MUELLER GOT SERVED, DARK SECRET EXPOSED
in the crosshairs of Robert Muller's Russia investigation firing back with a federal lawsuit
tonight jerome corsi is now accusing the special counsel of illegally
searching his phone records and leaking grand jury information and
it's not just Muller mr. korsky is also targeting the Justice Department the FBI the NSA and
the CIA and he's demanding 350 million dollars in damages joining me
right now the man behind this lawsuit jerome corsi
my goodness is there anyone I forgot you got a case thank you a lot of agencies are going
after right now but you're pretty angry walk me through it what you're
complaining of here in this in this complaint regarding illegal and
unconstitutional surveillance well I think the first of all I've been through a vicious
experience and Mueller is still I think vindictively now wanting to
indict me I still don't know if they won't indict me in Christmas day they
could walk in and take me away and into Washington DC and under non handcuffs so this seems right
you for well they the only I've never committed a crime in my life
the only crime I committed was forgetting and you know Mueller I'm
eviler and suddenly I'm a criminal the only thing I could the only crime I committed is
speaking to Mueller I haven't as much as a parking ticket on my
record it's a horrifying experience and this lawsuit retaliates it does let
let let's back up for a moment just so the viewer has a full sense of what is exactly
happening here basically the feds are saying that you knew that Podesta's
emails were going to get leaked before anyone else did and
they're alleging that somehow you knew this because you had contact with Julian Assange
WikiLeaks and the Russians right they the whole purpose of the investigation
I think really an inquisition I mean that this was six
sessions forty hours over two months of angry prosecutors who got increasingly angry I never
met Julian Assange I have no contact with him no intermediary I figured
out in July and August when I was in Italy with my wife
25th wedding anniversary that Assange had Podesta's emails how did you figure that out
Jerome well I had very excellent intelligence background on the way
the Democrats created their computer system on July 22nd 2016 when Julian
Assange release all the forty thousand emails on debbie Wasserman Schultz I knew they came
out of the Democratic National Committee's email server and Podesta's
emails were missing well whoever got into that server had the
seat Podesta's emails and I was sure they were taken as well I was sure those were the
ones that were being reserved for knocked-over surprise and it went our
our our I've you know it was Assange stolen Assange stone and it was like a
the most incredible thing I've ever seen you said him on our team I I figured this out
and you walk them through your logic yes which they said we don't want to
hear your logic we don't want to hear your NER is we don't this was anything I
had to say that was contrary to Mueller's preconceived notion they didn't want to hear
and they made it a horror show for me with this aaden's think
binder they had that had my name on it they would let me see what's in it there's
all the research they had on me I went in to cooperate I gave them my
computer's my time machine my cell phone and said I find myself in this Inquisition that
was worthy of the Communist Chinese I felt like a American prisoner
in the Korean War you're there to cooperate they say well
you don't have the answer we want so so they don't believe you dr. Corsi it's impossible
that you figured this out GD really ridiculed me she said doctor course
you're asking us to believe that this is one of the attorneys one of the one
of the special prosecutors that one of those represented Hillary or email cases
daughter Clinton Foundation she says you're asking us to believe that on
this trip to Italy with your wife and family for your 25th wedding anniversary you had
divine inspiration and by a miracle God told you that it'll Podesta's
emails or what Assange has I said you know miss miss
Rick I'll firm Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior and I that's a very serious
issue to mean if you want to ridicule God go ahead but I'm telling you
that I did deduce this I connected the dots they didn't have any source
well that's where the prosecutors blew this up and you know a completely decided at this
point I was going to be a criminal so they got it so is interrogated
who said this what did this person say what does this person think
what and my attorney and I said my memory I don't have a memory of my emails I don't
have a memory of conversations I'm not a human tape recorder
you can't punch a button now get me to record a conversation from
2006 then they got you on those sort of technicalities where your dates well then let me amend my
testimony over and over again and then they finally said you
know we're gonna you're lied to it's in fact coming back the second round
builds on ski another one the prosecutors says to me dr. Corsi when you're gonna quit
lying to us so so walk me through this lawsuit so you're saying okay
guys now I'm not taking your plea deal and by the way I'm turning around
I'm suing you right because they they have violated your Fourth Amendment absolutely
I have all but whether my phone records they're asking me about phone
calls and they seem to know they're telling my attorneys they have
the contents of the phone calls they won't show them to me I mean I think I think right
now this program is under surveillance you're being served the prosecutor
is listening tonight to see if I say anything that they can use to
some have concoct some kind of perjury charge on me because they're vicious dogs and they're
after putting me away for the rest of my life 72 years old they
want to send me away prison at Christmas time that's what they're after
you say they went after your phone records but didn't you also provide them a lot of
Accession - but see I gave them my phone records which had the numbers that
I called they had the contents I love my phone calls they were asking me questions about
the contents which they seemed to know going back a great deal of
time I'm sure my phone record of my phones being listened
- tonight my computer's being listened to tonight this program is being listened to
tonight because the prosecutors are still out there but make a
tiny little mistake in memory or statement they intend to pounce on me viciously and
put me in prison this lawsuit fights back I want to bring them
on a call them out for leaking I want to call them out for how much
surveillance have I been on if I've been under surveillance since 2004 when I wrote unfit
for command with John O'Neil I want to know how long they've been
under how long I've been under in sailors and surveillance and by what agencies this
is a nightmare Trish yeah I know you've said it is and the topic
at a Christmas dinner assuming they don't get you before then not gonna be much of a
Christmas is grandpa going to jail that life in prison right you told me is what a year
for me I'm 72 years old one year in prison could be a life it
sentence good luck to you John thank you for sharing your story I know that people can
see it online as well you have an e-book that really walks everybody
through all of it titled it's a silent no more and it will be out in an e-book form
this week and I over the weekend finished recording the audio book
myself you'll hear me telling a story this dated by day Horror Story jerome corsi thank
you federal judge has ordered special counsel
Robert molar to put up or shut up in this case against Paul Manafort Muller's team is
accusing the president's former campaign manager of
violating his plea deal by telling quote multiple discernible lies that were not instances of
mere memory lapses these lives are said to involve Manta Ford's contact
with the Trump administration as well as a Russian Ukrainian political
operative but earlier today a judge ruled that the document filed by prosecutors did
not contain enough factual evidence to proceed to a hearing
so the special counsel seemed to be on a hot streak of late how will this setback how will
this setback rather affect the president and mana for joining me now
former assistant US attorney and Fox News contributor Andy McCarthy is here welcome
back Andy nice to be with you Kennedy so what was the judge saying that
there was not enough factual evidence to make the case that Paul
Manafort had violated the plea agreement that he had a special counsel yeah I think this
is a lot of heavy breathing mostly what the judge wants them to do is
go off and see if they can't work it out in point of fact I would I'd like to
say that I've written a bunch of these agreements except that they're really kind of rote agreements
they're very one-sided in favor of the prosecutor because
the prosecutor always has all the cards when you're dealing with
somebody who pleads guilty and wants a cooperation sort of leniency deal and most people think
that they're bargaining to give information to the prosecutor
actually all you're bargaining for is a chance to allow the
prosecutor to evaluate whether he thinks you're telling the truth or not and they really don't
have to show anything and it's the the ball is really in the prosecutors
court to control so why is this such an uphill fight for manna for
given that you know he hasn't really been indicted for anything having to do with the
campaign or the president specifically yeah well his current problem
is that he's already been convicted on about I think 10k
and he's got probably upwards of a hundred and twenty hundred and thirty years of potential
prison exposure so he's got two avenues as I see it one is to
try to convince Mahler that he is of great value that doesn't seem to be
going very well and the other is the possibility of being pardoned and the interesting dynamic
here Kennedy is those two things are really at loggerheads
and it's interesting you know as you point out it doesn't really
matter if man afford violated the agreement that these things are written so prosecutors
can just decide if they want to do away with you it's interesting
because on the flip side the Moller team seems to be pretty happy
with what Michael Cohen has presented to them but at the same time concurrently you have
the Southern District of New York which said really nasty gossipy things
about Michael Cohen in their sentencing memo and and you think that spells trouble for
the president why yeah well I think if you read that memo that
the Southern District of New York my old office filed it looks like a
testimonial to the to the vital nature of the campaign finance laws in our election
system and it's a you know it's a way to clawback authority from the rich
and the powerful and tamp down on public cynicism about money in elections
and the like it doesn't look to me like that was written for Cohen they look like from
the beginning they've been trying to make a case on the president
to the point Kennedy that when Cohen pled guilty in court they elicited him elicited
from him that he was directed by Trump now that was not necessary to anything
that was not necessary to establishing the factual basis for
Cohen's plea and usually the Justice Department goes out of its way not to mention publicly
people who have not been charged formally so what they're wait
for the president you've written that that he could potentially be
indicted when he leaves the office which you know leaves people like Adam Schiff utterly
gleeful yeah well I the fact that I think that the Southern District is
heading that way doesn't mean I think it's a good case I really don't
I don't think that those kinds of payments actually are supposed to be in kind campaign
donations under the law they usually handled by administrative fine
not criminal prosecution and it's hard for me to believe that you could
get a high crime and misdemeanor out of something that's usually handled by a fine yeah the
president says that really wasn't that big a deal it's not a crime we'll
see what happens because this case isn't going anywhere anytime soon
it also doesn't seem to be wrapping up anytime soon
and in McCarthy thank you so much
