Bogart, Meghan's adored labrador, was deemed too old to make the journey. But her other pooch Guy, a beagle, was flown over last November and made a starring role at the Royal Wedding evening reception in May
Has Meghan got a new dog? Meghan and Prince Harry, 33, have welcomed a new four-legged friend to live with them at Kensington Palace
A Royal source told the Mail: "The dog is already happily ensconced at their cottage
"Like the Sussexes, the dog will divide its time between the palace and their country home in the Cotswolds
"What breed is it? Meghan and Harry's new pet pup is a purebred labrador. The dog's name and sex has yet to be revealed
Meghan, who has previously adopted dogs from rescue sanctuaries, has spoken of her love for Guy and Bogart
On her now deleted Instagram account, she regularly referred to the two as "my boys" and "my loves"
Adam Helliker, columnist for The Sunday Express, revealed soon after the couple's engagement that Prince Harry wanted to give his new bride a dog to make up for the one she had to leave behind
He wrote at the time: "Harry intends to find her a second canine companion, not least because he's always wanted one himself
"Do William and Kate have a dog? Harry may be keen to emulate his older brother Prince William, 36, who already shares a dog with his wife Kate, 36
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge own an black cocker spaniel named Lupo, who they welcomed into their family in December 2011
He has become a favourite in royal photos alongside the Cambridge children. Lupo even featured in one of the first official snaps of Prince George after he was born

What is Superficial Fascia and What Does it Do? | FACEROBICS® Face Exercise Program - Duration: 5:36.
hello everybody today I've got a subject for you that is not talked about very
often it's about the superficial fascia that surrounds the muscles on our face
now fascia is a sheath or a coating or a sac that goes around all of our muscles
that encompasses all of our muscles and fascia also separates the muscles from
one to the other if you look at a chicken breast for instance sometimes
you might get a chicken breast and when you go to cut it up there's that film
that's over at the top of it a very thin white film that is fascia and fascia is
like the network that keeps all of our organs together in our body there's
other fascia there's two other types of fascia
but today we're only interested in superficial fascia now that type of
fascia is all over our chest it's around all of our neck it's at all over our
head and all over our face now the thing is is that when you are doing facial
exercises you really need to work on releasing the fascia before you do the
exercises because the fascia is taut it becomes taut and and sort of stretches a
bit it's something that has collagen other peptides and all sorts of goodies
that feed those muscles as well but when you do your facial exercises you do need
to release the fascia now next week I'm going to be putting up a video on how to
release the fascia on your face neck and head and I'm hoping that when you learn
how to do this that you will add this to your face exercise routine every time
that you do facial exercises and the reason why I'd like you to add it is
because it strengthens the muscles much faster and you've got better chance of
building those muscles also I wanted to talk to you about the fascia and
over-exercising because if you do actually over exercise
you're faced with exercises if you're rubbing constantly or if you're doing
exercises and the fascia is weak or weakened this is where you start to run
into trouble with facial exercises so what we want to do is build up a strong
fascia once you start to work with the fascia
then you will find that your exercises will go to another level because it's so
much easier to do them once you release the fascia it's so much easier I've just
been doing it myself for a while now and I've wanted to do it and then bring it
to you guys when I feel that it's it's actually working so I really hope that
you're able to do this now here is a picture of what fascia looks like over
the muscle and that's what fascia is it is the sack that holds in the muscle and
it defines each muscle in our body now I've going over to couple of times
but I want to explain to you what it is it also holds collagen and other
peptides and it helps hold all of our muscles in our body together the skin
holds everything in the fascia holds in all of the muscles and keeps it all
tight and keeps the network all nice and tight inside of our body so you can
imagine that if you do over exercise if you do damage the fascia you can then
see how that starts to damage the muscle and fatigue the muscle and also if you
break that set fascia sack then you will be getting into all sorts of trouble if
the fascia is already weakened before you start facial exercises ever but you
know let's say you've never done facial exercises and you decide to start them
if the fascia is already weakened you will run into trouble if you do not
release that fascia and work with that fascia before you start the exercises
and I would actually advise everybody who hasn't done facial exercise before
to actually release the fascia and do that for a month or two months or six
weeks even just to start releasing the fascia and making it a little a little
bit more stretchy and elastic and a little bit more pliable to the muscle
that would be my advice because what then will happen is that it'll help the
muscle grow a faster because the fascia is more stretchy it's a very very
important part of the facial exercises so if you've got any questions below
please do ask also there is a link in the description blocks bos box
that describes what fascia is it's a Wikipedia link and go ahead and click it
and have a read about what it all is so important you know because everybody
thinks facial exercises, you can just get into it let's do it let's
BAM! let's do it no! and more and more and more and more depths that I go into
it the more excited I get as to how we can actually do facial exercises, but do
them really effectively do go and click that link because I think you'll be
quite interested now next week in the next video next week I am going to be
showing you how to do a fashion release message and as I said I want you to do
these every time before you do your facial exercises and you'll be you'll be
contacting me you'll be saying in the comments over all the videos how amazing
it's changed your facial exercises I hope that's something really interesting
for you today that you have learned about and will learn more about

What If The Pentagon Was Attacked? - Duration: 5:49.
The Pentagon is the headquarters for the United States Department of Defense - it is one of
the most important, if not THE most important building in the United States.
Situated in Virginia, the building is at the forefront of keeping the United States safe
– but what if it came under fire?
Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions – the channel that likes to answer
a multitude of queries – I am your host Rebecca Felgate and today we are asking the
very serious question – what if the Pentagon was attacked?
Before we jump into this video I want to ask you guys what country you are all watching
from and also whether or not you have any suggestion for a future Life's Biggest Questions
video?
Leave your thoughts in the comments section down below.
So, the Pentagon – the worlds largest office building
at 6.5 million square feet – this building is the powerhouse behind defending the 3rd
biggest country in the world and arguably the top superpower.
As we know, Merica has a lot of enemies, and this building keeps them at bay.
As much as the Pentagon is a target for foreign terror efforts – it is also a focal point
for national dissatisfaction and has seen widespread protests over the years, especially
throughout the 1960s and the Vietnam war as well as from 2007 as a result of the unpopular
Iraqi War.
If the Pentagon was attacked would it be from international or domestic aggression?
The Pentagon has successfully been attacked twice since it was built in 1941.
The first time it was hit was in 1972 by the ultra left militant group, Weather Underground
who claimed they did it in retaliation to the US bombing of Hanoi.
They managed to plant a bomb in the women's bathroom of the airforce wing of the Pentagon
which caused flooding that destroyed computers which held classified information.
The second time was of course on September 11th 2001, 60 years to the day since building
began on the site.
The attack led to a partial collapse of a damaged outer ring of one of the buildings
5 wings.
The attack killed 70 civillians and 55 military on the ground, as well as the 53 passengers
and six crew members aboard American Airlines Flight 77.
Awful as it was, In some ways the 9/11 attack in the area that was hit came at the right
time – that part of the building had just been renovated to withstand bomb blasts - the
reinforced structure kept part of the building from collapsing for 30 minutes, allowing for
hundreds of people to escape.
Since 2001, the building has been reinforced and renovated again, ten years later in 2011,
during which further security measures were introduced.
The reno was called the Phoenix Project and it cost fives times as much as the original
building cost to construct.
You better believe it is pretty protected now.
In 2001, the building already had shatter proof 2 inch thick windows, automatic fire
doors and a number of exists – The Pentagon was better prepared for attack than the world
trade centre and is even better prepared today…although with all the increased security an attack
is unlikely anyway.
Anything like the 9/11 hit is extremely unlikely as there is now a restricted fly zone over
the area – if any big threat from the skies came into view, they'd be shot down.
One genuine current concern, however is drones.
It has been reported that drones keep accidentally entering restricted US Airspaces…could a
bomb be planted on a drone and flown over the Pentagon?
Maybe – but again, the building is pretty enforced.
It has been heavily rumoured that the Pentagon is protected with its own missile batteries.
While that remains a bit of urban legend, it is probably true – You can expect the
US Department of Defense to… you know…defend.
They WILL have learned an important lesson from 9/11.
The only way I can imagine a successful attack happening in the Pentagon would be, like the
1972 offense, from the work of an insider.
That being said – these days employees and visitors are subject to full body scans.
How a person would sneak in any kind of weaponry, I couldn't tell you – it would need to
be the work of a mastermind.
Either way, I imagine any kind of physical attack on the Pentagon would be dealt with
and contained quickly.
If it were the work of terrorists, depending on the size of the cell and how deeply affiliated
they were with a government or larger organization, the retaliation attack could be pretty intense.
How do I know there would be retaliation…well…because…this is America?
Although do we need to consider the possibility of a false flag attack on the Pentagon?
I would really like to think not.
If there were deaths, or a perpetrator intended to cause mass murder – Virginia where the
Pentagon Is located does still have capital punishment, so it is likely any conspirator
would be sentenced to death…rather like the Boston Bombers.
We're busy talking about a physical attack here, but perhaps the worst kind of attack
that the Pentagon could be exposed to would actually be a cyber attack.
The US Department of Defense likely has some very sensitive files and if a hacker were
to obtain them, well…that could be disastrous.
So guys, that is what I think would happen if the Pentagon was Attacked – do you agree?
Hopefully it never happens – while it of course is a huge target, it is also one of
the most protected buildings in the world, making it pretty safe.
Also, would you like us to cover any other important landmarks?
Let me know your thoughts in the comments section down below.
Also while you are down there, why don't you leave a thumbs up to let me know that

What if Sonic was in DotA 2? - Duration: 4:05.
Hey guys!
Welcome back to Top 10 Gaming, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.
We here at Top 10 Gaming talk about Sonic an awful lot.
And we've imagined what certain games would be like if he was in them.
We've done Fortnite, we've done Overwatch, We've done League of Legends, and now, it's
time for DotA 2.
We're going back to Blizzard, and seeing how the Blue Blur would do in their flagship
Moba game.
If you enjoy this video, let us know by throwing us a thumbs up down below.
And if you want more, check out our video, What if Sonic was in League of Legends!
But before you do that, get ready, it's time to ask: What if Sonic was in DotA 2?
So, as I said, we've already imagined Sonic in some very similar scenarios.
If you haven't seen our videos about Overwatch and League of Legends, we'll link them down
below.
I'll do my best to make this different from the other videos, so some choices might seem
a bit strange, but you'll understand once you watch the others.
As usual, I'll talk about what his abilities in the game might be, then briefly describe
how he'd be played.
Make sure to hit me up with your ideas for Sonic's Dota 2 kit in the comment section
down below!
So, of course, Sonic would be a melee champ, punching his enemies with decent attack speed,
and a high base movement speed.
He also has a turn rate of one, making him highly manoeuvrable.
His passive is called "Gotta Go Fast".
Every time he uses an ability, he gains a 50% movement speed bonus that decays over
2 seconds.
This is great for keeping up with his enemies, as well as escaping.
However, it makes him quite vulnerable when his spells are on cooldown, and the cooldowns
would be rather significant.
Moving onto his Q ability, spin dash, which is actually Sonic's only damaging ability.
When activated, Sonic begins rapidly spinning in place, gaining range the longer he spins.
If you activate it again, Sonic will shoot off in the direction of your cursor, damaging
any creeps he comes in contact with.
If he hits a hero, he stops, dealing moderate damage and stunning them for 2 seconds.
Alternately, if you don't activate it within 3 seconds, Sonic will stop spinning, and half
of the mana cost will be refunded.
Next, his W, Speed of Sound Blink.
Yeah I know, the name's clunky, and may or may not be a One Punch Man reference, but
this is Sonic we're talking about, so clunky names are par for the course anyway.
This spell causes Sonic to disappear from one position, and reappear a medium distance
away after a short delay.
He moves so quickly that it looks as if he's teleporting.
This would be on a long cooldown, since it would of course be very useful, but this souped
up blink dagger would be really fun, especially with his passive speeding him up after the
blink.
Moving on to his E, which is Sonic Heal.
This is a fairly obscure ability of Sonic's, that not a lot of people know about, but it
was seen in Sonic Battle.
By vibrating his molecules at supersonic speed, Sonic is able to heal any physical damage
he took.
Sonic can hold E to channel the ability for 5 seconds, allowing him to heal 25% of his
maximum HP, great to use outside of combat.
Otherwise, he can just use the ability normally, healing 10% of his max HP, and boosting his
speed thanks to his passive.
This can help him to stay in lane or in the jungle longer, especially if a trade goes
south.
Finally, his ultimate ability.
In other games, this was Super Sonic, but I've used that so much already that I'd
hate to do it again.
However, in DotA 2, his ult will be Chaos Control.
When activated, all of Sonic's abilities have their cooldowns reset, and his basic
attacks deal additional pure damage for 10 seconds.
This gives him a huge boost in power, allowing him to use all his spells, pop his ult, then
use them all again to roam around the battlefield, seeking out squishies like it's his job.
Which, I guess, it is.
This of course synergizes beautifully with his passive, allowing him to cover a huge
amount of ground, making him an excellent assassin.
In-game, Sonic would probably play jungle.
He COULD play safe lane or mid, since they would let him farm up, and his speed would
help him get back and forth pretty quickly.
But he might have trouble getting farm.
On the other hand, in the jungle, his E heal would help him to sustain, and his Blink and
Spin Dash would be amazing for ganking.
And as I said, his insane manoeuvrability, especially from his ult, would make him an
ideal assassin.
All in all, I think Sonic could be a pretty darn fun champ to play.
It's a bit of a weird kit, but I think it could be pretty nifty.
That's it for today!

But we don't know when it happens.
So...
I decided to count how many hours it will take.
We already know that this cube is moving on a lake.
Every 1 hour, the cube is making a move.
1 cube move is 3 wooden platforms.
So let's count...
So if my math was right, it will take 72 hours!!
About a 3 days.
But there is a chance that cube will choose the shortest way and
then 72 hours will transform into 54!!
That's insane.
Many people are telling that after the explosion, thanos will apper.
I believe in that info.
Also there was found a new dinasaur egg and people thought that
the egg is hidden inside the cube, but this info is not true.

An Apollo Astronaut Explains What It Was Like To Work On The Moon - Duration: 2:35.
Schmitt: THE APOLLO 17 MISSION
WAS TARGETED TO EXPLORE THE VALLEY OF TAURUS-LITTROW.
WE HAD ADDITIONAL DAYS IN LUNAR ORBIT
FOR RECONNAISSANCE AND OBSERVATIONS OF LUNAR FEATURES.
THERE WERE SPECIFIC TARGETS,
BUT THEY WERE GEOLOGICAL TARGETS.
♪♪
Narrator: THE CREW'S FIRST DUTY
IS TO OFFLOAD EQUIPMENT FROM THE LUNAR MODULE.
THIS INCLUDES THE 460-POUND LUNAR ROVING VEHICLE, OR LRV.
DEVELOPED AT A COST OF $38 MILLION
TO OPERATE IN THE LOW-GRAVITY VACUUM OF THE MOON,
THE LRV ENABLES THE TWO ASTRONAUTS
TO TRAVEL ACROSS ITS SURFACE
AT A MAXIMUM SPEED OF 8 MILES PER HOUR.
OBVIOUSLY, WE WERE PAYING ATTENTION TO THE DRIVING,
MAKING SURE WE DIDN'T DAMAGE [Chuckling] THE LUNAR ROVER
ON A ROCK OR IN A CRATER OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT --
THAT YOU DIDN'T HIT IT SO HARD THAT THE FRONT END FELL OFF
OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
SO HAVING TWO PAIRS OF EYES LOOKING OUT WAS IMPORTANT,
IN ADDITION TO THE FACT THAT I WAS TRYING TO MAKE SURE
THAT I WAS UNDERSTANDING WHAT THE GEOLOGY WAS
IN THE VALLEY OF TAURUS-LITTROW.
Narrator: DURING THEIR THREE-DAY MISSION,
THE ROVER HELPED SCHMITT AND CERNAN COLLECT
OVER 240 POUNDS OF LUNAR ROCK AND DIRT,
MORE THAN ON ANY OTHER APOLLO MISSION.
I THINK ALL OF THE ASTRONAUTS WERE AWARE OF THE VALUE,
SCIENTIFIC VALUE, OF THE LUNAR SAMPLES.
I CERTAINLY WAS, BEING A VERY --
BEING PROFESSIONALLY INVOLVED IN THEIR ANALYSIS
AND REMAIN SO TODAY.
WHEN WE CAME TO A SITE THAT WE HAD PLANNED TO STOP AT,
I WOULD GET OFF THE ROVER FIRST
AND WANDER AROUND AND DO RECONNAISSANCE,
TRYING TO FIGURE OUT, "OKAY, WHAT IS IMPORTANT HERE?
WHAT MIGHT NOT BE IMPORTANT?"
AND ADD THAT TO THE TASKS THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN DECIDED
WOULD BE UNDERTAKEN AT THAT SITE.
THEN, WE WOULD GO INTO OUR SAMPLING MODE.
AND ONCE YOU DECIDED WHAT YOU'RE GONNA BE SAMPLING,
THEN THAT WAS FAIRLY AUTOMATIC,
BECAUSE WE HAD TRAINED TO DO THESE VARIOUS TASKS
FOR SO LONG AND SO FREQUENTLY.
Narrator: SCHMITT AND CERNAN'S EXPLORATION
OF THE MOON'S IMPACT CRATERS USING THE LRV
PROVIDES ASTRONOMERS WITH VITAL INSIGHTS
INTO THE HISTORY OF OUR PLANET'S CLOSEST COSMIC NEIGHBOR.
Schmitt: IT TURNS OUT MOST OF THAT CRATER IN HISTORY
OCCURRED A LONG TIME AGO -- BILLIONS OF YEARS AGO.
AND WITH THAT KNOWLEDGE, WE REALIZED THAT
THE MOON WAS RECORDING THE HISTORY OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM.

Celtic news: Scott Brown reveals why Dedryck Boyata was recalled - Duration: 3:26.
The Belgian has been expected to leave Parkhead in recent weeks after a wealth of interest from England, Spain and Turkey this summer
Boyata had not featured for Celtic since returning from the World Cup, claiming he was not fit enough to be included in Rodgers' first-team squad
However, the former Manchester City defender started against Hamilton, before scoring the only goal of the game to get the Hoops back on track
And skipper Brown admits Boyata and Rodgers have cleared the air in recent days. "What's said at Celtic Park and Lennoxtown stays at Celtic Park and Lennoxtown," he said
"But it cleared the air. Of course it did. "We are just looking forward to Thursday now
"We want to get into the Europa League. "Then we've got a big game on Sunday before the international break
"So, they are two big games for us and we need two victories to put a smile on everybody's face
" A section of Celtic fans jeered Boyata throughout the clash on Sunday afternoon
And a banner was unfurled in one of the home stands, reading: "Boyata - not fit to wear the jersey
" But Brown refused to be drawn on the supporter gesture, claiming he didn't see the banner
"I didn't see it," he added. "We are all together and that's the main thing for us
"It's been a hard week for him but it's fantastic at the end of it. "He's scored the goal and got us the three points we deserved
"I'm pleased for him - it shows his character." Speaking after the clash, Hamilton captain Darian MacKinnon said: "It was a mad experience out there, with the banner and were fans booing and cheering Boyata
"Listen, nobody knows what was really going on. Boyata's a professional player, you don't know if he's been injured
"That's down to Celtic's business, obviously. "But, you saw today what a top player he is, and it was just unfortunate for us this was his first game back
"We gave it everything and we just came up short. We did well, our shape was good
The only disappointing thing was losing a goal from a set piece. If they're going to beat you then you want it to be a wonder goal
"That's the only complaint we could've had on the day."

McCain's greatest lesson was 'to forgive': Sen. Flake - Duration: 4:05.
Sen. John McCain's greatest lesson was "to forgive" and "to see the good in his opponents," said Sen
Jeff Flake of his fellow Arizona Republican, who died Saturday. Flake in an interview on "This Week" Sunday was discussing McCain's legacy with News Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos, who asked, "What was the greatest lesson you learned from him?" "Oh, to forgive," Flake said
"You know, his people talk about [how] he had a temper, he was passionate. That was certainly the case, but he would quickly forgive and move on
" McCain was able "to see the good in his opponents," Flake said. "That is something that particularly these days we could use a lot more of
That's a lesson that he taught everyone," the Arizona senator said. McCain died Saturday evening after battling an aggressive form of brain cancer, glioblastoma
He was just four days shy of his 82nd birthday. A former Vietnam War hero who spent over five years as a prisoner of war, McCain went on to serve three decades in Congress, where he gained a reputation as a maverick conservative who bucked convention
House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi on "This Week" Sunday spoke of McCain's practice of partnering with members of the opposing party to craft important legislation
"So many of our colleagues on both sides of the aisle, whether they were in complete agreement with John McCain, were all in agreement that he was formidable, had enormous integrity and was acting on behalf of our country and what he truly believed," Pelosi said
The House minority leader also said she supports Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer's proposal to rename the Russell Senate Building on Capitol Hill after McCain
That "would be a great tribute," Pelosi said. "Then for decades to come, everyone who came to Washington would know the very special place that John McCain held, has held and will continue to hold in our country
" Ret. Gen. David Petraeus on "This Week" told Stephanopoulos that McCain was "always one who felt that serving a cause larger than self was the greatest of privileges
" The general commented on McCain's commitment to U.S. military service members and veterans
"No one had the backs of America's new 'greatest generation,' those who fought the wars of the post 9/11 period, more than" McCain, Petraeus said
"No one did more to assure that they had what was needed to prevail on the battlefield
