You've probably heard that "It's not what you say, it's what people hear."

Public opinion guru Dr. Frank Luntz is making a career from this truth - he explains that

he is "testing language and find(ing) words that will help his clients" explain their

products or public issues.

So, we now have a new word when talking about California trust law, issues, modifications

and transfers.

It's a word that we might say, but not necessarily hear or understand.

The word is "decanting."

The word's general usage is associated with wine - pouring wine from one bottle into a

carafe to remove sediment and allow it to breathe.

California now gives new meaning to the word in its recently enacted Uniform Trust Decanting

Act.

The Legislative Counsel explains that the Act allows "a fiduciary of an irrevocable

trust ...(to) distribute the property of a first trust to one or more 2nd trusts or modify

the terms of the first trust without the consent of the beneficiaries or approval of the court,

subject to certain exceptions."

In essence, California has just become more trust-friendly.

Now, there's a lot of legalese in the new statutory framework.

We're fortunate that a number of other states enacted decanting laws before California and

there are more down to earth explanations as to how they apply.

A Forbes article written long before California's statute well states the generic advantages

of decanting: "Although it's certainly not a 'blank check,'

there are a number of problems that decanting can 'fix,' some of which also can be resolved

utilizing the previously mentioned techniques: Update or modify trust provisions.

Improve trust administration or management.

Correct drafting errors.

Address changed circumstances.

Remove unworkable restrictions.

Change provisions relating to trust powers and trustee succession.

Achieve tax savings.

Change trust situs.

Combine or divide trusts.

GST (Generation-Skipping Tax) Planning."

The new California law on decanting will not generally involve the courts.

These user-friendly provisions should provide time and cost savings in fixing broken trusts.

We believe that California's new decanting framework will also be helpful in resolving

estate wrongdoing, violations of trust beneficiary rights, and elder financial abuse.

Halloween is upon us gentlemen and ladies.

It is a spooky time of year and it is only right that even a game dev related channel

partakes in the festivities.

Now my original plan was to have CryEngine, Xenko and Unity projects built for the project

in mind today but sadly, I just was not able to complete the work and testing in time.

I do however, have one complete and ready to go with one caveat…

Tank controls are not properly implemented.

If that hasn't given away the topic today, then the video that has been playing of Resident

Evil 1 and Resident Evil 0 remasters for PC should have.

Yes folks, today, we will be implementing the static cameras as seen in the classic

Resident Evil or Biohazard games.

(intro) I already have Unity opened up so we can begin

this adventure, but first, there is a bit of setup I'm going to do prior to setting

up the camera in Unity.

So, here is a nice track from The Omnific to keep you entertained while I speed up this

part.

(omnific song) Alright, the level design is complete.

The first thing we will do is set our camera and create two more while placing them in

the position we want them to be in.

We also want to follow the convention I set forth by creating an empty game object at

the Vector position of zero.

The position is purely based on my own OCD about making the parent object be in the center.

Drag and drop all three cameras into the Camera Parent Object.

Be sure to rename the cameras as Cam1, Cam2 and Cam3 respectively.

Now, we will create a code folder and make 2 scripts.

The first script is CameraTrigger which will be used to trigger our camera to switch from

one to the next.

The second script is Player Movement.

This script will be used to move the player character.

Following this, we need to make sure we add box colliders to all of the walls that were

created.

It should be obvious as to why, but the reason we are adding colliders is to make collisions

possible.

Without them, you could phase through the wall during gameplay.

Next on the list is to create a sphere which will act as the player character.

We don't have to worry about adding a sphere collider because Unity does this by default

for us with the basic 3D Objects.

What we do need to worry about is setting the proper position.

The next item to complete is to create two boxes.

I will be changing their size and height to cover a larger area.

The reason for this is to make sure the player will trigger the collisions.

I will also set the collision type to be a trigger.

The reason for this is to ensure that the player does not collide with the object and

instead will activate an event.

Make sure to name the trigger objects to be Trigger1 and Trigger2.

Finally, I will create another empty game object with the name Triggers and drag the

two trigger objects into it.

Again this is for organizational reasons.

I'm going to stop the design from here and move into the code section.

This will allow us to have

the code completed and make the final touches in the editor.

(Code Transition) The first script we will complete is the CameraTrigger

script.

Since we know that this code will allow us to switch between cameras at runtime, we have

a basic idea of what needs to be done.

We could enable and disable the gameobjects at runtime or we could enable and disable

the camera components at runtime.

The first thing to do is to create a public List of type Camera and call it cameras.

This will be used to store all of our camera objects.

Next up is to create a public string called cam name.

This will be used to specify which camera we want active at the given time.

Create a private void On Trigger Enter method that takes a Collider as the parameter.

We don't want collision Enter because that would create a collision event instead of

a trigger event.

Inside, create a for loop.

For int I is set to 0.

I is less than cameras dot capacity.

I plus plus.

We are looping through the list of cameras we specify in the editor which will give it

a non null value.

Create an if statement inside of the for loop.

If cameras square bracket I, closing square bracket dot name is equal to cam name.

We have to remember that we are iterating through a list of objects which is why we

have the square brackets around cameras.

Cameras square bracket I, closing square bracket dot enabled is set to true.

Outside of the if statement, create an else statement.

Cameras square bracket I, closing square bracket dot enabled is set to false.

This basically says that if the camera's name from within the list is not the same

as the string value of cam name, then that camera is disabled.

If it is the same, enable it.

This completes our Camera Trigger script and we can move on to the player movement class.

The first thing we will do is write public float speed.

This will set the speed of our model in game from the editor.

Now we will create a movement method.

Inside will have several different if statements.

If Input dot getkey, keycode w.

Inside we will write transform dot translate plus equals vector three dot forward multiplied by time

dot delta time multiplied by speed.

This will normalize the speed of which the player moves on the forward vector while giving

a speed multiplier.

If Input dot getkey, keycode s.

Inside we will write transform dot translate plus equals vector three dot back multiplied by time dot

delta time multiplied by speed.

If Input dot getkey, keycode a.

Inside we will write transform dot translate plus equals vector three dot left multiplied by time dot

delta time multiplied by speed.

The final if statement is, if Input dot getkey, keycode d.

Inside we will write transform dot translate plus equals vector three dot right multiplied by time

dot delta time multiplied by speed.

Lastly, create an Update method.

Inside of it write Movement.

This will allow for the movement script to actually run and update with the game.

Whew, the code section is now done.

So we can go back to the editor and finish where we left off.

(Editor Transition) Go back to the Sphere and add a rigid body

component to it and the movement script.

The reason for the rigid body is to enable 3D physics to allow for collisions to actually

take place and have gravity enabled.

To allow for movement, the movement script does this.

Set the value of speed to be 10, you can go lower or higher if you want, but I find 10

to be the better number.

This should give a fairly decent move speed although just remember that the slower the

speed, the scarier you can make the game, in some cases.

Click on the First trigger we created and add the Camera Trigger Script onto it.

Expand the Cameras list and add the number 3 to the size.

This will set the list to have a value of 3 cameras.

Add all three cameras to this list.

The string value of Cam Name should be set to Cam2 for the first trigger and on the second

trigger, the Cam Name should be Cam3.

Finally, uncheck the Mesh Renderer from the two Trigger Objects.

This is so that it will not render the object but the collision detection is still enabled.

Click the play button and you will see that we have static cameras enabled but just remember

that we did not write the code for controls not based on camera position, so some controls

will be reversed at times.

So here's my challenge for you guys, rewrite the movement code to be proper tank controls

or movement not based on camera position.

If the player presses the forward button, the model should always move in the forward

direction.

 Juan Mata has given a revealing insight into the 'intense' way that Unai Emery works and what Arsenal's head coach demands from his players

 Mata - who has been linked with a move to Arsenal in recent weeks - played under Emery when the Spaniard was in charge at Valencia

 And in an extract from Emery's biography which has been published by the Telegraph, the Manchester United star describes just what it is like as a player to work under the 46-year-old

 "I think what's special about Unai is the way he communicates," said Emery. "In his talks, he used to write three, four or five things on the board: those were the points he was going to bring up

What If The Crooked Man Was Real? - Duration: 6:07.

The crocked man is a nasty British spook.

He is a tall man, dressed like a gentleman, wielding an umbrella that he likes to hook

people with.

The unnerving figure crops up in the Conjuring movies, but if we delve even deeper, he is

also peppered in folklore.

What does this mean?

Could the stories of the Crooked Man have any truth, and if so, what then?

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions – the channel that loves providing

answers to everything and anything from science, history, philosophy, pop culture and fictions…why?

IF The Crooked Man Was Real?

Yikes Before we get into this video, why don't

Okay – The Crooked Man.

The character in question here comes from The Conjuring movie franchise and is seen

in The Conjuring 2 as a formation from the demon Valak.

The Crooked man is mainly taken from English folklore and nursery rhymes, used to enhance

the movie's British setting.

The Crooked man is a tall and menacing figure inhabited by a shape shifting demon – he

carries a umbrella which seems all the better for hooking you with and he bares some strong

similarities with Slenderman.

So, what if he was real?

Well…maybe he is?

Some news for you, but the Conjuring 2 IS based on a true story!

The movie brings to the screen the real-life case of Ed and Lorraine Warren who investigated

a house in Enfield, England, after it was reported that a Poltergiest was haunting the

unassuming terrace house.

While the movie has a shred of truth at its core, unfortunately…or…well… fortunately,

it doesn't extend to the Crooked Man, who comes from an old English nursery rhyme.

It is said that he was placed in the movie to accentuate the British setting.

Although good news for Crooked Man lovers – he IS getting his own spin off movie,

like the Nun!

What about the Nursery rhyme he is from?

Is there any truth to that?

Let's have a listen.

There was a crooked man, and he walked a crooked mile.

He found a crooked sixpence upon a crooked stile.He bought a crooked cat, which caught

a crooked mouse.

And they all lived together in a little crooked house.

A few places lay claim to the origin of the rhyme – the sleepy and pretty village of

Lavenham in Suffolk – also the basis for Godrick's Hollow in Harry Potter.

Here the houses are old and pretty wonky!

Also laying claim to the rhyme – some say that the Crooked man himself was the Scottish

General Alexander Leslie, who secured political Freedom for the Scots in the 17th Century.

None the less, it wasn't he that was crooked – but the tempestuous relationship between

England and Scotland!

Okay, but …..like in the Conjuring, what would happen if this version of the Crooked

Man was real?

Well, this would mean that the demon Valak, the Marquis of snakes, the defiler and the

profane is real, which has some wider implications about the existence of demons as a whole.

Valak is known as the great president of hell in mythology – which I guess basically makes

him the devil, or something similar in terms of the embodiment of evil.

Ed Warren manages to banish Valak back to hell, so perhaps we could get rid if the crooked

man by means of a demonologist or an exorcism of sorts.

The problem is with Valak and the Crooked man, seeing as they're one of the same,

is that they're shape shifters so we would never necessarily be able to yield the rewards

of a wanted poster – the Crooked Man could be hiding as anything – for example a dog,

like in the movies.

We would need the expert opinions of a demonologist to even be able to seek the demon!

Annoyingly, the Demon can give people terrible sick visions, which…frankly we could all

live without.

We wouldn't know what is real and what isn't – which would be detrimental to our mental

health – basically we would all go a bit crazy if surrounded by The Crooked Man!

How would we even begin to fight the demon if we had to?

Say it was going to take a while for a demonologist to show up and we need to defend ourselves.

I am going with umbrella duel.

Can you even call yourself a successful Brit if you don't engage in a good brolly battle?

I note that the crooked man has little glasses?

Are they for show or could we knock those off his creepy smiley face?

I'd hope so!

If all else failed, I would recommend moving somewhere decidedly un rainy, like the south

of California… or the desert!

What business foes a suit wearing, umbrella carrying spook have in the dessert!

NONE.

Whereas perhaps wet places like good old London, or say, seattle – they may be the perfect

climate for the crooked man.

So, the Crooked Man may not be real, but he does share a lot of similarities with similar

legends.

The Japanese tale of Noppera Bo, the German Der GROSman and the English character of Long

Lamkin.

Oh, and once again…the popular urban legend of slenderman.

If all of these cultures can dream up a tall thing creep…do you think that they could

be different incantations of the same thing?

Or are their similarities a co-incidence.

It must say something about the human psyche that so many of us have invented a reason

to be scared of a tall, thin and silent man.

Do you think that maybe, like the Loch Ness Monster or the Sasquatch, there could be a

tall, thin, suit clad creep waiting to get us?

What If Leatherface Was Real? - Duration: 6:13.

Hello Internet - and welcome back to the most inquisitive channel on YouTube - Life's

Biggest Questions, the place where we wonder how successfully we can sneak a few Halloween

specials in before anyone starts to notice.

What's going on guys - as always, I'll be your disembodied floating voice Jack Finch

- as we refuel the chainsaw, rev up the belt before doing an interpretive dance in front

of a glorious low-light sunset - and suspiciously ask the question What If Leatherface Was Real?

Roll the clip.

You all know the noise, the synonymous chainsaw buzz from Tobe Hooper's seminal 1974 slasher

masterpiece The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - an indie horror flick, made on a shoestring budget

that cemented itself as the birth of slasher cinema - hurtling the collosal killer Leatherface

into the ranks of iconic horror legends.

So iconic in fact, that The Texas Chainsaw Massacre went on to spawn eight horror films,

a slew of comics and even a place alongside Scorpion in Mortal Kombat X. Created by renowned

horror director Tobe Hooper and Kim Henkel, Leatherface is the household name when it

comes to cannibalistic rural families and unemployed slaughterhouse slayers - but what

if he was real?

Well.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but - he kind of was.

Before we jump into that whole debacle though guys, you know the drill by now don't you

Leatherface - AKA Jedidiah Sawyer - doesn't do things the way that most other horror icons

do.

He's not supernatural in any way - he wasn't ushered forward as part of some demonic ritual

- he's not a criminal mastermind who plays games with his victims for the shear joy of

it.

He's a large man with a chainsaw who wears peoples skin as a mask, while helping his

cannibalistic family to round up unsuspecting road-trip teenagers - chop them into tiny

pieces and cook them in their world famous award-winning chilli.

Yeah - the sequels get a little bit weird.

And for the most part - Leatherface has one of the most rewritten origin stories in the

whole of horror cinema.

In the 1974 version, he was the straight up Leatherface we know and love.

In the 1986 sequel, based 13 years later - he's shed a few pounds and strapped on a tuxedo.

Throughout the next strange rewrites and mashups, he's a pizza-eating transvestite involved

with an illuminati conspiracy, a dumpster baby with a rare skin-disorder - and an escaped

mental hospital patient with a skin-face moustache.

Still - the sentiment always remained the same, and director Tobe Hooper explicitly

stated on several occasions that Leatherface's prime directive was to be a big murderous

baby, a killer that never actually murdered out of malice, but in self-defence at the

strange, perturbed understanding of feeling threatened.

Fear.

Leatherface is the product of The Sawyers - his twisted, macabre family that, while

not only lacking moral fibre - probably also lack the benefits of a well-rounded diet.

Far from the truth is the real story then, and the story of the serial killer that Leatherface

is based on - Ed Gein, an American murderer and body snatcher who has also inspired Norman

Bates from Psycho, and Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs.

Gein's story was so twisted, deranged and physically taboo that his murderous deeds

struck a chord in the modern publics psyche - Leatherface WAS real, in the realisation

that a human being could go to such disturbing lengths to feel what it'd be like to live

inside someone else's skin.

Also known as The Butcher of Plainfield, Edward Theodore Gein was born in 1906 - and lived

for the majority of his life in the same town that the horrific crimes would be committed,

Plainfield, Wisconsin.

Although he was only ever found guilty of murdering two women, tavern owner Mary Hogan

in 1954 and a Plainfield hardware store owner, Bernice Worden in 1957 - Gein was also responsible

for exhuming countless freshly buried corpses from local graveyards - manifesting in him

a morbid fascination with the mortality of flesh.

After Gein's arrest following the disappearance of Bernice Worden, county sheriff's would

search the Gein farm - where they found her decapitated body in a shed.

She was hung upside down, with a crossbar separating her ankles and wrists - and Police

later reported in their notes that the torso appeared to be dressed out like a deer.

However, the unearthing of Gein's strange fascination with flesh was far from over.

After searching the house, authorities later found untold numbers of whole human bones

and fragments, a wastebasket made from human skin, human skulls that adorned his bedposts,

a corset made from a female torso - as well as leggings, and entire handcrafted masks

made from the skin of human faces.

Leatherface was very much real, and he was born that evening on November 16th 1957.

Leatherface, both the original 1974 Tobe Hooper horror flick, and the ever-changing iconic

horror legend himself, in essence - is a stark and bloody reminder of the reality of the

grotesque lengths that the human mind can go to, the pained and twisted existence of

Ed Gein.

Oftentimes, reality hits harder than fiction.

 So the big question is what has the department store giant got planned for us this Christmas?  We take a look as the countdown to its premiere gets ever closer

When is it released?  Nobody knows for sure BUT we are due to get our first look at it in the second week of November, according to reports

The cute friendship between schoolboy Joe and the shy creature under his bed was loved by some - and trashed online by others

  Opinions ranged from adorable to awful but on the whole the general view was another job well done, even if it didn't hit the heights of years gone by

US missionary killed in Cameroon in what family says was 'targeted' attack - Duration: 6:22.

An American missionary was shot and killed in Cameroon Tuesday, his brother confirmed to ABC News, and his family says they believe he was targeted amid growing violence in the West African country

Charles Wesco, his wife Stephanie, and their eight children had moved to Bamenda, a major city in Cameroon's northwest province, less than two weeks ago

After years of missions to Africa, the Wesco family had decided to permanently move to the country from Indiana after a visit there in 2015

"Their objective was to share the love of Christ with people in a very poor and strife-ridden country," his brother Timothy Wesco told ABC News

"That was their passion, and that was their life -- to share Jesus Christ." But Tuesday morning, while driving into town to go shopping, Charles was shot

He was taken to one of the local hospitals where he was treated by Doctors Without Borders, Timothy said, but was declared dead shortly after arriving

"It appears that he was targeted," Timothy said, adding later it was "quite probable he was targeted because he was a white, English-speaking American

" Cameroon has seen violence flare in recent months as English-speaking separatists have attacked schools in a revolt against the French-speaking government's education system and perceived oppression of English speakers

A former French colony, Cameroon is largely French-speaking, except for the two provinces Northwest and Southwest where English is the major language

The separatist movement has been met with a severe crackdown by government forces, with the violence bringing the country to the brink of "an emerging civil war," according to Richard Moncrieff, the Central Africa project director at the International Crisis Group

At least 400 civilians have been killed in the last year since separatists declared independence in October 2017, reported ICG

Local Cameroonian media reported that Wesco was shot by government forces, but his brother could not confirm that

The State Department told ABC News that a U.S. citizen died in Bamenda and that it is providing full consular services to the family, but declined to provide any other details

Chief among the family's needs right now is safety. "We're very concerned about the safety of the family," Timothy Wesco said

While Stephanie and the eight children are still in the country right now, the family hopes to get them out soon, he added

The family was aware of the risks in Cameroon, with Charles and Stephanie writing in a September-October newsletter about a curfew where "English section civilians are not allowed to safely leave their homes or operate their businesses without risking loss or death

" "Keep praying earnestly for a return of peace to the English and French sections of Cameroon!" they added, noting their humility and excitement for their religious mission

If Cameroonian security forces are found to be responsible for Charles's killing, it would not be the first time they have been accused of crimes

In July, State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert said the U.S. was "gravely concerned" about a video that appeared to show military forces executing two women and two children

Cameroon's Ministry of Information dismissed the video as "fake news." The U.S. has taken little action to punish the government of President Paul Biya for its human rights abuses, including allegations of killing protesters, torturing detainees, and arresting journalists

Earlier this month, Biya was reelected to another seven-year term after nearly 36 years in office in elections that opposition figures denounced

The State Department said there were "a number of irregularities" that "may not have affected the outcome but created an impression that the election was not credible or genuinely free and fair

" But it called on the parties to peacefully resolve any disputes, instead of pushing for any recount

close this door officially to the bathroom so Olivia comes over she

searches my house don't know what the point of that was because we still

didn't go in the Attic and we still didn't summon the spirits to see if a

ghost was here so I don't know I mean I did feel safer

whatever little bit after that that this curtain and my house was lifted up and

it was kind of weird because I looked as if a cat had been there like where my

cat's used to do but I no longer have cats and we don't really tamper with

that curtain but I know didn't think anything of it put it back whatever then

later on like day or two after that the curtain is back to be messed up I don't

know maybe I just need to go on a ghost hunt in my house I don't have no way she

We're gonna tell you about where we've been, what we've learned, how we've been inspired

from the Adobe MAX conference and what we plan to do with some of this information. So stick around

We went down to LA to go to the Adobe MAX conference. Tina attended a number of sessions,

we met up with The Futur group. Yeah, it was a lot of fun we

we learned a lot about

the new programs coming out from Adobe XD and

we learned about photography. There are a lot of photography workshops. It was awesome. Aaron Nace...

Amazing! So he had a session called 'Breaking Down the Perfect Composite.

Super cool guy you gotta check out his work.

I'll put in a link below so you can see some of his amazing designs and that was a lot of fun

he broke down his whole process and

We took a lot away from from that session. My favorite session was definitely Chris Orwig,

'How Do You Get the Perfect Portrait?'

The the insight that we got from it was unbelievably useful and the guy was a great speaker.

Yeah, the experience overall was it was good.

Thousand dollars for a ticket and I I didn't feel like the value

was

all the way there. We did get a lot of

sessions that were available to us

but you were not able to go to all of them because a lot of them were back to back. The

bash was incredible. The party. Beck was there, there was lots of amazing food

we met some incredible people. How did you like the bash? I loved the bash

it was some of the the

booths that they had set up

really got us thinking about how we can make things more fun

here or how to interact with people or how to get people to think about color and design.

But there are also a couple of things that they didn't think too much about.

It took us over an hour to get into the bash. The lineup was literally snaked around the parking lot.

That's a usability thing and I feel like Adobe should have really nailed that. I know and I feel bad even

complaining about that but it was long and it was cold. Like they didn't say what to wear to this

they didn't say it was gonna be outside. Everything else was really really well done. We will give it eight out of ten.

Yeah, eight out of ten. Perfect. There we go. Good job Adobe. Well done.

I learned a lot about like I was surprised a few times like the bash. I thought that

I thought it would be inside and I thought that it would just be kind of like a dance floor and a DJ.

But it was kind of like a gift that kept on giving they had

like five different stations set up for like really amazing gourmet food with like an open bar and

all the candy and like

installations everywhere like that. That was cool. I wasn't expecting that.

So if anything like I'm gonna tell our clients that they're gonna get a few things and then

go beyond and actually give them more so that they remember that experience. The next topic

I'm going to be discussing is the fundamentals of design.

Footage of Media's Trump 'Predictions' Comes Back in Humiliating Fashion - Duration: 4:14.

Every one of us can no doubt recall all of the dire predictions offered up about then-candidate

Donald Trump throughout 2015 and 2016.

It was a running theme of media coverage — how every supposed misstep or gaffe signaled the

imminent "end" of his campaign during the primaries, and how he had absolutely zero

chance of defeating heavily favored Democrat nominee Hillary Clinton in the general election.

Of course, Trump's campaign never actually ended because of the supposed gaffes and missteps,

and he walloped Clinton decisively in November 2016, in spite of the endless predictions

to the contrary.

Unfortunately, despite their many self-assured predictions prior to the election having been

proven incredibly wrong, countless members of the media — whether anchors, contributors

or "experts" — have insisted on continuing to offer up yet more confident predictions

of the impending political demise of Trump's presidency.

A small sampling of the multitude of media predictions about Trump has been compiled

into a video on social media that is both hilarious and somewhat disconcerting at the

same time.

The compilation video starts off in August 2017 with several media personalities proclaiming

the "bombshell" news that Trump's presidency had reached a "tipping point" and had

drawn near the "beginning of the end" of his time in office.

MSNBC's Stephanie Ruhle was specifically featured (in a humorously repeated clip) saying,

"I know we've said this over and over … and over and over … and over and over

again."

Fast-forwarding through September and October 2017, many of the same media personalities

continued to assure viewers that "this is the beginning of the end" as they added

in a new catch-phrase, "the walls are closing in."

That was a talking point that was quite obviously spread far and wide among the liberal media.

The dire "bombshells" that marked the "beginning of the end" continued through

November and December 2017, again as Trump's presidency hung precariously on a "tipping

point" and was veritably "crippled."

More "bombshells" and "trouble" came for Trump in January and February 2018, as

the president was supposedly preparing to resign the office in disgrace.

Several clips of sleazy porn star attorney Michael Avenatti — and Lord knows there

were hundreds of media appearances to choose from with this piece of work — featured

him confidently predicting that Trump's "resignation" was imminent and the president

would not serve out the remainder of his term in office.

June and July 2018 showcased a return of the "walls are closing in" talking point with

the media, as these same media personalities who've been so wrong on so many occasions

continued to insist they were correct this time … it was "over" for Trump.

The video quite cleverly then spliced together several different talking heads all saying

the exact same phrases one word at a time, which is both amusing and frightening, as

it laid bare the hive-mind of collectivist thought and adherence to scripted talking

points that the media routinely deny leaning on.

Considering all of the "bombshells" that were dropped by the media over the past year,

America's political landscape should be more pockmarked than the no-man's-land of

a World War I battlefield … yet Trump continues to govern the country, relatively unscathed.

Indeed, in spite of this past year being the "beginning of the end" for more than 12

months, and in spite of the media continually insisting the "walls are closing in" on

Trump, the president has nevertheless proceeded to achieve voluminous accomplishments.

Meanwhile, Trump hasn't resigned, been impeached or indicted, and the same folks who made laughably

wrong predictions during the 2016 election are still making laughably wrong predictions

through Trump's presidency.

Sadly, they will learn nothing from this video and will continue to pull out their hair as

they obsess over everything Trump does, and we will continue to laugh at their utter absurdity.

what is going on guys welcome back to the channel so today I'm going to be

giving you an update on exactly how I'm getting along with the savage affiliates

course and also exactly how my actual unit site is getting one so as I'm

currently building a website about 20 28 pages now 28 and yes currently got all

different pages that are indexed so I've got like about 28 pages that are indexed

on Google and the site's come along really well so I'm ranking for like

about I'd say probably about fourteen different terms now so it's doing really

well and I'm following all the course information from a guy called Franklin

Hatchett so he's the guy who's actually giving me all the sort of information of

how to do this how to register my site on Google search console over the last

week I've actually also registered let me just get a bed i've also registered

my site on bing bing search console so there's the Bing search console and I've

actually started getting traffic from being randomly just since I've done it

so I haven't force indexed any of my pages

I've just got traffic from the actual Bing platform just from register in the

whole site altogether so yeah basically what I wanted to do this week is just a

pure update on exactly how everything is getting on and someone asked me in the

comment section in the last video if I've made any money yet out of the site

sorry the Lighting's bad I haven't yet made any money out of the site any

commissions yet but I've got about 350 page views so far and that's probably

pushed up to about 500 so far now since my last video so it's going quite steady

and yeah I see it v being very bright for up you know the future coming in so

I'm actually going to build it to 50 pages myself then I'm gonna hire a

writer to actually you know take it up to a hundred pages because I want it to

be a hundred page niche website I think within the niche that I've chosen with

dogs and golden retrievers there's going to be enough sort of space for me to

build a hundred pages on on the site so what I've actually got today is was I've

got a few notes of exactly the topics that I want to cover as well so one of

the things that I wanted to discuss is how I'm actually approaching this

website building more together now because with any business I was always

thinking like you know how can I take a more holistic approach to what I'm doing

in regards to the actual site so I know at the beginning when I was doing it it

was more like I was just basically building a site and whatever else and I

was thinking how can actually you know build a sort of system because I know

everything it requires that it's like a whole system so what I decided to do and

that's right someone just skipped around me because I was recording but yeah what

I decided to do I was thinking how can I have like a holistic approach to the

business and build out like an actual system because everything has systems

that as we know and I think it's really easy to get stuck behind just building

one little thing like on a computer and whatever else and forgetting that you're

actually building an established business so things like I'm not saying

about taxes and all of that yet but it's like learning the different components

of the business that will make it move like all in cognitive sort of format so

what I'm saying is if you're learning like about content then you also need to

focus on learning about backlinks you also need to focus on you know learning

about on-page and off-page SEO and really honing on all of this stuff you

might need to learn about email marketing you know how to actually

increase your conversion so you might want to start using things like heat

maps on on your pages and things that you don't want to sort of run before you

can walk but at the same time you really need to understand that this is a very

holistic sort of thing so I was looking for that and came across obviously some

others because I've been following him recently and he was talking about sorry

the lighting so bad yet he was talking about my hair looks so rough there's all

bloody how that receding he was talking about exactly you know the type of

approach you need to take to any type of online business that you're doing so the

few things that I wanted to discuss let's have a look talk about love love

love and light it's been Hey okay so yeah what I did actually list

out recently is all the different things that I might be doing wrong that could

potentially harm my business and how far it will go

so the bloody huh I'm in a place where there's loads of like dug holes I don't

know if his badges or something like that but yeah so basically I was

thinking about you know all the things that I've been doing wrong that I could

improve on what I'm doing in his site so things like you know just in general

actually I would say I was talking to one of my work colleagues the other day

and he was asking me what I do outside and whatever else cause obviously I'm

only part-time at work so our drive trains during my part-time job and then

the rest of the time I spend building businesses online and whatever else and

basically my colleague was he was asking me like he was saying sorry that you

think successes is lucky so I don't know how many people have that type of

outlook on people who become successful but I think success is never accidental

so like everyone who become successful is usually doing it on purpose because

of the things that they've learnt and the advantages that they sort of take

take when it comes so sorry guys my memory card just got full up on the

camera but yeah so I think it's never accidental of anyone becoming successful

so I just wanted to clear the air on that for anyone who sort of is following

me and you know questioning that so what else yeah the other thing that I

actually have been focusing on recently is how I can add value to the

marketplace that I'm currently in so for example you know if I look at all of the

different people that are inside of the niche that I'm going into with dogs it's

like going to sort of different places like forums and whatever else and find

out what problems those people have so what I've done is I've actually listed

out all different problems that different people are having in that

industry and how I can solve it and you know the way you're going to solve

it is in the form of your your service or your product or whatever in your file

so that's what I'm focused on you know is actually solving a problem and the

moment you start focusing on exchanging value for you know sort of in exchange

for another form of value maybe it's money or whatever else that's when you

start going down the right track because I think it's easy to get sucked up and

thinking oh yeah I want to make money because everyone wants to make money but

if you think about anything in this world that was ever worth happening

having sorry like things like this iPhone for example look at how like sort

of unique this is made so whoever made this like obviously Steve Jobs is behind

you know the method behind the madness and whatever else but if you look at it

you never get a product that's this good like this effective and can change the

world in this way if the person was focused around money so if you're

focusing your website around money you're basically just putting like crap

out onto the marketplace whereas you know if you focus on delivering value to

the marketplace you'll be rewarded in big ways so I think it's really

important to list out all of the different problems that your industry

has and how you're going to go about solving it and you're going to solve it

in the form of your site so this stuff is not really the technical stuff but

it's just about the generic approach that you need to have to your site which

I think you know you need to have in that sense this is very subjective you

know but I believe this is the approach you need to take yes I've got here that

you know our brainstormed all different ways of exactly how I can fix these

people's problems so for example inside of my industry there's things like dogs

experiencing hip displacement so for dogs do you have hip displacement the

owners are very stressed upset sad and you know I need to take them to a point

of where they're happy cheerful and their dogs living a healthy life so I

need to base products around my sort of site that can help them to achieve that

so one of the things I've looked at is altered orthopedic beds I can't

pronounce it correctly but anyway orthopedic beds and what that does is

that caters to golden retrievers who back pains or hip displacements and

things like that and it provides like different elements of support of where

they use support foam to actually cater to the dog's needs you know so that's

like one of the things I look at yeah the other thing is I'm gonna say if

you're following many different people then stop following so many different

people at once like because what happens is if you follow one person and then

this person gives you some good advice I'm right now in the middle of a field

you know that some person gives you good advice so you get that advice and then

you follow someone else and they give you advice and then you think oh my god

and look at my white trainers sorry I'll just go get that in right now I've got

white trainers on I'm so stupid and but yes so someone gives you good advice

then you go to someone else and they give you good advice and you

try to sort of mix the information but what happens there is you've just messed

up the personal strategy because if you were to do it just say with something

like food if someone gave you a recipe and then you went and you've got someone

else's recipe then you've just basically messed the meal up you know it's not

going to come out the same way that that person cooks it or the way they gave you

the recipe you know for the outcome so I think it's really important to just

follow one person use YouTube to find like someone who you think is genuine

and whatever else and then just follow what they say you know religiously and

if you get stuck then they usually got you know like a sort of point of I don't

know like a group or something you can get into of where you can ask some

questions and things like that and definitely if it was like someone like

me then you can reach out to me because I'm very accessible you know in the

links below you can get through to me you can ask me any questions I'll make

the time to actually get back to you you know any time that you leave the

questions and I just want to say thank you as well to anyone who's here because

I can't thank you enough you know with everything that you guys are supporting

with and yeah to the person who was asking about the course anyone who

of mindset about how you look at business and money and things like that

before you actually you know go into site building or before you learn any

type of strategy to actually get your monetary result because you need to have

the right mindset ordered tenacity perseverance and just like your generic

outlook on how you see life and your beliefs you know the things you believe

in because if you still have the mindset of an employee and you're very doubtful

pessimistic and things like that you're just never ever going to make it and

you're not going to have what it takes to actually succeed in in anything let

alone you know sight building so if we look at this other thing I've got here

email marketing and copywriting so I think like you know it's important if

you're gonna get into a site building you need to learn about how to write

copy because eventually you're gonna go into building sort of adverts and things

like that so you need to know how to write persuasively to convince people to

think the same way that you are so I think that's one of the most important

skills that you can actually learn in this day and age and the last thing I

wanted to talk about is the key search tools so that all I'm using at the

moment because a few people have asked me on a few things you know what I'm

using and how I'm finding my keywords and all of that stuff so I'm using a

tool from a site called key search Co and on that site you can find multiple

different things like organic keywords of your competitors I'll leave like a

little video so you guys can see right now just over the screen of exactly you

know what that tool does on that tool you'll also see the page authority of

your competitors that the main authority of your competitors and how many links

are referring to that site and you can also see the actual

referring websites so you could potentially contact those sites and

actually get backlinks from the same sites that they're actually getting them

from so you can build up the same type of authority you can also check

obviously like I said the volume as well so how much traffic they're getting from

each word and also you can check whether they've got anchors on what anchors

they're using and the follow of the link so do follow links and know follows and

things like that so it's a really good tool i'll definitely recommend it and

yeah that's about it it's a really really good toys only about $13 a month

if you use my link below that's $13 I think it's usually about seventeen

dollars or something like that so it's really reasonable and it pulls the data

from that Maas as well so that's like a very reputable company in the SEO world

which many of you may know about ready but yeah that's that's about it that's

the tool I'm using and what else am i using at the moment I think that's it

that's the only tool that I really use day-to-day for for SEO there's also a

website I use called Northcutt comm or something that allows me to check

competitor's pages how many difficult index so I know sort of how big the

sites are that I'm going up against but that is about it guys

that is it and that's the update for the moment at the moment the course is

really going good so after I've built up this site 250 pages I think over the

next week or so I'm going to start focusing on actually reaching out to

different websites and trying to get some guest posts and trying to get some

strong Authority backlinks and things like that

when a start fuck yeah guys I can't even remember what I was even saying I can't

remember but I'll probably remember after the videos done because you got

kind of pressure you never get used to this thing what I haven't yet because

I'm quite a kind of awkward person but yeah I hope you enjoyed the video I was

what Palmer does to help me in this business you guys.

So thanks Tamara, so like she said, I do a little bit of help with the Amazon FBA business

as well.

I mainly handle everything in the backend really.

It's all about handling the SEO, managing a little bit of the YouTube channel, doing

a lot of the editing of the videos, I do everything I can to help her grow her business.

So this is what I am here to do and as a support for my partner.

So I want to ask her a few questions so you guys can get a better idea of what it is that

she's done so far with her journey.

Basically, let's start off with "where are you at with your FBA business right now?"

Yeah, so starting out a year ago you guys, if you've been following me, that's been great,

I've mentioned a lot of times that when I first started out my Amazon FBA journey, I

didn't know what the heck I was doing.

And I really, really wished that there were more trust worthy mentors out there that was

able to guide me from A to Z.

Because basically what happened to me last year, the end of last year, was I spent a

lot of time researching, like hours and hours everyday.

I didn't know what the heck I was doing and I ended up losing $3000 to $4000 on my very

first product, ordering 200 units not knowing what I was doing.

So the main reason why I started my YouTube channel, and Palmer pushed me to do this and

I am so glad that we actually did, I was able to help so many people who are struggling

with Amazon FBA who did not have proper mentors for themselves to follow, did not have the

guidance, following the wrong mentors, we're not going to mention names in this video.

But there's a lot of, you know, wrong people that you follow out there on YouTube and it

can really make a negative impact for your Amazon business you know.

I see all around Facebook groups, people are complaining about losing money, they're liquidating

their product.

But you know what?

There's so many ways that you can actually make this business work for you.

So I really want to, you know, go over a lot of things and how this was able to work for

myself.

And learning everything from testing and just learning a lot of strategies, talking to big

6, 7 figure sellers, I knew that I had to get a piece of the pie.

And actually a lot of people that have found me on YouTube noticed that I was female.

I think I am the first female woman that was really able to make this work for themselves.

So ladies, if you are watching this, I would love to talk to you about Amazon FBA.

So Tamara, tell me a little bit more about how you feel about helping other people achieve

their own lifetime goals with creating passive income for their own lives?

Yeah so, to be honest, this is... when I first starting out like 6 months ago, it felt like

a full time job.

I am not going to lie.

I mean, you see a lot of glamour out there on YouTube where it's like, you know, you

could be driving this kind of car in like 2 months and you can be making a $100,000

in a few months... that's absolutely not true you guys.

This is a real business and Palmer's actually helping me a lot with the backend stuff.

So my YouTube channel, for example, he does a lot of the SEO, he does a lot of the video

editing, he helps grow my following on social media, and without his help.

All organic.

Yeah, it's all organic.

We don't buy subs, we don't buy anything because I really wanted to grow everything organically

to really show you guys that, yes it does work.

We are not going to mention any names of any mentors who do buy things like that but this

is all about being organic and really being able to make your online business work for

you.

So a lot of what he does, he has taken a lot of time off for me so I can really focus on

selling my physical products.

You guys, when you have your first, second, maybe even third product up on Amazon, you

realize that it's like having a new baby in your life, right?

Everyday you have to maintain it.

At least for the first, I would say, three months you know.

You have to pick your product after it's sourced.

It gets sent to the warehouse.

And then you have to pick out keywords, learn how to run PPC, launch your product properly,

wait until that takes off and then, that's the only time that you can sit back and relax.

There's a lot of posts in my Facebook group if you have not seen where I really talk about

how to do this properly, having a launch strategy, knowing what you're doing step by step.

And I've had two test products the last year where I actually bought...

I purposely bought these products because I want to really test out a few strategies

and that's when I found out something that really worked for me.

And that's why I created the Amazon FBA Winners Course.

I know a lot of you guys have had one on one mentoring with me.

And you guys, thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to help you because I could

guarantee, these calls that I have with my students, I desperately want to help them

and they have gotten results.

So I decided to create a course because, let's face it, a lot of us have different learning

capabilities, right?

A lot of us adapt to things differently so, for myself, I am very hands on.

If you give me a book to read and learn, I'll never understand it.

I can read all about Amazon for hours and hours, but I will not understand it until

I'm hands on.

And that's when I started doing the coaching calls.

I've been reading a lot in Facebook groups that people are having problems with this

and that.

And you know, I want to help you pick at this problem and get it right.

So without Palmer's help, I would not be able to do these calls with you guys.

Palmer, why don't you tell the audience a little bit about what you do and how we operate

the business as a couple because I am sure a lot of people are wondering, oh do you guys

only sell on Amazon?

Like what else do you guys do?

Thanks Tamara, so basically what we do on the side besides Amazon FBA is the fact is,

we actually own about 4 pieces of property together as a couple.

They are scattered all over Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam.

Other than that, on the side, I actually have my own part time contracting job.

It's great for benefits, that's why I am keeping it and I also have a great passion towards

what I do.

But either way, what this interview is about is all about Tamara.

So Tamara, can you tell us a little bit about what your life has been since you started

Amazon FBA?

Yeah, so I am sure you guys have been following, I am sure you've heard multiple times that

I absolutely hated the corporate world.

I had a 9 to 5 job, a desk job at many accounting companies, engineering companies, and I was

basically "the office b*tch".

That was a term I always referred to myself as because I was constantly getting bossed

around.

And I knew at a very, very young age that I wanted to work for myself.

I think I knew this around 13 years old, to be honest.

But you know, coming from a Chinese background - we're both Chinese.

From Asian families, our parents really taught us and molded us to become like a lawyer,

a doctor, or get a degree, go to school for 10 years, be in debt for another 5 years,

and then finally pick up and make something out of yourself.

But I am here to tell you guys that, that's not really how business is nowadays.

A lot of people are putting their business up online, they're making money passively,

selling physical products.

E-commerce is really, really new.

It's still very new.

If you think that e-commerce or Amazon or eBay, whatever it is, dropshipping, is too

saturated, it's not.

Okay, people are going in business and also getting out of business every single day.

So, for me, to really make this work for myself, I was very desperate.

And I've watched a lot of inspirational mentor videos.

One of my favourites is Tony Robbins.

And he's always told people, you have to be hungry and you have to be desperate.

And that's exactly where I was the last 10 years.

Every time I got laid off or fired - I think I got laid off and fired about 5 times throughout

my last 10 years.

I was always chasing the next 9 to 5 job.

I thought that was it.

But when I started...

I met someone two years ago and they were doing Amazon FBA, I thought it was a total

joke.

I was like "you really make money online, you can make your own schedule?"

Yeah right, whatever.

So I started testing the business model myself, like I mentioned.

From everything, literally, from A to Z, how to launch my product, how to find the right

products, how to not really follow your passions and what you'd like to sell on Amazon because

I am going to be completely honest, I love make up and I love purses.

But if I sell those products on Amazon, it's not going to work because they are so saturated.

So what I teach a lot of my students, a lot of my members, is how to do proper product

research - how to look at numbers before you pay your supplier, how much do you have in

the bank that you are willing to put upfront and invest because if none of those check

out, you should not be doing Amazon.

You know, I'll never sell anything to you guys that doesn't work.

I'll never sell to you guys that you cannot afford and that's mainly what my channel is

about.

So I think that the majority of your viewers right now want to know is what is the real

reason behind starting this whole course together?

So the main reason for this course is I honestly, I am going to be completely honest, I was

so sick and tired of people getting lied to, you know; through the wrong people.

I was tricked myself, I got tricked into this myself when I first started Amazon FBA, not

going to mention any names, like I mentioned.

But I really did not appreciate people giving false hope out there, you know, people giving

fake information.

You only need $500 to start - no you don't.

I'm sorry, no, that is incorrect.

This is a real business, I want you to treat it like a real business.

This course that I have for you guys will work for you IF you put in the time, you do

your homework, you are desperate to make a change in your life, you are committed, and

you know that this will be your baby for the next, at least 6 months.

Because in order to make profits on Amazon, or to make money online, in any type of business

that you are starting, you need to invest money.

You need to invest money to make money.

That's just how business is, right?

It's not like a 9 to 5 pay check where you get paid every 2 weeks.

When you have steadily built that base and you are making a steady income.

Such as myself, I was making a little over $50,000 a year when I had my desk job.

I've replaced that with Amazon FBA.

And being Canadian - we're Canadian, it has its benefits because we actually get paid

a lot more due to the exchange rate so that's a little bonus for us.

But you know, I always tell new sellers, and if you are watching this, do not compare your

business to somebody else.

That's a lot that I stress on my channel.

If you start comparing numbers, I'm sure you guys know of big sellers out there... if you're

starting to compare businesses, compare yourself, compare numbers, you're never going to make

it because you're just going to feel like sh*t everyday.

So what I always teach my members is... members are, my theme of my course is always to make

an income, to enjoy your life, whether or not you have a 9 to 5 job, and if you are

making your first few thousand dollars on Amazon a month, which is totally doable, you

are already winning.

If you can replace your bi weekly pay check with the money you make on Amazon, you're

already winning.

You are already way ahead of people.

You can actually sit back and start doing a lot of things that you enjoy.

So think with myself and Palmer, when Palmer's not working, we're working on the business

but you know, we don't have alarm clocks, right?

Nope.

He goes to the gym, I go to the gym in the morning.

We both do what we love in the morning and then I'll start answering to a lot of questions

that you guys have, my Facebook group, my YouTube channel, everything.

I answer to you guys every single day.

So a bit about the course, let's talk a little bit about my course though.

Before I started this course, I got a lot of people asking me, "why don't you have a

course?"

And I am "what?"

Yeah, why don't you tell them about a lot of people that have been messaging you about

why we don't have a course?

Why didn't we have a course?

Well, basically when we first started, we actually had no intention about selling a

course to begin with but as things progressed and how things fell together into place, there

was no other avenue for us to take besides helping others.

And we found that the best way to do it was to actually create a more thorough, in depth

tutorial and hands on experience for people to figure out how to sell and how to succeed

on Amazon FBA as well.

Another thing that I wanted to add to that was we did a lot of research, okay?

A lot of members that I have coached one on one, my coaching calls - they always ask me,

"why don't you have a course?"

And to be honest, we weren't ready for it.

We weren't ready for it, not because we didn't have the skills but because we wanted to know

what other members were picking at.

What people were complaining about in other groups, why their mentors were not responding,

what can mentors do in order to improve the response level.

So I studied every single one of those, every single course that I came across, I really

thought about, "what are these members complaining about?"

So I, when I had my own course, I can fix all of those problems for you guys.

So I am sure you guys who do sell on Amazon, I'm sure you guys read a lot of one star,

two star reviews from your competitors.

That's exactly what I did with this course.

I picked out every single bad thing that people had been saying in other Facebook groups about

other courses and really made this course from scratch, setting out rules in my private

course group on how to help members.

So what have I done?

Basically, for the private course group, for Amazon FBA Winners Course, there are rules

you have to follow.

Number one rule: always search in the search bar for any questions other members are asking.

If other members are asking the question that you were going to ask, you just saved so much

time instead of repeating.

Imagine having ten students repeating the same question every hour, instead you can

just search, right?

We really have to get into the habit of Googling things, searching things online, that's real

entrepreneurship.

That's a lot of what I do.

I search things on my own before asking someone else.

So that's one of the rules.

Second rule is that if you think your question, related to the course, benefits everybody

else, you have to post your question in the course group.

Okay because I get a lot of direct messages everyday and I do respond to everybody within

24 hours.

I always, always do, unless you're asking me something totally not related to Amazon,

I may put you in the back burner.

But one of the second rule of my course is if you think the group can really benefit

from your question, you need to post it in the course group, not ask me directly.

Because then we are just wasting time when your question can benefit 20 other members,

just imagine that.

In my public group with Amazon FBA Winners, I always reply to people, "hey, do you mind

posting this question in the group because I really think that all the viewers can benefit

from that?"

So those are the two main things.

I see a lot of people saying, "my mentor doesn't reply", "my mentor just sells me a course

and disappears".

So this is how... this is the two main ways how we can fix that problem.

Another thing we have started working on was really think about how we can help you guys

save money.

A lot of courses, you know, they're blasted with a lot of different affiliate links.

They always try to sell you something but with my course, I teach you how to save money.

I teach you how to do your own trademark.

I teach you how to keep track of your own expenses, for sole proprietorship and for

corporations.

You can really do this yourself.

You don't have to pay someone unless you are really busy when your business starts growing.

So for myself, I do all the book keeping for the course, I mean sorry, for Amazon as a

whole and for the business as a whole, I do my own bookkeeping.

You can do that too when you're starting out, you don't need to pay thousands and thousands

of dollars for that.

Hi you are convinced that you need a chatbot for your business?

But don't know how to start?

That's a tough decision and it depends on multiple variables.

Your budget your use cases your number of resources and many more.

Let me break it down into three main categories

Category 1: You are a business like Wells Fargo, Anthem,

Walmart, Macy's, or others You can manage and afford to recruit top talent

from companies like Facebook and Google to build your cloud infrastructure

and AI infrastructure, do that, as a matter of fact it was in the news that Anthem and

JP Morgan have already done this Why?

I think it is pretty obvious, have you heard that Amazon has ventured into healthcare?

Do you want to build your services on their servers and give away your data?

I wouldn't do that.

I mean yes, you can sign SLAs and what not, but if you can afford recruiting their talent,

do that instead and create a moat around your IP around your data.

You can use services like RASA, because, why? it is an open source service or framework

and you get to do all the training within your servers within your firewall, that's

a good one to go with.

Tier II: You are not that big and you cannot afford

building an AI or cloud infrastructure, go with the second best option, go with domain

specific chatbot integrators.

Like Automat for instance, which is for the beauty business, or Clustaar which is for

customer care or many more that are available for inbound marketing, outbound marketing,

maybe financial service, Cognigy, or others.

There are domain specific solution integrators or RPA or Chatbot SIs that can create good

services for you and since these are smaller companies you get to cut

good deals with them and protect your data at all times

Tier III: You are a smaller firm, 100 people and maybe

fewer and you cannot afford let's say 100 200 300 or maybe 500k contracts, that's

ok, there are services like Dialogflow wit.ai or chatfuel that you can use and create smaller

chatbots but remember as soon as your data grows you may want to think about moving your

data off of these services to a more secure option, right?

Data is your IP, and without your IP your business would not have a future.

I have heard this from many people that data is the new oil and you want to protect

by all means

So when a customer comes to us and they come to the realization that they need a

professional website, they need somebody to build it for them, because they've

gone to Facebook route, or they've gone to you know a do-it-yourself platform

and it's proven to be a nightmare or it's just not working for them. So they

come to us and they say "I need help, will you build me a website?" Sure we will.

So we start by finding out why they want the website in the first place. What is

the purpose of the website? What do you need it to do? What do you, you know, is it

is it a brochure website, are you just providing information to people? Is it a

commerce website, are you hoping to sell things on it? Do you need to engage with

your customers, do you need a forum? Do you, I don't know, they're, you know, what

is it you're hoping it's going to do? So once we know what the purpose of the

website is, we then start asking questions about branding. Do you have any

kind of branding? Do you have a logo? Do you need a logo? Do you have particular

colours that you're working with? Do you have any existing marketing materials

that we need to kind of line up with? So we ask them to gather all that

information, we ask them for, you know, some sites that they have been to that,

they may not like the entire website, but there might be pieces about the website

that they go, "Oh, I like how they're doing that. That would be good. Something like

that on my website would solve that particular problem for me." Or, "I like how

on this website they there's lots of white space." You're trying to get a

sense of what it is that they're looking for, what resonates with

them, what kind of feel they're going for, what the you're trying to - the end goal

is going to look like. So we gather all that information, what the content is

going to look like, what kind of structure they need, and then off it goes

to the visual designer to kind of make it all look good and organized in a

proper fashion.
