That's the verdict of Arsenal legend Ian Wright who is liking what he's seeing at the Emirates

Wright played under Arsene Wenger, winning the Premier League and FA Cup double in 1998 under his tutelage

But he often criticised the Frenchman during the seasons in the lead up to his dismissal

Players often appeared untouchable and a lack of discipline at the club was reflected on the pitch

But Emery has already laid down a marker by dropping Aaron Ramsey and hauling off those who are not performing

The Spaniard replaced Granit Xhaka at half-time following a poor opening 45 minutes against Chelsea

He then took off Mesut Ozil with 20 minutes to go with the game in the balance.Former England international Wright felt the substitutions were indicative of a new era at Arsenal

What was encouraging was that he made those substitutions, big substitutions for me," Wright said on Sky Sports show The Debate

"Xhaka would have stayed on under Wenger and so would Ozil."And what's that said now in that dressing is that 'no one's going to be safe

"'If you don't do what we need you to do, you're coming off' and I'm pleased to see that

Wright's former team-mate Paul Merson thinks some players in Arsenal's squad simply won't fit into Emery's system

He believes Ozil and Henrikh Mkhitaryan lack the stamina and ability to press opponents and may find themselves on the sideline

"He hasn't got the players to have a 20-yard gap between defence and attack, working hard," Merson told Sky Sports

"Ozil and Mkhitaryan are not those type of players."If you were building a team tomorrow, you'd want to play a high pressing game, work as a team, not to have gaps between the lines, and you're not buying Ozil and Mkhitaryan

What is Isekai? - Duration: 8:25.

Re: Zero, Overlord, and Sword Art Online walk into a bar.

I immediately prepare them the same drink I make for all the other isekai without asking for their individual requests.

The three anime leave happy because they are isekai after all.

Maybe I should start adding more variety into their drinks.

Chapter 1: What is Isekai?

The translation of Isekai in English is "different world".

It is mainly used as a sub-genre in games, manga, light novels, and most importantly, anime.

Isekai is when characters (either a group or individual) get transported to another universe.

The universe can be a fictional universe that is known in the character's universe (Yggdrasil) or can be completely new to them (Konosuba).

It can also be a Virtual World, filled with other players, or a world where the character is the only self-aware character in that universe.

In an Isekai the main character can at times have an advantage over others already in the that world.

Before going to another world however, most characters are gamers, NEETS, or shut-ins.

This gives them an advantage when journeying into the new world.

In Overlord, Momonga has a greater advantage to the other NPCs mainly because he is considered the Supreme One and leads Nazarick as an overpowered character with access to many powerful items.

Sometimes, the characters have a weak advantage.

Take for instance, Re: Zero.

Subaru only has one advantage in the world, which similar to a video game, when he is killed or dies, he gets sent back to some time before his death.

Unlike a video game with save points, he doesn't get to choose those save points.

This leads to many repeated moments that lose their authenticity in his eyes, or moments that are just lost for good and might as well have never happened.

Chapter 2: Examples

Now let's shed some light on a previously mentioned anime.

In Overlord, Momonga plays a JRPG called Yggdrasil with some longtime online friends.

They create a guild, but over time, as happens in real life they slowly stopped investing as much time into playing.

On the night that the games servers are to close for good, Momonga decides to play the

game by himself and enjoy his last moments reminiscing until the game shuts down once

and for all.

When midnight hits, nothing happens.

He then realizes that he is trapped in that world and has to lead Nazarick with the help

of the NPCs.

This Isekai takes place in a fictional universe; one that is known in Momonga's world, but

it is also a Virtual World that is the only thing the ingame characters know.

Re: Zero is another example of Isekai.

Subaru is a shut-in and a gamer in the universe.

One day, while he is getting groceries, he randomly gets transported into another world

that is different to his.

After meeting Emilia, they get killed, and after a couple deaths he's then faced with his

new reality that he will be brought back to life when he is killed or dies.

This type of Isekai is a fictional universe, however, and this universe was not known about by Subaru.

Going more toward the manga/light novel side of things, we have the obvious ones like Overlord

and Re: Zero.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is also a light novel that, as the name suggests,

is about the main character who is turned into a slime.

He is killed by a robber and is reincarnated as a slime in a different world with unique

abilities.

With a team by his side, he tries to get used to being a slime in this new world.

Isekai Onsen ni Tensei shita Ore no Kounou ga Tondemosugiru (I was Reincarnated as a

Hot Spring in an Alternate World, and I'm way too Effective) is manga where Atami Kusatsu

gets into an accident on his way to a hot spring.

He is then reincarnated as a hot spring itself and there are women that go to him.

Basically an ecchi manga.

Sword Art Online is a very popular example of Isekai.

Sword Art Online's universe is a virtual world inhabited by many, this means that Kirito

isn't the only one with his previous memories, and isn't the only one that is transferred

to the new world however he dedicates a lot of time and effort into the game and is a

result better than most other players.

Another Isekai anime is No Game No Life.

This anime's universe can be considered a virtual world, where players are playing

alongside the main character.

Some honorable mentions for Isekai anime/manga are Konosuba, Log Horizon, Outbreak Company,

the .hack//Sign, Drifters, and The Familiar of Zero.

Two popular movies that used Isekai is the second highest grossing anime film Spirited

Away and The Boy and the Beast.

Chapter 3: History The first anime that was seen to use the Isekai

genre is El-Hazard.

El-Hazard first aired on May 26, 1995 and last aired on January 25, 1996.

The anime focuses on four characters (three in high school).

They all are transported to El-Hazard, where there could be a possible war between the

human nations and the Bugrom tribe.

In this anime, the characters have the same appearance before and after going into the Isekai.

The first manga that is seen to use the Isekai genre is Fushigi Yūgi.

Fushigi Yūgi is a manga that started in May 1992 and ended in July 1996.

The manga was later made into a 52-minute anime series that started airing on April

6, 1995, and stopped airing on March 28, 1996, close to El-Hazard.

The manga is about two middle-schoolers who one day at the library read a strange book

that transports them to another universe.

In both of these series, they introduce the plot of going into a new world with the same

appearance.

After these two series, a few other series followed in its footsteps.

The Saga of Tanya the Evil (October 31, 2013 - present) and Knight's & Magic (October 16,

2010 - present) reel in a new (as well as popular) plot in the Isekai genre, which involves

the characters dying and being reincarnated in another universe.

.hack (2003) was one of the first series to introduce the new universe as a virtual world

where players play alongside one another.

After these, came widely more popular and successful anime like Sword Art Online.

In this past decade, Isekai has blown up in popularity, for the better or worse.

Chapter 4: What Makes an Isekai Anime an Isekai Anime?

Because of the definition of Isekai, all animes should have the main character(s) go into

a different world, either a fictional universe or a virtual world.

Most of the newer series have the character(s) be a gamer or a NEET, which gives them an

advantage in terms of knowledge.

The series also has the character wanting to get out of the fictional world and the

only way to do that is to defeat the antagonists.

Chapter 5: Conclusion Isekai is one of the most popular sub-genres

of anime ever.

It was so popular that it was banned in two anime story-type contests.

If you like the sub-genre, then you will have a large amount of anime to watch.

If you don't like it, however, then it might be very annoying to see it everywhere.

Nonetheless, isekai is one of my favorites even though I believe they are a little too

similiar to one another at times..

What are your thoughts on the topic?

Let me know in the comments.

Thanks for watching and have a great isekai week.

I went to bed at 6!

Every one, get ready

Today's promise : Exterminating bad comments

(Reading bad comments)

TWICE was a big hit with TT and started failing

and now they're failures for real Dumfounded

Dumfounded

(That's not right)

How many times have they won the first place on music shows?

80 times

Cheer up 11 times, TT thirteen times and nine times

twelve times, seven times, nine times,

twelve times, ten times

and they won 'Triple crown' thirteen times

TT and Cheer up were mega hits

so haters raised their standards

and they think the rest of them are failed

The initial sales of albums are over 400,000

(Among female idols)

There are only SNSD, TWICE and BLACKPINK

who've had over 100,000 initial sales

I hope you think and research

when you leave a comment

Everyone knows except for you

O! nice

Where the heck is the actual popularity of TWICE?

Their album sales are high

Honestly the person who wrote this, you know this~?

Because I was with my friend, Shy x3

Sudden confession(?) Chaeyoung Unnie! I love you~

Do you get told that you look like her?

I mean.. probably...?

Next!

Looool

What a good thinking

hurry x2

I can't understand TWICE's songs without lyrics

even if I play it 100 times

Lockey lockey lucky

Meal my key lockey lucky

Tofu tofu tofu

Hi hi

cute~♥

Cannot button

I hope you sing in Japan or Taiwan

It takes decades to speak Seoul dialect

for people speaking their local dialects

So ridiculous

She's from Jeju island

I'm from Jeju island and I still have my dialect too

Haw hæv yu bin?

How ya doing?

Hahpee neu yeer~

If you watch 'TWICE TV'

Chaeyoung teaches Korean to 4 foreign members

They practiced Korean even before their debut

They improved a lot now!

You don't understand even after 100 times?

Then listen to it 101 times, 5 trillion billion times!

Likey Likey, TT, Sending you signals~

This is a children level song lyric

(Cracking up)

like baby shark du-ruru-duru, cute du-ruru-duru

TWICE's songs are SUPER addicting

Isn't this a compliment?

It means it's addictive

It's that addictive

and babies can also sing along

Because I was with my friend, shy~shy~shy~

Fluttering Me Likey Me Likey Likey Likey

You don't know how I feel,

you're so mean!x2

I send you a signal x2 Tingling x4

Cute Du-ruru-duru baby shark in the sea~

And most girl groups hit songs are addicting like this

They are all great hits because they're addicting

TWICE songs are the only drugs

which are allowed by the government!

Nayeon is pretty old...

She's a granny if she was born in 1995

Our Nayeon Nuna is a granny?

If she was born in 1995, she's 24.

and that makes her a granny?

How dare you say that to my bias?!!

Agh!!!

(Panicked)

(Sorry)

Nayeon was a trainee for 5 years

She debuted when she was 21

and if she's old that means she has more experience

She's experienced

Vibe from experience!

Compare her 24 with your 24

I hope you do

Do you wanna get beaten with dentures? Ridiculous

Dumbfounded!

lol

Sana looks good, but only in pictures

If you call her ugly with a bad angle picture like this

I mean if you take it with an weird angle

You should take a pic with this angle

I couldn't breathe when I saw her in person

Because she was so pretty

I saw her at a concert and

her face is ridiculously small

and you could only see her eyes

A real doll

Sana doesn't look good in photo~

She looks much prettier in person

A camera can't capture her beauty

They say TWICE is the top idol in Japan.

So did they do a dome tour? No they didn't!

Well this... we prepared something

They won 5 awards at Golden Disc in Japan this year

There's a program called "Kohaku Uta Gassen"

which only SNSD went on before

TWICE came out there

It's very hard to be acknowledged in a foreign country

and not just anyone can do it

It's like you're telling a new artist

'You're a hit' or 'you failed'

and they are popular enough in Japan

We can't tell how big they can go

TWICE going global and progressing

There are so many bad comments, don't mind them

and I hope you make happy memories with ONCE on and on

Please cheer up and perform a lot more,

and I hope we are together forever

I love you

ONCE's dance time for TWICE~

The sweetness that's like candy

What it feels like when I'm up in the skies

Will it happen to me someday too?

Arsenal news: Unai Emery hailed by Gunners legend for doing what Arsene Wenger didn't - Duration: 3:50.

That's the opinion of club legend Ian Wright. The Spaniard hooked Granit Xhaka at half-time of their defeat to Chelsea and took off Mesut Ozil with 20 minutes remaining although the Gunners were level at that point

Emery hailed afterwards that he was happy with Ozil's effort and work-rate and declared that both his and Xhaka's withdrawals were tactical decisions with the Swiss midfielder having been on a yellow card

Arsenal have suffered back-to-back defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea in their opening two Premier League games - their worst ever start to a campaign since the division's rebirth in 1992

But while Emery has come in for some criticism for his role in their losses, with Arsenal struggling to adapt to Emery's philosophy of playing out from the back and utilising a high defensive line, he has been praised for his ruthlessness with substitutions

By contrast Arsenal manager Wenger was often criticised for not taking off players failing to contribute with the Frenchman accused of misplaced loyalty over some of the players in his squad

And Wright, who played for the club in Wenger's first two of 22 seasons in north London, praised Emery's different way of thinking

"I think the other day rightly at half-time, which you may not have seen under Arsene Wenger, he [Xhaka] got taken off," Wright told The Debate on Sky Sports

"He's frightening me at the moment if it [the ball] goes to him because his confident seems shot

"What was good and encouraging was that he made those substitutions, big substitutions for me

"Xhaka would have stayed on under Wenger and so would Ozil. "And what that's said now in that dressing is that no one's going to be safe

'If you don't do what we need you to do, you're coming off'. And I was pleased to see that

" But Wright worries that Emery needs to add more fresh faces - following the five signings he made in his first summer at the club - in order for the squad to fully adjust to his methods

"It's going to be a massive problem for him because I don't know if he's going to get the kind of monies that he's going to need to make the kind of signings that are going to, hopefully, help him in the positions he's going to need," the former striker continued

"I was very surprised with the goals that were conceded and the way they were conceded - the high line with no pressure on the ball

Those things for me have got to be eradicated. "Then you've got to get yourself to the next transfer window and then you can get someone who might be able to come in and implement what you want to do more

"Because I think you're going to need a few players to come in who are used to playing like that because I don't think a lot of them are

" Arsenal return to action against West Ham tomorrow (3pm) looking for their first three points of the season against a Hammers side also winless under new management so far

What is the difference between Finterra and the Gallactic Blockchain? - Duration: 1:21.

Can you tell us the difference between Finterra and the Gallactic Blockchain

Actually, Finterra in the last nine months has been building a blockchain.

Finterra is a Research and Development company , an incubation centre and we were incubating

this blockchain for the last eight nine months. Now once the blockchain was ready

or the test net was ready, we decide to get our branding guys and we branded

that blockchain that Finterra was building into what is today known as

the GALLACTIC Blockchain. So all that we're doing is we're giving a brand, a logo to

that blockchain. And that blockchain is what being roll out for Finterra as a platform

So maybe Terry could add more to that.

Ya, so we envision a kind of ecosystem of blockchain where the Finterra main network

supports the whole ecosystem , facilitating transactions between other

blockchains and providing a large validator pool will keep the ecosystem healthy

but there's nothing preventing Finterra proper from creating it's own

kind of blockchain within this ecosystem specifically for it's own products and

services and kind of integration of other services.
