welcome Airport CEOs in this tutorial we're going to cover the upgrades to the

baggage system we're going to cover the tilt in the conveyor belt we're going to

cover a full scanner room including the upgrades and we're going to show the

expansions in the actual cargo bay hope you enjoy the tutorial

okay welcome back April airport CEOs thank you very much for your comments

over the last couple of days it's been great as I've been going through this

series and tutorial and what I'd like to bring in now is a I guess a specific

request from someone who was watching episode 3 which was the baggage handling

system and as we know we've actually had a lot of upgrades and patches since that

was first released so Adam brown actually asked can we do a complex

baggage system and doing the new scanning upgrades so this tutorial is

about building the upgraded baggage system so to start as usual I've just

got a very simple airport so a simple airport it's got the both types of fuel

it's got one commercial and two general aviation and that's just so we can go

through the process and as you can see we've got some passengers coming in for

flights just but at this stage they're not using any baggage system at all so

as per session three for those that have watched it the first thing we need to do

obviously is to set up our baggage handling and that is already being done

the next thing I want to do is I actually want to start unlocking a

couple more things so we're actually going to unlock the conveyor belt tilt

tray and the generic baggage scanner so both of those are going to take six

hours so we'll be back in six hours okay welcome back CEOs to six hours have

passed and as you can see if I scroll down I now both have the conveyor belt

tilt tray and the generic baggage scanner but I have two more components

and now I've got the specific baggage scanner and the baggage scanning station

so as requested it was to actually demonstrate all the upgrades so what

we're actually going to do is now unlock these as well and we're going to wait

for them to finish so we can build them all at once now you don't need to build

them all at once obviously you can build an upgrade

but for the sake of this tutorial we're going to keep it simple and we're going

to wait for the six hours to to pass and then we're going to build all the

systems at once so once again I'll see you in six hours all right welcome back

airport ceos the another six hours has passed and when we scroll down we now

find we have the five systems unlocked so the basic baggage handling system the

conveyor belt tilt tray the generic baggage scanner the Pacific baggage

scanner and the baggage scanning station so therefore when we open up our items

and we scroll down to the bottom you can see the baggage belts you can see the

baggage scanner the purse if specific baggage scanner and the scanning station

you can also see the conveyor Bay cargo destroyer and obviously the baggage Bay

that was there before so now let's put it all together and we're going to use

all the features as part as the fully up first of all we'll open up the items and

we've got our actual baggage Bay we can see from the baggage bay that we can

actually make it a lot smaller than we made up even before so the first thing

we're actually going to do is just make a little six by five room so

five by six there we go and just to keep it even I'm gonna build exactly the same

on this side another little five by six

and that's just gonna keep it nice and even just need to drop a couple of doors

in there so we're just gonna put a medium-sized door here and another

little medium-sized door in the middle here and that will just help the workers

get out and help obviously the the workers get in as well so we'll build

that wait for we'll wait for both of these rooms to be built and then we'll

come straight back okay so both rooms are being built and now let's start

dropping some of the features in there so we'll go to items and the first thing

we're going to do is drop in the actual baggage Bay the same as we did in the

previous tutorial but we're just going to sit it in the in the middle and we'll

show you why in in a in a second so we'll drop that there now that that's

lined up I just want to destroy a couple of walls I'm going to destroy a wall at

the back so we can enter another one at the back and destroy this wall here

between the two rooms now let's build the conveyor belt so we'll go to the

baggage belts and you can see we've got three options we've got the over ground

under background but we've also got the tilt tree now so we won't use the tilt

tray in this case but we will use it at the end because I want to use all the

features as part of the upgrade so we'll go to the over ground belt another great

thing with the the upgrades you can see now when you're looking at the arrow

scrolling in you can actually see the arrows moving very quickly so we want in

this case here we want the arrows to be pointing up and we're going to move that

up

until we get to about here

Wolfe's we're actually here I'm actually going now just place a hole in the wall

once again and make this as simple as I can without creating more work for

myself so let's go back to the baggage belt Overground belt turned that around

so it's facing the right way make sure that it comes and knocks down the wall

so I can actually build it through the wall they don't seem to be in a rush to

knock down my wall there there we go now let's build that conveyor belt over

ground conveyor belt so you turn that around we're gonna build that in until

we get inside the room now it's a case of actually placing down your scanners

so when you zoom in you can see once again you can just see the in arrows and

the out areas so that would be placed like so then we'll grab the next item

the baggage scanner which is obviously as you said doing organics explosives

money guns and drugs and it just rotate it again and we'll place this in the

middle of the room and then we'll grab the last one which is the the scanning

station and we'll place it here and and note the scanning station actually

requires a security staff member the other two stations do not require a

security staff member and now we're going to link those up so we just grab

the overground belt again and link those up so make sure your arrows are facing

the right way link that up link that up and bring that

one down to the end so what we're actually going to do is we're going to

build the the baggage destroyer so the concept I have is I'm going to do

that bring this into the middle

downwards downwards and then down till we get to the destroyer

so now we'll actually have the baggage destroyer and we've got that component

there so we'll let them actually be built and we'll continue on with our

baggage belt so still with our Overground baggage belt we're coming

down now turning the arrows

I just don't want to do sharp turns sometimes it just doesn't work as

intended but actually with the upgrades it is definitely working a lot better so

very happy with the upgrades whilst we're building that so okay so now we've

done that let's let's build the conveyor belt all so in this case here we still

want to do some over ground so just probably - then we're actually going to

switch it to underground we're going to bring the underground all the way over

to here

all right and this is where we're going to now make our wet luggage collection

area but what I want to do is I also want to demonstrate the tilt so from the

underground we're going to get the over ground and I'm just going to do three

over ground from three over ground I'm now going to swap it and build a tilt

and what tilt does and I'll demonstrate it when it goes through it allows you to

split where the where the the luggage is going so in this case here with the tilt

I'm going to go one suitcase to the left one suitcase to the right and we'll

demonstrate that once we finished and actually set it up so let's build our

work conveyor belt we're going up

okay and then we'll match that on this side well it's not going to be perfectly

matched I can see people cringing that it's not going to be symmetrical

but for demonstration purposes it achieves what we want to do so we'll

just tidy these up we'll bring that one in there and this one down to here and

there we go so we now have the conveyor belts I can

see two bits that we've missed so we just need to make sure that we've now

connected these

and we've built so just to confirm we've now got and I'll just turn the conveyor

belts on we've got the luggage coming in from the check ins going through to the

bag scanner anything that's false will come out and I see here we've actually

potentially got an error so what we're actually going to do is just delete this

mark that for delete cuz I actually want that error to go down then if it makes

through here it goes to the specific baggage scanner and then it goes to the

the final scanner which is the look let's just have a look at the name it's

the scanning station if it all passes if it fails that then goes to the story if

it all passes then it goes to the actual conveyor belt itself so just while

that's been destroyed I'm just going to finish off the the rest so the next

thing we want to do is make sure that we've got the the roads done so we can

extend the service road now

and we want to build the service road also into the back as well and this is

makes it very easy a lot lot easier since it's had the upgrade the last

thing we want to do or not the last thing we then want to actually employ

our staff so remembering that you've got the baggage the scanning desk so you can

need one more security there so let's just order that security and whoops

applicants hire and then for the ramp agents I want to do four per site now it

was still one short so let me explain something once we set this up as well so

it's the same thing once you've set everything up you now need to connect

everything so the same as we did in version 3 so let's start off and let's

it build the area so the area of being the baggage claim so that's to find the

area and now let's link everything up so we want to connect the baggage check we

want to connect the ramp

check

okay so now let's connect the baggages you need to do it so connect connect and

let's turn and activate the baggage cube

okay we have now connected all the a little bit hard to see with that one

with the the way that it pops up but we've connected the the baggage claim to

the cargo bay we've connected the stand to the Cunard cargo bay and we've

connected each of the desks exactly the same as Version three it's just a lot

tidier so we've got a simple system going in coming through the scanner the

second scanner and then the scanner room going into a destruction Bay now I just

deleted this before so let me ask you just put that back and hopefully we can

get this one working and what I wanted to do was actually build a downward

let's see if we can get that one working

okay let's go we've got our first lot of luggage coming in for the next one let's

see if it works as intended so there you go we've got a few that are failing the

first scanner going straight into the destructor we haven't any had any fail

the second year or have any one failed the security status game

all right those that are passing and now making them away to the the baggage

cargo bay of which then the trucks will actually come and collect it as they did

before now the other thing I just want to finish off with is the actual cargo

bay itself so it automatically defaults as two agents per side as you build your

stands obviously costs more money you can simply increase the amount of agents

per side so don't forget about that place it in there and then that way you

can get all the agents you actually need I think it goes up to a maximum of eight

per side to make sure you cater for all of those scans so I'm just going to

bring it down to four I've been comfortable with four okay so now that

we've got it all set up the last thing we want to do we talked about the tilt

here so if we click right click on the tilt we've got two destination forward

and left forward and right and left and right so what we're going to do is we're

going to click left and right and what this will do is it will take the bags

and we can see the bags now and it will actually split the bag one left one

right so we'll slow that down but you can see it it's going one left one right

one left one right and that it allows you to use both baggage carousels so

final recap we've got our baggage with a tilt two carousels we have our cargo bay

that has four agents per side we've taken all the upgrades so we have the

bag scanner the bag scanner number two if we want to call it that and the

actual scan station remembering the scan station needs an extra security person

and I've got one baggage bag destroyer at this stage I haven't pushed it to the

limit so I don't know if one bag destroyer is enough for three scanners

keeping in mind that it should thin out but you know what you can easily delete

and just the ramps and actually just put in two

more baggage destroyers if it starts to actually back up so easily fixed and the

last thing we've done is obviously linked the stand to the actual cargo bay

itself now for ratios at the moment I'm using the same ratio I did in my episode

three which is for baggage carts for three stands I do get some errors of

delay but generally I can cope with four baggage carts for three stands keeping

in mind that a baggage cart you need to baggage carts for each stands inbound

and outbound so the four is sort of having a ratio that's keeping with that

so overall I hope you hopefully that's answered your question hopefully that's

Are You Profiting From Email List Building? - Duration: 15:00.

hey hey how's it going there Aaron Chen here I hope you're doing well if you're

watching this video right now today then you're probably on YouTube doing a

little bit of research on email list building okay so I'm gonna be talking

about some of the best strategies for you to build an email list how to build

a relationship with their list and how to get that email is to buy from you

that's the most important thing right hey there my name is Aaron Chen for those

who for those of you who don't know me I'm an online entrepreneur have been

online for nine years eight of those nine years they'll feel really really

miserably so I know a thing or two about you know failing and kind of hitting

roadblocks but over the last year figured some amazing things out and have

generated over a thousand sales in my business okay and one of those big kind

of shifts was understanding how to grow my list how to build a relationship with

that list and how to get them to know like and trust me so that they would

actually buy my products okay so over the next few minutes I'm gonna be

sharing some of those secrets with you alright so email list building how does

it you know all start how do you actually do it properly right so I'm

gonna start from the beginning and I'm gonna talk to you a little bit I'm just

gonna assume that you don't really know that much about you know list building

but you want to learn how to do it okay so the first thing that you need to

understand is that you must have you must must have your own capture pages

okay if you're using somebody else's capture pages you want to consider

getting your own because if you use somebody else's what what's what's gonna

tend to happen is your conversions are gonna suffer because you look like you

know thousands of other capture pages out there right so instead of using

somebody else's what you want to do is you want to use software like click

funnels for example to build your own branded capture page so that it's unique

nobody else has it and that so and what happens then is your conversion rates

your opt-in rates are not going to suffer okay so if you want to get access

to click funnels you can click in the resources section right below this video

I love it I use it for everything I use it for all my capture pages I build all

my finals out with with click funnels I build my webinar funnels all with click

funnels everything I use click funnels it's very very powerful ok the cool

thing about it too is you can split test right so you can split test you know

capture page one with capture page two and see which one's better you just have

to change one small thing and the one that wins gives you a better opt-in rate

you make that the control okay and then you now have another you know split test

that you can just keep running and see which one does better for you that's all

it is okay now what you want to do then is you want to attach your capture page

to an autoresponder okay so if you're not using an autoresponder you want to

make sure that you you know use a good autoresponder you can use very basic

ones like Aweber or get response if you're a little bit more advanced you

can use there are a lot of really really advanced ones but you know Infusionsoft

is an advanced one it's it's kind of clunky though so I would be very careful

with using Infusionsoft but first stick to a weber and get response attach it to

your capture page and then what will happen is when somebody lands on your

capture page and they want to opt-in as soon as they leave their email address

in there they get added to your autoresponder

account and then what you can do is you can set up some preset follow-up emails

that will go out to the people that opt-in exactly the same way so for

example let's just say you set up ten automated emails every single every

single person that opts in to your email list will receive exactly those 10

emails okay now the way that I would do it and this is a problem with a lot of

people that do email list building is they tend to you know they tend to slam

their email list with sales message after sales message after sales message

okay so you want to be very careful because look if someone kept selling you

stuff every single day if you know if I but if a foreign salesman or a car

salesman came and knocked on your door every single day and they knew that you

didn't like you know okay let's just say they were selling washing machines okay

and they came to your house they rang on your doorbell

you open the doorbell and say hey how's it going Bryan my name is Erin and I'm

here to sell your washing machine and you're like no thank you

interested in washing machines you close the door the next day same guy came as

it rings on the doorbell you open it and it's it's like hey hey Brian its Aaron

and I'm here to sell you another washing machine it's a different version this

one's a Dyson yesterday was a Toshiba right you're gonna be like no thank you

Aaron I'm kind of you know I'm not interested in washing machine third day

comes around same thing happens you get the idea right what's gonna happen

you're gonna get really really sick of Aaron the washing machine salesman right

well that's exactly what people are doing online instead of building a

relationship with their list they're just literally slamming their lists with

the same offer every single day basically an email comes in and says hey

you want to learn how to make $5,000 click here day number two an email comes

in says hey you want to learn how to make $500 a day click here right so

you're it's the same sales message that leads to the same sales page and people

get sick of that kind of message okay so make sure you're not doing that here's a

strategy that you can try instead okay set up a series of seven emails in your

autoresponder first two emails need to introduce yourself and yes talk about

the opportunity that the person had opted in for for the first place so for

example if you're selling some sort of network marketing opportunity okay or an

internet marketing business opportunity the first two emails want to talk about

you know exactly you want to remind the person hey you know thanks for opting in

to my page really appreciate it I just wanted to let you know that you know you

can in order for you to get access to what you what you opted in for in the

first place you can get access to it right here by clicking here okay so you

just kind of like remind them you show them what they opted in for lead them

back to the page day number two you kind of do the same thing say hey it's a it's

Erin again you know hope you're well thanks for checking on my stuff

yesterday just in case you missed it remember that you opted in for the

system that actually teaches you how to become a very very powerful affiliate

marketer I personally made ten thousand dollars last month with it here's access

to it again and then you leave the link that's day number two okay from day

number three onwards to day number eight or day number seven what you want to do

instead is you want to you want to add lots of value okay so instead of just

sending them directly to the sales page for the opportunity you want to create

some sort of video series like this okay just grab your iPhone camera app grab

your Samsung camera and make a series of five four or five videos where you're

adding value and you're teaching your prospects something about that business

opportunity all about that topic that they opted in for so for example if

you're teaching someone how to build a business online you want to break up

five crucial steps that you can teach them over five days and each day you

teach them something very very important right about that particular thing and

maybe you create a video that lasts five to ten minutes that's all you have to do

very very simple right so maybe on day one you teach them how to build an email

list and then you record a video and you say hey listen if you want to build a

successful business online I want to talk to you about how to build a very

powerful email list and this is how you do it and you give them you know maybe

two or three strategies and then say hey listen I hope you enjoyed this video you

know I just gave you two or three strategies that you can use today to

build a very powerful email list to build a great relationship with your

list and if you want to learn how I was really able to do that and if you really

want to learn how to build you know a powerful business online I want to show

you how to do that all you have to do is click on the link right below and you're

your stuff it's very important that you know it looks like you're a real person

and it looks like it's full so in this video I'm gonna talk about having a

really really good profile and a good profile starts with having a very good

profile picture okay so the kind of picture that you want blah blah blah

blah blah blah all that kind of stuff okay so after you teach that then you

say again you kind of link it back to your product so you could say something

okay so first two days promote the product directly next five days you want

to add some value and then link them back to the product okay now so you've

got a seven day promotion what do you do after day seven well what I would do is

I would blast your entire email list once every two to three days okay don't

email them every single day because if you email them every single day you're

just gonna get annoying okay and what's gonna happen is when you get annoying

people stop opening your emails and then you stop being you stop being effective

to your email list because imagine if you have 10,000 people on your email

list but only 1% of them opens your email does it really matter that you

have a 10,000 person email this not really right so if you've ever heard

people say the money's in the list the money's in lists that is absolute

bullshit okay the money is in the relationship that you have with that

list if you have a great relationship with that list it doesn't matter that

you you know you don't need to have a 10,000 person list all you really need

to have is a hundred person list right or a 200 a person list right because if

you had 200 people on your list but all those 200 people

love you they love your content they love your stuff and every time you send

an it an email they open every single email and they really consider the stuff

that you're selling seriously then you have a group of people that really

really love your stuff you've got you've got a group of raving fans that follow

your every word and your every lead and that's exactly what you want now how do

you do that it's all about email list building it's about cultivating that

list it's about building a relationship with that list it's about giving that

list your best stuff right so when you get to a point where you've you know

done the seven emails every two to three days instead of just selling them crap

what do you want to do is you want to sell them or send them sorry valuable

content okay so grab your camera or you know grab out your best email and create

content that would truly add value to your prospects life okay to your tribe

as you call it I'll get to your list to your to the people on your list right

remember that behind every email is a living breathing human being okay so if

you treat them like a real person then they're gonna reciprocate like a real

person if you just treat them like a number like an email address right then

then obviously they're gonna stop opening your emails and you may as well

just delete your entire list because it's not gonna be that valuable anymore

okay so all you do is is you blast out are

you do a broadcast okay through get response or Aweber and you create a

little video you think about a topic that you think will give them lots of

value for that day okay record a five to ten fifteen minute

video give them that value and say hey listen you know if you want to check out

what I'm doing right now you can click on the link below or you don't even ask

them to click on anything you know some days you just give them a real value and

you say hey look listen this is something that I've learned over the

last nine years this is something I learned over the last you know month

I've put in a lot of money into it I don't want you to fail as well so make

sure you you know avoid this this step and you know here's what happened and

here's what I did take this information and do what you want with it you know

this is our intense signing up blah blah whatever right

don't even ask them to click on anything and that is how you gain

you know that's how you you get people to to know like and trust you okay so

that is some email you know that is some list email list building strategies okay

First thing you should do is just send out a company-wide email to all of your

email. And then see what kind of responses you get and... what I would

guess, is that there's gonna be all these people who work for you that come out of

the woodwork and say "I've been looking at blockchain for years, and I think it's

interesting" and they're already thinking about use cases that would be applicable

in their line of work. So one is send out that company-wide email and just

see who in the company is already thinking about this. Two: The people who

are likely to respond to that email are probably going to be younger people. The

millennial generation is very tech-forward. We were born with cell phones,

smart phones like glued to our hands and we're already thinking about FinTech and we've been

just more accustomed to that. So it's gonna be younger people that might have

some of the best ideas in your company, but they may be junior level employees.

So give them a safe place and give them a voice, empower them and give them the

opportunity to share their thoughts with you in the leadership of the company.

Three would be have a dedicated budget for your blockchain practice. Typically

these are organized under the CIO or the CTOs office. This should be a serious

effort. And then Four: In terms of setting up your blockchain practice and types of

employees and executives who are going to be a part of us, it should be across

the firm. So you can't just have technologists you need lawyers involved.

You need business development people involved. So it should include people

with an expertise from around the entire organization.
