Savannah Chrisley Stresses Debuting Her Fashion Line on 'Chrisley Knows Best'

Savannah Chrisley may be poised on the pageant stage, but she had a hard time dealing with

nerves while premiering her clothing line in the season finale of Chrisley Knows Best.

In Tuesday's finale, the whole Chrisley family travels down to Tampa, Florida for the launch

of Savannah's Faith Over Fear line.

The stakes are high, not just for Savannah, but the Chrisley name, she says.

"It's really important that I sell out tomorrow, because it's not just my reputation on the

line," she confesses.

Savannah and dad Todd Chrisley head straight to the Home Shopping Network studio for the

20-year-old to practice her pitch the next day, but the former pageant queen is having

a tough time getting her lines out.

"I know my lines from front to back," she says, "I don't know why I can't get the words

out."

Todd, standing on the sidelines, is having a hard time watching his oldest daughter stumble

over her words.

"It's rare to see Savannah struggling with anything, but you see your child struggling

and you want to give them a gentle nudge and push them through it," he tells the camera.

Later at dinner, Savannah admits to Nanny Faye that she's nervous, and while her grandmother

assures her that she'll do fine, her dad expresses less confidence.

"She wasn't as focused as I'd like her to have been," he says.

"I know there's a lot of work we have to get done, so obviously I'm going to try and teach

her as much as possible in the short time that we have."

When Todd and his wife Julie Chrisley take Savannah in for some more practice, she breaks

down, saying she feels a "huge amount of pressure" to sell all her products during her HSN presentation.

"I just feel like it's all or nothing," she says, choking back tears.

"If I don't sell out, I fail."

Todd, shocked at how seriously Savannah is taking selling out, reminds Savannah that

she's the youngest person to present a product line on the channel, and that he's never known

her to be a quitter.

I feel like I haven't really voiced any of this before.

I somehow just ran out and let that incident slip.

It just you know, slipped from my memory.

And a lot of girls kind of normalized it or some of them just didn't talk.

The photographer's assistant takes me several feet to the back of the studio and I'm changing

into my next outfit when he decides that he's just going to completely molest me

within several feet of my mother.

And I felt so paralyzed in fear and just astonishment that someone would have such an easy feeling

of ownership over my body.

For years I used to repress the memories of what happened

because it was so traumatizing and devastating.

For a while I was sexually harassed by the agency's owner

and then sexually abused.

I'm finally able to acknowledge that it happened.

And I know that it wasn't my fault.

Shame on him, who did this to me.

One of the models had introduced me and the whole group to a manager of a very well known

lingerie company and he brought us back to the store.

Next thing you know he's trying to get me to try lingerie on for him,

he's taking my shirt off throwing me up against the wall

and pinning me every time I tried to fight back.

And I got away.

I got away.

Knowing that other people share the same thing that you've experienced is really powerful.

The client comes in and she just says, very softly, "strip."

I mean it was so demeaning and so dehumanizing I felt like I was like in a dream or something.

One second.

I was asked halfway through the shoot as I had been over and over and over again

to remove my top, or in other circumstances it's been top and bottoms,

and the photographer made me feel stupid for not doing so.

But him trying to pressure me, I did not post the pictures I did not speak to him again

and I blocked him and that was that.

It's too hard to say.

I felt this immense amount of shame.

I didn't want my agency to know about this, I didn't even want to tell my boyfriend at the time.

I didn't want to disappoint anyone.

These feelings women feel way too often almost every day

and it leaves me feeling absolutely invisible. Inadequate.

And it's in these brave stories, but it's in all of our lives.

I wanted to feel sexy and I wanted to feel intriguing and I wanted to do the things that

would make me look that way.

But I didn't want to do them then.

He told me to spit on my breasts and to do other things that I really didn't want to do.

I started to do what he wanted and then I was mortified and I started to cry.

And he kept taking photos even when I was crying.

It has to be you know collaborative, creative, well thought out

and I do see it as a form of art.

This didn't feel like that.

It's funny because some people might say why didn't you just say no.

But when you're put on the spot in that moment and you're with someone who is in a position

of power and influence that's much easier said than done.

Since that time I've done many nude photo shoots

because I chose to do them and I wanted to do them.

But we should never be made to feel like we have to.

Even if you think that because we're in this industry and I'm like a commodity

that doesn't mean that you get to use and abuse.

And it's not ok to pretend that it didn't just happen.

Hello everyone, and welcome to The Aidan Mack Show!

I'm Aidan Mack, the host here.

it's a real pleasure to have you all here.

Today we are going to discuss, fashion!

Of course we all love clothes.

Today we'll be discussing some of the trends and looks I found for Fall and Winter 2017

from various fashion blogs and websites.

The list of Fall and Winter looks are endless!

I will highlight a couple of my favs, that caught my eye and share them all with you.

We all know a girl's BFF are her high heels.

High heels make us look our best, absolutely love them!

There are so many reasons to rock heels but unfortunately they do come with a package,

the excruciating pain.

If you walk for a long period of time with them on, or if you have to get somewhere fast and pick up the pace,

and even if you're just standing because there's nowhere to sit,

heels definitely take a toll on our feet, knees, hips, and back.

Heels are not really healthy for our feet and our bodies in general.

Guess what?!

We can now be comfortable while keeping up with fashion!

Oh yes!

The new trend for girls are flat shoes, our new BFFs.

I'm sure you ladies out there are excited about this new trend.

Finally, we can wear flat shoes for any situation:

nightclubs, corporate events, and even for the everyday "lounging around the house" look.

It's really nice that we can put some ease on our feet and body.

This is such great fashion news!

And do you see this picture, how a scarf was added as an accessory and wrapped around the ankle?

Gorgeous, right?!

Definitely adding that look to my wardrobe!

These loafers are from the Free People collection.

The next look is known as "Fun Fur."

Wait, hold up to all the animal rights activists watching.

Fun fur uses faux fur, so it's pretty much safe.

The fun fur line looks great,

it feels cozy and warm against your skin,

and gives you that feeling that blankets did when we were kids,

who liked to snuggle up with our blanket and feel as if we're home.

And fun fur makes you look good too!

Great for casual wear, professional settings, and even clubbing and parties.

Fun fur is part of The Libertine collection.

The next look on my list: "The one-shoulder dress."

The designer for this look is Dion Lee

The one-shoulder look you can also wear regardless of the situation;

casual, business, and even for night clubs and parties.

Just think, you go to work wearing your suit jacket over your one shoulder dress,

and then once the work day is over you can head out to a nightclub,

eighty-six the suit jacket, put it in your bag and dance the night away.

Nice and convenient right?

I've noticed a recent trend among fashion designers

that they're thinking more thoroughly on designs that are more convenient to us,

as opposed to having one outfit that limits you to a specific type of event.

With that mindset, we are in many ways just throwing money away and ending up with a

huge pile of clothes we only wore once, and will probably never wear any of it again.

It's great that fashion designers are now being more thoughtful by making

clothes that can fit a variety of settings and the ability to mix up

pieces so it doesn't look like you're wearing the same thing over and over again.

Its great.

Now,

this is the leather look.

Oooh...

I love leather, I don't know what it is.

I just find leather to be visually mesmerizing.

And again,

leather is great to wear for any situation,

such as, wearing leather pants with a silk blouse and you're ready to work as a professional.

Then, when the workday is done, you can go to happy hour without having to change your outfit!

It's really awesome that leather works pretty much anywhere.

The designer behind this look was Calvin Klein.

He put together this full leather jumpsuit.

Oooh!

Looking at this picture I think I want to go ahead and

purchase myself a full leather jumpsuit too!

Leather jackets are always a go-to,

and you can even get a leather shirt, pants, and shoes.

But for those of you who care about animals and don't like the idea of wearing real

leather, you could wear a faux leather that looks just like real leather!

Now, our next piece is the "hot mess" look,

which was designed by Fashion East.

You might be thinking, "What is hot mess?"

So one day I was on the subway on my way to an event,

and a girl got on the train and I just couldn't believe my eyes!

A plaid top with pants covered in flowers and she was covered in tattoos!

Whoa!

At first, I was taken aback, but she looked great!

Ah!

That makes sense.

Hot mess: a messy ensemble but still looking hot, thus the term "hot mess."

Now it's becoming a real popular trend which I guess that means that we all can just

roll out of bed, pick out random clothing in the dark, put them on and walk out the door!

Awesome right?!

Have you all noticed that more and more people

have political statements and slogans as part of their attire?

(insert picture of 3 people wearing shirts with slogans; one says: "The Future is Female," another says: "Our minds, Our bodies, Our power," and the other says, "Nevertheless, she persisted.")

For example: Women can do anything!

And being proud of being a woman.

We are somebody, especially with what's going on in politics, it's unfortunate

that women are seen as inferior to men and as second-class citizens.

Society views women as voiceless and powerless.

Women should allow men to control their body, right?

We're using our voices now,

enough is enough!

So make a political statement.

If you're wondering who designed this collection,

it was, Prabal Gurung.

The designer wanted to make a statement with this collection,

letting the world know women can do anything,

and I second that!

Which leads to our next discussion regarding style!

The color of the year for Fall/Winter 2017 is...

Red!

POW!

Such a power color!
