Top 10 Scary Disney Dark Origins - Duration: 9:11.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing channel on the internet.

I am your host Rebecca Felgate and today we are back at it again with the Disney, only

this time we are talking the dark origins behind the stories you know and love – the

movies that raised you as a child… because guess what…at their very core…some of

them are horribly messed up!

10 - Hercules Ah….

I should have known.

Anything from ancient Greek Mythology isn't going to have a happy ending….or in most

cases… be safe for work!

In the movie, Hercules is indeed the son of god and he does indeed fight Hades and win

the affections of Megara…..

He is hailed a hero at Mount Olympus….

These things do happen in the origin story… buttt Hecules is a child of rape – Zeus

tricked his mum into sleeping with him.

Hercules marries Meg by force, who later ends up going mad and brutally slaughtering all

of their children.

Rightio then.

9 - The Little Mermaid Ariel the Little Mermaid….

What a great movie.

I loved pretending to be a mermaid every time I went to the swimming pool with my mum!

I'd always make her pretend to be Ursula the sea witch….. and what fun we would have.

I loved the Little Mermaid but I never thought it had a particularly happy ending….

Ariel has to give up being a mermaid and has to live among people that aren't her friends

and family.

They can visit though, so I guess it's cool.

WELL in the origin story by the infamous Hans Christian Anderson, who you will be hearing

about lots on this list – things are far far far worse.

As in….

our mate Ariel ends up turning to sea foam instead.

In the original, the Mermaid is indeed a princess and who bargain with a sea witch in exchange

for legs so she can meet a human she rescued.

The only thing is, in the origin every time she walks using these legs she feels excruciating

pain, as if she is walking on knives.

Throughout the story her feet bleed regularly.

She is told if she doesn't secure the love of the prince, she will die.

She meets the prince – who asks her to dance for him, which she does even though it is

agony and it makes her bleed.

How does he repay her?

He falls in love with someone else, breaking her heart.

Her mermaid sisters sell their hair to the sea witch for a knife that offers the mermaid

a way out.

If she kills the prince and drips his blood on her legs, she can end her pain and become

a mermaid again.

Sadly for her, she loves him too much and instead, as the witch promised, she dies.

Lovely.

8 The Princess and the Frog Okay, sure, anything wherein a human and a

frog fall in love probably has a dodgy back story.

In the very earliest version of the Princess and the Frog, the frog king, the curse is

broken when the frog is thrown against a wall.

In one origin version his head is chopped off and his skin is burned.

Poor frog.

7 Cinderella The good news is that Cinderella and the Prince

DO live happily ever after in the origin story of Cinderella.,… the bad news is that there

is a lot of body mutilation going on there.

When the prince finds the slipper in the original tale, her sisters still try and make it fit

them… but they take more extreme measures.

They cut off parts of their feet – one the toes and the other the heel.

The glass slipper is tarnished with blood.

6 - Frozen Frozen is based on good old Hans Christian

Andersons The Snow Queen.

Elsa, as we know, has the ability to freeze things using just her hands and can be a bit…..

shirty.

She keeps herself away from others by building an ice castle…..she ….ICEOLATEs… herself.

Anyway originally the Snow Queen bewitches a man called Kai to love her by placing a

piece of a trolls mirror in his eye and heart.

She makes him cruel and emotionless and reject his previous girlfriend.

5 Pocahontas Pocahontas is a real character in history

– so is one of the few Disney films based on fact.

In the movie, Pocahontas finds love with John Smith.

In reality, John Smith was settler who established James Town – and when we say established

you can bet there was a lot of violence and blood shed there.

Pocahontas did rescue John Smith from being murdered by her father, but she was only 11

years old at the time.

She married Kocoum but he was murdered, leaving her with two kids to raise on her own.

She was then abused by English settlers, her name was changed to Rebecca and she was forcibly

wed to a tobacco farmer named John Rolfe.

She died young in her early 20s.

4 Sleeping Beauty I loved Sleeping Beauty as a kid.

I used to lay down in the middle of the supermarket and pretend I was sleeping beauty and I wouldn't

get up till my mum kissed me.

Buuuut the origin story is totally messed up.

Yeah, Sleeping beauty is a Princess, and yes she is cursed by an evil witch….

But she doesn't prick her finger, she gets a poisoned flax seed stuck in it.

She is enshrined as she sleeps in a mausoleum, and one day a king from another kingdom finds

her.

He rapes her corpse then leaves her.

She then gives birth, and fairies look after her babies, until one day, one of her babies

sucks the flax out from her fingernail and she wakes up.

She names her kids sun and moon as they, like the celestial bodies, are a mystery to her.

The rapey and much older king returns to find her awake an they fall in love… only problem

he has a wife.

His wife then orders her chef to cook her husbands kids and kill the mistress, but he

manages to kill her first.

The King, sleeping beauty, sun and moon live happily ever after.

Shame about all the murder and rape, ehy!

3 The Hunchback of Notre Dame The Hunchback of Notredme is based on the

tale of Quasimode originally created by Victor Hugo, the writer of Les Miserables.

In the movie, Qusi falls in love with a gypsy girl and saves her from being executed in

a church.

In the novel he fails to save her and watches her as she hangs.

He then is so upset that he sits at her graveside until he starves to death…literal death.

It has a scary poetic ending though, their skeletons are found some years later and when

the finder tries to separate them, they turn to dust.

2 - The Jungle book The Junglebook is already pretty dark when

you factor in Mowgli being abandoned by his parents and the whole scary tiger thing…

but the origin was even worse.

In the origin Mowgli kills the tiger Shere Khan, then finds his parents who have been

captured by a village of farmers.

Will the help of animals on a rampage, he kills everyone and destroys the whole village.

Mowgli.

1 - Mulan Disney's Mulan was released in 1998 but

it is actually based on a Chinese tale – a myth about Fa Mulan or Hua Mulan.

In the movie we know that the titular character joins the Chinese army and pretends to be

a man in order to fight the huns.

Well this happens in the origin story too, but things don't end so well.

Mulan loses the war and is captured by the enemy Khan who tried to make her his sex slave.

She escapes but when she returns home, she finds her father is dead and her mother has

remarried.

Mulan then decides enough is enough and kills herself.

Not quite the Disney ending.

Blimey what an adventure.

A scary scary adventure.

Hands up if you will look at Disney differently in the future.

Why were these fairytales so grim!

Grammy-nominated Margo Price explores the dark side of country music - Duration: 4:35.

JUDY WOODRUFF: And, finally, another in our occasional series called My Music, where singers

and musicians talk about their work, their influences and the art of their craft.

If you haven't already heard of her, let's introduce Margo Price.

She's up for a Grammy for best new artist next month.

The 35-year-old country musician is making waves with songs about the beauty and struggles

of rural America and about her own issues with alcohol, loss, and trying to make it

in Nashville.

She's also been outspoken on issues of gender equality and gun control.

Price sat down with the "NewsHour" recently show at Washington, D.C.'s 9:30 Club.

Here's a listen.

MARGO PRICE, Musician: When I first moved to Nashville, I didn't have a lot of life

experiences.

And the kind of country music that I like has always been about the struggle and the

darker sides of things, divorce and drinking and the sad side of life.

So, eventually, that's what my life became, for better or worse.

My name is Margo Price, and I'm a singer-songwriter living in Nashville, Tennessee.

My first album, "Midwest Farmer's Daughter," was kind of the honest glimpse of everything

that had happened since I had moved to Nashville, just struggling in the music business, and

drinking too much, and running around with the wrong type of people.

I just was pretty unafraid to talk about my struggles at that point, and wasn't afraid

to be self-deprecating and honest about my hardships.

And I think people love an underdog.

We wrote the second album kind of when we were on the road touring "Midwest Farmer's

Daughter."

And we were seeing a lot of America.

And I definitely had done a good amount of introspective writing about myself.

And so we thought it was a good idea to kind of look at what was going on in our country.

We just wanted to show working-class America.

We just wanted to show the everyday people who are really making this country run.

And, many times, they're struggling.

Oddly enough, we wrote that song during the Obama administration, and we recorded it prior

to the election.

And -- but they were campaigning at that time.

And I was already starting to see a lot of division.

I think, definitely, the song had new meaning post-election.

And I have changed some of the lyrics when we do it live.

I hope that we can preserve what we have here and keep our country beautiful.

(SINGING)

JUDY WOODRUFF: Lovely.

Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen Announced for Switch & New Bravely Default Game CONFIRMED in Development! - Duration: 11:09.

Yo what's good everyone Oh J here welcome back to another video today

great information like always let's go ahead and get right into it and we're

starting off with a out-of-nowhere announcement for Dragon's Dogma dark

horizon on the Nintendo switch so Dragon's Dogma dark horizon is

officially coming to the intended switch on April 23rd for $29.99 publisher and

developer Capcom has announced on the action RPG first launched back for the

PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 in April 2013 followed by the PC in January 2016

and the PlayStation 4 on the Xbox one in October 2017 so not too much longer

after it originally some PlayStation 3 right guys no joking on that one well

let's go ahead and get into some more of the key features of the switch version

of the game and of course if you want the full overview of Dragon's Dogma you

can check that out link in the description below but essentially this

is a huge action RPG that I remember back playing it on the PSP released seen

the trailer I played the game originally cuz there was a demo for it but man the

trailer just blew me away back when I first saw so let's get into the key

features for the switch version of the game dynamic combat experience cut off

the foreheads of a Hydra climb atop Griffin's and fight airborne or defeat

dragons and other creatures by finding out their weaknesses tons of content

includes all previously released extra content DLC and the dark horizon

expansion content which is the highly praised combat experience and rich

customization plus a huge underground realm to explore with terrifying

monsters customisation options galore 9 different vocations for players to

choose from with a variety of skill and magic options for each armor that can be

upgraded and enhanced plus pawn companions that can be trained to fit

your desired combat style adapted user interface revamped user interface offers

improved screen visibility online functionality the iconic pawn system

comes to and endow switch with online sharing abilities between tendo accounts

and of course a Nintendo switch online membership is not required for the

online features there's also play anywhere for the first time Dragon's

Dogma can be played on the go using the no switches systems handheld or tablet

mode so you guys are checking out the trailer as well here or maybe not

because Capcom gets kind of crazy with trailers and everything but overall this

is fantastic to see a game of this caliber called the Nintendo switch and

like I was talking about before guys we're going to see a lot of different

third-party announcements and a lot of seventh gen kind of rerelease

announcements on the Nintendo switch this year last year was pretty good for

that along with new stuff like Valkyria Chronicles 4 but I think this year we're

going to see a lot more because companies saw what went down last year

with the switch and the sales of the system and they're gonna be bringing

floods of games to it or whatever games they can bring over I think Dragon's

Dogma is one of those games that people didn't expect just because it's kind of

old it originally released back on the PlayStation 3 but it's still a very good

game and over the course of its years it's had a lot of expansions updates and

everything and we're getting the best version of that and now anywhere that we

want Dragon's Dogma is one of those games that I never finished I actually

had it on the ps3 and then I don't know where that company I think I sold it

back then and then I got it on the Xbox 360 and I got maybe about a quarter of

the way through I just didn't do everything so for me this is definitely

gonna be a no-brainer purchase definitely picking up this game it's a

lot of fun to play a little weird when you first start playing it because it

doesn't control and kind of operate like a lot of Japanese RPGs out there but

once you get the hang of it it's actually a ton of fun so I highly

recommend it we don't know if there's gonna be a physical version of the game

or if it's just gonna be digital Capcom did it say I'm hoping that capcom

doesn't cheap out and make the game physical completely physical as an all

on the same cartridge yes because Skyrim was all on one cartridge so I do for

that this game can fit all on one cartridge as well so I'm hoping they do

that but you guys know how Capcom is so we'll have to wait and see but either

way I'm gonna be picking it up on the switch because this game is really good

and I do want to actually finish it one of these days so what do you guys think

about Dragon's Dogma coming over to Nintendo's switch let me know your

thoughts in the comment section below alright now moving on to the next topic

here we have a reconfirmation that a brand new bravely default game is in

production so that is something that we did talk about earlier before about

bravely default because they've been teasing bravely default mole

full times on the Twitter account we got the idea joy Khan's we got the bravely

default with the octopod traveler how the shadow was kind of showing that on

top of that we also have them saying with the new year's resolutions that a

2019 we want to do new games and the octo path and bravely series so we

already know but now we have a direct confirmation according to the official

Twitter account saying that yes a new game is in development not that we want

to do a new game but a new game is in development we don't know platforms and

there isn't any details at this point but at the same time I can guess ok or

if I was a betting person I'm not but if I was a betting person then I would

definitely say that this game is going to be on the Nintendo switch and it's

probably going to be an exclusive because Nintendo's going to be helping

out with publishing or development but we have to wait and see on that but

bravely default is one of those games probably I'm most excited to play or at

least see because of the art style right off the bat traveller has this really

cool retro art style but bravely default had this like chibi slash cel-shaded I'm

not really sure what the art style is I'm not exactly sure the style what they

use but either way it was really cool and I think that if you can adapt that

art style to where the models are bigger and you have a system that's more

powerful like the Nintendo switch because the 3ds obviously they made some

concessions just because of how it is I can only imagine what they're gonna be

able to do with that type of look of bravely default and the gameplay that is

what makes the bravely default better than so many RPGs out there is the

gameplay the class system everything that you can do so adapting that to the

Nintendo switch anywhere that you want is just something that's going to be

really good and also being able to play on the TV there were times that you know

bravely default it would have been nice to kind of play on the big screen and

everything but the graphics obviously 3ds resolution wouldn't have looked good

but on the switch really they can kind of just do whatever they want when

you're going from 3 yes the Nintendo switch so I'm excited to see what they

have for us and I think that maybe we get an announcement of a new bravely

default game at a Nintendo Direct maybe not this one here but maybe we see it at

e3 or a Nintendo Direct or an event at the end of the year from Square Enix so

yes definitely excited for this off the path was last year

this is the year that we see bravely default so what do you guys think about

bravely default the Twitter account confirming that there's a new gaming

development what would you like to see new out of the series or what would you

like to see them add into a switch version of a bravely default game and it

does seem like it's going to be a new game release not like a remake of the

original or anything like that so let me know you guys have thoughts in the

comment section below alright I'm moving on to the final topic

here we've got a brand new demo that's coming to resin e evil - it's called the

one-shot demo and it launches on January 11th with some stipulations so Capcom

will release a limited time one-shot demo for the Resident Evil 2 remake for

PlayStation 4 Xbox one and PC via Steam on January 11th which will be available

to download until January 31st the company has announced here's an overview

from Capcom so aptly named the one-shot demo players must take on the challenge

of surviving the horrors of Raccoon City in just 30 minutes if players complete

the mission objective under 30 minutes they can restart the mission until they

use up their full time if players succumb to the zombies during their 30

minutes they can continue any number of times until the full 30 minutes has been

reached the end of the demo reveals a brand new cinematic trailer exclusive to

demo participants while players cannot restart the playable demo after their

time is up there are no limitations to how many times the trailer can be viewed

in the one-shot demo players step into the boots of rookie police officer Leon

s Kennedy my favorites Resident Evil character as he arrives at Raccoon City

police station in the ultimate worst first day on the job

Leon must survive vicious zombies and solve puzzles to find safe passage out

of the station with an entire building of flesh-eating nightmares lurking

between Leon and his escape while the clock ticks down players need to be sure

they're killing more than just time now so Resident Evil 2 is due out for the

ps4 Xbox one PC on January 25th and you guys might or might not be checking out

this chair here because once again Capcom gets crazy with these trailers

and copyrights and all that but either way I am really excited about this

one shot demo I think it'd be pretty cool to stream to see what we can get

through and then at the end I'll watch the trailer once it's out so I'll

definitely be downloading and streaming this one shot demo I'm a huge Resident

Evil fan I love the New Age and I mean that as in like the Resident Evil 4 and

up games I've played all the classic ones and those are great but Resident

Evil 2 is the game that I wanted them to remake probably more than any other

Resident Evil game out there because it features Leon s Kennedy who is my

favorite resident evil character because of Resident Evil 4 that's my favorite

Resident Evil game of all time but man the way that this game is looking this

is looking like it's going to be my favorite Resident Evil game of all time

and a contender for game of the year for sure because it is just looking great

what they're doing the graphics the Xbox one X I'm gonna be playing it on there

I've talked about how I feel about the behind the back third-person view as

like you're shooting I thought that's the best way to experience Resident Evil

because it gives you that scope of being able to shoot but then also being able

to see your surroundings and your character and that's what Resident

Evil's about it's about the characters not only just the horror or whatever the

case is or the shooting but about the characters and how they're animated and

their facial expressions and as you see them as they get like chainsawed or

something like that or as they're getting bitten

that's what Resident Evil's always been about so when you put it in first-person

it just takes away that type of feeling to me in terms of how Resident Evil's

always been which is a third-person game which is why I'm a lot more excited for

this game than like let's say Resident Evil 7 so awesome to see what they're

doing here with this game this is one shot demo the beat a bit stingy with it

right giving you one shot and building the gimmick around it but hey it is what

it is they don't have to release a demo also what do you guys think about this

one-shot demo for Resident Evil 2 will you be trying it out before the game

launches on January 25th let me know your thoughts in the comment section

The Scream: Dark secrets of Edvard Munch's mysterious artwork - revealed - Duration: 6:42.

It is one of the most iconic images in art – described as the Mona Lisa of its time.

But Edvard Munch's painting, The Scream, is also one of the most disturbing and enduringly mysterious.

Painted by the Norwegian expressionist artist in 1893, it shows a man walking across a bridge at sunset, holding his head in his hands with a tortured look of horror.

The haunting image has been copied and parodied on everything from t-shirts, socks, napkins and The Simpsons.

But now the dark secrets of The Scream are set to be revealed in a new exhibition at the British Museum in London.

The painting will go on display in April and curator Giulia Bartrum says: "We hope to lift the veil on the deeply personal and emotional artworks of the man behind The Scream."

But to get you in the mood, here are a few fascinating facts about the artwork...

Famous Van Gogh paintings stolen from museum by 'Napoli mafia' 14 years ago recovered by police

Norwegian painter Munch in 1892 (Image: Getty)

1) The Scream isn't one piece, but four

Munch also created versions in crayon, pastels and a black and white lithograph.

2) It may have been based on a Peruvian mummy

Around the time it was painted, the mummified figure of a Chachapoyas warrior was discovered near the Utcubamba River in Peru. With hands cemented in place on either side of a mouth open in an apparent shriek, the mummy bears a striking resemblance to Munch's screamer.

Art historian Robert Rosenblum posited Munch found inspiration in the mummy while it was on display at an exhibition in Paris.

The painting inspired the Wes Craven film of the same name

3) It inspired the mask of Wes Craven's Scream killer

The director of the hit slasher movie franchise counts The Scream as one of his favourite works of art, and has said, "It's a classic reference to just the pure horror of parts of the 20th century, or perhaps just human existence."

The famous mask from the hit movie franchise

4) It might be about suicide

It was painted when Munch was broke, heartbroken at a failed love affair, and fearful of developing the mental illness that ran in his family. The bridge depicted overlooked a fjord in Oslo and was a known suicide spot – within earshot of a slaughterhouse and a mental asylum where Munch's schizophrenic sister resided.

5) The Scream influenced Doctor Who

In the 2011 series, the Doctor first faced off against universe threatening aliens known as the Silence. Executive producer Steven Moffat confessed the look of these terrifying creators was inspired in part by Munch's Scream.

The Silence in Doctor Who were also inspired by the painting

6) It's been stolen twice

The first theft happened on the opening day of the 1994 Winter Olympics opened in Lillehammer. Bandits placed a ladder up to the window of the National Gallery in Oslo, slunk inside, and made off with the painting. They were so pleased with the ease of this crime that they added insult to robbery, leaving a note that read, "Thanks for the poor security." Thankfully, the painting was recovered within three months.

The painting has been stolen from Oslo twice

Armed gunmen stole it again in 2004.

In a daring daylight heist, two masked men rushed into Oslo's Munch Museum and made off with The Scream and Madonna. By May of 2006, three men had been convicted for the theft. But despite the city of Oslo offering a massive reward, the paintings remained missing.

7) M&Ms were used as a bargaining tool

In August 2006, Mars, Inc. became involved in the recovery efforts – as a marketing ploy to promote the brand's new dark chocolate M&Ms. Along with an ad that featured the red M&M playing hopscotch within the iconic painting, Mars offered up the sweet reward.

Just a few days after the promotion started, a convict revealed the whereabouts of the missing paintings during a plea deal, asking for conjugal visits and the 2.2 tons of candy. However, Mars decided if anyone would get the prize, it should be the Norwegian authorities who collared the many in the first place. The police decided it would be best if the cash went to the Munch Museum.

8) We may be scientifically wired to respond to The Scream

Studies performed by Harvard neurobiology professor Margaret Livingstone on macaque monkeys show that the brain is more likely to respond to faces that are exaggerated, like The Scream's distended mouth. Livingstone offers, "That's why I think a caricature of an emotion works so well. It's what our nerve cells are tuned to."

Luke! Use The Torch! | Dark Souls 2 (part 14) - Duration: 17:42.

Ah!

Is somebody offering their services?

"TimelyOrange01"

I think I'm gonna try this area on my own right now

Fucker

Of course you had to stumble

Ooh shit!

Almost stepped off the edge there

I find myself having to press the heal button

Multiple times before it picks up on it

And that is not good

Not good at all

This was fairly old when I picked it up

When I picked the system up it was 8-9 years ago

"Torch required ahead"

Is there an area here?

Says "torch required ahead", but...

"Boss ahead, in short try backstepping"

So that... probably is a boss door, then

If I am to believe the masses

Rude

A frigging crossbow

I thought it was a trap

"Manikin Mask"

"Head, therefore enemy?"

Ooh, there's a bonfi-

Oh, I... wait

A bonfire...

I thought it was...

Okay, there's a new bonfire

I want it

Bunch of summon signs here

"dato001"

Nope, didn-

Ahh, I didn't wanna do that

Oh there's not a boss!

>:(

It's just a bonfire!

This is a weird place

Why?

I feel like...

It should be more li-

Oh god damn it

I feel like it should be more linear

Or less linear, than it is

But I don't know

It actually comes across as quite linear

What the fuck is comi-

Oh, the people in the hallway

Was it you?

Probably you

Okay now it's starting to branch out

Uhh

"Be wary of dark"

Sup?

"Does not open"

Okay?

There's more bloodstains...

Holy shhhit!

What do you WANT?

You can go fuck yourself

Yeah, no

The bloodstains are probably people

Dumbly trying to jump across that gap

That's like four times as big as it can be

Oh, fuck!

Nope!

Gotta get the fuck out of here real quick

Jesus

Can I help you?

Hah!

I don't know how you're dead already, but...

...I appreciate it

Fuck

Oh, motherfucker

Get out of here

Okay, what's this

Oh, right next to this

Fucker

Looks like a secret passage

Apparently it's not

Okay

"Dusk Herb"

Sure

Uhh... is this a platforming puzzle?

That can't be...

Doesn't sound like Dark Souls at all

Fuck!

I'm switching to Lifegems

(laughs) Because I ran out of Estus

Oookay...

Where the fuck am I now...?

Okay, I know where I am

I don't...

I don't know how to get over here

I assume those are big, painful blades

That are gonna cut my face

If I even try that shit

But, I might be able to jump it!

Ohoo!

Nice!

Aw, motherfucker

I don't know where I am...

I may have been poisoned, but...

Oh, god damnit!

You guys love to team up on me

Get over here

Okay, this-

Fuck!

(exasperated sigh)

Catch me not-ready

Heh

Alright

NOW I'm ready

Got me anyway

Nothing up there

Interesting-looking door here

Swamp

Yuck

Jesus

Motherfucker!

(laughs) "Dark Spirit ahead"

Thanks

Oh, these fucking pots

"Illusion then bonfire ahead"

Oh thank god

When they put illusions in front of bonfires...

...It's just rude

"Illusion then bonfire..."

Oh, another one!

I clicked it but I didn't expect anything to happen

"Petrified Something"

Umm, so...

I'm right above what looks like a boss door

Which is a frigging great spot for a bonfire

Hahah!

Awesome

"Mytha, the Ban-"

Oh shit

Oh wonderful

Poisoned RIGHT away

Sh.. She's holding her own head in her hand

Kinda creepy

So I think what I'm gonna try to do

Is keep...

...LifeGem active

If that's even possible

It's probably not possible

Fuck off

Christ

Okay, so she's...

Almost definitely invulnerable to that

Oh, what...?

OH you cunt!

Yeah, she's almost definitely fucking...

Get in there, get in there!

Oh, you fucking cunt

GO

OH well

Let's just waste another Radiant fucking LifeGem, too

And another item for max health

Again, the problem with being used to Dark Souls 1

Where as soon as you start walking through that gate

You are invincible

WHY are you waiting!?

All of these plans that I have...

...the scheming that I do...

...It all takes so fucking long

Did I get a hit in...?

Awesome

Fuck sake's

Get OUT of here

(laughs) Oh my god

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say

She's a [Primal] Boss in this game

Because holy shit

She is fucking nearly impossible to hit

And she appears to be healing herself!

Because that's what I need

She absorbed health from me...?

Get going, get-

Now I can see why there was so much help

Offered on the lower levels

I doubled the size of my roll

Why is her health so low?

Jesus

Oh, I thought that would help for some reason

Get going

Think you can come help me?

Fuck sake's

(sighs)

There she is

Holy fuck

She's dead already

I mean, I guess you get what you get

She's healing too fast for me to do anything

Even when I get good damage in

So I wonder...

...If there's a different way to do it

I don't really see anything

So I'm gonna look it up

"You can follow a small ledge"

"To reach the windmill shaft"

"If you use a torch to catch it on fire"

"There's no more poison"

I have no idea how the fuck anyone

Could have figured that out

"Afterward, return to the boss"

"You'll find her much easier to take care of"

Okay so there's definitely a different way

To do this fight

How the hell would anybody know to do that?

The thing doesn't even look like it's made of wood

It looks like it's made out of stone

And the rest of it's plated

Hello, boys!

Yep, take a good chunk of my health

Pay the tax men

Oh yeah

Oh I'm glad I took care of the poison shit

My sword is able to do something

That's nice

That's my girl

Okay, so you're s-

Yep, finish your-

DRINK IT

(sighs)

Okay, so...

She can still heal

She just uses the outer rim

Fucker

Gets me every time

Get the fuck out of there

Get OUT!

Down you go

"Victory Achieved"

I don't...

...feel like-

OH FUCK

(laughs) Hi, boys!

Didn't like being left out in the cold, yeah?

Oh, no more Estus

That sucks

Sooo, let's get the fuck out of here, with...

...28,000 souls

And I don't feel like she was a...

...a Primal [Boss]

Because it said "Victory Achieved"

Instead of "Great Souls [Embraced]"

And she only gave me 28,000 souls

Which I'm going to use now
