bruins smoothed things out a little bit, they suffered consecutive losses to Michigan and Cincinnati.

Throw in a mere three-point win at home earlier this week against South Dakota after nearly blowing a 24-point lead, and they aren't exactly entering this game with a whole lot of confidence.

Kentucky's young team, meanwhile, has shaken off an early four-point loss to Kansas with seven straight wins.

They hadn't really been tested during that stretch until a home game against Virginia Tech last week.

The Hokies, who rank No.

35 nationally in Ken Pomeroy's efficiency ratings, led by six at halftime, but Kentucky scored 52 points in the second half to come away with the victory.

The Wildcats' energy and athleticism was key in the win, as they forced 19 turnovers that led to 36 points and pulled down 19 offensive rebounds.

"Their length and their speed and their athleticism will disrupt," Virginia Tech coach Buzz Williams said.

To counteract that, the Bruins will need to be strong with the basketball and limit Kentucky's second-chance opportunities.

But they way they've played lately isn't a good sign for either of those areas, as the last three games have seen them commit 170 turnovers and allow 9.7 offensive rebounds per game.

Against South Dakota, they gave up 13 offensive rebounds.

"That shouldn't happen," Bruins coach Steve Alford said.

"We're going to play much bigger, much more athletic teams than this, and we have already, and we've been a good rebounding team.".

Recent play suggests Kentucky will be a significant favorite, but with so much youth and talent on the court, and with two teams that love to push the tempo, it should still ultimately be a highly entertaining contest.
